2-Year Old Plays Hero, Lifts Fallen Dresser Off Twin
Many two-year olds out there like to dress up as superheroes.
But Brock Shoff just took on the role of an actual superhero.
And he may have saved his twin brother’s life in the process.
In incredible nanny cam footage that has gone viral, we see Brock and his sibling, Bowdy. They’re playing on a dresser in their bedroom.
According Kayli Shoff, the boys’ mother, she and her husband didn"t hear any kind of sound from their baby monitor. They had no idea that tragedy nearly struck until they watched the video below for themselves.
“I usually hear everything. We didn’t hear a cry, we didn’t hear a big thud,” Kayli told an NBC affiliate in Utah.
“So we woke up, looked at the camera like, ‘What’s going on? Are they still sleeping?’ and we saw [the dresser] was all the way down."
But Kayli didn"t notice that Broce was actually trapped under the dresser.
Fortunately, Bowdy not only saw what had happened to his brother, but he managed to push the large piece of furniture right up and off of him.
Pretty incredible for a two-year old.
They do say that true love can give you moments of incredible, almost unexplainable strength.
“We are so grateful for the bond that these twin brothers share," wrote their dad on Facebook. "We know Bowdy was not alone in moving the dresser off of Brock. And feel blessed that he is ok."
Kayli then said that she hopes this harrowing incident and can serve as a lesson.
"Everybody needs to bolt down their dressers to the wall. I mean, we just didn’t think about it,” she said.
“Accidents are going to happen, but we want to spread awareness to this one accident that happened and hope that it doesn’t happen to any other family."

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Expecting Twin Girls!?
Gwen Stefani has always wanted a girl.
When she found out that the sex of her third child was a boy, she posted an Instagram declaring herself the queen of the Rossdale-Stefani household.
Now, OK! Magazine believes that she and boyfriend Blake Shelton are pregnant with twin girls, and are so confident in their belief that they made it this week’s cover story.
“The buzz in their inner circle is that Gwen is four months pregnant, and that they’re expecting twins!” a source claims.
Stefani and Shelton, according to the story, “began researching fertility doctors and evaluating their options several months ago,” but Stefani, 46, was able to conceive “naturally.”
She’s apparently four months along, and when she told Shelton the news, he “teared up,” then “lost it” when she told him it was twin girls.
With the babies due “around Christmas,” OK! also claims that Shelton and Stefani already “wed in a supersecret ceremony.”
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Stefani went on Howard Stern yesterday and revealed how her relationship with Shelton grew.
“[Blake] was the most unlikely situation to ever happen,” Stefani said.
“I didn’t know him, but I got to know him on the set. When I came back to the show, I had this huge weight on me,” she explained, referring to her divorce from Gavin Rossdale after finding out he was sleeping with her childrens’ nanny.
“I wasn’t trying to start a relationship. I was just trying to not die. I think we started emailing here and there and then overtime [it became romantic].
“It was an incredible gift to be able to have a friend.”
Stefani’s rep confirmed that she and Shelton were officially a couple back in November, when the two were judges together on The Voice.
Since then, they’ve become the weekly target of wedding and pregnancy speculation.

Louisiana Twin Toddlers Found Dead In Truck, Heat To Blame?
On Saturday, June 18th, Alisha Orr woke up from a nap in her Bossier City, Louisiana home, and couldn’t find her twin toddlers, Oliver and Aria, anywhere.
Orr got in touch with her neighbor, Rhonda Williams to see if she had see the three-year-olds.
While Orr searched their backyard, Williams look into the family’s truck and found Aria.
Williams attempted CPR, but told the Shreveport Times it was too late.
“Her jaws had locked. It was obvious she was gone.”
Williams thought Oliver may have had a fighting chance at the time.
“It may have been wishful thinking, but when I tried to do CPR on him, I thought I felt a thready pulse,” Matthews recalled.
Though details are sparse, the initial autopsy revealed that the twins may have died from heat-related issues, since temperatures in parts of the country recently have soared.
It’s not known how they got into the car, or how long they were in there, authorities warned, as the investigation is ongoing.
“They were wonderful, happy kids,” she said.
“I pray every moment of the day for the family. They are good people, and they were good parents. I can’t imagine what they are going through.”
Alisha’s husband, Travis is a deputy with the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s department, and both parents were devoted to their three children (they also have a son, 8).
“You could see this took him to his knees,” Williams said of Travis.
“Everything he did, he did with the kids.”
The Sheriff’s department released a statement of support for the Orrs.
“We are saddened by the tragic loss suffered by the Orr family, and our hearts are heavy,” Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington said.
“This is a very difficult time, but it’s even more so, as they are a part of our Bossier Sheriff’s Office family. Please keep Deputy Travis Orr and his family in your thoughts and prayers.”

Pretty Little Liars Season 6 Episode 20 Recap: Twin... Killing?
So… have you picked your jaw up off the floor yet?
On Pretty Little Liars Season 6 Episode 20, we learned that a certain resident of Rosewood has a twin sister – and this revelation may just change absolutely everything about the show.
Isn’t that right, Mary Drake?
The crux of the Pretty Little Liars Season 6 finale centered on viewers learning that a Radley patient by this name gave birth to a child named Charles 25 years ago.
The baby was eventually adopted by Mr. and Mrs. DiLaurentis. With us so, far?
Okay, well… as it turns out, Mary Drake was also Jessica’s twin sister. Moreover, she has been working with Elliott to take back control of the Carissimi Group.
Now that is what we call a major twist!
One of these villains, meanwhile, was preparing to hurl Hanna’s unconscious body off the bell tower when the finale cut to black.
Along with that stunning reveal, the finale offered up major developments for all couples on the series. To wit:
Ezra totally lost it, finally breaking down over Nicole’s death and how he was learning to accept it. Aria was there for her ex-boyfriend during this emotional crisis, while her boss later called to say she loved their chapters and that the book was going to be “huge.”
Cue congratulatory make-up sex!
Caleb and Hanna ended up in some close quarters as they hunted down their stalker, which led to Hanna admitting that she attempted to make things right with Caleb after their big fight… but he had already moved out by then.
“I never stopped loving you,” Hanna added, prompting a big kiss and a sad song for anyone on Team Jordan.
Spencer and Toby did not have sex. But their chemistry has never been more evident and, with “Haleb” back together, it’s very clear now that “Spoby” will soon be a thing once again as well.
Finally, Emily and Alison dropped the L Bomb on each other.
But Alison also checked into a mental hospital because Elliot and Mary had her believing she was seeing ghosts of her mother and Detective Wilden.
Was this really a smart move on her part? Can you believe there’s a twin named Mary out there?!?

Kate Middleton: Pregnant With Twin Girls! One Will Be Named Diana!
We can’t possibly let a week go by without declaring her with child(ren). Again.
OK Magazine! has it on good authority (where is the sh– emoji when you need it?) that the Duchess of Cambridge is carrying twins. In fact, they’re so certain of this news that they slapped another gold “Palace Confirms” sticker on it.
You know what they say about gold stickers and the truth.
“I’m having two girls!” the cover screams.
“William wants to name one Diana.”
Catherine made William aware of the news with a sonogram. Via text.
“You’re joking aren’t you? We’re not really having a baby right now,” William allegedly wrote back.
“It’s the early days, but the buzz in the royals’ inner circle is that Kate’s pregnant again,” some royal insider claims. “And this time she’s got not one but two buns in the oven!”
The Duke and his bride are picking up and moving out of Kensington Palace (their official residence) and firing the help.
“They’ve always sworn they didn’t want their children being raised by nannies,” the source said.
“And although they know that having twins will make it harder for them to handle the night feedings and diaper changes, they’ve vowed to do their best.”
This time around, Catherine hasn’t experienced the crippling morning sickness she did with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, which is another way of saying that this story is crap.
“It’s a completely new experience for her,” the source said. “She’s been able to carry on with her royal duties seamlessly, as well as looking after George and Charlotte, something she wouldn’t have been able to do if she was doubled up [with nausea].”
What’s more, the godparents have been selected and our jaws will drop when the A-list names are announced (in the hard copy of the magazine, so as not to give away the entire story).
She’s not pregnant. No one moving out of Kensington Palace, nor is the staff going anywhere. The end.

Leah Messer to Win Back Custody of Twin Daughters?!
Last month, Leah Messer lost custody of her twin daughters to ex-husband Corey Simms.
Though Leah gets to spend time with 5-year-olds Ali and Aleeah on weekends, the girls spend most of their week living with Simms and his new wife and daughter.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that Leah recently scored a major legal victory that could be the first step in regaining custody of the twins.
The court’s determination that Ali and Aleeah should stay with their father during the school week was based largely on Simms’ claim that the girls were frequently late for school.
Leah insisted from the start that that was a lie, and now, she’s reportedly been able to secure time-stamped photos of her drop-offs and, as well as testimony from the school’s superintendent to prove that the girls were almost always on time.
“Leah had all kinds of proof to shut them down,” says one insider. “They admitted the records were inaccurate.”
Leah’s lawyers have even gone so far as to Corey and his new wife of manipulating evidence. Sources say it’s noe looking as though Leah will be successful in her efforts to have a judge re-examine her case.
“Leah is convinced Corey and Miranda persuaded a school employee to mark them tardy,” says the insider. “She has a good chance of bringing this to the court. She really could get her daughters back.”
Of course, just proving that she’s been consistently able to get the girls to school on time likely won’t be enough to convince a judge to restore custody to Leah.
Leah’s drug problems have been well-documented, but she appears to still be in denial about her addiction.
Additionally, the worst cases of Leah’s negligent parenting (many of which were captured by Teen Mom cameras) are sure to be brought up by Simms’ lawyers.
Leah may be making strides these days, but she has a long way to go to convince the court that she can provide a suitable home for Ali and Aleeah.

Catherine Coulson Dies; Twin Peaks Actress Was 71
Catherine Coulson – the actress best known as the eccentric “Log Lady” on the beloved early ’90s television series Twin Peaks – has passed away at the age of 71.
Coulson, who had been set to reprise her most famous role in the upcoming Showtime version of Twin Peaks, had reportedly been battling cancer for several years.
A longtime friend of iconic director David Lynch, Coulson’s film career began when she was hired as an assistant on his first feature-length film, Eraserhead.
Lynch says he wrote the part of the Log Lady specifically for Coulson. The director issued a heartfelt statement just moments after news of her death went public:
“Today I lost one of my dearest friends, Catherine Coulson. Catherine was solid gold. She was always there for her friends — she was filled with love for all people — for her family — for her work. She was a tireless worker. She had a great sense of humor — she loved to laugh and make people laugh. She was a spiritual person — a longtime TM meditator. She was the Log Lady.”
Primarily a theatre actor, Coulson will be remembered by many for her tireless work with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Though to millions more, she’ll always be the Log Lady.

"League" Star Steve Rannazzisi -- I Lied About Escaping Twin Towers During 9/11

“The League” star Steve Rannazzisi has pulled a Brian Williams … he’s been lying for years about narrowly escaping from the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
Rannazzisi was forced to admit he made the whole story up after the New York Times put the heat on him. Rannazzisi now says, “I don’t know why I said this. This was inexcusable. I am truly, truly sorry.”
Rannazzisi’s tale was that he was working for Merrill Lynch on the 54th floor of the south tower when the first plane struck the north tower. He said he escaped before the second plane hit. He says it was a life-changing moment and decided to pursue his dream … a career in Hollywood.
The comedian is featured in commercials for the restaurant chain Buffalo Wild Wings. The company told the Times they’re re-evaluating their relationship with him. As for “The League” … it’s a moot point — the show is in its last season.
