Brandi Glanville is very proud of her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Kim Richards.
That much was established in a recent interview with E! News in which she spoke about changes in Kim’s life.
You’d think the topic of the conversation would be about Brandi squashing her beef with LeAnn Rimes, but maybe the interviewer didn’t want to give Rhimes any more free publicity.
There is such a thing as too much!
“Kim is great,” Glanville said of Richards, who has battled substance abuse problems for several months now.
“She just had knee surgery, her daughter’s pregnant. She just sent me a really cute picture from the shower they had.”
As documents at length on The Hollywood Gossip, Richards hasn’t had the best time of it since she was arrested for public intoxication last year.
Things then got worse when Richards was arrested for shoplifting and it emerged that she wasn’t adhering to the terms of her probation.
Tsk, tsk, tsk, Kim.
But nowadats?
“She’s doing wonderful and I’m so proud of her,” Glanville added. “She’s sober and amazing.”
For a time, it seemed that the light at the end of the tunnel for her was getting dimmer, so it’s great to hear that she’s in a better place.
We are still none the wiser about her making a more permanent return to the show that got her into the headlines, but if she continues the way she is, we don’t see why she wouldn’t be asked to return.
At the taping for the reunion of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she looked healthy and even managed to throw a few zingers at Yolanda.
Her return would pave the way for a some great storylines on the show, but producers could be cautious about a full-time return for her too soon.
We’d be happy with some guest appearances to start the ball rolling.
If it means we get more Kim Richards, then we’d be uber happy!
