Adam Pally: Busted for Pot and Cocaine Possession

Adam Pally is a pretty funny guy.

But he’s got into some pretty serious trouble with the law on Tuesday night.

The comedic actor was caught smoking marijuana out of an e-cigarette in Hell’s Kitchen by police, who cited him at the time for misdemeanor drug possession.

These same cops then patted Pally down and discovered a small bag of cocaine on his person.

Pally was therefore hit with a second misdemeanor drug charge and released after his arrest was processed; he has a court date scheduled for June.

The incident took place around 11 p.m. EST.

Pally is best known for three roles on the small screen:

1. Max Blum in Happy Endings, an ABC sitcom that ran from 2011-2013.


2. Peter Prentice on The Mindy Project.


3. Dan on Making History, a character who goes back to the 1700s and begins dating Paul Revere’s daughter after discovering time travel.

He has also enjoyed roles in movies such as Iron Man 3 and Dirty Grandpa.

He’s never exactly been shy about his penchant for pot.

On a 2013 episode of the short-lived TBS talk show The Pete Holmes Show the actor revealed he treated his meningitis with pot.

“I’m a marijuana enthusiast,” Pally openly admitted. “I smoke weed everyday multiple times a day. In fact, they say that that helps ease the symptoms. I say that now.”

The star also referred to himself as a “weed buff” back in high school during a recent interview with USA Today.

Neither Pally nor anyone from his team has spoken out about this arrest, which is more notable for the cocaine possession than the marijuana possession.

A father of two, Pally signed on last month to star opposite the amazing Rachel Bloom in a movie titled “Most Likely to Murder.”

We doubt this arrest will have a major impact on his career.

Kourtney Kardashian: Addicted to Cocaine?!?

Kourtney Kardashian is a drug addict who nearly overdosed and who has been sleeping around a lot of late.

According to the latest issue of Life & Style, that is.

The tabloid alleges that Scott Disick is ready to “tell all” about his on-again and off-again girlfriend, revealing her history with “cocaine” and “cheating.”

The reality stars have, of course, been engaged in one of the more tumultuous relationships you’ll ever see in Hollywood.

In terms of how many times they’ve broken up and gotten back together.

But in terms of how well they get along? How they seem to put the welfare of their children above any personal vitriol?

Kourtney and Scott have actually been revolutionary in these instances. Despite their many arguments and differences, Kardashian and Disick have remained committed to amicable co-parenting over the years.

Might that now be changing, however?

Might we be in for some explosive allegations lobbed back and forth by both sides?

According to a recent Radar Online report, Disick just completed his most recent month-long drinking binge.

And Kourtney has finally had it with this behavior.

“Kourtney and Scott had it out after she told him she was going after [full] custody [of the kids], and he told her that there is no way in hell that he would allow that to happen,” a source says, adding:

“He told her that she was a drunk too, and the only difference between them is that she hides it well.”

Whoa there! That’s the first time we’ve heard of Kourtney having a substance abuse problem.

Mere days after this report surfaced, Life & Style released the cover story above.

It screams about Kourtney’s drug problem, even alleging that Kardashian may have suffered an overdose and writing that there’s a “truth” about her personal life that may soon come out.

The same tabloid issue hints at an “open marriage” between two members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, along with the shocking reason why Kim Kardashian will never file for divorce from Kanye West.

Back to Kourtney, however:

The mother of three has been in the news of late for a couple controversial reasons:

1. There’s been talk that she’s banging Justin Bieber again.


2. There’s been talk that she’s a bad mother because she gave her four-year old daughter a lip ring.

And now we have to wonder whether Kourtney is sniffing cocaine on frequent occasions.

Well, we don’t HAVE to wonder about that simply because Life & Style wrote it.

Kanye West Addicted to Cocaine and Alcohol?!

Last week, Kanye West was hospitalized following an emotional breakdown.

The rapper received in-patient care at the UCLA Medical Center for much longer than expected, only being released from the hospital on Wednesday after nine days of treatment.

During that time, disturbing reports of West fighting with doctors and suffering bouts of extreme paranoia emerged.

West and Kim Kardashian have kept a tight lid on their privacy in recent weeks, but speculation about the nature of Kanye’s breakdown and ongoing psychological issues has run rampant.

The latest rumor to circulate on social media states that the “medical emergency” that led to West’s hospitalization was the result of over a decade of substance abuse.

“Kanye’s drugs of choice are cocaine and booze, Hennessy specifically,” a source close to the situation.

“He’s got big problems.”

The insider added that Kim is aware of Kanye’s addictions and is okay with his drug use as long as he keeps it outside the home:

“Kanye would go to a drug den hangout in West Hollywood to get away from everything,” the source says.

At the time of the episode that landed him in the hospital, Kanye was reportedly in the midst of a week-long bender:

“He got all kinds of crazy and delusional because he was high as a kite,” says the insider.

“He hadn’t slept, was high for days and began having hallucinations and paranoia.”

The source claims that Kanye’s condition is exacerbated by his refusal to take the drugs that he’s been prescribed in order to treat anxiety and depression.

It seems the only person who could keep Kanye on the drugs he’s supposed to take and off the street drugs was his late mother, Donda West:

“When his mother was alive she kept him on those meds,” says the insider.

“She was his rock. After she passed away nine years ago, he just went crazy [on illegal drugs].”

West’s personal physician Dr. Michael Farzam has not explicitly denied the reports of drug use, but maintains that West was hospitalized due to “temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.”

Man Arrested For Hiding Seven Grams of Cocaine in His ... UGH

There’s really no good place to hide drugs on your person, as this entails possessing drugs on your person and having reason to hide them.

Still … this guy:

Meet Joshua Hare.

When you’re naked in a parking lot, and you’re about to be arrested by the cops with 7.2 grams of cocaine, you find ways to improvise.

Limited, but creative ways.

Police officers in Swindon, UK, uncovered the aforementioned narcotics hidden in the 24-year-old’s foreskin, according to media reports.

Yes. His foreskin.

This all went down June 17 when police were called to a furniture store after a man was shouting and disturbing customers in the parking lot.

When officers arrived, the naked Hare ran around and put up a bit of a struggle before being restrained, taken into custody and hospitalized.

He actually did a good job concealing his drugs, for a time. But while in custody, a baggie containing white powder began to “emerge.”

If you know what we mean.

Hare’s attorney, Nick Redhead, told the court that his client has a troubled past, substance abuse problems and mental health issues.

Redhead says he suffered kidney issues when in custody earlier this year after being arrested for aggravated taking of a vehicle without consent.

“He fell into a coma and thought he was going to die,” Redhead said. “The damage to him as such is he is a high risk of killing himself.”

No one wants that. At all.

Hare clearly needs help, however, and he pleaded guilty to both the drug charge and failing to surrender to bail, according to reports.

It’s always difficult when it comes to punishments fitting the crime for someone who may be suffering from addiction and mental problems.

Redhead hoped that officials would be lenient when sentencing his client for the offense, and received mixed results in that department.

As punishment, the court activated the 12-week suspended sentence he had been given in May for the previous vehicular theft charge.

Hare was also fined $ 151.

According to TMZ, Manziel is currently living in a party pad in Mexico with about 20 other people.

The woman whose hand is shown in the photo is a resident of the house, but Manziel claims they’re not friends, and the drugs don’t belong to him:

“They’re absolutely not mine,” says the 23-year-old free agent. “I don’t even know that girl.” 

Reps for the troubled QB says Manziel is enjoying one last hurrah before he cleans up his act next month.

The insiders say that beginning on July 1, Johnny is all about sobriety, healthy food, and training like crazy.

That’s all well and good, but as long as the man doesn’t realize that his reputation needs to be rehabilitated as badly as his body, no GM worth his salt will touch Johnny Eightball with a ten-foot coke straw.

Arizona Reporters Indicted for Abuse After Cocaine Found in Baby"s System

Two former TV personalities in Arizona have been indicted for child abuse after their four-month-old child was found with cocaine in its system, authorities have confirmed to multiple outlets.

According to a public information officer for the Oro Valley Police Department, Krystin Rae Lisaius and Somchai P. Lisaius – both news personalities in the Tucson area – were indicted on June 9 on three felony charges:

1. Possession of a dangerous drug.


2. Drug paraphernalia.


3. Child abuse.

Both halves of the married couple pleaded not guilty in court on Monday; they were released on their own recognizance.

“It would be a gross, gross injustice [with] even the mention of prison time,” the Lisaius’ attorney, Michael Piccarreta, told Tucson News Now.

He added:

“I anticipate they will demonstrate that they have learned a very hard, embarrassing lesson and that this will become a footnote in their life, not a chapter.”

Authorities say they were alerted to the situation after the couple brought the baby to a local hospital because it was showing signs of distress and lethargy.

This hospital visit took place on May 15.

Krystin and Somchai allegedly refused to allow a blood test on the infant, who was then transferred to Diamond Children’s Center at the Banner University Medical Center in Tucson by ambulance.

Once there, a urine test was conducted after mother and father once again supposedly refused a blood test, police said. Toxicology results showed the presence of cocaine. 

Krystin later allegedly told Oro Valley police that she ingested cocaine following a party at the couple’s home.

She allegedly admitted to breastfeeding the baby 12 hours later.

A friend of the couple’s told police that he witnessed Krystin snort cocaine in the couple’s master bedroom; and police claim Somchai has admitted to cocaine use every six weeks or so.

Somchai is an ex-reporter at Tucson News Now, while Krystin previously worked for nearby KGUN 9. She also competed in 2013 for the title of Miss Arizona USA.

A search of the couple’s home produced multiple samples of drug paraphernalia, police said.

The baby is alright and has been placed in the car of its maternal grandmother.

Piccarreta, meanwhile, argues that this was the case of Krystin simply making a mistake because she didn’t know how long it would take for cocaine to leave her system.

Demi Lovato: I Used to Snort Cocaine ALL THE TIME!

The singer spent several weeks in rehab toward the end of 2010 and has since made it her mission to help those who suffer from substance abuse or eating disorders or self-confidence problems.

Really, anything she dealt with back in the day.

As recently as this month, Lovato acknowledged that she’s bipolar.

Now, in a wide-ranging and revealing interview with Refinery 29, the singer opens up even more about her past.

Simply put, “I was a nightmare to work with,” the 23-year-old admits of her teenage years.

Indeed, while the public saw a sweet Disney persona after Lovato starred in Camp Rock, Lovato was cutting herself behind the scenes and throwing up after every meal.

At her lowest, Lovato admits, she “couldn’t go an hour without using cocaine.” 

Wow.

Yes, her family tried to intervene. But she wasn’t having it.

“‘Try to ground me – I pay your bills,"” Demi recalled telling her loved ones, adding:

“Prior to getting sober, I was one of those people who was like, I don’t give a f–k, whatever. And I used that as an excuse to do whatever I wanted.”

Finally, after punching a backup dancer, Lovato was faced with an intervention and convinced to enter rehab.

She stayed there for three months and it sounds as if she fell off the wagon a few times upon leaving.

Lovato confesses that she had to learn that she couldn’t attend parties afterward because they would serve as a “trigger” to her inner demons.

“I still have more things to prove – not just about the things I can do with my voice,” she says. “Some people think that because I’m young, I can’t stay sober. But these are things I want to prove to myself.”

It’s clear Lovato has come a very long way.

At one low point in time, she hated herself.

Now, when asked by Refinery 29 who she wants to be when she grows up, consider her response:

That’s easy. Me.

Prince: Cocaine Habit Revealed in 911 Call?

It’s been almost two weeks since Prince unexpectedly passed away at his home in Minnesota, and we still have no definitive answers about the cause of the music legend’s death.

Sadly, there’s mounting evidence that suggests the legendary singer/songwriter may have been battling addiction in his final days.

First, several source stated that Prince overdosed on Percocet in the days leading up to his death, forcing his private jet to make an emergency landing so that EMTs could restart the 57-year-old’s heart.

Shortly thereafter, authorities confirmed that Percocet tablets were found both on Prince’s body and throughout his home.

None of that confirms that he was abusing the medication or that that it played any role in his death, but it the reports do suggest that Prince was reliant upon heavy doses of potent drugs to help offset the impact of decades of physically-demanding performances.

Now, TMZ is reporting that Percocet may not have been the only drug that Prince was using on a regular basis.

An insider at the Carver County Sheriff’s Department tells the website that a concerned friend made an emergency call in 2011 claiming to be concerned about Prince’s cocaine habit.

The caller claimed that Prince had recently told her he “can’t control his habit” and feared for his life.

Law enforcement officials reportedly made a record of the call, but determined that they had legal grounds to intervene.

The source also revealed that Prince was hospitalized in 2013 for what his reps called “dehydration.”

Prince’s autopsy was completed last week, but it may be quite some time before the toxicology and coroner’s reports are made public.

Charlie Sheen Reveals the Cause of His 2011 Meltdown (and It"s Not Cocaine!)

Back in 2011, Charlie Sheen had a meltdown.

We don’t mean he stormed off set one day or lost his temper during an interview. No, Sheen’s tiger blood-fueled media rampage was the stuff of legend, and it’s widely considered to be one of the most baffling and entertaining career suicides in Hollywood history. And now Chuckles is finally what caused the whole thing:

“It was a lot of highs and lows. I was taking a lot of testosterone cream, and I think I went too far with it,” Sheen tells Dr. oz in an interview scheduled to air tomorrow.

“It was kind of like a borderline…not a ’roid rage, but a ’roid disengage.”

“‘Roid disengage.” Not as catchy as “winning,” or even “warlock rockstar from Mars,” but a solid new addition to the dictionary of Sheen-isms, nonetheless.

As you may recall, Sheen paid a visit to Dr. Oz last month, at which time he revealed that he’s no longer taking his HIV medication on the advice of a controversial doctor who claims to have cured the disease.

So it looks like Charlie doesn’t need testosterone cream in order to make really bad decisions.

Lamar Odom: Facing Prosecution for Cocaine Overdose?!

All eyes are on Lamar Odom.

First, the Kardashians secretly filmed Lamar while he has been recovering in a Nevada hospital from a nearly fatal overdose.  Of course, the fame-hungry Kardashian klan has plans to feature Odom on a Keeping Up With the Kardashians special episode about Lamar.

As if the whole world watching him recover (potentially even on a reality show) from a drug overdose wasn’t enough, legal authorities also have their sights on the basketball star.

According to TMZ, prosecutors may file cocaine possession charges against Odom.

However, pressing charges could be complicated because it would be the D.A.’s first time doing so.

Nye County D.A. Angela Bello claims that her office is considering filing criminal charges against Odom. The charges could be either possession of cocaine or being under the influence of a controlled substance.

But according to TMZ, there is no record of any case in Nye County where an individual overdosed and was later charged for drug possession.

An official from the Nye County Sheriff’s office told TMZ that law enforcement often refers overdose cases to the D.A.  But they usually aren’t prosecuted.

This is a big blow to Lamar as he is currently struggling to regain mobility.  Currently, Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband cannot walk, and he has trouble speaking.

Sources claimed that the overdose caused significant damage to his cognitive function and that he may not even be able to stand trial if he is charged.

The D.A.’s rare move to press charges has left many wondering what the motive is.  Is it just because he is a celebrity?

A rep in the D.A.’s office stated, “He’s not being treated any differently because he’s a celebrity. He’s being treated just like any other Joe Schmo.”

Lamar Odom to Be Charged With Felony Cocaine Possession?!

Yesterday, we reported that Lamar Odom tested positive for cocaine.

It didn’t exactly come as a shock, as sources had previously claimed that Odom was using several drugs on the night that he collapsed and suffered 12 strokes before being hospitalized.

The toxicology report made tabloid headlines, however, as it meant that Odom could be prosecuted on criminal possession charges. 

The Nye County, Nevada sheriff’s department had previously stated that it would pursue a criminal case against Odom if it was presented with sufficient evidence that he had been using illegal drugs on the night of his hospitalization.

Now, TMZ is reporting that the sheriff’s department is recommending that Odom be charged with felony cocaine possession, and his case has been turned over to the DA.

The results of Odom’s blood test – as well any drugs or paraphernalia found in his room – will now be taken into evidence as the district attorney decides whether or not to build a case against Odom.

Even if he’s charged and found guilty, it’s unlikely that Odom, as a first time offender, will face jail time.

Still, a lengthy court case, possibly followed by fines and probation is probably not something that Odom is looking forward to after all that he’s been through already.
