Little People, Big World Recap: Does the Farm Have a Future?
It’s the question that’s been hanging over each of the past few Little People, Big World episodes.
As Matt and Amy Roloff have clashed more than ever on the latest season of this TLC hit, many fans have been wondering:
What does this mean for the future of the family farm? Heck…
… IS there a future for the family farm?!?
We’ve openly wondered whether Little People, Big World could be ending soon — and Tuesday night’s episode didn’t provide us with much reason for hope in this department.
“I don’t know what the future of the farm really holds,” Amy told the cameras very simply, adding this week:
“It’d be great to see the grandkids play here when they’re five years old, but in the back of my mind, I also know it’s a challenge sometimes with Matt and I living on the farm together, being divorced and everything.”
The stars split up two years ago, although it’s recently come out that they were living apart for a long time prior to their June 2016 divorce filing.
Matt and Amy still get along mostly well, but the former is dating Caryn Chandler and the latter Chris Marek.
The romances are very serious, causing extra awkwardness between all involved.
“Part of me just wants to sell the farm, liquidate it, and move on,” Matt actually said out loud for the first time last night.
The family patriarch recently confirmed that he’ll be moving to Arizona part-time, casting further doubt on the future of the series and the property.
How do Jeremy and Zach feel about this possibility?
Both have families of their own, but they recognize the special and unique position they’ve been in with the farm over the years.
“I prefer for there to be a Roloff legacy and not just see it disintegrate before our eyes,” Jeremy said, to which Zach replied:
“The farm is such an amazing thing that my parents built here, it would be sad to not see it go onto a second generation, then a third generation.”
Matt’s main issue seems to be the fact that, due to the terms of the divorce, Amy has been living in the family home this whole time… while he’s been relegated to the double-wide trailer not built for a little person’s needs.
Such an arrangement was only supposed to be temporary when he first moved out.
“I’m not into a buyout,” Amy told Matt in response to the idea of shacking up with Marek. “I don’t plan on moving unless we sell.”
She later admitted in a confessional:
“Divorce is hard. I think the hardest thing is the perception that I shouldn’t have the house, that I shouldn’t have any of this.
“No one says it, it’s just all of these different conversations and moments, and collectively I probably feel that way.”
It would help Matt and Amy decide what to do if either of their prominent sons (no offense to Jacob, who clearly isn’t an option here) stepped up and offered to run the farm.
But neither Jeremy nor Zach will make this committment.
“It’s hard to take over what someone else is doing,” Jeremy told his parents, explaining:
“It’s you guys’ place. So you guys need to figure out what you want to do, what your plans are. You’re the ones who are living on the same property.”
Zach said he would be “devastated” to lose the farm, but not enough to say for certain that he’ll dedicate himself to running it.
“I like the fact that they want to keep it in the family, but that’s easy to say,” Matt said at one point. “We still have a lot of things that we need to get resolved.”
Since this episode was filmed, the family has come together to accept a pretty impressive award.
This doesn’t mean any answers as they relate to the farm have been confirmed, however. The future is still one big question mark.

Kailyn Lowry"s Future Plans: Have More Kids, Stay Single Forever
Saying that a lot has changed for Kailyn Lowry in the past year would be putting it very, very mildly.
The most obvious way in which the Teen Mom 2 star"s life has transformed is that she welcomed her third son, Lux.
But there are many other ways in which Kail"s life is dramatically different than it was just 12 short months ago.
Some are for the better, while some are for the worse, but despite all the dizzying ups and downs, it seems Lowry has a very clear sense of where she"s headed from here…
1. Lux Life
Kail welcomed her third child in 2017. While her relationship with Lux’s father, Chris Lopez, quickly soured, it seems Lowry has had little difficulty adjusting to life as a single mother of three.
2. Mother of Boys
Obviously, Kail’s top priority is her kids, but she realizes that children of successful and fulfilled parents are generally happier. As a result, she stays on her grind in a big way.
3. 5-Job Lowry
These days, Kailyn is not only a reality star, but a best-selling author, a podcast host, and a social media personality with a slew of endorsement deals.
4. The Future
When asked about the future, however, Kail’s thoughts turn less to her career than to the number one priority in her life – her family.
5. Big Plans
Kail recently revealed that she wants at least one more kid. To the disappointment of many TM2 viewers, she was mostly mum on the subject of who she would like to the father of that child.

Meri Brown Finally Addresses Sister Wives Future: Is She Outta There?
You’ve likely been hearing the rumor for months.
But will it soon become a reality?
Will Meri Brown get up and walk out on Kody Brown, following endless chatter that the end of this relationship is both near and inevitable?
Meri herself has finally decided to address this long-gestating piece of gossip.
Consider what she wrote on Sunday night in response to what folks were talking about on Twiter:
Already starting the night with a blocking spree! Come on guys, I have a family, I’m not bailing! Sheesh!! #SisterWives
Oh, so there we go. Simple enough, we guess.
Concerns of Meri and Kody Brown’s romance for back a very long time.
Back in 2015, Kody filed to divorce Meri so that he could make Robyn is lone official wife.
Meri, however, remained very much in the picture; she was simply demoted from the status of Lead Wife in This Very Unusual Family.
Then, in May of 2016, Meri found herself at the center of one of the more unexpected celebrity scandals in recent memory, as she flirted hard with a man she met online.
Or at least she thought it was a man she met online.
She later learned that she had been catfished (that is, fooled and lied to) and that she had really been in contact with a woman who she met on the Internet.
This was pretty darn awkward for all involved, not just due to the whole catfishing thing — but because Meri was seemingly out there, looking for love.
TLC, meanwhile, has teased various seasons of Sister Wives by hinting that break-ups and walk-outs were imminent.
This arrangement always seems on the verge of falling apart.
In December of 2016, however, Meri did assure Twitter followers that anything you hear from someone outside the family is “probably a lie.”
Probably, though.
That does leave some wiggle room, doesn’t it?
On the last season of Sister Wives, Meri and Kody attended therapy together in an attempt to move past the catfishing scandal and save their relationship.
In one emotional episode, Kody confronted Meri’s complicated situation and told her:
“You didn’t want to be out of the family, you just wanted to be out of your relationship with me.”
So now you can see where those Meri-Kody breakup rumors come from, right?
We aren’t just making them up, people!
One glance through Meri’s Instagram page does reveal a seemingly content individual, however.
It may very well be that TLC and the Browns themselves perpetrate these sorts of rumors in order to make headlines and remain relevant.
It wouldn’t exactly be the first time a reality television show did such a thing, would it?
Either way, we’ll continue to keep an eye on the many relationships of Kody Brown and report back if or when any does finally come to an end.

Grey"s Anatomy Season 14 Episode 15 Recap: Old Scars, Future Hearts
Even after 14 years, there’s still a lot of information we don’t know about some of our most-loved Grey’s Anatomy characters.
That much was made clear on Grey’s Anatomy Season 14 Episode 15 which found the characters continuing to try and continue their careers and lives at Grey Sloan Memorial.
When the episode got underway, Meredith was trying to learn more details about her mother’s relationship with Marie.
If you watch Grey’s Anatomy online, you will know that Meredith needed the patent for polymers from her mother’s old friends, but she had no idea Marie hated Ellis before she died.
So, Meredith researched through all of her mother’s old journals with the hope of finding out the truth, and hopefully, saving her research project.
“Are you even going to let me license the patent?” Meredith asked when Marie arrived at the hospital.
“There is nothing petty here,” replied Marie, clearly irate at being generalized as a villain because Ellis totally went behind her back.
That’s when Marie opened up about Ellis winning her second Harper Avery with work both woman had worked on.
“When she betrayed me, it was unimaginably painful,” she said. “She broke me.” Marie then left Meredith with an ultimatum: Tell the world the truth, or no polymer.
After conversing with Weber, Meredith declined, and Marie said she would be working on the procedure with a team of talented doctors.
And just like that, Meredith’s research went out the window.
Elsewhere, Alex worried about his relationship with Jo when it emerged that she was applying for fellowships across the country.
Alex felt like Jo was exiting their relationship, but she felt a sense of freedom. She had run from Paul for so long that she didn’t know what freedom felt like … until he died.
Jo, however, wanted to seal her relationship with Alex in a big way. So, she proposed to him with his own engagement ring.
It was heartwarming and proved that this Grey’s couple will be together until the bitter end.
In flashbacks, we got to see Alex’s troubled relationship with his mentally ill mother. He struggled to make friends or build connections because he couldn’t take anyone to the house.
The one time he did, his mom tried to bash his skull in with a hammer because she forgot to take her medication.
Meanwhile, April continued her downfall, and that meant she continued to get romanced off of Tom. Tom revealed his son died and it made him question his own faith at one point.
This brought them closer, but Jackson is definitely starting to worry about what’s going on with his ex-girlfriend. When he dropped their kid off at the house, she had no idea what day it was.
Yes, this is going to get pretty dark.

Amy Roloff Sings Praises of Future Daughter-in-Law Isabel Rock
It wasn’t so long ago when Jacob Roloff had a feud with is parents. That’s not uncommon, though Little People, Big World fans are torn over how to feel about him.
Now, however, the family’s mended fences and is celebrating his engagement to long-time girlfriend Isabel Rock.
In fact, his mother Amy Roloff can’t stop singing Isabel’s praises on social media.
This photo of Amy with Isabel is just so cute.
Amy’s captions match the cheer and excitement of the photo itself:
“I love this girl that Jacob asked to marry him.”
That’s so sweet.
“We have a great time hanging out and talking.”
So she’s praising her future daughter-in-law … and then she plugs Isabel’s art.
“Excited to go to her art event at Abbey Creek Winery in North Plains tomorrow. So proud of her!”
This isn’t the first time that Amy has used her platform to express her pride in Isabel’s work.
Amy was promoting Isabel’s gallery showings last December, even before Jacob proposed.
The Little People, Big World matriarch’s captions continue:
“I’m a blessed mom – All my DIL’s are awesome, doing good things in life and they inspire me too.”
DIL is of course an abbreviation for daughter-in-law. She didn’t need the apostrophe to make it plural but we all understand what she was writing.
Finally, Amy concludes:
“You Rock Isabel.”
Do you see what she did there?
Amy was one of the various Roloff ladies who showered Isabel with love on her birthday.
Isabel is actually a little older than Jacob — by just about a year.
She and Jacob became friends during high school, which is probably one reason for which the Roloffs have had plenty of time to know and love her as they do.
After Isabel finished high school, she and Jacob spent more and more time together — and their romance blossomed.
And finally, on a trip to Iceland, Jacob took the next step and invited Isabel to become a part of his family.
Last month, Isabel shared all of the details of Jacob’s proposal.
For one thing, she’d had a feeling that he was preparing to pop the question, so she’d already written down on a card about how excited she was to be his fiancee.
She stowed the card on her person and waited to see if he proposed.
The two of them had a wonderful time in Iceland, and they split up to do their shopping separately before a planned gift-swap.
When they exchanged gifts, Jacob showed her a ring — a beautiful ring, one that she’d pointed out earlier, but it was not an engagement ring.
It was a fake-out, because Jacob then presented her with her actual engagement ring. After she said yes, she got to shock him with her card.
Jacob has been reconciling with his family after their past falling out.
Some believe that Isabel’s careful and diplomatic meddling may have ended the feud between Jacob and Audrey.
Jacob is an outspoken agnostic — part of his past issues with his parents was his unhappiness at having grown up with no choice in terms of religion. Audrey is a devout Christian. It’s no surprise to hear that they clashed.
But Isabel just seems to be rubbing everyone the right way, especially Amy, who’s seemed especially close with her youngest son.
