Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus: Yes, We"re Dating!

The rumors have become a reality.

The speculation has turned into confirmation.

We can now report with complete accuracy and confidence: Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus are a romantic item!

Following a few weeks of social media hints by both Teen Mom personalities, along with eyewitness accounts of the pair hanging out at a nightclub together, Marroquin has come right out and made the announcement:

There’s some scandalous boning going on!

“We are dating,” Javi tells People Magazine, adding:

“We’ve been friends for a while and we weren’t in a rush.”

(DeJesus and MTV did not respond to a request for comment, according to the publication.)

Perhaps not. But Marroquin hasn’t exactly been hiding his feelings or his desires, either.

Consider what he told Radar Online just last month:

“I would be open to dating Briana. She’s a really cool girl. Her whole family is awesome. She’s really beautiful. We text back and forth. We’ll see what happens.”

Shortly after making these comments, Marroquin emphasized that he and DeJesus has “talked” about taking their relationship to the next level, but decided to give it time.

A few weeks, apparently, is all they needed.

While Briana has not spoken directly on the new romance, she did caption a picture of the stars with the words “Daddy Javi” on Sunday.

She then followed this up with a second picture and the caption “Daddy Javi p2.”

For his part, Marroquin shared the first image posted above and hashtagged the heck out it, referencing his new girlfriend in the process:

“ have a 6 pack from laughing so hard these last couple of days #IMY#SCORPION #BAE#CHICKENFINGERS&BBQ #GAPING#BOUJEE #YOUCHANGEDINLA#PLAYTHATCARDIIIIB.

Loyal Teen Mom viewers, of course, are aware of why this relationship is sure to stir up some serious tension and controversy.

DeJesus has two daughters: a six-year-old daughter named Nova with ex-boyfriend Devoin Austin; and a three-month-old daughter Stella with ex-boyfriend Luis Hernandez.

She only recently joined the cast of Teen Mom 2 after her previous appearance on the short-lived Teen Mom 3.

Marroquin, meanwhile, shares three-year-old son Lincoln with ex-wife Kailyn Lowry… who also stars on Teen Mom 2. Opposite DeJesus. 

Should make for some fun future episodes, right?!?

As you can see, Instagram followers have quite the mixed bag of reactions to this dating bombshell:

Javi and Kailyn are even appearing these days on Marriage Boot Camp, as they try to maintain some kind of healthy connection after several months of fighting and insulting.

That’s nice to hear.

Nice and boring, that is!

Let’s hope the DeJesus relationship turns up the drama a bit between Javi and Kailyn.

Because while we do want to see Lincoln raised in a happy and healthy environment, we also want to see shade being thrown and accusations being hurled on social media.

The Pussycat Dolls: We"re Not Prostitutes!

The Pussycat Dolls are a singing group that does not sell its bodies for sex.

This is a message the group would like to send, in light of a former member claiming the contrary.

A few days ago, a singer named Kaya Jones made scathing accusations on Twitter, alleging that she and her fellow artists were basically forced to sleep with record executives back when she was a part of the Dolls.

“How bad was it? People ask – bad enough that I walked away from my dreams, my bandmates & a 13 million dollar record deal,” Jones Tweeted.

She went on to say that Simone Battle, a member of spinoff group G.R.L., killed herself in 2014 due to her experiences in the industry.

“I want the den mother from hell to confess why another 1 of her girl group girls committed suicide? Tell the public how you mentally broke us.”

The person to whom Jones is referring here is Robin Antin, the founder of The Pussycat Dolls.

She responded to Jones’ allegations by labeling them as “disgusting lies.”

She also said Jones was never an official group member; she was only ever on a trial basis.

Now, The Pussycat Dolls as a whole have spoken out.

The all-girls group has released a lengthy statement in which it strongly denies all Jones has said about what it’s like to be a member.

“The Pussycat Dolls has always and will always stand for female empowerment and sisterhood,” the group says, adding:

“We stand in solidarity with all women who have bravely spoken publicly of their horrific experiences of abuse, harassment and exploitation.

“However, we cannot stand behind false allegations towards other group members partaking in activities that simply did not take place.”

The Pussycat Dolls were founded by Antin in 1995.

You may remember the band for such tracks as “Don’t Cha”, “Buttons” and “Stickwitu.”

They spawned a few spinoff groups and even a Las Vegas revue.

To liken our professional roles in The Pussycat Dolls to a prostitution ring not only undermines everything we worked hard to achieve for all those years but also takes the spotlight off the millions of victims who are speaking up and being heard loud and clear around the world.

While we were not aware of Kaya’s experiences that allegedly took place during her short time working with us, before the group signed a recording contract, we can firmly testify that we were not privy to any misconduct taking place around us.

If Kaya experienced something we are unaware of then we fully encourage her to get the help she needs and are here to support her.

Finally, in conclusion, The Nicole Scherzinger-led group says the following:

Since its inception, The Pussycat Dolls and founder Robin Antin have supported and empowered women from all walks of life to flourish in their careers.

Should any member or associate allude to any form of abuse or harassment whatsoever, it will be taken very seriously and investigated.

We truly wish Kaya the best and hope she gets the help she deserves.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry: We"re PRACTICALLY Engaged!

For about a year now, the world has been wondering when Prince Harry will pop the question to Meghan Markle.

Naturally, there were engagement rumors during Harry’s previous longterm relationships with Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas, but they were never quite this persistent.

And while there’s been no official announcement thus far, Harry and Meghan keep giving subtle indications that an engagement is on the way. 

In fact, there are many who believe it’s already happened, and the royal couple is simply keeping the news to themselves for the time being.

Back in August, Harry and Meghan traveled to Africa as part of a celebration for her 36th birthday.

Many thought that Meghan would return from the trip with some new bling to flaunt, but alas, she arrived back London ring-less.

Last week, Harry and Meghan headed to Toronto for the Invictus games, and again, Royal watchers were convinced Harry would seize the opportunity to propose.

After all Toronto is Meghan’s adopted hometown, and several members of her family live there.

It seemed like a safe assumption that Harry would take advantage of the setting to ask Meghan to be his wife.

It doesn’t seem like it played out that way, but those who know the couple best say Meghan is not concerned.

“Toronto was an amazing experience for Harry,” a source close to Harry tells E! News.

“Everything to do with Invictus went according to plan and without hiccups. An uplifting and positive week spent doing what he loves most surrounded by good friends and the most important woman in his life.” 

The insider adds that Harry spent a great deal of time with Meghan’s mother while they were in Ontario:

“This week wasn’t the first time that Harry met Doria,” says the tipster.

“They actually met late last year so they’re very close now. Doria sees Harry as one of the family and he sees her like family too. Harry is has become close with all of Meghan’s closest friends … these are people who have welcomed him with warm and open arms and he’s really felt the love and protection.”

The source says that while Harry has yet to get down on one knee, the engagement is basically a done deal:

“While Meghan may not be wearing a ring or a formal engagement announced, it’s fair to say they’re as good as engaged now,” the insider claims.

“They’ve spoken about their marriage plans openly with each other and friends and family around them are pretty much thinking about wedding attire already.”

A different informant takes things a step further, telling Us Weekly:

“I think it’s already happened but they’re holding the news back until she has finished on Suits.”

“I’ve never seen them happier. It’s amazing,” the source adds.

Of course, as many who have waited on a concrete sign of commitment from a reluctant partner can attest, “as good as engaged” isn’t engaged.

If only there were someone who could offer Meghan advice on how to wait out a royal proposal with dignity. Hmmm…

Kim Kardashian: Yup, "We"re Having a Baby!"

YAWN.

Another day, another confirmation that a member of TV"s most annoying family is having a baby.

Late last week, we shockingly learned that Kylie Jenner is pregnant with Travis Scott"s impending offspring.

A few days later, it was time to discover that Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with Tristan Thompson"s little boy or girl.

Now, in the following extended promo for Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 14, Kim is talking to her sister on the phone when she turns a long-gestating rumor into an exciting reality:

She and Kanye West really are using a surrogate to welcome a third child into their family!

“What happens every time I say, ‘Guess what?’ ” Kardashian asks Khloe in the video below.

“Pregnant, or the person’s pregnant,” Khloe replies

“We’re having a baby!” Kim then exclaims.

According to various reports, this baby is due in January and is expected to be a girl.

We really are very happy for Kim and Kanye, the former of whom has a serious health issue that would make a third pregnancy dangerous.

Elsewhere in this revealing trailer, Kourtney admits that she"s given up on Scott Disick, while also acknowledging she has a "boyfriend." (That would be none other than Younes Bendjima.)

We also see plenty of Khloe and Thompson hanging out and making it clear that their romance is very serious.

Which is a good thing. Considering they will soon be parents together and everything.

Also, Rob Kardashian"s troubles with Blac Chyna are explored, as we see the very ugly side to their relationship.

"Why would the restraining order have to do with his amount of custody?" Kris Jenner asks in one scene, referencing Rob and Chyna"s legal woes.

Dancing with the Stars Recap: We"re Back in the Ballroom!

Season 25 of Dancing with the Stars is officially underway as a new crop of celebrities (term used loosely) vies for ballroom immortality.

Or at least a shiny Mirrorball trophy. Close enough.

It feels like just weeks ago we crowned the previous winner, but that’s expected with shows that air two cycles per year. 

Let’s handicap the performances and establish who the early frontrunners are. 

First up was Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke, who went with the Cha-Cha to “Aint Too Proud to Beg” by The Temptations. It was a fun enough routine to start off the new season, but it was not all that. 

Len noted that it was a good one, but he thought Terrell needed to bring it in the coming weeks if he wanted to remain in the competition. 

The duo scored 15/30. 

Next up was Debbie Gibson and Alan Bersten who danced along to “Lost in Your Eyes” by Debbie Gibson. Debbie was using Dancing with the Stars as her big comeback, and the first dance certainly made it seem like she could be on to a winner. 

Working with Alan should help her go from strength to strength and become a force to be reckoned with. They scored 17/30. 

Pretty Little Liars grad, Sasha Pieterse, joined forces with Gleb Savchenko and they danced along to “Like That” by Fleur East. It was a bit all over the place, and that was primarily down to Sasha’s nerves. 

We get it, it’s difficult to perform live on TV, but Pieterse will need to adapt quickly if she wants to make it far. A little confidence boost will go a long way in her case. 

Len picked up on the nerves and pointed it out, so it will be interesting to see how she performs down the line. They scored 18/30. 

Drew Scott and Emma Slater went with “Our House” by Madness. There was a lot riding on the performance: Drew promised Emma that he would remodel her kitchen if they won the competition. 

The dance was not a great start, and it was evident there was a lot of work to do in order to become a force. They scored 16/30. 

Barbara Corcoran and Keo Motsepe went with “Money Make” by Ludacris feat. Pharrell. Their routine was not a good one, and it was evident Barbara preferred to flirt with Keo as opposed to practicing. 

That’s not a good thing to do, especially when America’s watchful eye is on you during a big performance. To the surprise of nobody, they scored 14/30. 

Jordan Fisher being paired up with Lindsay Arnold was always going to be a good thing. They danced to “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back” by Shawn Mendes. 

It confirmed what we all thought: Jordan’s experience was going to work in his favor. He danced with confidence and knew exactly what was expected of him. 

They scored 22/30. 

Nick Lachey revealed in the past that he would never do Dancing with the Stars. What a difference a few years make. He joined forces with Peta Murgatroyd, and they performed to “Come Get It Bae” by Pharrell Williams. 

Considering how the odds were stacked against them, Nick performed well, and the judges awarded them with 18/30. 

When it came to Nick’s wife, Vanessa Lachey and Maks Chmerkovskiy, the big question was who got the most points. 

Vanessa and Maks danced along to “Woman” by Kesha fear. The Dap-Kings Horns. It was a resounding success. Vanessa knew what was expected of her and delivered in a big way. 

The judges enjoyed the performance and awarded them 21/30, so that was a great start. 

Frankie Muniz made his big return to the spotlight after several years away, and we did not expect the big event to take place during Dancing with the Stars. 

He partnered up with Witney Carson, and they danced to “Sign of the Times” by Harry Styles. It was another solid performance and proved that Frankie was talented. 

They scored 19/30. 

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev turned in an energetic performance of “So What!” by Pink. Nikki was confident throughout the whole performance. 

They scored 20/30. 

NBA legend Derek Fisher joined forces with Sharna Burgess to perform “Basketball” by Kurtis Blow. Being partnered with Sharna was always going to be a positive. 

Even with some missteps, they still managed to turn in 18/30, which is a solid result for a first performance. 

Victoria Arlen partnered up with Valentin Chmerkovskiy, and they went with “Born Ready” by Disco Fries feat. Hope Murphy. 

It was evident Victoria was having a GREAT time, and that helped the performance. They scored 19/30. 

The final performance of the night was Lindsay Stirling and Mark Ballas. They performed “Don’t Worry” by Madcon. The pair had a lot of chemistry. 

Lindsay worked very well with Mark, and it became apparent that these two could be ones to watch. They scored 22/30.

Ben Affleck & Lindsay Shookus: We"re Award Show Official!

There are many stages of celebrity relationships.

It starts with the tabloid rumors and pap-dodging parking lot dashes, in which the lovebirds remain ten feet away from one another, like that’s gonna fool anyone.

After that comes the “we know you know, and we’re cool with it” stage, which is where Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus have been all summer.

The new-ish couple spent surprisingly little time attempting to hide their relationship.

(Unless of course, the rumors about Ben and Lindsay hooking up while they were both still married are true, in which case, they did an impressive job of keeping things on the DL for several years.)

There’s been no grand announcement, because Ben’s just not that type of dude, but at this point, Ben and Lindsay are clearly in a serious relationship, and they’re making no effort to hide it.

And last night, they reached a new tier that’s reserved only for the most committed and/or thirstiest celebrity couples.

That’s right – Ben and Lindsay are Award Show Official.

Yes, the 2017 Emmy Awards were held last night, and Lindsay, a producer on Saturday Night Live, took home a trophy for one of the evening’s 43,000 categories.

Of course, it’s not really news when a producer of late night sketch shows that have been on since the dawn of time wins an award that no one outside of the industry cares about.

It is news, however, when her date for the evening is none other than the Batfleck.

Witnesses who attended the ceremony said that Ben was in attendance as Lindsay’s date, but he did his best not to upstage her.

Yes, though he’s no stranger to giving acceptance speeches himself, this award cycle has seen Ben assuming a supporting role.

He was on hand when his brother, Casey Affleck, won the Oscar for Best Actor back in February, and last night, he showed his support while Lindsay took home the prize for Outstanding Achievement In We’re Legally Obligated to Give Lorne Michaels One of These Every Year.

Interestingly, it was right after the Oscars that Ben checked into rehab, so this was probably his first sober award show.

Good for him.

Of course, we’d be lying if we said we weren’t a little disappointed by the fact that he didn’t get drunk and go off on Sean Spicer backstage, but we’ll get over it.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West: We"re Having THIS Kind of Baby!

As has been previously confirmed, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West really are having a third child.

Via surrogate, that is.

Following multiple months of rumors and speculation, a source close to the famous couple revealed on Wednesday that Kim and Kanye have hired a woman to give birth to their fifth immediate family member.

Moreover, we know when this surrogate is due:

Kimye will become parents again in January.

How exciting, right?!?

And now we can contribute another vital tidbit to this initial report:

According to TMZ insiders, Kim and Kanye will welcome a baby girl into the world in very early 2018!

Neither superstar has spoken out specifically about the surrogacy, which is pleasantly surprising.

For a celebrity who shares absolutely everything with the public, it’s nice to see Kardashian is taking this major life step seriously, while also respecting the privacy of her surrogate.

All we know at the moment is that she’s a twenty-something from San Diego.

The baby to whom she has agreed to carry to term on behalf of Kardashian and West will join four-year old daughter North and 21-month old son in the busy household.

Kim has said several times that she’d love to have more children, but she suffered dangerous complications with both her earlier pregnancies.

“It would be a really dangerous environment for me if I were to get pregnant again,” Kim said last year, adding that her husband is very much on board with another child.

“Kanye has been mentioning” the prospect of another kid every day for over a week, Kim told sister Khloe on the latter’s short-lived talk show in 2016.

Under the terms of their arrangement with the unnamed surrogate…

… Kim and Kanye will pay $ 45,000 in ten $ 4,500 monthly installments.

… will also pay $ 5,000 for each additional baby in the case of multiples.

… will pay $ 4,000 if surrogate loses reproductive organs.

In exchange for these payments, the surrogate has agreed to various health-related terms, such as no drinking or smoking while pregnant.

“This was always the plan,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight, explaining that the surrogate was found and hired by the stars in June.

“After the complications with the other pregnancies, they knew they wanted to go the surrogacy route for the next baby,” the source adds.

“They took their time finding the right woman to carry their baby and of course they are being very hands-on during this process.”

We’re so very happy for Kardashian and West.

No, really, we are!

It’s easy to mock these superstars for a variety of reasons, but no one can doubt that they love their children and provide those children with a stable, healthy environment at home.

So if they want to expand? And if they went about it in responsible, legitimate fashion? Hey, more power to them! Mazel Tov!

Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton: We"re Still In Love After 2 Years!

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost two years since the world learned that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are dating.

At the time, the relationship was widely regarded as a rebound fling.

But now that the Voice co-hosts have stood the test of time, many fans are wondering when the long-rumored Gwen and Blake engagement rumors will be confirmed.

Gwen isn’t showing off a ring just yet, but sources close to the singer say she and Shelton are happier than ever.

The insider says that while Gwen is drawn to Blake for countless reasons, it’s his relationship with her kids – 11-year-old Kingston, 9-year-old Zuma and 3-year-old Apollo – that she loves the most.

Best of all, the insider says, the feeling is mutual:

“Gwen’s kids love Blake,” the source says.

“They think he’s really cool and he’s made such an effort over the last two years to really be able to relate to them and sign on to projects he knows they’ll be impressed by.”

As for the persistent rumors that Gwen is trying to get pregnant by Blake at 47, there’s been no official word, but those who know the couple best say it’s unlikely.

“Blake and Gwen are happy, totally in love and are not actively trying to have babies right now,” says one insider.

So why the constant pregnancy reports?

Well, the insider says much of the speculation is a resukt of Gwen’s physique.

“Gwen is so tiny, if she has a big lunch, she can appear to be 3 months along,” the source insists.

So it looks like for the time being at least, Blake will have to settle for being in love, rich, famous, and adored by Gwen’s three kids.

We’re sure he’ll cope.

Naturally, the approaching anniversary has sparked rumors that Blake will propose to Gwen to mark the occasion of their first date.

We suppose it’s possible.

But if we’ve learned anything about these two over the past two years, it’s that they love disproving rumors.

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West: We"re Trying For a Third Baby!

Weeks ago, it was widely reported Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had hired a surrogate to carry their third child.

Some even went so far as to claim that Kim and Kanye’s surrogate is several months along, and a new addition to the Kardashian-West clan is expected by the end of the year.

Now, Kim is putting the brakes on that particular rumor train, while at the same time offering a hint about her growing family’s future.

Alongside her sisters and mother, Kim covers the new issue of The Hollywood Reporter in celebration of what the magazine has dubbed “the Kardashian decade.”

Asked about the surrogate rumors, Kim played coy, refusing to confirm that there’s any truth to the reports, but revealing that she does see a baby in her near future.

“I hope so,” Kim said, on the subject of a third child.

“There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything. We’re definitely trying. We are hoping so.”

Kim made a point of not going into specifics, but it sounds like reports of a surrogate who’s ready to deliver any day now were greatly exaggerated.

While it sounds as though the process has not yet begun, surrogacy seems to be the most likely path for Kim.

Her first two pregnancies were complicated by placenta accreta, a painful condition in which the placenta grows into the wall of the womb, preventing it from detaching at the time of birth.

Kim has described having her placenta surgically removed in 2013 as “the most painful experience” of her life.

On a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim revealed that she’s ruled out the possibility of getting pregnant a third time.

“I feel like surrogacy is the only option for me,” she stated at the time.

In June, People reported that Kim and Kanye have hired a surrogate, but based on the language Kim used in THR interview, it sounds as though the surrogate is not yet pregnant.

Of course, Kim could just be keeping the pregnancy out of the prying eyes of the media.

Whatever the case, we’re sure the fans and tabloids will keep right on speculating.

There are many perks to being a Kardashian, but privacy isn’t one of them.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton: We"re Not NOT Trying to Have a Baby!

There’s just something about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, isn’t there?

Something that makes even the most logical, sensible people lose their dang minds over the vaguest pregnancy rumor.

It makes sense — Gwen and Blake are pretty cute together, and they come from almost totally different worlds, so it’s very exciting.

And since they’re such different kinds of celebrities, they each bring large, totally different fan bases together to create one big happy family of Gwake supporters.

It’s so nice to see, really.

And if you happen to be one of those supporters, or even just someone who can appreciate a good love story from a reasonable distance, you’ll be pretty happy about this new report!

But first, a bit of bad news …

Even though the rumors that Gwen is pregnant with Blake’s baby have really been heating up lately, even more than usual, a source tells Hollywood Life that “Gwen is most definitely not pregnant.”

“Blake has been low-key hoping for a while that they might have a happy accident and Gwen would wind up pregnant again but for now that is simply not the case.”

As for the persistent rumors, the source explains that “Gwen is so tiny, if she has a big lunch, she can appear to be 3 months along.”

“But she is not … not now at least.”

It cuts a little, doesn’t it?

But here’s where things start to look up!

The source says that “Blake and Gwen are happy, totally in love and are not actively trying to have babies right now.”

“However, they are also not trying to not have babies … so they are leaving things to chance and fate.”

Another source says that if she did end up pregnant soon, “nobody would be surprised.”

And that’s because “Gwen’s made no secret of how much she would love to have a baby with Blake, and they haven’t been using contraception.”

So that’s two different sources claiming that Gwen and Blake aren’t trying to prevent pregnancy … could this actually happen? Finally? At long last?!

Of course, there is that small matter about biology … Gwen is 47 years old, and there’s a very solid chance that her baby-making days are behind her.

The source admits that “Obviously, given Gwen’s age, it’s a lot tougher for her to get pregnant naturally — but she’s incredibly fit, eats really healthily, and has never had any fertility issues, so it’s definitely not out of the question.”

As for Blake, he’s “always wanted to be a dad, and it’s something they’ve been talking about pretty much from the start of seeing each other.”

Apparently, the plan they made back then was for them to “try and get pregnant naturally, but if that didn’t happen, they were willing to try IVF, and if that didn’t work then they agreed that they would explore surrogacy.”

So even if she isn’t able to conceive with Blake, we could still end up seeing those two raising a child of their own together!

Sometimes the world sure can be a beautiful place, huh?

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie: We"re Still Getting Divorced!

Last week, several media outlets reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had put their divorce on hold.

Many went so far as to suggest the iconic former couple was considering a reconciliation.

But now, our hopes have been dashed, just like Brad’s hopes at the end of Seven, when he found out Gwyneth Paltrow had been beheaded and he didn’t get to see it happen.

(Disclaimer: We kid. We have no desire to see Gwyneth Paltrow beheaded, and we’re sure Brad doesn’t either.)

(Also, apologies for the spoiler, but c’mon, Seven came out forever ago,)

Anyway, TMZ is reporting today that while the divorce may be taking longer than originally planned, Brad and Angie have no intention of attempting to save their marriage.

Though her own comments indicate that Jolie regrets portraying Pitt as an outright villain in the weeks following their separation, she has no interest in giving him a second chance.

Pitt is reportedly just as happy to let the relationship die, as he feels he was slandered when Jolie made him out to be an abusive father. 

The divorce was triggered by a confrontation between Pitt and son Maddox that took place aboard a private jet last September.

Details have been hard to come by, but an investigation cleared Pitt of child abuse charges.

We may never find out exactly what happened on that tarmac in Minnesota.

But whatever took place, it was ugly enough that it led Brad to seriously reevaluate his life and his parenting skills.

After years of heavy drinking and recreational drug use, Pitt got sober and rededicated himself to being the best possible father to his six children.

The change was significant that Jolie recognized it, and stopped trying to strip him of his custody and visitation rights.

So it sounds like against all odds, Brad and Angie have reached an amicable co-parenting arrangement and are ironing out the terms of a relatively civil divorce.

Perhaps a reconciliation was a bit too much to expect. 

Like when you turn on the TV and hope that the climactic scene in Seven will randomly be on cable.

We kid Gwyneth because we love her.

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo: Yup, We"re Still Together!

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo hate to disappoint the critics.

But they have news for anyone who thought their Bachelorette-inspired love was nothing but a reality show creation:

Suck it up! We’re still together! And happier than ever!

The couple, who met on the aforementioned ABC series and who then agreed to marry on last Monday’s emotional finale, celebrated their engagement in Dallas over the weekend.

They did so by making a few promotional appearances and also by partying with their friends and loved ones.

“My world,” the 37-year old chiropractor wrote as a caption to the above image, directing his message to his fiancee and adding:

“@therachlindsay #brachel #engagementparty #dallas #bachelorette #bachelornation.”

Lindsay, who lives in Dallas, selected Abasolo over runner-up Peter Kraus to wrap up the season 13 finale of The Bachelorette, which aired just seven days ago.

The couple is considering a wedding in late 2018, and is also considering a family.

But they aren’t sure when they should procreate.

“We definitely want to get married first and enjoy each other,” Lindsay said last week during a conference call with reporters. “But, you know, sooner than later. It’s hard to say.”

Adds Abasolo on the topic of kids:

“She wants four with the fourth being an accident down the line and I want three.

“And she’ll probably win in the end and we’ll have four.”

Rachel made it clear at the outset of her Bachelorette journey that she had focused on work for too long, rising high in her Texas law firm at the expense of finding love.

But now she’s apparently found it with Abasolo, over whom she’s been openly gushing on social media.

Addressing her soulmate last week, Lindsay wrote the following:

You have shown me a love that I’ve never had before.

You’ve challenged me in ways I could have never imagined.

This road was not easy but you have been my rock and still are my rock through it all.

We found love in such a public way but the depths of our love is something that only we will know and will have between each other forever.

I would do it all over again if it led me back to you. You are my better half and thank you for being just who you are and never changing for anyone.

Very sweet words.

Very beautiful words.

Very romantic words.

But very believable words?

Some are not so certain.

Based on the history of couples that got together on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, the odds are against these two ever making it down the aisle.
