Joey Bautista Bat Flips His Way Into History

The Toronto Blue Jays didn"t so much punch their ticket to the American League Championship Series on Wednesday as much as they hurled it.

Thanks to Joey Bautista.

The slugger clobbered a two-out, three-run homer run in the bottom of the seventh inning, giving Toronto a 6-3 lead that they would not relinquish in sending the Texas Rangers home in five tense games.

Aware off the bat (literally) that the ball was headed over the fence, Bautista stood and admired the majestic hit for a second before flipping his lumber aside in truly epic fashion.

Can you blame him? This was the biggest home run of Bautista"s career; it came a half inning after Texas took the lead; and it propelled the Blue Jays to their first postseason victory since 1993.

Touch em all, Joey Bats! And have a blast while doing so. You"ve earned it.
