Ashlee Simpson, who now goes by Ashlee Simpson Ross, is allegedly ticked off at Jessica Simpson for dressing “trashy.”
OK! Magazine has it on good authority that Ashlee is mortified by her older sister’s wardrobe.
A source told the magazine that Ashlee has pleaded with Jessica to “class herself up” and “to stop dressing so trashy!”
While most of us think that Jessica’s wardrobe reflects how great she feels after losing weight with Weight Watchers, sources insist this is simply not the case.
“Jessica’s been on a downward spiral for months with her attention-seeking and her sister Ashlee hates seeing her demean herself,” the source claimed.
Ashlee has reportedly confronted her sister in the past, telling the singer that she tarnishes “family’s image when she goes out looking like a stripper!”
Ok, so Joe Simpson’s creepy behavior, Ashlee Simpson’s Saturday Night Live lip sync f***-up and that shotgun wedding with her ex-husband, Pete Wentz did nothing to tarnish the good Simpson name?
Of course, Jessica’s husband, Eric Johnson is an enabler because he thinks his wife looks fantastic.
“He is a real sleaze-bag and has no problems with his wife’s racy outfits,” the source said.
He’s a red-blooded male.
Naturally, he’s all for his famous, super-hot wife to dress how she wants. If she stepped out in clear heels and flammable attire a la Courtney Stodden, then there would be cause for alarm.
But sure, let’s blame the husband in this case.
“A lot of Jessica’s friends and certainly her sister blame him for leading her down this path, he gets a twisted kick seeing other guys drooling over her,” the source added.
As someone who has followed Jessica’s career since “I Wanna Love You Forever” dropped in 1999, this is the first time I’ve seen her super-comfortable in her body, and that’s something to be proud of.
She worked extremely hard to get to this goal weight, and she loves showing off her body.
