Paris Jackson SLAMS Kendall & Kylie Jenner: Show Some Respect!
As you may have heard, Kendall and Kylie Jenner aren’t having the greatest week, and they have no one to blame but themselves.
For some reason, the sisters thought it would be a good idea to sell t-shirts emblazoned with trademarked images of artists like Tupac, The Notorious B.I.G., and Ozzy Osbourne.
To make matters worse, KJ and KJ superimposed photos of themselves over the images over the legendary artists.
It was like some sort of bizarre experiment in subliminal advertising:
“If we make people think of us when they’re looking at iconic artists,” the sisters seemed to be saying, “they’ll mistakenly think that we’re super talented, too!”
Needless to say, the plan didn’t work out.
First, Kendall and Kylie were slammed by Biggie’s mom in a social media tirade for the ages.
Shortly thereafter, the Jenners were destroyed by the Osbournes, as both Sharon and Kelly took to Twitter to verbally tear them new ones.
Now, relatives of famous musicians who weren’t directly affected by Kendall and Kylie’s idiocy are getting in on the fun:
Paris Jackson is roughly Kylie’s age and two years younger than Kendall, so hopefully her stern words about the importance of respecting one’s musical elders will hit home especially hard:
“As a huge fan of zeppelin, the doors, Floyd.. I mean these bands literally helped shape who I am today. I can’t condone this ‘fashion,"” Jackson wrote on Twitter.
“Legends like these who completely changed our world today, not just the music world, should be respected and honored. not turned into this.”
She added:
“Pink Floyd is not Chanel. Led Zeppelin is not Michael Kors. <etallica is not Givenchy. Don’t get it twisted. #bandsnotbrands #RESPECTMUSIC
Boom. Hopefully Kendall and Kylie heard the deafening sound of that mic drop.
The sisters issued the following apology on their social media pages yesterday, but it could be a case of too little, too late:
“These designs were not well thought out and we deeply apologize to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists,” reads the statement.
“We are huge fans of their music and it was not our intention to disrespect these cultural icons in any way. The tee shirts have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed. We will use this as an opportunity to learn from theses mistakes, and again we are very sorry.”
Biggie’s estate has already rejected the apology, and no one else seems to be in any hurry to accept it.
It’ll be interesting to see how many PR crises these girls can endure.

Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears & Paris Hilton: Epic Reunion in the Works?!
Back in 2007 — which we’re told wasn’t 3 years ago but in fact 10, somehow — Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and Lindsay Lohan had some outrageous misadventures that were impossible to ignore.
Well now it sounds like the dream team is coming back together!
Lindsay Lohan’s birthday party is coming up, and yesterday, she tweeted out this invite with some very recognizable Twitter handles:
“#nicegirls @britneyspears @parishilton come to #mykonos for my birthday this weekend @Beyonce you too”
Beyonce being thrown in there is adorable, but you know what? We’d invite Beyonce to our parties, too.
Keep in mind that this is the same wonderful, terrible trio that brought us Britney’s infamous crotch shot photo and so many more.
This was all, of course, before Britney shaved her head and went through the “descent to the underworld” portion of the archetypal hero’s journey, suffering for the world’s transgressions and then being reborn, more powerful than ever.
It was also before Lindsay Lohan started getting help for her issues. Since then she’s taken a lot of strides herself.
And we’re honestly so proud of her for that.
Paris is and always has been herself, though we’re not sure that she’s ever been truly out-of-control, you know?
The more that you read about Paris Hilton, the more carefully crafted her public image and persona begins to seem.
Plenty of us regular folks invite friends to events over Twitter.
Realistically, though, most celebrities — especially on the level of Britney, Beyonce, Lindsay, and Paris — aren’t going to be making serious plans over a very public social media platform.
Sincere invites are over text messaging or even through assistants, depending on a bunch of factors.
Maybe Lindsay decided to make some sincere invited public, we don’t know.
(Though the grim reality is that Beyonce is too busy with baby twins to go out partying)
(And we somehow don’t picture her calling Becky With The Good Hair to babysit)
So … it’s entirely possible that none of these ladies will show up.
(Tragic)
It’s entirely possible that Lindsay doesn’t expect any of them to.
Beyonce is busy being a mom.
Britney’s also a mom, and hey, isn’t she still touring in Asia?
(That’s rhetorical; Britney is absolutely still touring in Asia)
Though Paris Hilton might always attend. You know, for some reason.
That’s kind of her brand.
No, but for realsies, Paris HIlton has always had a great sense of humor and is way smarter than you might think.
Remember in the 2008 election (remember when that seemed contentious?) when the McCain campaign ran an ad comparing Obama’s popularity with Britney and Paris?
Paris responded with a sarcastic video and then a full music video titled “Paris for President.”
It was kind of the best.
She also played herself — well, a shapeshifted deity that had assumed her form — on Supernatural, back when that show was watchable.
And as far as we know, she’s never raised any objections to the bag merchant NPC in World of Warcraft named Haris Pilton.
Accepting parodies and participating in self-parodies is a clear sign that someone has a great sense of humor and probably isn’t that uptight about people insulting their public persona.
So we super, super hope that she takes Lindsay up on her offer.
Come on, Paris. Do it.
For old times’ sake.
We’re sure that it’ll be a blast, even if we don’t know if Lindsay will have any alcohol on the premises for obvious reasons.
Oh, do you think that Paris will bring her dreamy boyfriend Chris Zylka?
The world’s been kind of obsessed ever since back when he was wearing V-necks on The Secret Circle (making them both CW stars in their own ways), but we wonder if he knows Paris’ old crew at all.
Honestly, you have to love these three ladies.
Through all of their ups and downs, they’ve never stopped being entertainers.
They’ve given us so much.
And they really have suffered for that.
Here’s hoping that, no matter the guest list, Lindsay’s party is a blast.
(But not in a way that threatens, um, anyone’s sobriety)

Paris Jackson Shares Photo with Michael Jackson, Tattoo Honoring Him
Paris Jackson may be a likeable, spiritual young woman of 19, but it’s clear that her late father’s absence looms heavily in her mind.
Fortunately, she has a way of honoring him and expressing herself all at once — and she’s just gotten a new tattoo.
Fans also help her to honor him, which is how we get photos that reach across time and space to reunite father and daughter.
That’s a fan-edited image of her with her dad.
She captioned it: “My angel, my king, my universe. 8 years without you feels like a lifetime.”
Her father died on June 25th, so the 8-year anniversary of his passing was just two days ago.
Paris is only 19, but the only way to see photos of her recent self with her father is with editing software.
That’s all kinds of sad.
But incredibly touching for fans to create for her benefit.
She also shared a photo of a new tattoo that she’s gotten to honor her late father.
She has other tattoos, but despite such a variety, she manages to do them so much more tastefully than you’d think.
Not that it matters, since it’s her body to decorate as she wishes.
But this latest tattoo is an endearing callback to her dad.
You know, as always, the foot people are going to love that picture more than anyone would like.
But sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet and post a foot photo when it’s relevant.
The new tattoo is where it says “Apple Head” on her left foot, as that was an affectionate nickname that Michael’s children had for their dad.
In case anyone missed the significance, she included a green apple emoji with her caption, which read:
“With every step i take, you lift my foot and guide me forward. love you.”
That’s really beautiful.
It’s almost impossible to not have boundless affection for Paris Jackson.
You know how Prince Harry talked about how nobody wants to be royal because you’re just born into responsibility and celebrity without ever asking for it?
Well, Paris Jackson may not need to attend gaudy ceremonies that no longer hold any real governing authority, but she was absolutely born into a famous family and into an overpowering celebrity status that she never could have imagined.
But we don’t just like her because she’s sympathetic.
She’s an intriguingly spiritual person, and you only need to look through her Instagram to see that.
There’s also the (super relatable) detail of Paris Jackson’s fondness for nudity that our wildly uptight society sorely needs.
Honestly, Paris Jackson’s had a rough time, with ordinary and extraordinary challenges to overcome.
But we’re so impressed by the young woman she’s become.
Whether she’s explaining why 13 Reasons Why is harmful or giving internet trolls the smackdown, we’re so glad that she’s around and so willing to share her thoughts and life with the world.
If she wanted to be a total recluse, she’d have every right to do so.

Paris Jackson GOES OFF on Haters. You Must Watch This.
Attention, haters:
Paris Jackson has a few words she would like to say to you.
Actually, Paris Jackson has MANY words she would like to say to you… and we endorse each and every one of them.
Rarely one to hold back her feelings, Jackson has slammed critics in the past, specifically for shaming her body online.
But the only daughter of Michael Jackson takes a broader view of all the negative opinions out there in the video above, which is a solid 10 minutes long and which Paris shared this week on Instagram.
It takes into account body-shamers, privilege-shamers and pretty much every other troll on the World Wide Web.
The rant is wide-spreading and memorable and we’ve included several of Jackson’s most pointed quotes from the footage below.

I’d like to think that I’m on a pretty good track as someone that is literally still a teenager, still a teenager, and doing the things that I’m doing.

As a teenager, I am doing the best I can. I’m working as hard as I possibly can to make a living for myself and create my own life.
I’m trying to leave a very positive impact.
I understand that it’s not enough. No matter what I do, it will never be enough and you will never be satisfied even though I’m 19 and even though I’m working my ass off, it’s not enough. I could adopt a shit ton of kids and do a bunch of f-cking charity work like Angelina Jolie and y’all will still be creating rumors about me like you do with her.
There’s so many things that we could be putting our effort into, and all of this effort that you’re putting into me – a teenager – put it into something.
Put it into pipelines, put it into protests, just do something.
It’s sadly worth remembering that Paris tried to commit suicide in 2013.
She’s been open and honest and candid about her drug use and personal struggles since her famous father died.
Jackson has lived a tough life and, yes, this can be true even if someone was born into a lot of money.
So we applaud Paris for this video. We admire her for taking proactive steps against all the bullies out there.
And we’d to tell the bullies something as well:
You suck. Get off the Internet and go get a life.

Kim Kardashian: Being Robbed in Paris Changed EVERYTHING
Kim Kardashian appeared on The View for the first time in 5 years, and she talked about her strained relationship with Caitlyn Jenner.
But after half a decade, she had a lot more to discuss — including her lifestyle and her family, and how everything"s changed since the robbery.
One of the keys to being a businesswoman is turning every disadvantage into an advantage.
Apparently, Kim is applying this even to personal trauma.
Because she"s using having been robbed and fearing for her life to change things about her life.
"I think in life, things happen to you for a reason and you really do have to pay attention and I got the message."
That can be a dangerous point of view.
And a horrible thing to say to someone else who"s just had a horrible experience.
But a lot of people believe that, and it looks like Kim"s one of them.
"I just learned so much and something had to change just of how I live my life."
A lot of people reprioritize after a traumatic experience, especially one that they believed would claim their lives.
"The things that were important to me before and the things I liked to show off before are definitely not the things I like to show off now."
One of those, of course, being sharing her location to the world.
A lot of us do that without thinking.
"Having dinner with" and then tagging your friends" Twitter handles is an innocuous way of keeping friends updated on your life.
But if someone wanted to break into your home, they"d want to keep an eye on your tweets for just such an opportunity.
For most of us, it wouldn"t be worth the effort.
Kim, on the other hand, has obscene amounts of money and some very expensive clothing and jewelry to go with it.
Being robbed wasn"t her fault, but it"s a reminder to all of us to be careful with who knows what.
Make sure that you"re not the easiest target and they"ll rob somebody else, basically.
She"s now terrified to let her kids grow up on social media.
A lot of parents have that fear, and it"s usually misplaced.
In Kim"s case, she"s concerned because her children are famous.
Non-celebrity young people might be bullied by peers, not harassed by literally thousands of trolls who are looking to feel powerful by making a famous person sad.
Even Kim, an adult, isn"t immune.
"I do break down at times… It"s not ok for people to be saying these awful things."
And one of the things that made her conscious of this and how it would impact her children was the Paris robbery, when people on social media suggested that she had faked the horrible event.
"For us to just have these people that have all this keyboard courage to write the craziest things about you and to think that that"s ok and it"s not ok."
You know, keyboard courage is a good term. And for sure an insult.
If you tweet something at someone, it should always be something that you would say to their face.
Overall, being robbed as she was is very nearly a worst-case scenario in terms of the bad things that happen because of fame.
So while it"s good to take some lessons to heart, you also need to take some of this with a grain of salt.
Hopefully, by the time that North is 13 — the age of being old enough to use social media is still 9 years away — Kim will have struck a balance.
Being rich and famous has its cost, but we"d for sure want North to be able to interact with her peers.
Twitter already allows you to keep your account private.

Kim Kardashian: I"m Too Scared to Go Back to Paris!
Can you believe it"s been eight months now since Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris?
Two men forced their way into her apartment, tied her up, shoved a gun in her face, and stole just so, so much jewelry.
The event was extremely traumatizing for her, and understandably so — it sounds absolutely terrifying.
But, as she reveals in a new sneak peek for tonight"s season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she"s so traumatized that she may never go back to Paris.
Ever.
In the clip, Kim sits down for a dinner in New York with friends La La Anthony, Jonathan Cheban, and Simon Huck.
After taking out her "grills" and her fake lip ring, she explains that she has to go to court the next day to testify again.
"I think they"re going to ask me to, like, say the whole thing again, like what happened," she says.
La La asks what it"s like for her to go through the story again and again, if it"s hard every time or if it"s easier at this point.
"I think I"ve said it a lot," Kim answers, "and I"ve, like, relived it so much in therapy that I"ll be OK."
"I mean, I don"t know, if they start asking me certain questions, maybe it"ll trigger something and I"ll get emotional, but it"s nothing that I can"t get through."
Simon asks her if she"s going to go back to Paris, but she says that she"s not planning on going anytime soon.
He suggest she might go back in "a couple years," but she says it"ll be more like "five, six, seven, ten years."
"I don"t want to go anytime soon," she insists when her friends seem shocked.
"North has pajamas with the Eiffel Tower all over it," she says, "and she goes "Mommy, you like to go to Paris, right?""
"And I was like "yeah," she was like "Are you gonna take me?" And I was like "You"ve been there before. We"ll go one day.""
Kim says that it would be "so hard" to back to Paris, but "I will do it for her."

Ariana Grande: Watch The Hero We Need Perform in Paris!
Knowing how to go on with your life is one of the most important things in the face of terrible tragedies.
But it"s even more vital in the aftermath of a terrorist attack.
That"s why it"s so good to see that Ariana Grande has been able to carry on with her Dangerous Woman Tour.
The bombing attack at her Manchester concert was horrible.
22 people died, including an 8-year-old girl.
It was a vicious attack using an explosive that sent improvised shrapnel — including nails — hurtling into nearby victims.
Many of Ariana"s concert attendees are minors, including younger children. A lot of parents were also present.
The attacker no doubt chose the victims and vanue for maximum effect.
In response, Ariana had initially canceled her Dangerous Woman tour, issuing a statement about how devastated she was.
It"s so important to remember that Ariana wasn"t just feeling sorry for her fans who were dead, injured, and traumatized.
She was also there. She was also a victim and also a survivor of the attack.
That"s always going to leave an emotional mark, no matter how strong someone is.
Trauma is powerful and ugly and it can prevent people from living their lives.
Ariana"s memorial performance in Manchester featured numerous other performers, including Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber.
One Love Manchester was an overall success and a heartwarming tribute to the victims, including both those who made it and those who did not.
It was safe and sent out a powerful message that healing is possible even in the wake of horror.
There"s something to be said about the state of the world when the likes of Justin Bieber does more to support the British people than the US President at the time.
The good news new, for multiple reasons, is that Ariana"s tour has officially resumed.
She performed in Paris, France, going through a series of current and older hits but also covering "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."
A beautiful, hopeful anthem that older people who (for whatever reason) aren"t her fans might find more accessible than, say, "Side To Side."
Here"s why that"s a good thing:
First of all, Ariana"s fans deserve to get to see her Dangerous Woman concert. Not just because they"ve been waiting for it, but because the evil deeds of evil men shouldn"t rob people all over the world of their happiness.
Second of all, it shows other aspiring terrorists, whether they"re already part of groups like Daesh or are simply disaffected losers who "self-radicalize" because they want to feel important, that their efforts won"t work.
That means that their efforts to demonize Muslims living in predominantly Christian countries won"t work.
But also that their attempts to strike blows at cultural values that they don"t share won"t work.
We are all defiant in the face of terrorism, as we should be.
Not for nothing, but continuing with her tour also means that Ariana Grande herself is working through her trauma.
After everything, we would have completely understood if she"d just decided to curl up in her house for a few years.
Instead, she visited surviving victims in their hospital rooms, held a memorial concert, and is going to continue to bring joy to the world.
She truly is the hero we need.
Now, watch her moving performance — and that massive, undeterred audience.

Paris Jackson Shares Photo of Brother Blanket: He Looks Just Like Michael!
Paris Jackson is in the early stages of launching a career as a high-profile MAW (model/actress/whatever), which means she’s everywhere these days.
Sources say Paris has 20 full-time employees working around the clock to keep her in the spotlight, so it’s not surprising that she’s been successful in her efforts to boost her public profile.
Unfortunately, Paris’ bid to become more famous has led to increased attenion being paid to some of her more camera-shy family members.
Last month, fans flipped when Paris shared a photo of Blanket Jackson, as Michael’s 15-year-old son is rarely spotted in public or on social media.
Yesterday, he popped up again, in the Instagram story screen-grabbed above.
Again, longtime Jackson family fans were pleased to see that the most low-key of Michael’s kids looks to be happy and healthy.
And obviously, many commented on Blanket’s resemblance to the King of Pop.
But there are still many who are concerned about the boy’s well-being.
And it seems that Paris might be one of them.
Sources say Paris is frightened for Blanket’s future, but when she expresses her concerns to other family members, they apparently fall on deaf ears.
Currently, it seems there’s disagreement with regard to who should be caring for Blanket and to what degree.
Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is the boy’s legal guardian, but insiders say she’s rarely home, and often not up to the task of caring for a teenager.
As a result, much of Blanket’s day-to-day care is left up to Paris’ Aunt Rebbie, who many family members reportedly feel has been negligent in her duties.
So the boy has been passed along to a third relative, T.J. Jackson, who frequently stays with him at a home formerly owned by Michael, but it seems T.J. isn’t able to live with Blanket full-time.
On top of everything else, some fans now believe that Paris is exploiting Blanket by posting images of him on social media.
In short, it’s a whole lot more drama for the Jackson family.
We’re sure they’re somewhat used to it by now.

Paris Jackson Shares Topless Photos, Love of Being Nude
Paris Jackson is an absolutely beautiful individual, right? Just 100% gorgeous, inside and out.
And since she’s so gorgeous … well, it just makes sense that we’d be delighted to see more of her.
More of her talents, more of her insights, more of her intellect.
And also more of her incredible body.
Last night, Paris shared so much of herself with us, including but certainly not limited to — brace yourselves — a couple of topless photos.
The first one she shared on Snapchat:
Cute, right? She’s doing the classic Miley Cyrus move of using emojis for pasties, there’s even a dog in there. A top notch Snap for sure.
But the second topless pic she put on Instagram. And this one was a little different.
For one, it’s a little more artsy — black and white, no emojis. It’s basically museum-worthy.
And for two, she added a lengthy caption along with the photo explaining why nudity is so important to her.
“I’ll say it again for those questioning what I stand for and how I express myself,” she began.
“Nudity started as a movement for ‘going back to nature,’ ‘expressing freedom,’ ‘being healthier,’ and was even called a philosophy. Being naked is part of what makes us human.”
She wrote “For me it helps me feel more connected to mama gaia. I’m usually naked when I garden.”
“It’s actually a beautiful thing and you don’t have to make it sexual the way many Hollywood stars (and the media) do.”
“Not only is your body a temple and should be worshipped as so, but also part of feminism is being able to express yourself in your own way, whether it’s being conservative and wearing lots of clothes or showing yourself.”
Paris, who seems even deeper than we originally thought, goes on to explain that “There’s different ways of absorbing mother earth’s energy.”
“My favorite is earthing which is absorbing the earths vibrations from contact between the soil and your bare feet, as well as letting your naked skin absorb the rays of the sun.”
“The human body is a beautiful thing and no matter what ‘flaws’ you have, whether it be scars, or extra weight, stretch marks, freckles, whatever, it is beautiful and you should express yourself however you feel comfortable.”
See what we mean about being beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside?
“If this makes some of you upset,” she continued,” “I completely understand and I encourage you to maybe no longer follow me, but I cannot apologize for this in any way.”
“It is who I am and I refuse to shy away and keep my beliefs a secret.”
Amazing, right?
“Everyone has an opinion and everyone has their beliefs,” Paris finished. “We don’t always agree with one another and that’s okay. But again, we are all human, and to appreciate the things that other people do that makes us human helps us feel connected.”
