Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers: Where Did It All Go Wrong?!?
For several months last year, it appeared as if Aaron Rodgers and Olivia Munn would be in a two-person huddle forever.
We thought they’d get married.
But the couple then ran into some kind of coverage they could not navigate past, figuratively failing to make a romantic first down when they needed it most.
Terrible football metaphors aside, the point is this:
Rodgers and Munn have split. As previously reported, they surprised many fans by ending their three-year long relationship earlier this month.
Neither the star quarterback or the beautiful actress has commented on the basis for this break-up, meaning celebrity gossip outlets have no choice but to speculate over what went wrong.
“He ended it,” a source tells Us Weekly of Rodgers, while another insider tells the same tabloid that the stars were not as happy as they appeared to be on various red carpets.
The pair ““went through a rough patch last summer,” this anonymous individual claims.
He or she goes on to say that the main issue facing Rodgers and Munn “is that Olivia doesn’t get along with his family. They think she’s controlling.”
Ah, yes, the Rodgers family.
Aaron’s brother, Jordan Rodgers, actually won JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelor; he’s still with his fellow reality star and plans on marrying her.
Throughout his run on this ABC series, chatter over Jordan’s weak relationship with his famous sibling rang across the Internet.
There’s little doubt that Aaron is estranged from his family, although it’s unclear why:
Has he let his fame and wealth go to his head? Did relatives demand more time and money from Aaron after he led Green Bay to a Super Bowl title?
We simply don’t know.
But Us Weekly writes that tension grew so high between Munn and Rodgers while the latter’s family members called him out last year that the stars “split for a little.”
That temporary break ran under the Internet radar and the two eventually gave their romance another shot.
Alas, “issues [that] have been going on forever” were finally too much for the celebrities to overcome and they simply could not sustain their romance any longer this spring.
Is there any chance that they get back together?
At least one half of the now-former-couple sure hopes so.
“She is devastated,” a friend says of Munn. “She hopes they can work things out and get back together.”
In other words, Munn really can’t R-E-L-A-X at the moment as a result of this split.
That joke/reference isn’t really funny. But it at least makes sense to football fans.

Christina El Moussa Speaks on Divorce: Where Did It All Go Wrong?
Christina El Moussa went head-to-head with Tarek El Moussa this morning.
Both halves of the estranged couple – who still hosts Flip or Flop on HGTV together, despite their December divorce filing – appeared on quasi news programs, speaking for the first time publicly about their split.
Christina, for instance, appeared as a guest on Good Morning America, generally referring to the tabloid chatter that’s been surrounding the reality stars of late and saying:
“There’s a lot of false stories and a lot of hype, but in the end we’re just normal, nice people who just want to be the best parents and coworkers that we can be.”
Tarek and Christina are parents to an 18-month old named Brayden and a six-year old named Taylor.
Speaking to The Today Show, Tarek reiterated the former couple’s commitment to their kids.
“We have to make sure we remain friendly because we have to make sure they have good parents,” Tarek says in the following clip:
Christina, meanwhile, is also featured on the cover of this week’s People Magazine.
She goes into detail about her and Tarek’s break-up for the first time within this issue’s pages.
“Like any couple, we had our share of issues,” Christina tells the publication. “But we went through a lot in a short amount of time.”
She and Tarek separated in May following a scary incident that involved an argument, a gun and the police.
The news of their separation went public a few months later, at which time they issued a joint statement that made it seem as if they were on solid terms.
“Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage,” the pair said in December, adding:
“We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.”
Flip or Flop launched on HGTV in 2013.
Not long afterward, Tarek learned he had thyroid cancer.
As he went through radiation treatment, Christina also started a difficult struggle to get pregnant via in vitro fertilization and suffered a miscarriage in 2014.
Little Brayden was then born, and Christina returned to work just four weeks later.
“It was too soon for me,” she tells People.
“I was overwhelmed. The tension between me and Tarek was high. “We weren’t able to properly communicate anymore. It got to the point where we weren’t even driving to set together.”
By the time the El Moussas confirmed their split to the public, they had been living apart for six months.
So the announcement felt like a “weight” had been lifted off Christina, she says.
What about talk that she’s now sleeping with Gary Anderson, the family’s ex-contractor?
“Tarek and I don’t discuss each other’s personal lives,” she says.
“It is what it is and we are going through a divorce and eventually we will be dating other people. I’m happy for him and whatever steps he takes in his life and I just hope he’s happy.”
As for the most important people in all this? The stars’ two young children? Says Christina:
“Our kids are amazing … Our kids are transitioning well.
“Tarek and I are friends and we have a lot of support from our family. The kids are doing great.”

Donald Trump: Is It Wrong to Be Attracted to Your Daughter?
In honor of this season of family togetherness, allow us to share with you a story of father-daughter bonding that’s downright … *throws up in mouth* touching.
As you may have heard, Donald Trump was elected president recently in an election that shocked literally everyone, including Donald Trump.
The last two weeks have been filled with reminders that Trump had little expectation of getting elected, not the least of which is that his wife and youngest son clearly have no intention of moving into the White House with him.
Of course, we can’t blame Barron for not wanting to change schools midyear just so he can continue to be neglected by the geriatric grapefruit that sneaks into his mother’s room once a year to squeak the springs for 8 seconds.
And the situation is only made worse by the fact that Donald clearly favors the children from his first marriage.
Or maybe we should say “one of the children from his first marriage.”
Or maybe we should say “Donald Trump is sexually attracted to his daughter.”
That may sound like a needlessly scandalous thing to say about an accomplished statesman who was just selected for our nation’s highest office in a fair, honest and not-at-all-stolen-by-the-Russians election, and believe us, we hope it’s not true.
But sadly, there’s a fair amount of evidence to support the claim.
You’re probably familiar with Exhibit A …
… which, by itself, probably should’ve been enough to disqualify Donald from any sort of future employment, much less the presidency.
Then, of course, there were Trump’s remarks that he would “probably be dating” Ivanka were it not for the fact that, ya know … he’s her freaking father!
Yes, that’s probably be sufficient information for us to draw all the conclusions we need to about the odd, odd relationship between Donald and Ivanka, but a disturbing new piece of evidence emerged today in the form of a redacted Washington Post article.
The piece, titled “Our next president, the Godfather” and penned Post columnist Richard Cohen, reportedly featured the following passage when it was distributed to syndication outlets:
“Jared Kushner, our Tom Hagen, who married Trump’s stunning daughter Ivanka — ‘Can I ask you something?’ Trump asked someone I know, about his then-13-year-old kid, Is it wrong to be more sexually attracted to your own daughter than your wife?” — has lately lost some of this Boy Scout aura.
“It turns out Kushner’s admission to Harvard was preceded by his father’s $ 2.5 million pledge.”
Not surprisingly, it’s not the revelation that Ivanka’s father-in-law may have bought her husband’s way into Harvard that’s receiving the most attention online today.
The portion about Trump allegedly asking a friend if it’s acceptable to be sexually attracted to his daughter did not appear in the final edition of the article.
Perhaps it was proven untrue, or maybe the Post remembered that Trump is the litigious sort and decided to let him stay focused on hating the New York Times.
We may never know, as the Post’s editorial page editor declined to comment when reached by BuzzFeed.
Of course the really crazy part is that this probably won’t even be the most jaw-dropping piece of Trump news you read about today.
We’re in for an interesting four years, folks!
