Patrick Dempsey: Lots Of Sex Saved My Marriage!

Patrick Dempsey’s life is kind of great right now.

Not only does he star in the highly-anticipated Bridget Jones’s Baby (out September 16th), but Dempsey has also saved his 15-year marriage to wife Jillian.

In January 2015, Jillian filed for divorce from the Grey’s Anatomy alum, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.  

A year later, the two decided to give their marriage another try.

Dempsey told People Magazine that he was willing to do whatever it took to win Jillian back.

“Our marriage was not something I was prepared to let go of,” he said.

“I didn’t feel like we had done all the work. And we both wanted to do that work. That’s where it started.”

Jillian’s filing was “scary,” Dempsey recalled.

“It’s always destabilizing when you’re potentially breaking up a family or you have a big section of your life that’s ending.”

Dempsey credits couples counseling, which he deemed “very important,” for making their union stronger, but it’s what happens outside of the therapist’s room that matters just as much.

“You’ve got to keep at it,” Dempsey, who has three children with his wife – Talula, 16, and twins Darby and Sullivan, 8, said.

“You’ve got to communicate, and stay open and not get lazy. And not give up. And lots of sex!”

Dempsey admitted to ES Magazine that his intense love affair with car racing took its toll on the marriage, but he’s not one to admit failure when it comes to his family.

“Everybody has their own path,” Dempsey explained.

“Jill and I decided it was time to work on our issues and improve. We wanted to be role models for our kids like, okay, if you have differences, you can work them out.”

The Dempseys were spotted in Europe together last year while Jillian served as Jennifer Lawrence’s makeup artist on The Hunger Games: Jay Part 2 European premieres., a clear sign that they were working on getting back together.

“You can only do one thing at a time and do it well,” he says.

“I [learned] to prioritize. Our union has to be the priority. I wasn’t prepared to give up on her and she wasn’t either. We both wanted to fight for it.” 

Rob Kardashian: Blac Chyna And Her Love Saved Me!!!

Rob Kardashian hadn’t been living his best life since 2013, but once he got to know Blac Chyna, he felt a little bit more hopeful about his future.

The couple spoke to People Magazine about their relationship, which became so intense and so public in such a short amount of time that it landed them their own reality series, Rob & Chyna.

“She got me through my darkest times,” Kardashian revealed.

“I wasn’t happy in my own skin. I missed out on so many things.”

Kardashian’s initial weight gain (he admitted to putting on 40 lbs on an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami) came after he broke up with then-girlfriend Rita Ora in late 2012.

From that point until early this year, Kardashian continued to gain weight, battled depression and was rumored to be abusing drugs.

During the holidays last December, Kardashian was rushed the hospital and later diagnosed with diabetes.

Kardashian explained that he and Chyna had known each other before dating.

“She was someone I reached out to for advice. She would cook for me and we’d just talk,” Kardashian said.

“She’s surrounded me with a lot of positivity. From the moment we met, I knew I wanted to be more than friends.”

Chyna, who would share their healthy meal preps and workouts on Snapchat, was there to lend support.

“I saw Rob was willing to better himself,” she told People.

“I had never wanted to be tough. I never wanted to change him.”

It worked, because now they are not only engaged, but expecting their first child together this fall.

“Chyna definitely motivates me,” he said.

“Being with her got me over the insecurity of being out in public.”

Though he didn’t address recent reports that he’s not comfortable filming again, Kardashian did admit that he’s not 100% back to his old self…yet..

“There were definitely dark days for me, and I’m still not fully happy looking at myself in the mirror,” he said.

“But I’m working towards that. And I’m happy.”

Miles Teller: Yes, I Saved a Pregnant Woman from a Shark

Miles Teller appeared a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon Thursday night.

And while the actor was on hand to talk about the film War Dogs, the questions quickly turned to a crazy old story about Teller.

Did he really save a pregnant woman from a shark attack?!?

His girlfriend had posted a photo (below) on Instagram of Teller taking this heroic action, talking about the tale on social media and causing many to wonder what the heck happened.

Teller backed up the story, throwing a few jabs at co-star Jonah Hill along the way because Hill had previously been a Tonight Show guest during the week.

The young actor said a woman went up to him several weeks ago and warned him not to be “alarmed,” but… well… there’s a shark swimming around.

This woman had an infant with her and was also pregnant.

"So that"s three people right there" that I saved, Teller said.

(He then made an abortion crack.)

"So, did you then yell SHARK?" Fallon asked, concerned about others in the water.

"Jimmy, I"m saving a life, I don"t have that kind of time," Teller responded with a laugh, adding:

"Obviously, you"ve never saved a life before."

Teller was in great spirits and mostly joking around during the interview, but it"s also easy to see how some folks think he comes across like a dick.

Does he think Jonah Hill would have been capable of the same life-saving maneuver than he execute? HA! No way.

Balthazar Getty: Hooking Up With Sienna Miller Saved My Marriage!

That’s one way to look at it.

Remember back in 2008 when photos surfaced of Balthazar Getty making out with a topless Sienna Miller in Italy?

Yeah, he was a married man with kids…

Getty’s wife, Rosetta left him for four years after seeing the photos, but the two are back together.

“Without going down, you can’t rise again,” Getty told the Evening Standard, referring to his affair with Miller as “ancient history” that occurred in “another lifetime.”

The 41 actor-turned-DJ, an heir to the Getty fortune, was forced to reevaluate his life in the wake of such a scandal.

Coming from a privileged background was more of a curse than it was a blessing, Getty has admitted.  As his 40th birthday approached, he decided to quit smoking and “stop whining” about his net worth (which is just north of $ 250 million).

“I’ve gotten more comfortable with who I am. Where I come from, being ‘a Getty,”‘ he admitted.

“I don’t see it any more as something I have to run from, or prove to people that I’m not who they might perceive me to be. I’ve been able to own that and feel good about it.”

Getty also comes from a long line of substance abuse;  His father, John Paul Getty III suffered a stroke from a drug binge in 1981 that left him a quadriplegic with vision problems until his death in 2011.

“It’s no secret that my father and grandfather had major drug addiction problems, and addiction runs rampant in many families. If you add wealth and celebrity on top of that, it can be lethal.”

Getty admits that he, too, fell prey to addiction.

What were his drugs of choice?

 “Didn’t really matter. [Anything] just to elevate me. A lot of people do drugs and alcohol to self-medicate.

“For me it was about the search for higher consciousness,” he answered admitting that every now and then he’ll enjoy a joint, but nothing beyond that.

Dustin Diamond: Saved By The Bell Star Arrested AGAIN

He was so close to leaving it all behind.

On May 25th, former Saved by the Bell star Dustin Diamond was arrested yet again, this time for violating his probation.

According to Zap2it, Diamond was initially released from Ozaukee County Jail on Aprill 11th, having served three of a four-month sentence for stabbing someone during a Christmas Day 2014 bar fight.

Diamond was granted an early release for good behavior; While serving time, he took part in the “Jail Porter Program,” working in the general custodial maintenance department.

For every 24 hours worked, the actor earned one day of “good time,” according to a local station.

After accruing 30 days worth, Diamond was released a month earlier than his original sentence.

As of press time, no new information regarding the actor’s arrest has been made available.

After his April release, Diamond spoke candidly with former co-star Mario Lopez on Extra about the accusations.

Dustin Diamond Knows Better

Diamond explained that he and his fiancee, Amanda Schutz were asked to taking photos with a group of people.

All of a sudden, “One of the girl’s friends [Amanda] was talking to sucker-punched my fiancée,” Diamond recalled.

“She leaned back to me and her face was covered in blood.”

Then a man from the group grabbed Schutz’s hair, which prompted Diamond to jump to her defense.

“I opened my pocket knife and said, ‘Let my wife go immediately,’ which worked,” he told Lopez.

Diamond denies actually “stabbing” the alleged victim.  Instead, Diamond claimed, the victim  “nicked his arm on the tip of” Diamond’s knife.

The troubled actor has insisted that after his first release, he’s ready to move forward.

“I want to put the tomfoolery and malarkey behind me…for that clean slate,” he told Lopez. “Time for a change.”

Diamond has faced his shares of hardships since Saved By The Bell; he was left out of a cast reunion, and then wrote a scathing tell-all about his co-stars.  

The Northern California native took part in a few low-rent reality shows and even made a sex tape, which didn’t pay enough since he went broke and faced foreclosure on him home in 2006.

Domino"s Just Saved the Life of its Most Loyal Customer

Oh, yes, Domino’s just did.

The pizza chain may not be known for making very good pizza, but at least one establishment can now be known for having the best possible customer service any restaurant can have.

Here’s why:

According to Oregon Live, Tracey Hamblen – the assistant  manager of a Domino’s in Salem – recently dialed 911 after she had not heard from Kirk Alexander in 11 days.

What made this so unusual?

Alexander had been more than just a regular customer at the establishment.

He had been ordering pizza from the joint on a nearly daily basis for over a decade.

Concerned over why Alexander had suddenly gone quiet, Hamblen went over to Alexander’s house personally.

The lights were on a television was on, but no one answered the door. She then called Alexander and got his voicemail.

This is when Hamblen called the authorities.

From there, Marion County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the residence, where they heard a man calling for assistance and found Alexander suffering from medical problems that could have ended his life, said Lt. Chris Baldridge, sheriff’s office spokesman.

Fortunately, medical personnel were able to intervene in time and, as of late Monday morning, Alexander was in stable condition at Salem Hospital.

Jenny Seiber, another assistance manager, said the very loyal customer of the Silverton Road Northeast store sometimes gets pasta… sometimes pizza… sometimes sandwiches… sometimes wings.

She described Alexander as friendly, nice and sort of quiet; and added Domino’s employees were “worried a little bit” after not hearing from him.

Monday night on an emotional Teen Mom 2 Season 7 Episode 7, Javi Marroquin had to say goodbye to his family prior to his deployment.

Knowing what we do about Kailyn Lowry and Javi splitting up – it sure looks that way at least – made this week even tougher to watch …

If Kailyn and Javi are over for good, we can point to the fact that he was headed out to be deployed for six months as a major factor.

This fact of military life takes its toll on all families of the armed services, but in this case it may have been too much for them to handle.

There’s no question Kailyn has gone off the rails in recent months, and fans worry that she may spiral further into a pattern of depression.

“I hope that absence makes the heart grow fonder,” Kailyn, who already suffered a recent miscarriage, told the MTV cameras, longingly.

Coupled with the fact that Jo Rivera is engaged to Vee Torres while her own husband is beefing with her on Twitter from overseas?

We could be seeing the beginning of the end as we watch Teen Mom 2 online. In any case, the entire family got very emotional Monday.

Leading up to his departure, the Air Force member felt good.

“I’m going to save the world, babe,” Javi told his loving wife.

Whether his marriage can be saved is an open question.

Further down south, Carolina Hurricane Jenelle Evans wanted one thing from Nathan Griffith – to get him to drop those assault charges.

Not just for peace of mind, but specifically so Jenelle could still participate in a surgical tech program that is central to her career path.

Nathan, for his part, says he hasn’t seen their son in 7-8 weeks.

Tension surrounding this issue was exacerbated when he expected Jenelle to bring Kaiser with her for a visit, but she showed up alone.

Her current beau David Eason was pissed for different reasons:

“It doesn’t matter if he’s the father of your child or not – to me it’s like a slap in the face that you would even want to meet up with him and talk to him.”

Not shockingly, Nathan isn’t a big time fan of David’s either.

A little digging into David Eason’s past unearthed a long list of criminal complaints against Jenelle’s boyfriend, including domestic violence.

“Nothing you say is adding up. You live with a felon – I don’t,” Nathan said to Jenelle, leaving us wonder how long their truce will last.

Things weren’t quite as uncomfortable between Leah Messer and Corey Simms – it’s hard to top Jenelle and … anyone in that arena.

On top of that, though, the parents still had to work together regarding their daughter as they headed to Columbus for Ali’s check up.

During the appointment, the duo met with a social worker about their potential custody arrangement changes, and also spoke privately.

Messer, as always, felt she was getting the shaft.

“I have my s–t together. There is no reason whatsoever that my children can’t be with me Thursday through Sunday,” Leah told her cousin.

Will a judge agree? After all this?

“Oh, my god … I’m getting f–king married,” Chelsea Houska excitedly said to a friend in South Dakota, still beaming from her proposal.

Researching decorations, flowers and such for her wedding to Cole DeBoer sure beats dealing with that derelict of society Adam Lind.

If only he would just go away!

Unfortunately, it’s not that easy, and the Housk is still embroiled in a legal battle over whether Adam Lind is the worst father in history.

She expressed disappointment (that’s putting it nicely) with the way he treats their daughter, and just wants him to own up to his child.

“You can be the biggest piece of s–t [when] you wanna be. You’re only being a d–k to her,” Chelsea said re: how Adam treats Aubree.

Cole is really outshining him in the daddy department – the bar is set pretty low, granted – which Lind doesn’t appreciate. Stay tuned.

Kanye West: New Book Details How He Saved The Kardashian Brand

Well, this is interesting.

Celebrity journalist Ian Halperin has penned several “bombshell” books revealing the secrets behind his subject’s relationships, rise to fame and more.

Halperin’s latest book, Kardashian Dynasty (Simon & Schuster) reveals how Kris Jenner went into crisis mode after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries in 2011.

“Kim’s marriage to Kris Humphries had collapsed after just 72 days and with the media claiming their relationship was just a publicity stunt, there were debates going on behind the scenes about whether the show was toast,” a source at the publisher told Radar Online. 

“There was a real danger that the plug was going to be pulled on them.”

At the time, Kardashian told the media that she took a little time away from the spotlight to deal with the split.  Meanwhile, Jenner put plans into motion to keep her brand relevant.

“Halperin says he discovered that Kris Jenner called a crisis meeting and came up with the idea of moving the plot forward by having Kim date someone else who was fashionable and ideally of African American descent,” the source added.

“In the end, Halperin says the list included one Caucasian, Justin Bieber, as well as Kanye [West], Nick Young, of the LA Lakers, and Matt Kemp, of the LA Dodgers, who once dated Rihanna.”

The world of celebrity was Kardashian’s for the taking really.

“Kim settled on Kanye, though at first she thought he was too short for her.”

West accepted her proposal, totally cool with the details of the arrangement.

“Halperin says that Kris was upfront with Kanye about this being a set up and he agreed because he thought his star as well as Kim’s would be augmented.”

BUT THEN FEELINGS GOT IN THE WAY AND IT ALL WORKED OUT PERFECTLY!

“It became friends with benefits and Kim got pregnant and they really did fall for each other.”

Kardashian and West do look like smitten kittens, and have since they started “hanging out.”  In February 2012, Kardashian attended Paris Fashion Week with West, and sported a pair of $ 6,000 Giuseppi Zanotti heels designed by him at a few shows.

Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler: Therapy SAVED Our Marriage!

Fans make a lot of assumptions about celebrity marriages, and that of Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler is no exception.

But now the Laguna Beach alum is setting the record straight on her not-so-perfect union with the NFL star.

On SiriusXM’s “Wake Up With Taylor,” Cavallari addresses a longstanding rumor that back in 2011, Cutler called off their engagement.

She clarified that in fact is was she, K. Cav, who broke it off. Because women can break up with men, too, you know.

“All the tabloids said that Jay broke up with me, called off the engagement… and I was like, what the f**k?” she said. “That’s not true! But I didn’t say anything ’cause I didn’t think it was anybody’s business.”

She also recounted another popular tabloid trope that was cast upon her after she got pregnant.

“I got pregnant shortly thereafter, so everyone’s like ‘she got pregnant on purpose,’ blah blah blah,” she continued. “And I’m like, oh my God, this is crazy! If I got pregnant on purpose, why would he marry me and have more kids with me? Wouldn’t he hate me?”

I mean, yeah, I would think so.

Despite the drama, the two eventually did tie the knot in 2013 and they now have three kids together. 

However, their relationship is far from perfect, she openly admits.

‘We don’t have a perfect relationship,” she said. “You know, we work on it. We’re in therapy.”

The former reality star explained that seeing a therapist has helped her understand why she has certain reactions to situations and has provided them both with valuable communication tools. 

“One hundred percent, I think it saved our relationship,” she continued. “It’s the best.”

In her new memoir, Balancing in Heels, Cavallari explained that she broke the engagement to Cutler because “something wasn’t right” with their relationship. 

“I knew the only way Jay would see how serious I was, was if I ended the relationship,” she wrote.

The mom of three has been doing a lot of talking lately to promote her new book. She’s even spilled some secrets about Laguna Hills that took fans by surprise. 

“I was really unhappy,” she said of her time on the show.

Yolanda Foster: David May Have Saved My Life!

2015 has gone, and with it (hopefully) the worst.

Yolanda Foster is spending the holidays with her children, but she took some time to address the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and the heated debate over her illness.

“I am trying to watch the show with an open heart and no judgment of anyone in it as I choose to share my journey in order to bring awareness to Lyme disease and invisible chronic disease in general,” Foster wrote on her Bravo blog.

“I’m well aware that it opened up a storm of debate, but as long as we can speak with kindness and good intent, I believe that my quest for a cure will be rewarded one day.”

Foster then spoke about the obstacles she overcame to get to where she is today, which isn’t even 100%.

“After being properly diagnosed three years ago, I followed strict doctor’s orders 24/7 but made very slow progress as we slowly uncovered the mystery of my failing health,” Foster explained.

“Last June, David woke up one morning and said, ‘We are not doing any more treatments until you get a full body scan.’

“That scan probably saved my life, as doctors found free-floating silicone under my left arm pit, under my right clavicle bone, and under my rib cage.”

Foster spoke of regret over enhancing her features in the past with plastic surgery and injections.

“It’s fascinating to see how strong we really are,” she said.  “Our bodies are this extraordinary machinery that deals with whatever we throw at it. 

“Looking back, what was I ever thinking putting breast implants or the poison of Botox in my so perfectly healthy body?

“The truth is I wasn’t thinking but rather brainwashed by society’s perception of what a perfect woman should look like and into believing that any of these beautifying enhancements were safe.

“I know we all want to be a better version of ourselves…but please be conscious that the things we do to our bodies are too new for us to truly understand the side effects.”

Lance Bass: Khloe Kardashian Saved Lamar Odom"s Life!

It’s been almost two weeks since Lamar Odom was found unconscious in his suite at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada.

In that time, the famous faces in Odom’s inner circle have all had their say about the sad situation.

Naturally, Khloe Kardashian gave a statement on Lamar’s health, and her family and friends offered words of support, but there’s one celeb who you might be surprised to learn has an insider’s perspective on Lamar’s near-fatal overdose. 

Lance Bass is a long time Kardashian-Jenner family friend and he’s apparently been in regular contact with Khloe and company in the week’s since Lamar was first hospitalized.

“I was just over at Kris’s house the other day, and, I mean, they put their lives on hold. I give it up to those girls,” Bass told People magazine recently. “Love them or hate them, they really stepped up to the plate and saved his life.” 

“Put their lives on hold” might be a bit of an overstatement, as the stream of half-naked selfies really only let up for a couple days, but we think we know what Lance is trying to say.

It’s true that Khloe appears to be doing everything in her power to nurse Lamar back to health, and she seems to have the full support of her family.

Bass says the situation has been particularly hard on Khloe’s mother, Kris Jenner.

“It’s devastating,” Bass said about Kris. “This is like her son and it’s really sad.”

On a happier note, Bass also stated that Lamar is “improving daily” and he has “high hopes” that Lamar will not only recover, but also devote his life to helping others avoid similar fates:

“If he makes it and he comes out of this, he’s going to change a lot of lives out there and save a lot of lives,” Bass said. “I have a feeling he’s going to really stay clean and really spread the message of living a sober life.”

Monica Monroe: I Saved Lamar Odom"s Life! I Never Gave Him Drugs!

Monica Monroe, one of the two prostitutes who found Lamar Odom unconscious last week, says she had nothing to do with his drug use.

If anything, she insists, she’s the reason he’s still alive.

Yesterday, reports surfaced that the women Lamar was with eight days ago, Madison Montag and Ryder Cherry, supplied him with drugs.

(Those names are aliases, as is Monica Monroe … whichever one she is. Monroe is in witness protection after her boyfriend’s murder.)

Whatever her name is, she tells the Daily Mail (UK):

“I didn’t do anything wrong … I saved [Odom’s] life.”

The two prostitutes found Odom and called for help, just in time to get him airlifted out of the brothel before his heart and brain shut down.

Monroe has left Nevada, distraught and scared.

“I’m not to blame at all because I didn’t do anything wrong at all,” Monroe reiterated to the site. “I feel like I saved his life by finding him.”

Before that, it sounds like quite the weekend.

According to 911 calls, Khloe Kardashian’s husband had taken at least 10 tabs of the sexual performance enhancement drug Reload.

He was also allegedly on cocaine at the time.

After being treated at Sunrise Hospital in Vegas, and given a 50-50 chance of survival, Odom pulled through and regained consciousness.

He is now at L.A.’s Cedars Sinai Hospital.

Khloe issued a statement yesterday on his condition, thanking friends and fans for support throughout the sobering and taxing ordeal.

The journey ahead is long and arduous, too.

“He’s still really, really sick,” a source said.

“There are a million things they’re doing to him still. He’s still in rough shape, not doing well. He’s talking a little, but not full sentences.”

Kim Zolciak"s Stroke May Have Saved Her Life! Doctors Apparently Discovered A Life-Threatening Heart Condition During Her Hospital Stay

We are so thankful she’s OK!!

After Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s mini-stroke on Thursday, she went home to recover and it appeared that a scary episode was behind her for good.

Now, though, it turns out we are only just learning how scary the health problem really was — and how close it came to being truly life-threatening!

As it turns out Kim had a procedure done on her heart following the mini-stroke when doctors discovered an underlying heart issue, which had it not been completed, could’ve ended up claiming her life.

In a bizarre way, the stroke actually turned out to be a good thing for Kim — had she not gone to the hospital on Thursday, she likely would have never found out about the heart issue, and doctors apparently are saying that if it hadn’t been treated when it was this week, it certainly would’ve been life threatening.

Kim likely won’t be on DWTS on Monday night, but that’s certainly insignificant at this point — we are just very very thankful she’s on the mend!
