Alaskan Bush People SLAMMED, Called "Fake" by Fans!
The Brown family on Alaskan Bush People said goodbye to Browntown in a recent episode, but the show teased that it wasn’t an end — just a new beginning.
At the news that Alaskan Bush People is getting another season, a lot of fans rejoiced. Most viewers want to see their shows get renewed.
Some fans, however, are now turning on the series. To them, renewal isn’t good news — it’s confirmation of everything that they say is wrong with the show.
Even though this season was said to be the last one for the family, and even though the show’s renewal came as a surprise, we have to say that it makes sense.
The combination of the family leaving Browntown in Alaska combined with Ami Brown’s painful battle with cancer seemed like they were closing the chapter.
Many fans urged the Brown children to not close Browntown and to stay in Alaska, hoping that they’d carry on their family’s tradition of roughing it as if they were in a very uneventful post-apocalyptic setting.
But … the only possible reason to do that would be to continue filming the show.
(Filming the show makes sense, because the cancer storyline, tragic as it is, sure has people’s attention)
Otherwise they’d just be squatting in the woods like fugitives for no reason.
Children aren’t just extensions of their parents; this is something that Ami and Billy Brown are passionate about.
The Brown children all have their own lives to lead, you know?
Especially now that they’ve all been getting paid for their reality show for the better part of a decade.
So, Discovery shared a new promo for the series … except that their video, in which Billy Brown talks about setting up their new homes.
It’s in the southwestern wilderness, and it’s less than an hour from a hospital — where Ami Brown gets chemo treatment.
(Unfortunately, and we hate to relay bad news, but Ami Brown’s cancer is reportedly worse than people first thought, though we don’t have confirmation of that, yet)
The controversy? The new homestead that Billy’s proposed is in Colorado. The promo is titled “Colorado Bush People.”
And fans on pages like Alaskan Bush People: Exposed are expressing their outrage and calling out the series for being “fake.”
Some of the comments were pure sarcasm:
“Cheers, let’s drink to the ‘integrity’ of this [wonderful] family. Bless these honest people on their journey to the new Browntown.”
Others announced that they were doing what video game folks would call ragequitting.
“I won’t be watching. Done with all this fake so called life style.”
Others felt like they’d had the wool over their eyes for a long time and only recently broken their suspension of disbelief.
“I quit watching too! This group gives me way more entertainment! I admit they had me fooled for a while. But I was always trying to figure out their logistics and that they always had new lumber and rolls of plastic.”
Now, of course they did — either provided by the show through their contract or just purchased.
“Can this show REALLY be called ‘bush’ people when they are living in suburbs, vacationing throughout the US and all of them have social media? Let’s stop the crazy. Seriously.”
Reportedly, some of them are still vacationing. Noah Brown got slammed for “abandoning” his family, if you’ll recall.
(He has a fiancee and probably has things on his mind other than building treehouses, folks)
The thing is that all reality shows have some degree of fakeness.
We all know that.
Most Real Housewives would (hopefully) not be breaking glasses or overturning tables if the cameras weren’t present.
Even the shows that follow people’s lives will have events scheduled by producers that are designed to generate drama if there isn’t enough drama already.
This spike of interest that got them to film more may not last, which means that Colorado may be the Brown family’s last stand on reality television.
But you know what? Good for them. After roughing it like that for so long, don’t they deserve to retire and rejoin civilization?
They should get to enjoy some of that sweet, sweet reality TV dough.

Jon Gosselin vs. Kate Gosselin: Cops Called Over Fight at Orthodontist"s Office
Contrary to what most people around the world likely think, Kate Plus 8 is still a TV show.
It airs new episodes and everything.
Similarly, despite neither its star nor her estranged husband being in the news very much anymore, Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin remain at extreme odds with each other.
According to police in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, a call was made on Tuesday afternoon regarding a custody dispute between the ex-spouses and reality TV co-stars.
As reported by TMZ, E! News and other outlets, cops were called to an orthodontist’s office around 1:10 p.m. due to a “verbal domestic dispute over child custody involving one minor (Female/13 years old).”
One of the controversial parents took their child to her appointment, but then the other showed up and an argument broke out over who would be driving her home.
“The call came in at 1:10 this afternoon for a verbal domestic argument … over the custody of one of their 13-year-old daughters,” a Wyomissing Police Department spokesperson told Entertainment Tonight, adding:
“No one was arrested and the daughter did go home with the father after she expressed that was her desire to do.”
Married for a decade until their divorce in 2009, the Gosselins rose to fame as the lead cast members on Jon & Kate Plus 8.
They starred on the series along with their eight children:
Mady and Cara, twins who are both 16; and sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Joel, each 13.
Tension has existed between Jon and Kate ever since their split, but they have operated under the same custody arrangement for seven years now.
Details are mostly kept under wraps, although both parents share custody in some fashion.
Kate recently made negative headlines after an episode of Kate Plus 8 aired in which the sextuplets celebrated their 13th birthdays.
All except Collin, that is.
The young teenager was missing because he’s in some mystery facility with so-called “behavior specialists.”
This is perfectly fine and maybe even healthy for the child, but Kate has seemingly just gone on with her life and her show, shrugging over the fact that one of her sons isn’t part of the family, not even for milestone occasions.
Jon, meanwhile, has done very little for years.
But he did sort of perform at a strip club this spring, so that’s something, we suppose.
Both Jon and Kate are very annoying.
We don’t know exactly how their latest tiff was left, but, as always, we hope they can keep things as amicable as possible moving forward.

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie: Is the Divorce Called Off?!
With this week’s news that Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are divorcing, many fans of celebrity couples were quick to declare love dead.
But now, it may be time to cast off your mourning attire and start believing again, as arguably the most famous couple on the planet is rumored to be giving their relationship a second chance.
Yes, sources tell Us Weekly that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have called off their divorce and are considering an attempt at saving their marriage.
“The divorce is off,” says the source.
“They haven’t done anything to move it forward in several months and no one thinks they are ever going to.”
Many have expressed shock at the news, as Pitt and Jolie’s split back in September of 2016 was anything but amicable.
The couple parted ways following a confrontation between Pitt and son Maddox aboard a private jet.
Insiders say Jolie was so appalled by her husband’s behavior that she left him the next day without hesitation.
Nearly a year later, however, Jolie is reportedly considering giving Pitt a second chance for one simple reason:
“She’s still so in love with him,” says the source.
Of course, Jolie’s primary concern remains her six children, but she’s reportedly been won over by Pitt’s efforts to better himself for the sake of his kids.
In a candid interview published in GQ back in May, Pitt revealed that he’s now sober after decades of heavy drinking and recreational drug use.
He also revealed that he had spent a good deal of time evaluating his parenting skills and had found himself lacking.
“I grew up with a father-knows-best/war mentality — the father is all-powerful, superstrong — instead of really knowing the man and his own self-doubt and struggles,” Pitt told the mag.
“And it’s hit me smack in the face with our divorce: I gotta be more. I gotta be more for them. I have to show them. And I haven’t been great at it.”
Insiders say Pitt and Jolie are far from fully reconciled, but both are reportedly optimistic about their future together.
“Everyone thinks they are going to get back together,” says the source.
“It wouldn’t be surprising if they announced that they’re calling it off and trying to work things out.”
It would certainly be welcome news to fans weary of seemingly constant celebrity breakups.

Kim Zolciak: Who The F--k Called Animal Control On My Dogs?!?
We grew to love Kim Zolciak on The Real Housewives of Atlanta for her outspoken nature and penchant for not letting people trash-talk her.
So, we’re delighted that she’s returning to her old stomping ground and even more excited that it will likely find her feuding with Kenya Moore on a weekly basis.
That’s assuming Kenya does not get the pink slip from the hit Bravo series.
As you all know, there is no love lost between Kim and Kenya. In short, they hate each another. More on that in a little.
Ever since Kim’s son was attacked by a dog earlier this year, she has been hitting up social media to make it abundantly clear that not all dogs like to snack on children.
It’s a positive image to show off to her young son Kash who could have been scared of the four-legged animals for the rest of his life. It’s not uncommon to steer clear of something that genuinely freaks you out.
Kim recently revealed that her family had adopted three puppies, Shiloh, Sage, and Stella. Since then, there has been a never-ending stream of images of the animals on social media.
They are adorable.
Kim took to social media on Sunday, July 30 to reveal that someone had called animal control to complain that the reality TV star was not looking after the dogs properly, and she was not impressed.
“Apparently somebody thought it would be really cute to call the animal control center on my dogs today and say they were not being taken care of,” the Don’t Be Tardy star confirmed while holding a business card for Fulton County Animal Services.
“I am utterly f–king disgusted and appalled by the person who did this.”
“Of course we are in the clear because my dogs are very well taken care of,” she revealed, before saying that she had spent over $ 3000 caring for the dogs since she got them.
“I will no longer be sharing any part of my dogs and their life on my social media any longer,” she concluded, meaning we don’t get any more pictures of the cuties.
Given the circumstances, Kim reacted in the way any normal person would. Pets become part of the family, and having your role as the person who cares for them called into question is not the nicest of things to happen.
It’s certainly timely considering her feud with Kenya Moore seems to be bubbling back up.
It was just days ago that Kim’s daughter, Brielle Biermann, hit out at her mother’s fellow RHOA co-star for the way she was treating her at a party.
Whatever the case, it means we are likely going to have some more of Kim’s signature selfies, so we’ll just have to deal with that.

Blac Chyna SLAMMED, Called a Hypocrite by Pilot Jones!
Now that Blac Chyna is in the spotlight after Rob Kardashian’s social media tantrum, everybody’s come out of the woodwork for their 15 minutes.
Reportedly, Blac Chyna’s ex Ferrari has her nudes and wants to distribute them, but she’s already fighting that in court.
But Pilot Jones is speaking out about Blac Chyna … and while he sounds sympathetic to the issue of cyberbullying, we don’t think that Chyna will appreciate his comments.
You might remember that there were rumors that Pilot Jones was Blac Chyna’s baby-daddy.
Blac Chyna blamed Pilot Jones, a former Glee actor, for those rumors … and went off on him in a vicious Instagram post where she “outed” him as gay.
We put “outed” in quotation marks because … well, we’ll get to that.
But suffice it to say that for someone to out their friend or ex or whatever is totally unacceptable, always.
That kind of thing can ruin careers (yes, even in 2017).
That kind of thing can get people killed.
Well, though it’s been suspected that Pilot Jones will spill details on Blac Chyna in footage on The A-List Miami, Pilot Jones hasn’t really said as much as we’d have liked on this subject.
Until now, that is.
Pilot Jones says that Blac Chyna is a hypocrite who cyberbullied him and drove him to a suicide attempt before her recent fight with Rob.
“Honestly, a lot of people don’t realize the effects of cyberbullying and how it takes a toll on people.”
It’s a huge issue and yes, it can even impact celebrities.
“My phone number was published on Instagram and also my email address.”
That’s called doxxing, and it’s horrible.
“I received hundreds and hundreds of death threats and calls and emails.”
It got worse than people harassing just him, though.
“It’s affected my kids; my sons were bullied at school.”
That’s every celebrity parent’s nightmare — for their fame to backfire on their children.
“So I just find it very ironic and hypocritical that this mastermind that I call Blac Chyna … is accusing Rob of doing the exact same thing that she did to me just a few months ago.”
That’s the one line where we really take issue, because it’s entirely possible for someone to do a terrible thing and then have something similar done to them, later. It’s still wrong, both times.
Pilot Jones then talks about how this impacted him — and also about how Chyna “outed” him.
“I went into a very deep depression. I moved away from LA, for fear of my safety.”
Nightmarish.
“And, what people don’t realize: I even attempted to commit suicide.”
Suicide is tragic, and men are more likely to successfully commit suicide than women are.
But Pilot does make absolutely certain that people understand that he’s not dismissing anything about Blac Chyna’s issues with Rob.
“With that being said: This is very serious, it’s a serious matter. And someone that comes out of an abusive relationship, that’s nothing to be played with.”
It’s good that he affirmed that.
And he’s referring, of course, to Blac Chyna’s accusations that Rob Kardashian beat her during their relationship.
But he doesn’t let up — and after hearing all that he’s been through, who could blame him?
“It’s [seemed] very ironic and hypocritical, to be honest with you.”
It sure sounds that way.
“Few can imagine having over 200 calls in less than 60 seconds, with ‘hey, you f—-t, you’re an extortionist.’ All of these defaming things that people were saying. That was the bulk of the issue.”
Awful to hear — especially that anti-gay slur that was hurled against him.
And then he addresses that issue.
“And also just outing me on social media.”
Pilot has long been believed to be bisexual but hadn’t spoken about it.
“I had never publicly addressed my sexuality — or my bisexuality — which is something that I felt drew both of us together.”
It’s good that he’s taking this opportunity to come out as bi, publicly.
“I wasn’t the first bisexual guy that she dated, and I’m sure I won’t be the last. But I was made to feel uncomfortable about who I am.”
We hope that those other guys in the future will be on their guard, given what Pilot Jones has described.
Though maybe Blac Chyna’s own ordeal in this nightmare with Rob Kardashian has shown her the error of her ways?
For Pilot Jones, at least, there’s a happy ending.
Not only is he out, now — stressful but ultimately good for his well-being — but he got religious after those dark times a few months ago.
Specifically, he found Buddhism and seems like such a happier, healthier person.
But … we don’t think that Blac Chyna deserves credit for that.

Amber Portwood: THIS Is Why I Called Off My Wedding!
If you watch Teen Mom online, then you’re probably aware of the latest drama Amber Portwood’s life.
And you probably weren’t particularly surprised by it.
Amber has dumped Matt Baier, a move that fans have been hoping for since pretty much the moment she and Baier first got together.
You hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but Portwood supporters couldn’t help but wonder what finally prompted Amber to kick Matt to the curb.
Was it the allegations that Baier cheated on Portwood (that seemed to be confirmed when he failed a lie detector test)?
Was it the revelation that Baier is a deadbat dad with several children he’s not supporting?
Was it the realization that Matt is using Amber for her cash and reality TV fame?
Was it just his general, all-around douchiness?
All of those are valid options, and for a while, it looked like we would never know for certain.
But now, Amber is speaking out on the matter and confirming rumors that it was one highly-publicized incident that drove her to call off her engagement.
Back in April, all the ladies of Teen Mom: OG were in New York for a series of press events.
Catelynn Lowell remarked that she was feeling anxious, and Baier offered her a Xanax.
This is a bigger issue than it would normally be, as Amber is several years sober, and she thought Matt was, too.
“It was pretty much the straw that broke the camel’s back,” Amber explained to Us Weekly.
Then she offered up the confirmation that fans have been waiting to hear:
“We’re not together now.”
We knew that Amber had called off the wedding, and that she and Baier were no longer living together.
But until recently, she’s been evasive on the question of whether or not they’re completely broken up.
So it looks like you can finally celebrate, Teen Mom fans.
Amber has officially cut the cord with one of the most reviled boyfriends in series history.
And it’s encouraging that she did so in order to protect her own sobriety.
We’re looking forward to seeing where her future takes her.
As long as she remains broken up with Matt, that is.

Josh Duggar Lawsuit: DJ Claims People Called Him "Duggar’s Boy Toy," Seeks Damages
With the premiere of Season 4 of Counting On just two weeks away, this is probably last thing the Duggar family would like to focus on:
Josh Duggar is heading to court to face off with the man oddly caught up in his cheating ways – and the consequences could be severe.
The disgraced first-born of Jim Bob and Michelle’s 19 Kids and (hopefully not still) Counting is officially due in court Thursday, June 22.
There, he’ll face off with the L.A. man whose photo he ganked for secret dating and hookup accounts, exposed two summers prior.
Incredibly, Josh bogarting pics of DJ Matt McCarthy to hit on women on Ashley Madison, OK Cupid and Twitter is still dogging him.
McCarthy sued him in August 2016, claiming that this act hurt personal and professional reputation and that he is entitled to damages.
The idea that Josh Duggar using his photos to hit on women irreparably impacted a guy that no one had ever hurt of? Kind of absurd.
Still, Josh has been unable to settle or dismiss the case.
Where it gets interesting is that McCarthy’s attorney wants to know about everyone Josh communicated with using the stolen photos.
To “better understand the extent of his deception,” duh.
Put another way, there’s a real possibility that every woman Josh contacted while using OKCupid and Ashley Madison may be revealed.
Of course, it’s more than likely that those sites are complete scams and took his money while serving up fake profiles left and right.
How do we know? Danica Dillon, a dancer and sometime porn star, came forward almost immediately to allege an affair with Duggar.
No one else did so, and you can best believe that he did meet any women online, they would’ve come out of the woodwork immediately.
We’d love to see Josh file a lawsuit against Ashley Madison and company for fraud, alleging that its female users are actually all bots.
Wishful thinking.
More realistically, Josh’s counsel looking to dismiss the case by arguing that having the proceedings play out in California is improper.
McCarthy’s side is arguing that since he lives in California and the (alleged) damages to his career happened there, the state is appropriate.
In the complaint filed in LA Superior Court, McCarthy claimed that his high school teacher called to tell him that Josh had used his photos.
The teacher then supposedly inquired if McCarthy had engaged in a sexual relationship with Josh, which is absolutely hilarious if true.
McCarthy says he was subsequently flooded with calls, emails, and harassment family, friends, professional partners, and even strangers.
He also claimed in court documents that he has been called Duggar’s Boy Toy and DJ Duggar, among other epithets, since the scandal.
Again, hilarious, but again, we’re not buying the claim that being linked to Josh in this way caused him some kind of professional harm.
Yes, Josh is child molester and adulterer whose mere existence is highly offensive, but that doesn’t mean this lawsuit is not frivolous.
McCarthy is seeking damages in excess of $ 25,000, which is possibly the funniest detail of all, since his legal fees could easily surpass that.
This is L.A., after all.
After the world learned that Josh molested his sisters – the Duggar girls recently filed their own lawsuit over that – his fans were appalled.
Months later, when he was outed cheating on long-suffering wife Anna Duggar, fans were even more appalled by the act, and hypocrisy.
Yet she somehow stuck by him after he was shipped off to a Christian-based sex rehab clinic in 2015 and stayed for over six months.
Anna Duggar is pregnant with her fifth child and there’s even been talk of Josh returning to Counting On this season on TLC.
The Duggar brand may be in greater jeopardy, though, than Josh’s marriage if this lawsuit really ends up in court next month.
Barring a last-minute settlement, we could get a steady drip of Josh headlines for weeks … and none of them will be positive.
