David Eason Pulls Knife During Teen Mom 2 Reunion Meltdown, Utter Chaos Ensues
Apparently looking to upstage Amber, Farrah, Matt and Simon, Jenelle Evans brought the crazy to the Teen Mom 2 reunion this weekend.
Not only did Jenelle fight Nathan Griffith during the end-of-year taping, but her current husband, David Eason, upped the ante …
… by pulling a knife during an epic meltdown.
According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, “all of the cast was drinking and having a good time while filming this party” over the weekend.
(Scenes from which will be used during an end-of-the-year clip show featuring both casts, so the MTV cameras were definitely rolling.)
Unfortunately, someone had to take it too far, and to no one’s surprise, it was David, who “was acting too drunk and the producers noticed.”
“They cut him off at the bar,” The Ashley’s source says. “When David found out they wouldn’t serve him more alcohol he got super mad.”
What is a grown man to do in that situation?
Storm off, whip out a knife and start slashing a bunch of balloons in an adjacent room, of course. Seriously, this happened.
“He took out his pocketknife and started slashing the balloons with it,” the source says, an account corroborated by another witness.
“This took place a few feet away from where the cameras were filming, so there’s a slight chance it may be captured on film.”
“It freaked everyone out,” the second source said.
“Everyone just kind of froze in disbelief.
“Jenelle realized everyone was creeped out by what had just happened and said he was ‘just having trouble getting through’ or something.”
We have no idea what that means, but understandably, the production team was very alarmed that David came on set with a knife at all.
How does that scenario even occur?
The insider says every “cast, crew, audience” member “had to go through [security], get patted down and wanded and have their bags checked.”
“The cast and crew have never had to do this before really [but] the production staff doesn’t want to take any chances now.”
“Things get really intense on these sets and they can’t have someone possessing a weapon of any kind,” the source adds.
“No one ever thought the day would come where they’d have to check their own cast for weapons,” but that’s David Eason for you.
“It’s gotten to the point where it’s not even funny anymore,” the insider says in conclusion. “People are legit feeling unsafe.”
No one was injured in the attack. Other than some poor balloons that had no idea what they were up against, of course.
Another source quoted by Hollywood Life confirms The Ashley’s account, adding that there “was no knife fight” but that it was weird.
“People started freaking out,” the source recalls, “because they thought it was gun shots, and filming had to be cut short.”
This was the night before Jenelle fought Nathan, the father of her second child Kaiser (the spitting image of Nathan, below).
Evans has quite a history, but are people jumping to conclusions here as a result and making too much out of this, though?
“As usual everyone is trying to make Jenelle look like she’s the crazy one,” the source said, “and David like he’s the bad guy.”
“The truth is Jenelle was really nervous to be in Vegas following the recent shooting, and she didn’t want to be in the hotel.”
Jenelle was “on edge” when her mom was “literally hugging and kissing Ashley (her sister) and telling how great it is to see her, how beautiful [she is].”
“It really pissed off Jenelle,” the source said, “so se ended up getting into an argument with Barbara then Nathan and Ashley both jumped in.”
“That started stirring up more drama.”
When David stepped in to try and calm things down, they all turned on him, saying he’s the one who’s always causing problems and fights.”
“The whole thing was just insane,” the source added of the reunion show melee in what sounds like the understatement of all time.
With Jenelle threatening to quit Teen Mom 2 over how she’s being portrayed this season, will this reunion be the final straw?

Brandy and Monica Wish Whitney Houston a Happy Birthday. Bitter Chaos Ensues.
Brandy Norwood and Monica Brown each jumped on Instagram yesterday to wish Whitney Houston a posthumous happy birthday.
The legendary singer, who died of a drug overdose in 2012, would have been 54 years old on Wednesday.
Why is this noteworthy?
Why are we writing about the seemingly innocent act of two artists acknowledging someone who has a great influence on their career?
Because the birthday wishes devolved into a reignition of an old feud between Brandy and Monica, culminating in the former going off on an angry rant against all haters on Instagram.
We’ll start with Monica’s message in honor of Houston.
It included a black and white photo of the late superstar, along with the following caption:
Happy Heavenly Birthday Nippy … You still inspire many & touch hearts daily… You will forever be the greatest …. You will forever be missed.
Pretty simple and very sweet.
A few hours later, Brandy shared a collection of photos of herself and Houston, writing a lengthy note alongside it that reads as follows:
Lord have mercy on my soul!!! Happy Born Day Whitney. You live on in me… I can feel your Spirit inside of me and all around me.
My angel, my friend, my fairy God Mother. I love you forever… thank you for trusting me with the torch!!!
I remember every moment with you and I and I will cherish these miraculous moments forever and ever! I love you….
Also pretty simple and very sweet?
Nope, not according to critics who destroyed Brandy for turning Whitney’s birthday into an occasion that celebrates her.
(We’re not sure if we agree with each of the critiques below, but it is rather comical for Brandy to claim Houston passed her the “torch.” Has anyone ever considered Brandy to be the next Whitney Houston?!?)
“There’s a BIG difference in Monica & Brandy’s posts about Whitney today,” wrote one Twitter user. “Only one of them was actually about Whitney.”

In response to these attacks, Brandy – who starred opposite Houston in a movie version of Cinderella and whose brother starred in the Kim Kardashian sex tape – wrote a long and bitter message to Monica and her supporters.
And we mean LONG and BITTER.

“I’m not to be F–ked with today! If this was rap or hip hop you would be praised for speaking your mind but since it’s rnb you have to take the so called high road…
“well because I can rap just look at this as my high road.”
In conclusion, wrote Brandy:
Too real to be fake and because this is my idols birthday, I’m allowed to defend my position in her life and hers in mine. That’s what I have to hold on to.
This is easily our favorite feud of the year, and maybe of the decade.

Spirit Airlines Cancels Flights in Florida, Mass Chaos Erupts
Move over, Florida Man.
Take a seat, Florida Woman.
We need to talk for a moment about… Florida Airport?!?
Yes.
On Monday, May 8 police officers were called to the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport in Fort Lauderdale to deal with mass commotion after a multitude of passengers grew irate over the cancelation of their flights.
"There were several people there that were upset," Broward County Sheriff"s Office spokeswoman Gina Carter told ABC News in response to the incident, adding:
"We were called in to just make sure that things were kept from getting very unruly."
As you can see in the following footage, however, things most definitely became unruly.
Three people were reportedly placed under arrest for their roles in the melee, as angry travelers yelled at staffers while cops tried to restore order.
One witness told ABC"s Florida affiliate WSVN that numerous people were detained.
"I saw two people go down on the floor and get … handcuffed and dragged out of here," said the passenger, who was not named in the report.
Spirit is in the middle of a union dispute with the Airline Pilots Association and its pilots, who refused to fly yesterday of protest.
Said a spokesperson for the company in light of this footage;
"We are shocked and saddened to see the videos of what took place at Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
"This is a result of unlawful labor activity by some Spirit pilots designed to disrupt Spirit operations for our customers, by canceling multiple flights across our network."
The incident comes at a bad time in general for the airline industry.
Over the past several weeks…
- United has dragged a man out of his seat because it overbooked his flight.
- Delta has kicked off a passenger for using the bathroom.
- Virgin has refused to let a three-year old cancer patient on board a plane.

Kailyn Lowry Tweets About Sadness, Chaos Amidst Chris Lopez Cheating Scandal
If you watch Teen Mom 2 online, you know that Kailyn Lowry’s life certainly isn’t lacking in drama.
Even before the controversies surrounding Kailyn’s third pregnancy, Lowry’s life was a non-stop soap opera that could probably support its own spinoff.
But for now, Kailyn has enough on her plate.
Fed up with speculation from obsessive fans, she recently confirmed that Chris Lopez is the father of her child.
That didn’t come as a huge surprise (in fact, it had been the prevailing theory for several months), but it’s looking like the Lowry-Lopez situation is more complicated than we initially thought.
For starters, it looks as though Lowry and Lopez are now broken up following a brief fling.
To further complicate matters, fans now believe that Kailyn cheated on Javi Marroquin with Lopez, which may help explain why Javi says he has no interest in forming a relationship with Kail’s third kid.
After confirming on Twitter that he knew the identity of Kailyn’s baby daddy from the start, Javi had this to say in an interview with Radar Online:
“No I won’t have a relationship with the new baby.”
Doesn’t get much more blunt than that, and in a way, it’s not surprising.
Kailyn’s third kid is obviously not Javi’s, but some fans thought he might play a role in the child’s life, as the baby will be a sibling to Javi’s son, and Marroquin has maintained a close relationship with her eldest son by Jo Rivera.
But it seems Javi isn’t a fan of Lowry’s third baby daddy – and he may have good reason.
Fans might remember a scene from last season in which Javi caught Kailyn in the company of another man just days after he returned from his deployment with the Air Force.
Now, sources close to the show say that man was none other than Chris Lopez.
“That’s the guy that was blurred out when Javi caught her,” one Teen Mom 2 insider tells Radar.
Based on her recent tweets it seems Kail is definitely feeling a lot of pressure these days.
We guess it’s not surprising, as she recently got dumped while pregnant and one of her baby daddies is royally pissed.
“There are some things I just won’t get over,” Kail tweeted this morning.
“Welcome to Kail and the chaos,” she followed up moments ago.
Hey, that would be a good name for that TM2 spinoff we mentioned!

Fyre Festival: Chaos Erupts at Ja Rule-Hosted Event
There’s a good chance that, like us, you never heard about the Fyre Festival before today.
After all, this was no Coachella-style fest for the peasants.
Fyre – co-organized by rapper Ja Rule and tech entrepreneur Billy McFarland – was billed as a “luxury event” for those who find traditional festivals just a tad to plebeian.
The line-up didn’t offer much to write home about (headliners included Blink-182 and Tyga), but the accommodations were supposed to be.
With tickets ranging in price from $ 1,000 to $ 12,000, the Bahamas-based event was to offer festival-goers a once in a lifetime experience:
Guests were to be flown in from Miami, and once on the island they would stay in a geodesic and engage in activities such as jet skiing and kayaking.
It all started to unravel, however, when the talent started to back out, citing lack of advance payment and insufficient sound equipment.
Moments ago, the first annual Fyre Festival was “postponed indefinitely,” but not before the conditions deteriorated rapidly and the whole situation descended into a level of chaos that more than one attendee has compared to the Hunger Games.
Guests are reportedly stranded in disaster relief tents, eating hastily thrown together meals (such as the one pictured above) that could generously be described as less than luxurious.
“Someone fainted and they locked us in a room using a huge chain and deadbolt,” one attendee tells Vice News.
Guests who reportedly paid as much as $ 250,000 to stay on the festival grounds for the weekend were diverted to an impromptu “daytime party” after arriving from the airport so that organizers could arrange some sort of temporary housing.
When the crowd (quite understandably) became unruly and hashtags like #FyreFraud began to trend on Twitter, organizers finally sent word that the event was canceled:
“Due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances, Fyre Festival has been fully postponed,” reads a message posted on the event’s Twitter page.
“After assessing the situation this morning and looking at best options for our guests, we cannot move forward as we hoped we could. At this time, we are working tirelessly to get flights scheduled and get all travelers home safely.”
Now, those responsible for the chaos are reportedly scrambling to protect themselves from lawsuits and even prosecution.
It’s unlikely that anyone will be imprisoned as a result of the allegations of fraud and unsafe conditions, we’re guessing Ja Rule – who was released from prison in 2013 and remained on probation until last year – is less than thrilled that by the prospect of winding up back in court.

Portland Protestor Tries to Give Mayor a Pepsi, Chaos Ensues
As we all know, Kendall Jenner is a key figure in several political movements — most recently, and most notably, she"s been revealed to be the leader of the Pepsi revolution.
This revolution, if you"re unfamiliar, is all about peaceful protesting. And if anyone seems to be getting violent, or if things aren"t going your way, or even if you just want someone on your side, all you do is share a Pepsi.
And then, much like magic, everything is cool.
That"s what Kendall Jenner has taught as, and a Portland man tried to pull her same move during a city council meeting.
Unfortunately, it didn"t work out as well for him.
The man called himself Carlos Enrique, and he spoke with the mayor, Ted Wheeler, and a panel of other government officials at the meeting.
Carlos rambled for a bit about how many people come into such meetings to berate the mayor, After a minute or so, Wheeler tried to get him back on track.
And that"s when it happened.
"What I realized," Carlos concluded, "is that the language of resistance has not been properly translated to you. So this is for you."
Then he stands up, walks to the mayor, reaches in his pocket … and pulls out a Pepsi.
Wheeler freaks out a little, understandably so, and Carlos is quickly escorted away.
It was a dumb move, but also a hilarious one. Because that Pepsi ad was the most ridiculous thing.
