Prince Estate and Assets: Where Will They Go?
The strong rumor has turned into an official reality:
Prince did not leave a will and testament when he died.
As previously reported, Tyka Nelson – the sister of the legendary singer, who passed away at his home in Minnesota on Thursday, April 21 – filed a petition yesterday that requested a special administrator to be placed in charge of her brother’s considerable estate.
In response, TMZ now writes that a judge has legally assigned a bank (the Bremer Trust) to manage Prince’s assets.
According to Nelson, her brother did business there for years and placed a great deal of trust in the business.
Therefore, the job of distributing Prince’s fortune to his heirs (in this case, his brothers and siblings) now falls to Bremer Trust, which could be a challenging endeavor.
Contrary to previous chatter, Prince was not broke at the time of his death.
His fortune is estimate to be worth around $ 150 million.
Because judge only made the bank the administrator for up to six months, a personal representative will need be appointed at some point.
If more than one relative vies for this position, things could turn ugly.
It’s just a sad fact of life that things often turn ugly when so much money is at stake.
Prince was only 57 years old when he died last week.
It may take several weeks for the autopsy results to be made public, leaving the star’s millions of fans in the dark regarding just what happened to Prince in his final days.
For now, all we can say for certain is that he was hospitalized on April 15 with flu-like symptoms… but quickly returned to the stage the following day.
He was believed to be in relatively good health when he suddenly passed away.

Prince: $800 Million Estate Left To Sister Tyka Nelson?
It’s alleged that he had no will when he died on April 21st.
Now, the entirety of Prince’s estate (reportedly valued at $ 800,000,00) may very well go to just one fully biological sibling, younger sister Tyka Nelson.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, that figure will likely increase from posthumous music and merchandise sales.
Not only that, but Prince owned the master recordings of his work, an enormous fortune estimated at $ 500,00,000.
Because of the size of the catalog, the singer’s estate could release one album per year for the next 100 years, according to a 2015 documentary, Hunting For Prince’s Vault.
Page Six, however, claims that the amount left behind is only $ 300,000,000.
Reuters spoke with celebrity attorney Dan Streisand who believes Prince had to have created some sort of will to indicate his last wishes, given how large his estate was.
“Hopefully, Prince executed a trust and indicated his intentions, both with respect to who his trustee would be and how he would want the estate to be disposed of,” Streisand told Reuters.
“Prince was an incredibly smart person, he had great legal representation . . .
“So I would suspect that somebody along the way said, ‘Look, we’ve got to get you to execute some documents.’ ”
Though Prince does have living half-siblings, CDL‘s report claims that Minnesota law will only allow the estate to go to the deceased’s “parents, grandparents and siblings,” though the half-siblings can contest this.
Prince was married twice, and has no living children or parents.
The singer was found unresponsive at his Minnesota home on the morning of April 21st.
His cause of death has yet to be determined publicly.

Lindsay Lohan: Dating Random Russian Real Estate Agent?
The 2016 Academy Awards were held in Hollywood last night, and in keeping with one of the the film industry’s proudest traditions, Lindsay Lohan was not invited.
Lindsay still hopes to win an Oscar someday (ed. note: LOLOLOLOLOL), but in the meantime, she’s apparently found contentment with a 22-year-old Russian real estate agent named Igor Tarabasov.
According to Radar Online, Linds met Igor (who we’re assuming is a recent winner of the prestigious World’s Most Russian Name prize) back in October, and the the couple has been “inseparable” ever since.
“Lindsay has obviously had some issues in the past, and probably been attracted to the wrong sort of guys, but this is different,” says one insider.
“He’s a bit younger than she is, but he’s a very smart businessman. He’s much more mature than his age suggests, and he’s a good influence.”
Given Lindsay’s proclivity for banging famous guys, it might seem odd that she would give a Russian real estate agent the time of day, much less date him.
Fortunately, the source has an explanation for that:
“He is a perfect boyfriend and – as he is quite wealthy – pays for quite a lot of stuff like meals out and trips away. He has been traveling the world with her, and posting loads of pictures of their trips online.”
Sounds like Lindsay’s ideal arrangement.
Of course, back in January, Lohan claimed to be a victim of domestic violence, then quickly deleted the allegation from her Instagram page.
If what the source says is true, she would have been dating Igor at the time.

Khloe Kardashian: Set to Inherit How Much of Lamar Odom Estate?
Khloe Kardashian remains at Lamar Odom’s bedside as reports surface that the two are not legally divorced and she is making his medical decisions.
Moreover, she stands to inherit a large portion of his estate if he passes away, as the ailing basketball star did not have a will, and the law is the law.
Insiders say rumors of Khloe feuding with Liza Morales over Lamar’s estate are false, and that she is by his side only because she cares about him.
The feeling was/is mutual, as Lamar has not let their divorce get in the way of his feelings, as he never took steps to disinherit her from his fortune.
Khloe and Lamar had a prenup, separating her money from his. In some cases, prenups state that a spouse is disinherited from the other spouse.
Not the case with these two. With no will, under California law, if he were to die, Kardashian would be entitled to 1/3 of the 35-year-old’s personal fortune.
His kids with Liza Morales would get the remaining 2/3.
Khloe doesn’t need, care about or want the money, but if this sad story were to end tragically, the reality star would inherit it just the same.
Odom also has several life insurance trusts, making both Khloe and his kids with Liz beneficiaries. We just hope this is all a moot point.
The amazing news is that there has been a ray of hope.
Lamar is not out of the woods yet, but he is doing better.
Many predicted he’d be brain dead after his overdose, but his heart is doing better and Odom is off life support and breathing on his own.
Here’s hoping the fallen basketball star continues to improve and makes a full recovery, however unlikely that seemed just 24 hours ago.
