Paris Jackson and Gabriel Glenn: Headed For the Altar (Without a Prenup)!
Paris Jackson has been through quite a lot in her young life.
Of course, she’s also enjoyed privileges and opportunities that most folks can only dream of.
We mention this not because we begrudge Paris her wealth and fame but because the latest news about the 20-year-old’s personal life has fans concerned that her personal fortune may be in danger.
Paris has been dating drummer Gabriel Glenn for the past several months.
The couple met when Gabriel was hired into Paris’ band, the Soundflowers.
(Note: Several media outlets have mistakenly reported that Glenn was a member of the Wallflowers, which would make this story way weirder, as Paris was about a year away from being conceived when “One Headlight” came out.)
According to Radar Online, Paris’ family is deeply concerned about her new relationship, primarily because Paris and Glenn are already talking marriage.
“Paris told certain family members that she truly believes that Gabriel is the one and she wants to marry him,” a source close to the Jackson family says.
“She and Gabriel have been going strong for several months and she feels a deep connection with him.”
Most recently, Paris dated Cara Delevingne, and it seems her shift in preference has also been a cause of concern for certain influential family members.
Sadly, Paris’ beloved grandmother has some outdated beliefs, and she’s expressed skepticism about Paris’ ability to make decisions regarding her own sexuality and love life.
“The family is all very confused at this point,” the insider says.
“One second, she is a lesbian and dating; the next second, she is straight and dating her bandmate.”
But despite her apparent confusion, Katherine Jackson is less concerned with granddaughter’s sexuality than with her financial future — a future that she feels is in jeopardy due to Paris’ insistence on getting married without a prenup.
“No one cares what she is everyone just wants to know that she is okay,” says the source.
“Gabriel does not have the best reputation and some of her family members feel like he could be using her.
“They just want her to be careful.”
Sadly, Michael Jackson’s only daughter has been down this road before.
Paris recently dated Michael Snoddy, who was also a musician, and whose flippant attitude has been compared to Glenn’s.
That relationship ended badly, but Paris recovered rather quickly.
As painful as that episode might have been, friends and family are reportedly hoping for a similar outcome with Glenn.

Glenn Weiss Wins Emmy, PROPOSES ON STAGE!
Barry, Game of Thrones and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel all had big nights at the 2018 Emmy Awards.
But no one had a bigger night than Glenn Weiss.
First, the heretofore little known director won Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special due to his work at the Academy Awards.
Then, he won the eternal love of girlfriend Jan Svendsen.
After hearing his name called, Weiss walked up to the stage and he thanked his daughters and friends at ABC. The acceptance started out as your typical speech.
From there, he started speak about his mother, who died just two weeks ago, telling the audience:
“Part of my heart is broken. I don’t think it will ever be repaired. But she’s in me and she always will be."
Weiss explained how his mother always believed in “finding the sunshine,” leading him to denote Svensen as “the sunshine in my life," as he continued:
"And Mom was right, don’t ever let go of your sunshine. You wonder why I don’t like to call you my girlfriend? Because I want to call you my wife."
At this word, the crowd erupted in a loud cheer and Svensen shouted "yes."
It really was an awesome moment.
Svendsen was quickly ushered up to the stage by Milo Ventimiglia and a few other stars until she reached the arms of Weiss.
As she was walking up, he joked that “I didn’t ask yet. I didn’t ask yet."
But once she was in front of him, Weiss pulled out his dad"s engagement ring and got down on one knee.
"Jan, I want to put this ring that my mom wore on your finger in front of all these people and in front of my mom and your parents watching from above. Will you marry me?" he asked.
And you can guess how she responded, right?
By saying YES!
Later on, backstage, the newly-engaged couple told reporters how they met 10 years ago and both have daughters and both produce television shows and how Jan had no idea this was going to happen.
“I had no suspicions whatsoever, I had no idea,” she said. “I really hoped he was going to dedicate the award to his mother, and he did, and then some.”
Really beautiful stuff.

Terry Glenn Dies; Former NFL Star Was 43
Retired NFL wide receiver Terry Glenn has passed away at the age of 43.
The Pro Bowl wide receiver spent time with the New England Patriots, Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 12-year career.
Glenn passed away at Parkland Memorial Hospital following a car crash in Dallas early Monday morning.
The news was confirmed moments ago by Fort-Worth Star Telegram columnist Mac Engel, who tweeted:
“Member of Irving FD told me that former #Cowboys #Patriots & #OhioSt WR Terry Glenn was killed in a car wreck in Irving.”
After surviving a tumultuous childhood, during which his mother was beaten to death when Glenn was just 13 years old, Glenn earned an athletic scholarship to Ohio State University, where he was named an All-American.
Following three standout seasons with the Buckeyes, Glenn was chosen by the New England Patriots as the seventh overall pick in the 1996 NFL draft.
Though plagued by injuries throughout his career, Glenn turned in multiple 1,000-plus yard receiving seasons and was named to the Pro Bowl in 1999.
Glenn famously caught Tom Brady’s first touchdown pass during that same season.
In the later years of his career and after being released by the Cowboys in 2008, Glenn struggled in his personal life, getting arrested five times on charges ranging from public intoxication to assault of the mother of his first son.
He managed to turn things around in his final years, re-entering the football world as offensive coordinator of the Texas Revolution of the Champions Indoor Football League in 2015.
Tributes to Glenn from fans, friends, and former teammates have been pouring in on social media:
“Incredibly sad to hear about my buddy Terry Glenn. Overcame a ton of adversity to become an excellent person. May your soul rest in peace my friend,” tweeted former Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe.
“Awful news on Terry Glenn…most gifted receiver I’ve ever played with,” wrote another former Pats QB, Scott Zolak.
Glenn is survived by his wife and three children.

Tomi Lahren on Getting Fired: Glenn Beck Betrayed Me!
It"s been a rough few weeks for people who like their political news delivered in the most ear-piercingly shrill fashion possible.
Two of the most strident stalwarts in the world of far-right cable news have been silenced this month, but for very different reasons.
Bill O"Reilly appears to have left the No Spin Zone following revelations that the longtime Fox News personality shelled out more than $ 13 million to silence numerous women who accused him of sexual harassment in the workplace.
As more accusers continue to come forward, it"s unclear if O"Reilly has been fired or simply suspended by the network.
Similarly murky is the future of The Blaze news-shouter Tomi Lahren.
Lahren says she"s been fired by her network"s weepy CEO, Glenn Beck, but she"s still drawing a paycheck, and Beck claims she"s simply on leave … indefinitely.
The disciplinary action comes after dared to express an opinion that doesn"t perfectly jibe with Beck"s ideology, by stating on The View that she"s pro-choice.
Lahren clearly has no patience for Beck"s equivocation, and in a new Nightline interview, she chews out her (former?) boss for taking the "decisive" out of decisive action:
“This is not about politics,” she says.
“This is about someone who had an opposing viewpoint that has been silenced and sidelined and thrown away.”
Lahren adds:
“I"m a human being at the end of the day and something has been stripped from me and that"s my ability to work, that’s my ability to have a voice."
“That"s been taken from me wrongfully. So I’m upset by it, and I’m hurt by it and I feel betrayed by it.”
She concludes with a blistering "final thought" that no doubt has the tears welling up in Beck"s eyes at this very moment:
“I"m not the kind of girl that sits in the corner and cries about things. And that"s another message I really want to get across,” Lahren said.
“I don"t consider myself a feminist but boy I will not lay down and play dead ever.”
