Paris Jackson and Gabriel Glenn: Headed For the Altar (Without a Prenup)!
Paris Jackson has been through quite a lot in her young life.
Of course, she’s also enjoyed privileges and opportunities that most folks can only dream of.
We mention this not because we begrudge Paris her wealth and fame but because the latest news about the 20-year-old’s personal life has fans concerned that her personal fortune may be in danger.
Paris has been dating drummer Gabriel Glenn for the past several months.
The couple met when Gabriel was hired into Paris’ band, the Soundflowers.
(Note: Several media outlets have mistakenly reported that Glenn was a member of the Wallflowers, which would make this story way weirder, as Paris was about a year away from being conceived when “One Headlight” came out.)
According to Radar Online, Paris’ family is deeply concerned about her new relationship, primarily because Paris and Glenn are already talking marriage.
“Paris told certain family members that she truly believes that Gabriel is the one and she wants to marry him,” a source close to the Jackson family says.
“She and Gabriel have been going strong for several months and she feels a deep connection with him.”
Most recently, Paris dated Cara Delevingne, and it seems her shift in preference has also been a cause of concern for certain influential family members.
Sadly, Paris’ beloved grandmother has some outdated beliefs, and she’s expressed skepticism about Paris’ ability to make decisions regarding her own sexuality and love life.
“The family is all very confused at this point,” the insider says.
“One second, she is a lesbian and dating; the next second, she is straight and dating her bandmate.”
But despite her apparent confusion, Katherine Jackson is less concerned with granddaughter’s sexuality than with her financial future — a future that she feels is in jeopardy due to Paris’ insistence on getting married without a prenup.
“No one cares what she is everyone just wants to know that she is okay,” says the source.
“Gabriel does not have the best reputation and some of her family members feel like he could be using her.
“They just want her to be careful.”
Sadly, Michael Jackson’s only daughter has been down this road before.
Paris recently dated Michael Snoddy, who was also a musician, and whose flippant attitude has been compared to Glenn’s.
That relationship ended badly, but Paris recovered rather quickly.
As painful as that episode might have been, friends and family are reportedly hoping for a similar outcome with Glenn.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry: Will They Sign a Prenup?
In less than two months Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will exchange vows before an audience of a couple thousand guests and millions of TV viewers.
Royal marriages are no longer the result of political alliances or arrangements made by the previous generation, but that doesn’t mean they’re guaranteed to last.
It’s not something that anyone wants to dwell on in the heady buildup to a Meghan and Harry’s lavish wedding, but royal divorces are not unheard of.
And obviously, when two people with titles call it quits, there’s more at stake than who gets custody of the Keurig.
It’s enough to make us peasants wonder – when someone marries into the royal family, what sort of precautions do both sides take to make sure a fight about liking an Instagram photo doesn’t devolve into World War III?
The answer it seems, is absolutely there absolutely no such safeguards in place. At all.
In recent weeks, many have wondered if Harry and Meg had any sort of prenuptial agreement in place.
According to one royal expert, such a document would be an affront to centuries of history, as royal marriages rarely end badly, and when they do, the matter is decided not by a mediator, but by the swift blade of a guillotine.
Still too soon for Anne Boleyn jokes?
“Historically, members of the royal family have not had them,” royal expert Ingrid Seward tells People magazine when asked about prenups.
“They are more popular in the United States —it’s just not a British thing.”
When Seward says prenups are “not a British thing,” it’s more than her simply turning her nose up at the sky-high divorce rate in the colonies.
(Though there’s certainly an element of that, if we’re not mistaken.)
While judges in the UK might consider a prenup during a divorce hearing, the matter is entirely at they’re discretion.
Such arrangements aren’t considered legally binding, as they are in the US.
But we wouldn’t worry about Meghan in the event that things don’t work out with Harry.
She spent seven seasons on Suits, and while no one has ever watched a full episode, we’re pretty confident that it’s about lawyers, and not Men’s Wearhouse employees.
Regardless, Harry’s gonna like the way she looks on her wedding day. We guarantee it.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry: Fighting Over Royal Prenup?!
As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are engaged.
The rumors began pretty much the second these two started dating, but this time, it’s really happening, folks.
The receipts are abundant.
We’ve read the official announcement; we’ve seen Meghan and Harry’s engagement photos, and we’ve laid eyes on the princess-worthy ring made from jewels that previously belonged to Harry’s late mother.
The usually-secretive couple has even surprised the media by announcing the date of their nuptials, thus allowing fans of the royal family and/or USA network legal dramas ample time to request off from work and book flights to London.
Now, the whole world is eagerly awaiting May 19, 2018, the day when Meghan and Harry will exchange vows, thus commencing the covert American takeover of the UK and its many holdings.
Of course, if you’ve ever planned a wedding or attempted to topple a foreign regime, you know that the stumbling blocks start to appear the moment you announce your big news.
Meghan and Harry may be wholly superior to their loyal subjects just about every way, but apparently, when it comes to pre-wedding drama, they have quite a bit in common with us plebes.
According to In Touch, Meghan is not happy about being asked to sign a financial agreement as part of her prenup.
Sources say the clause was the queen’s suggestion, and Meg resents the insinuation.
Despite QE II’s concerns, Ms. Markle is apparently unconcerned about the possibility of hitting a reverse-Cinderella trajectory, wherein she starts as a princess and winds up a disheveled pauper who staves off insanity by talking to rodents.
“She loves Harry, and money is the last thing on her mind,” one insider tells the tabloid.
“Meghan can see where the queen is coming from, but at the same time, Meghan’s insulted that it would even cross the queen’s mind that Meghan would have an ulterior motive for marrying Harry.”
And it seems that’s not the only thing spoiling Meghan’s enjoyment of her holidays with Harry:
“She’s beginning to feel claustrophobic being trapped in Nottingham Cottage,” says the source.
We’re trying to muster some sympathy, but Nottingham Cottage is probably about 14 times the size of the biggest place we’ve ever lived, so it’s not easy.
Not surprisingly, it seems Harry is being a real prince about the whole thing and doing his damnedest to make Meghan feel at home.
“Meghan finally let out her frustrations,” the insider claims.
“Harry won’t take her for granted again and will make a special effort to be more sympathetic and understanding,”
Dude, tone it down.
You’ve already succeeded in making the rest of us look bad; no need to spike the football.

Apollo Nida to Phaedra Parks: Tear Up Our Prenup! Gimme Some Loot!
Every reality series thrives on drama, and Real Housewives is no exception.
Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is getting her share of drama … but it’s of the courtroom variety.
That doesn’t always translate well to reality TV’s ever-present cameras, especially when one of the parties is behind bars.
But legal drama is always a treat to follow.
Even if we don’t know how much of this can make it onto the small screen.
Apollo Nida and Phaedra have a prenup, but we can get to that in a moment because that is its own thing.
So, just a few days before the couple got married back in 2009, Apollo and Phaedra signed a prenup. Apparently, in addition to an agreement on how to divide their shared property, the prenup specified that neither of them would receive alimony in the event of a divorce.
Sounds simple, right?
We don’t have the luxury of looking over their detailed financial histories, but it stands to reason that, when they got married, Apollo was confident that he’d be the one paying alimony if the two of them ever split.
The guy’s in prison for money fraud, so he probably believed all sorts of things about wealth.
As it turns out, crime doesn’t always pay. Who knew?
Well, now TMZ reports that Apollo Nida wants his and Phaedra’s prenup voided. Because of course he does.
It sounds like Apollo legal troubles — to put it mildly — have adversely impacted his finances, and like he’s hoping to be supported by his ex, Phaedra.
It wasn’t long at all after their marriage that Phaedra was cast on RHOA, and that must have turned their financial situation on its head in the best way.
Except, of course, Phaedra’s not interested. Just because she became the breadwinner while his life collapsed doesn’t mean that she owes him a thing, and she wants the prenup upheld.
Obviously.
We have to talk about prenups themselves, though.
Sometimes they’re a great idea — to prevent, like, nightmare universe versions of Cinderella from marrying rich and then filing for divorce in a quick grab for half of somebody’s assets.
They’re usually assumed to be legal tools to “protect” husbands from manipulative femme fatales, but that’s because men are generally valued by their success while women are in so many cases still valued by their looks.
Isn’t sexism fun?
But it looks like those sexist stereotypes and how they must have influenced his own assumptions are coming back to bite Apollo Nida in the you-know-where, because Phaedra’s the one rolling in dough.
There’s no sure way to know how this case is going to end — there’s some extra drama around Phaedra spelling Apollo’s name wrong on the prenup, so for the first time ever, your kindergarten teacher’s insistence that correct spelling matters is actually sounding kinda real.
But it seems to us that a prenup is a binding contract. Unless it was made under duress or false pretenses, and it doesn’t sound like either of those were the case, shouldn’t it be every bit as ironclad as Phaedra believes it to be?
Legal cases can surprise you, though. We may never know the whole story with this messy pair of exes.
Maybe if Apollo had spent less time on money fraud and more time working on his relationship with his wife, he wouldn’t need a court battle to enjoy some of her wealth.
Apollo Nida Wants to Tear Up Prenup with Phaedra, "RHOA" Changed Everything
Apollo Nida’s now taking aim at “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in his quest to get his prenup with Phaedra Parks rendered null and void. Apollo filed docs saying the court should scrap the prenup he signed in October 2009 because several…
