Catelynn Lowell & Tyler Baltierra: We Want to Teach Your Kids About Mental Health!
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have had quite a year.
There may have been more ups and downs in the past 12 months, but the beloved Teen Mom OG couple deserves praise for consistently turning negatives into positives.
Unfortunately, the most noteworthy recent development for the young couple is a tragic one:
Catelynn suffered a miscarriage, and the trauma of the event took a tremendous psychological toll on both her and her husband.
Lowell checked into rehab to be treated for various mental health issues in the aftermath of the shocking loss.
Clearly, it’s difficult to find any sort of silver lining in such a painful series of events, but it does seem as though Cate and Tyler have both emerged from the wreckage with a better understanding of theit minds’ inner workings.
And fortunately for fans, the Baltierras are seeking out ways to share what they’ve learned with the world:
As The Ashley’s Reality Roundup points out, Catelynn and Tyler appeared on Kailyn Lowry’s podcast this week, where they discussed a wide array of topics, including their plans to help fans who are coping with issues similar to their own.
“We’re talking to MTV and trying to come up with a couple different pitches for a mental health special,” Tyler said.
“Ironically ‘Teen Mom’ has had a lot of mental health [issues] that have been covered on a lot of the stories. We really want to do a public thing, possibly with Dr. Drew [Pinsky].
“The hard part is crafting a message and making it be genuine and not just trying to cash in on this thing we’ve got going on,” Baltierra added.
As for her struggles with PTSD and depression, Catelynn said she’s turned a corner as of late:
“I feel way better,” Cate said.
“I did a whole med switch and genetic testing. I found out that the medication I was on for five years doesn’t even work for me.”
She added:
“They put me on different medications and they seem to be working really well. It all stems from the trauma of my past so I’m going to have to keep digging into that.”
And it seems Cate and Tyler feel their both in a position where they can turn their attention to helping others.
As longtime Teen Mom OG fans know, the couple made the painful decision to place their youngest daughter, Carlee, up for adoption before she was born back in 2009.
While they still believe they did what was best for their baby, the decision has clearly caused the couple a good deal of pain over the years, as they’ve struggled to maintain a relationship with Carlee, despite the fact that they’re not her legal guardians.
Now, Catelynn and Tyler are hoping to channel that pain into a second children’s book, this one focusing on the unique challenges fced by adopted children.
“Me and Catelynn have been talking lately about doing an adoption book for kids who are adoptees and for kids who have siblings that have been adopted,” Tyler said.
“I think it would be cool to explain to the kids, in their language, how [adoption] works.”

Saying it"s been a rough year for Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra would be putting it very mildly.
Catelynn recently left rehab after suffering a string of setbacks that exacerbated her various mental health issues.
Late last year, Lowell suffered a miscarriage after several months of trying to get pregnant.
Now surprisingly, the tragedy sent her into a deep depression, but it seems she and Tyler remain dedicated to expanding their family.
Here"s what we know so far about Catelynn and Tyler"s exciting plans…
1. Pressing On
Catelynn and Tyler are still reeling from a tremendously difficult year, but they’ve held on to one another – and to their shared optimistic outlook on the future.
2. Courageous Cate
Catelynn has checked into rehab three times in the past year. She’s been diagnosed with PTSD and a number of other mental health issues.
3. A Secret Tragedy
Early in her treatment, Catelynn hinted at a recent painful event that led her to spiral into a deep depression. But it wasn’t until recently that she opened up with regard to the specifics.
4. A Mother’s Grief
Fans were shocked to learn that Catelynn had suffered a miscarriage. The mother of two has long been open about her desire to welcome more children into the world, and she was clearly crushed by the tragic turn of events.
5. Hard Conversations
Catelynn and Tyler have both been admirably honest about their diagnoses. In an interview, Lowell revealed that she suffers from PTSD as a result of a difficult childhood and her recent miscarriage.

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie: Vacationing With the Kids, Taunting Kourtney Kardashian!
Despite reports that Kourtney Kardashian has warned Sofia Richie to stay away from her kids, it doesn’t sound like Scott or the teen are paying her any mind.
In fact, the two of them have embarked on a romantic vacation … and brought Scott’s kids along. You know, like a family.
What’s more is that a source reports that Scott is rubbing all of this in Kourtney’s face … just to taunt her.
E!’s source is dishing on Scott Disick’s baecation with Sofia Richie, and it sounds like they’re having a great time.
But … this loving couple is not alone.
“Scott and Sofia flew in on Monday evening on a private jet to Cabo with his kids and another couple.”
You might wonder why someone would leave Southern California to go on vacation. Well, it’s more than 10 degrees warmer in Cabo than in Calabasas right now. And to L.A. folks, weather in the 60s is “cold.”
It sounds like they’ve all been soaking up the sun and generally enjoying the lifestyle of the idle rich.
“They’ve been spending their days by the pool relaxing and enjoying the warm weather.”
And we’re not just talking about Scott and Sofia. Mason, Penelope, and Reign are all having a blast, too.
“Scott’s kids have stayed busy with lots of swimming and playing in the water.”
But looking after the kids hasn’t thrown a wet blanket over their romance.
“Scott and Sofia are inseparable and seem happy.”
The source continues, talking about the lovey-dovey relationship between Scott and his teenage girlfriend.
“They were posing for pictures together and kissing every chance they got.”
Scott and Sofia also have a puppy, and they brought their precious little love with them.
“They are both obsessed with the puppy and giving it lots of love.”
Apparently, Scott is mostly doing this for Sofia.
“Scott promised Sofia a trip and thought it would be nice for them to get away.”
In many ways, this trip is a couple’s retreat with activities planned just for the two of them.
HollywoodLife reports that Scott is deliberately antagonizing Kourtney by bringing his kids on a “family vacation” with Sofia.
“Scott is well aware that bringing Sofia on his trip to Mexico with the kids has pissed off Kourtney.”
So … why would he do such a thing?
“That was the whole point.”
Oh.
“He’s been taunting Kourtney with pictures of Sofia and the kids bonding.”
That seems outrageously cruel, if true.
“He’s clearly doing it to upset her.”
And, according to this report, Scott’s bad behavior is getting even worse.
“But what’s even more twisted is that he’s been telling their mutual friends that Sofia is better with the kids than Kourtney is.”
This is just sickening to hear.
“Scott claims they like Sofia more than Kourtney.”
And all of these messages are apparently designed to taunt and antagonize Kourtney.
“Scott knows it’s going to get straight back to Kourtney and mess with her head.”
He spent a great deal of 2017 doing what many perceived as “acting out” to get back at Kourtney for moving on with her life. But this is worse.
“It’s a new low, even for him.”
One can only imagine how hurt and distressed Kourtney must be.
It’s not that she’s possessive of Scott, it’s that it must be distressing to hear about the father of her children acting like that. It must be breaking her heart.
However, at least on the outside, Kourtney is enjoying her child-free time with a sexy vacation with boy-toy turned boyfriend Younes Bendjima.
This dreamy couple has spent the last few days on a trip up the California coast.
It’s possible that Scott really is trying to wound Kourtney’s pride but, if so, it sounds like he’s only making an ass of himself.

Kim Kardashian and Kids March for Their Lives: See the Pics!
We don’t say this very often.
We typically say the exact opposite, of course.
But here goes, folks…
… Kim Kardashian deserves your praise.
The mother of three, who usually makes headlines for talking about her weight or for posing in very little clothing, focused on something other than herself this past weekend.
She and Kanye West attended the March for Our Lives in Washington D.C.
One of hundreds of organized protests around the country in favor of sensible gun control legislation, this March for Our Lives brought hundreds of thousands of people together in support of a worthy cause.
(This is just our opinion, of course. But it’s the right one.)
It’s actually a cause Kim has spoken out about in the past, as she released a statement just days after the horrific school shooting in Florida last month that read as follows:
We owe it to our children and our teachers to keep them safe while at school. Prayers won’t do this: action will.
Congress, please do your job and protect Americans from senseless gun violence.
We have no snarky comment to make about that remark.
We can only nod in agreement.
Back in June of 2016, Kardashian also slammed Congress for failing to act on this issue, while she spent time a month later with victims of gun violence.
This is one subject about which Kim uses her platform for good.
Which brings us back to the March for Our Lives.
This is what Kardashian wrote as a caption to the photo above:
What an amazing day yesterday to take my daughter to Washington DC to see our future leaders speak.
Having my daughter march along-side her grandfather and parents was a day I hope she remembers forever.
I know that the younger generation will vote to change these gun laws that so desperately need to be changed.
Hearing these stories yesterday and meeting so many families affected by gun violence was heart breaking and I hope when it comes time to vote we all step up and vote to protect our children.
And then there was this message, which Kim attached to the snapshot immediately above:
I’m so happy I got to share this moment with these two. I hope North remembers this forever.
We don’t really have anything to even really add here.
We simply salute Kim and Kanye for taking this action with their children.
They weren’t alone in doing so, of course.
Other celebrities who took part in Marches around the country included George Clooney, Miley Cyrus, Paul McCartney, Amy Schumer and MANY others.
“Today I met two survivors from the Parkland Florida school shooting, @mia.freeman and @hayleylicata,” Tweeted Charlie Puth, for instance, adding:
“The amount of bravery shown today from these girls and everyone in attendance…I have no words. #marchforourlives.”
And Camila Cabelo:
“#MarchOfOurLives it’s so powerful and emotional….
“looking around at all these kids leading us in a fight against violence, nothing seems more powerful than seeing their innocent faces and their eyes filled with pain, filled with a fear they shouldn’t even be thinking about…
“there’s no words to describe the outrage we feel today at what’s happening in our country, but we have a long way to go…. and the fight continues.”
Amen, we say.

Kailyn Lowry"s Future Plans: Have More Kids, Stay Single Forever
Saying that a lot has changed for Kailyn Lowry in the past year would be putting it very, very mildly.
The most obvious way in which the Teen Mom 2 star"s life has transformed is that she welcomed her third son, Lux.
But there are many other ways in which Kail"s life is dramatically different than it was just 12 short months ago.
Some are for the better, while some are for the worse, but despite all the dizzying ups and downs, it seems Lowry has a very clear sense of where she"s headed from here…
1. Lux Life
Kail welcomed her third child in 2017. While her relationship with Lux’s father, Chris Lopez, quickly soured, it seems Lowry has had little difficulty adjusting to life as a single mother of three.
2. Mother of Boys
Obviously, Kail’s top priority is her kids, but she realizes that children of successful and fulfilled parents are generally happier. As a result, she stays on her grind in a big way.
3. 5-Job Lowry
These days, Kailyn is not only a reality star, but a best-selling author, a podcast host, and a social media personality with a slew of endorsement deals.
4. The Future
When asked about the future, however, Kail’s thoughts turn less to her career than to the number one priority in her life – her family.
5. Big Plans
Kail recently revealed that she wants at least one more kid. To the disappointment of many TM2 viewers, she was mostly mum on the subject of who she would like to the father of that child.
6. The Single Life
Inerestingly, Kail also said that she has no desire to enter another romantic relationship at any point in the foreseeable future. Needless to say, fans have a wide array of thoughts on her latest remarks…

Kourtney Kardashian to Sofia Richie: Stay Away from My Kids, Skank!
It sounds like Sofia Richie is getting on Kourtney’s last nerve.
First, Sofia stole Kourtney’s look. Now, it looks like she’s trying to replace her by “playing stepmom” with Scott.
A report says that Kourtney has personally contacted Sofia to tell her to back off and keep away from her children.
HollywoodLife reports that, as a source has divulged to them, Kourtney has warned Sofia away from her kids.
“Kourtney worries that Sofia is not a good role model for her children.”
Children might be naturally drawn to admire a gorgeous 19-year-old model who happens to be dating their father, but Kourtney doesn’t feel that it’s appropriate.
What’s more, it sounds like Scott has been ignoring her on this issue … which has reportedly led Kourtney to reach out to Sofia directly.
“And because Scott refuses to listen to Kourtney‘s requests [about keeping her away from the kids], Kourt has reached out to Sofia personally and told her to back off from spending so much time with them.”
That had to sound hurtful.
The mother of three apparently believes that she has good reason for keeping her kids away from Sofia whenever possible.
For one thing, she’s worried that they’ll get their hearts broken.
“Kourtney does not believe Sofia and Scott will stay together long-term and so she asked Sofia to respectfully back off from spending so much time with her children.”
Children are adaptable, but they can grow attached … and then take things very personally when their parent breaks up with a new partner.
Kind of like how dogs panic when you go out to dinner and leave them at home for a couple of hours, because they’re just beginning to grasp time.
“Kourtney does not like the influence Sofia has over the kids and she does not want the kids getting attached to someone that Kourtney feels will not be around or a part of their lives for very long.”
But apparently, Kourt also has some more personal issues with Sofia.
It seems that a big issue is that Kourtney perceives Sofia, who is 19 years old, as being immature.
“Kourtney is furious that Sofia is playing stepmom with Scott and the kids.”
Oh! One can imagine how Kourtney wouldn’t take ,kindly to that.
“Kourtney finds it super inappropriate that someone as young and immature as Sofia, is spending so much time with her children the way that she does with Scott.”
Sometimes, your kids get a step-parent. But this is her ex’s girlfriend, and she’s a teenager. It’s a little different.
“It infuriates Kourtney who works hard teaching her kids healthy habits and Kourtney fears her kids will learn harmful ways from Sofia.”
We’re not super sure what about Sofia is harmful. Except that she has been spotted allegedly smoking cigarettes … a very unhealthy habit that is thankfully dying off.
That’s not something that you want to see your children emulate.
“It has been a struggle over the years for Kourtney to be comfortable enough leaving Scott alone with the kids, but sending them off with Sofia too, [whom] she doesn’t trust at all, creates lots of stress and anxiety for Kourtney.”
It’s natural for a mother to worry about the welfare of her precious children.
“Kourtney has been adamant that it is not OK for Scott, to be dating a Sofia, a teenager who is 15 years younger than he is, much less let her be around their young, impressionable children.”
Some might accuse Kourtney of hypocrisy.
Her boyfriend Younes spends plenty of time around her, is also young, and has even gone so far as to throw shade at Scott Disick. (Most people have, at some point or another)
Scott probably figures that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
But there are some major differences. For starters, Kourtney started dating Younes — she didn’t bang a bunch of other young, hot models as if she were trying on shoes before settling on him.
Also, Younes may be young, but he’s not a teenager.
Finally, Kourtney is very careful about setting boundaries for her family, and she’s always made it clear that her children come first.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Are Their Kids in Danger?

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott apparently have a response to many of these rumors making their way around the Internet, and that response is this…
What Marital problems?!? What Divorce rumors?!? What 911 calls and fear of mental illness?!?
Over the past several days, Spelling and McDermott have been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
First, McDermott called 911 because his wife was reportedly acting erratically, prompting Spelling to be hospitalized for an evaluation of her psyche.
Next, McDermott called 911 again because he was unsure where Spelling had gone and he was concerned about at least one of his kids, who may have been with her.
Then, new rumors of a split sprung up all around the Web, with insiders saying the only reason these stars are remaining together is because they can’t afford the process that would legally tear them apart.
So… tough times all around for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.
This is nothing especially new or groundbreaking, of course, considering McDermott has confessed to cheating on Spelling in the past and considering we can’t recall a time when the couple was not facing financial difficulties.
Still, you wouldn’t think anything was wrong based on Spelling’s Instagram page.
She shared the first photo above on Monday, giving fans a look at her, Dean and their kids out and about for St. Patrick’s Day and writing as a caption:
“Yesterday we had the #luckoftheirish. We celebrated #stpatricksday as a family!”
Does this mean everything is all well and good?
Not according to many of Tori’s spelling, who are gravely worried about the couple’s five (yes, FIVE!) kids.
“I kinda feel sorry for her kids, especially the older ones,” wrote Lee Ann Bierie Helvenston as a comment to this holiday-themed image.
Same here.
These older children probably need to hear students at school gossip about their parents and/or see negative headlines about them on the Internet.
Someone named Angela Clevenger, meanwhile, writes that Dean has “NOT EVER PUT HIS FAMILY FIRST” and that he’s a cheater who will “always [be] a cheater.”
And then Gina Skipworth chimes in by saying this relationship is doing “more damage to their kids than not. Sad, sad, sad.”
We can’t know if this is actually the case or not, of course.
It’s an age old question of whether a couple who doesn’t get along ought to stay together for the sake of their kids…
… or split up because they are not raising these kids in a healthy environment if there’s so much tension in the air at all times.
Where do you stand on this sort of issue?
Should Spelling and McDermott just cut the chord already?
Are they doing more harm than good by staying together?
Or this is all a load of BS and they are trying to garner publicity for another season of a reality show or exclusive magazine interview or something?
You can really never know for certain with celebrities.

Indiana Couple Arrested for Incest, Sleeping with Own Kids
A man and woman from Indiana were arrested this week and charged with multiple counts of incident.
According to a local news outlet, Keylin Johnson and Sheila Johnson were taken into custody after the couple’s 19-year old son told a friend that his parents had been having sex with him and his two siblings.
Based on court records, an investigation was opened by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office after it received a report about these allegations on February 25.
A woman reportedly told a police officer that the couple’s two oldest children had come to visit and talked with her about “possible sexual abuse.”
Authorities then spoke that same day with the oldest, unnamed child… who said his dad had explained to him that “incest was a normal way of life” and “the best way to build a family bond was to have sex with your parents, particularly your mother.”
The legal documents also state that Johnson “advised it was safer to have sex with people in your own family, rather than strangers.”
It doesn’t get much sicker than this.
Until one consider’s another snippet from this document, which reads:
The oldest child “also indicated that his mother was involved in sexual relations with the family dog.”
According to this report, the youngest child was taken out from the family’s home in Montgomery County the day after police were told about what was allegedly going on at home.
Investigators then seized cellphones and computers from the home that same day as well.
Authorities are on record as quoting this youngest girl as saying “both of her parents would do gross things in the home,” with court documents elaborating;
“She was shown sexual videos and pornography and that her aunt used to bring adult things to a residence in Mooresville and she observed the adults would do sexual things.”
This is so very disgusting.
In an interview with police, Sheila Johnson (pictured below) confessed to multiple acts of child abuse, along with incest with two of her children and an attempt at bestiality with a dog.
She said her husband “would always want to role play and suggested mother-son sex scenarios.”
As for Keylin Johnson?
He told cops that “I am guilty of internet porn and other stuff.”
He described himself as being addicted to adult entertainment, according to these court documents and confessed to cops he had downloaded and saved images of one of his kids nude from the child’s cellphone.
As a result of these heinous acts, Keylin Johnson faces 18 charges, including multiple counts of child molesting and incest and one count of possession of child pornography.
Sheila Johnson faces 17 charges, including multiple counts of child molesting and incest and one count of bestiality.
The family has lived in homes in Crawfordsville, Ladoga, New Market and Waveland since 2012.
As of Tuesday afternoon of this week, the couple remained in custody at Montgomery County Jail on $ 50,000 bond each.
A jury trial is set for Sheila Johnson on July 31 and for Keylin Johnson on August 14.

David Beador: Shannon Drinks Too Much, Keeps Me From My Kids
We didn’t think it was possible…
… but things have turned even uglier between Shannon Beador and David Beador.
According to explosive legal documents, the estranged husband of this Real Housewives of Orange County cast member isn’t just sitting back and letting the reality star say mean things about him.
David is fighting back.
First, a refresher on the status of this formerly happy couple:
Shannon announced in October that she was filing for divorce from her husband of 17 years, not even pretending at the time that the split was amicable.
“It’s heartbreaking for me and my daughters that this is the road that had to be taken but it’s the only way,” the Bravo personality told the world at the time, adding:
“I felt alone in my marriage. You can do what you can to keep your family together, but you have to have willing parties.
“You need two people to make a marriage work, and that just wasn’t happening in our relationship.”
This statement, and this divorce decision, came after Shannon revealed to Real Housewives viewers on Season 10 that David had been unfaithful.
About six weeks after she confirmed her break-up, Shannon filed new legal documents that sought full legal custody of her three daughters and which aimed to “take [David] for everything he’s got.”
It was contentious then.
And it’s only grown more contentious since, according to Radar Online.
The celebrity gossip site has obtained paper submitted to Orange County Superior Court in which David demands fifty percent custody of 15-year old Sophie and 12-year old Twins Stella and Adeline.
These papers were filed on March 9 and they also accuse Shannon of basically turning the kids against their father.
Writes David in his documents:
“Since separation, the children, on several occasions have refused to talk or see me.
“This behavior has been tolerated in Shannon’s home and is not in the best interests of the children…

From here, David accuses The Real Housewives of Orange County itself of providing Shannon with a dangerous lifestyle, specifically when it comes to alcohol.
Reads his latest filing:
“Shannon’s employment encourages excess drinking and extended travel to which Shannon has chosen not to inform me and make accommodations for the kids to stay with me while she is away.”
This is a new and interesting one.
We’ve never seen a Real Housewives cast member taken to task by a significant other over what she’s asked to do in order to keep her series entertaining.
Then there’s the issue of her salary, which dwarfs what David takes home for his vocation.
David alleges that Shannon earns up to $ 600,000 per year, although she previously stated she earned just over $ 400,000.
This is the sort of thing that will come out once pay stubs and other documents are demanded in court.
We can’t say for certain where things will go between Shannon and David, the latter of whom has a young girlfriend.
But we can say the gloves haven’t just come off in this divorce. They’ve been tossed into the incinerator.
