Kim Kardashian Breaks Silence on Kylie Pregnancy

Kim Kardashian has become the first member of her family to speak on Kylie Jenner’s shocking pregnancy.

Has she sent her sister best wishes? Confirmed the due date? Suggested baby names?

Nope, nope and… would anyone really take advice from Kim on baby names anyway?!? 

A few days after the Internet was rocked by the scoop that Kylie is pregnant with Travis Scott’s baby, Kim has come out and slammed a couple stories associated with this development.

She’s basically labeled them as Fake News.

First, there was the People Magazine article that alleged Kim was taken aback by her sibling’s big announcement.

And not in the positive sense.

This post quoted a source who said Kim “didn’t respond well at first” to Kylie’s pregnancy reveal.

“Her reaction was, ‘Seriously?"” an insider told the outlet, adding:

“It’s like she and Kanye had gone on this whole journey to get pregnant for months, and now this happens to Kylie. She teared up. It definitely took a lot of time for her to process it.”

(Kim has been open about her difficult pregnancies and is using a surrogate to welcome a third child early next year.)

In response to a Harper’s Bazaar Tweet about this report that’s captioned, “This sounds like a very awkward conversation..”, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote:

“This sounds like a very fake story… “.”

On Monday, meanwhile, The Sun claimed that Caitlyn Jenner had confirmed Kyle’s expecting state by simply saying her daughter got knocked up “some time ago.”

Another story alleged Caitlyn is unhappy about this development because she thinks Kylie is too young to be a mother.

Has Caitlyn really expressed either of these sentiments?

Not according to Kim Kardashian.

“And speaking of fake stories… The media is super shady for posting fake quotes from Caitlyn when she hasn’t spoke to anyone,” she Tweeted.

We appreciate Kim standing up for herself with the first response above and for her step-father with the second.

But we can’t help but notice something else about these Tweets:

They did not deny Kylie is pregnant.

Granted, at this point, with so many reliable outlets, publications and sources confirming the news, there’s no real doubt about its legitimacy.

Still, though. While Kim was aiming to shoot down some misleading narratives, she has also managed to confirm the most important story of all here:

Kylie Jenner, at age 20, really is pregnant.

And that’s not all for the family!

As previously noted, Kim and Kanye West are expecting a little girl via surrogate, reportedly in January.

Moreover, Khloe Kardashian is also pregnant!

It’s incredible, but true, as news broke on Monday evening that Khloe and Tristan Thompson are expecting their first kid some time early next year.

Just like Kylie – and just like Kim for her first pregnancy and Kourtney for all three of hers – Khloe is not married.

She’s in a serious relationship and everything, but we’re still just saying. How come no one in this family can ever have a child in wedlock?!?

Partial judgment aside, we’re extremely happy for Khloe.

She has spoken candidly over the years about her trouble conceiving and her desire to start a family.

It’s clear she loves Thompson a lot and it’s clear her future son or daughter will grow up in a healthy household.

We hope the same holds true for Kylie. We have a few more doubts, considering her age and the tenuous state of her romance with Scott.

But for all the reasons we criticize the Kardashians and Jenners, we try never to say a word about their children or their ability to parent.

It’s a challenging job and they all seem to do the best they can with it.

So… congrats to both Kylie and Khloe! We wish you well.

Vanessa Grimaldi, Nick Viall Break Silence on Breakup of the Century

Vanessa Grimaldi has spoke out for the first time since her split from The Bachelor star Nick Viall, and he’s responded in kind … literally.

As in he also spoke out, as she did. With kind words.

“It’s okay to feel broken. It’s okay to cry,” she captioned an Instagram photo of herself overlooking a pond, literally leaning on a friend.

“It’s okay to lean on a friend,” she continued.

“In the end, it will always be okay.”

Deep stuff for hard times there.

Viall, 36, and Grimaldi, 29, broke up Friday, five months after their proposal on ABC, and 3-4 months later than many felt a split would occur.

“It’s with a great amount of heartbreak for the both us as we have decided to end our engagement,” they said in a joint statement.

“We gave this relationship our all and we are saddened that we did not get the fairytale ending we hoped for,” the duo lamented.

“We will continue to be there for each other no matter what. This hasn’t been an easy decision, however, as we part ways,” they said.

“We do so with lots of love and admiration.”

That’s good at least, but it’s 0-4 for Viall, who appeared on two previous seasons of The Bachelorette and Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise.

This winter was his turn as the man doling out the roses, picking Vanessa Grimaldi over Raven Gates and Rachel Lindsay on The Bachelor.

Even before getting engaged, Viall and Grimladi struggled with conflicting priorities and deciding where they would continue their relationship.

To put it mildly, Nick is more into the whole fame/celebrity aspect of the show than Vanessa, a special ed teacher from Montreal, Quebec.

Following the Nick Viall-Vanessa Grimaldi split, a source close to them said they were never on the same page and doomed from day one.

It wasn’t just that he loves life in L.A. and had no interest in moving to Canada, although that was a factor. The two just weren’t compatible.

“Their friends knew the relationship wouldn’t last,” said the source. “It was a mismatch from the start. She’s super fun, bubbly and outgoing.”

“He’s more of a serious personality.”

Nick, the insider said, “is more introverted. She would try to bring him out of his shell, but he’s just not as comfortable in big groups.”

As for Viall, he’s handling the split “okay,” the source added, noting that “it wasn’t an overnight decision, and they’re amicable.”

“In times that aren’t great, you have to kind of spend time with your loved ones,” Viall told celebrity news magazine Us Weekly.

“I’m lucky enough to have friends outside of L.A. I’m heading back to Chicago this weekend, which I think will be good for me.”

“I’m trying to stay positive, being around friends and family. And you know, what helps me is just kind of believing in yourself.”

“It helps me stay positive.”

“It’s obviously easy to get insecure and feel bad about yourself. You get in your head about things when things aren’t working out for you.”

“I still love her very much. I’m not afraid to say that,” he added on Monday night. “I like to try new things, get out of my comfort zone.”

“I know I have a lot of work to do,” Viall conceded.

“It’s fun to try [new life experiences] though, and I always appreciate the opportunity to try new things and that’s been a lot of fun.”

“Vanessa and I are still very much each other’s support system. We’re trying to do that and it’s a challenge at times,” he added.

Ian Somerhalder Breaks Social Media Silence, Posts a Moving Tribute to Nikki Reed!

Get ready to start believing in love again!

So, remember how Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed said goodbye to social media for a while when Nikki Reed gave birth? Their break from technology was intended to help them focus on their first child.

Well, not two weeks in, and Ian’s already breaking the rule — to write a very, very sweet tribute to his wife.

In case you’ve forgotten, since Ian and Nikki announced it before she even gave birth, they were planning on bonding with their baby, exclusively.

“We’ll take the baby’s first month for ourselves. After the baby arrives, we’re doing one month of silence. Just the three of us, no visitors, and we’re turning off our phones too, so there’s no expectation for us to communicate.”

(That sounds like a nightmare, because you need your phone for everyday life — how are you gonna eat? By cooking? Like the Amish?)

To be fair, Ian Somerhalder’s already broken their “month of silence” rule, like, five times, by our count.

This makes number six, but we’ll totally let it slide:

Ian Somerhalder took to Instagram and, alongside a photo of Nikki Reed’s Fit Pregnancy and Baby cover, basically poured his heart out.

He starts it off simple and sweet:

“Just a quick note to you my beautiful wife.”

Yes, that is the correct way to address your wife.

“You are briefly napping on the other side of the room after being an amazing mom all night so you’ll read this when you wake…”

So clearly he used the opportunity to sneak off to Instagram and look through their photos.

But, you know, for a good reason.

“Seeing these images reminds me of those amazing 9 months that you sacrificed your whole being to grow our little one.”

That’s such an important statement.

Pregnancy permanently alters your body and even your skeletal structure, and it’s a total pain (literally) starting fairly early on after conception.

Some men take that lightly. Ian Somerhalder clearly does not.

“The kindness, the beauty, and organic nature of these photos makes me so very proud.”

Basically, his wife is hot and he wants to make sure that everybody knows.

(We know)

“You brought such fun and such power into our lives being pregnant but you literally brought the word sexy into pregnancy, we all see it.”

That’s a goofy statement, but the guy’s in love and quite possibly running on less sleep than he needs.

We’re not saying that pregnant women can’t be fun or even sexy.

We’re just saying that his phrasing of it makes him come across a little lovestruck.

“Thank you for being my partner in this life and thank you for inspiring not just me but all others who read, hear or see what your soul gives us.”

It’s really good of him to share this message with the world instead of just, like, jotting it down on pen and paper for her to read, like it’s the Dark Ages or something.

First, it’s insight into their love life.

“Love, You husband”

We were a little leery of this relationship when it started.

It’s not just because we were, despite ourselves, pretty aggressively shipping Delena (that is, Ian’s character Damon with Nina Dobrev’s character Elena, at least by the second season of The Vampire Diaries) back before that show went off the rails.

It’s more because Ian had been dating Nina Dobrev, who is gorgeous and wonderful, and then it felt really abrupt when he started dating Nina’s friend, Nikki Reed.

But, you know what? If Nina Dobrev’s cool with Ian and Nikki, then so are we. 

Plus, it’s almost impossible to dislike Ian. The guy’s totally devoted to environmental causes so much that he’s basically Captain Planet.

(Also someone at some studio somewhere needs to get off their butt and make a Captain Planet reboot film and cast Ian as the titular character, right now immediately)

And it’s kind of impossible to see Ian and Nikki being so cute and lovey with each other and about their baby without feeling any affection yourself.

Kailyn Lowry: Chris Lopez FINALLY Breaks His Silence on Their New Baby!

Things have really been looking up for Kailyn Lowry lately!

But then again, it wasn’t really possible for things to look worse for her, at least there for a while.

Ever since she announced her pregnancy at the beginning of this year, Kailyn became the Teen Mom to hate — and she got so much hate.

The dates are a little muddled, but there’s a good chance she was impregnated by Chris Lopez while she was still legally married to Javi Marroquin.

On top of that, many people judged her because one of the rumored reasons she split with Javi was because she didn’t want more kids with him, only to get pregnant with someone else so soon after their breakup.

And on top of that, there was still a lot of leftover hate for her because of how cold she was to Javi while he was deployed, and because of the rumors that she cheated on him during that time, too.

Rumors that she later confirmed.

Then, we learned about her pregnancy, we learned that her relationship with the baby’s father wasn’t exactly stable — for a while, it was actually nonexistent.

For that, she was slammed for being a “bad mother,” for bringing a new baby into so much chaos, and for exposing her other children to it, too.

Toss in her third trimester trips to Zika-riddled locales, her continued drama with Chris and Javi … it’s been nothing but bad times for her for so long …

Until now!

After Kailyn gave birth to her third child — another boy! — earlier this month, the criticism has subsided a little bit, because how are you going to be shady when there’s such a cute baby in the picture?

It’s also been nice to see the baby’s father in the picture, especially considering how long we’d been hearing that he’d abandoned not only Kailyn, but also the idea of being a dad.

We know that Chris was there for the arrival of precious little Baby Lo — Kailyn has said that he was the only one in the delivery room with her.

He also escorted them home from the hospital.

In a recent interview, she said that “he has been as supportive as he can,” and that “he does the best to his ability even though it doesn’t necessarily meet the standards of what everyone else expects of him.”

It still doesn’t sound like a great situation — “as supportive as he can” and “the best to his ability” sound a little lackluster for the monumental task of raising a child.

But Chris has just made his very first public statement about Baby Lo.

And there may be hope for these crazy kids yet.

“My lil man put a smile on my face every time I look at him lol,” he recently tweeted.

Mindy Kaling Breaks Pregnancy Silence; Did She Name Her Baby Daddy?

Let the speculation end and the celebration begin:

Mindy Kaling is pregnant!

This news was broken a month ago, of course, but the actress herself had not officially confirmed the blessed development until right now.

Excerpts from a Sunday TODAY interview with Willie Geist, which will air on September 10, were made public this morning, with Kaling talking openly about her knocked-up state for the first time.

The 38-year old said she’s “really excited” to become a mom, adding:

“It’s so unknown to me. I have a lot of control over a lot of aspects of my life, and this is one where I’m like, ‘OK, it’s out of my hands,’ which is kind of a fun feeling.”

Kaling does not have a steady or serious boyfriend.

She has not revealed the identity of her baby’s father, although the Internet is filled with questions and curiosity.

Could it actually be Cory Booker, the New Jersey Senator who asked Kaling out for a date in March and who is a legitimate contender for the Presidency in 2020?

Kaling isn’t saying a word.

When Geist asked if she knows what kind of parent she’ll be, the comic star responded in funny Kaling fashion.

“It’s so easy to criticize parenting until you’re a parent, so one of the nice things about becoming a parent is that I’ll be able to openly criticize other parenting because I will have a child,” she joked.

On a far more serious note, the former Office actress said her late mother, Swati Roysircar, set an incredible example.

She can only hope to follow it.

“My mom was incredibly fierce and so devoted to us, just loved us and really wanted us to be happy no matter what we did,” Kaling said.

“My career choice was not something that she was familiar with and she was just so supportive of that. And if I could give that to my child, just that open-mindedness, I’d be so happy.”

Back in 2015, Kaling spoke to Yahoo! Style about someday having kids.

She seemed extremely relaxed about the possibility, while also being very open to it.

“I think I’ve decided that unlike everything else in my life, I’m going to be fast and loose about kids,” she said, seemingly not kidding around and adding:

“I’m going to not actively plan, but if it happens, it would happen. I’m not cavalier about who I would have a kid with.

“But the thing I ask every parent that I really admire, the one comment they all have is that they wish they had kids earlier.”

We’ve never once heard a parent say that.

But whatever. You do you, Mindy!

Chloe Ayling: Rescued Kidnapped Model Breaks Her Silence!

The story of a 20-year-old woman getting booked for a fake modeling gig and then kidnapped to be auctioned off as a sex slave sounds like a rip-off of a Liam Neeson movie, but that’s reportedly exactly what happened.

For obvious reasons, law enforcement didn’t initially identify the unnamed model when they found her stuffed into a suitcase.

But a UK model named Chloe Ayling has come forward as the woman who survived the harrowing ordeal, and she’s telling her story:

So, an unnamed model was lured to another country with a seemingly legitimate booking through her agent.

She was then kidnapped, drugged, and placed up for auction as a sex slave to someone who would buy her online.

If it’s not Taken, it could very easily be an episode of The Blacklist.

Yes, she “escaped” — through the actions of one of her kidnappers who was seeking to correct a mistake.

But that doesn’t make any of it less dreadful to consider.

The fact that Chloe Ayling has been brave enough to come forward is nothing short of phenomenal.

(Though we don’t know how she’d keep it quiet, since she definitely went missing for weeks)

That she got away at all sounds like a small miracle, if you believe in those.

In her statements to The Sun, Chloe Ayling describes her kidnapping experience in a frightening amount of detail.

““I’ve been through a terrifying experience. I’ve feared for my life, second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour.”

Awful.

“I’m incredibly grateful to the Italian and UK authorities for all they have done to secure my safe release.”

Nice of her to remember to say thanks even after her odeal.

“I have just arrived home after four weeks and haven’t had time to collect my thoughts. I am not at liberty to say anything further until I have been debriefed by the UK police.”

But she’s sharing a lot of what she experienced.

It sounds like at least one of her kidnappers enjoyed tormenting her with whatever story he thought would frighten her the most, because she was told:

“All girls are for the Arab market, and when the buyer gets fed up of a girl bought at auction, he can gift her to other people, and when of no interest anymore, feed her to tigers.”

Which sounds like something from a movie, but also like something that an awful man who’s kidnapped her and maybe has some suepr racist ideas about the Middle East would say if he enjoys a woman’s terror.

Chloe also talks about exactly how she was kidnapped:

She arrived at an empty warehouse in Milan for a photoshoot that had been booked through her agent.

“A person with black gloves placed a hand over my mouth from behind while a second person wearing a balaclava gave me an injection in my right arm.”

That can be super dangerous — as we suspect that the person administering the injection was not a doctor.

Get the dosage wrong and you can kill someone.

Give them a shot of something to knock them out without knowing their allergies or what medications they’re on, and you can kill them.

“I believe I lost consciousness because when I woke up, I was wearing just my pink undershirt made of chenille, and the socks I am now wearing, and I realized I was in the coffin of a car, my ankles and wrists in handcuffs, with a black tape covering my mouth, inside a bag where there was just a small hole in the zipper that allowed me to breathe.”

Horrific.

As it turns out, Chloe was not the sort of person whom they intended to target:

“After a few minutes a man came into the room, without his face covered and he told me in English that in the meantime their boss had called and that he was furious because they had seized the wrong person.”

That sounds almost farcical but still incredibly terrifying.

“I was not meant to be taken because the boss had seen my Instagram profile which clearly showed that I was a mum with a young boy and this went against the rules of the organization.”

Even evil organizations that carry out kidnappings and sexual slavery have rules, we guess?

“Despite being upset with my kidnapping, he explained that this imprisonment could not stop because in the meantime the organisation had published in the deep web two photos taken shortly after the aggression while I was unconscious, showing the publication on a…. site called Black Death.”

The “deep web” or “dark web” is just sites that aren’t indexed by search engines, so they’re “hidden” unless you know what you’re looking for.

A lot of illegal stuff goes on there.

In some cases, it’s relatively harmless like drug trading or the voluntary organ market.

In other cases, it’s where people swap child pornography or sell human beings.

“The photos confirmed the fact that I was in the hands of the organization, and some users had expressed interest in my sale.”

A nightmare.

But she was eventually dropped off at the embassy.

It turns out that being a mother at 20 very probably saved her life.

As is often the case with kidnapping survivors, a lot of people are calling her story far-fetched or accusing her of lying.

Unfortunately, some of them are even making these comments on her Instagram, which seems cruel to us.

But since one of her kidnappers has already been arrested and since law enforcement has apparently found the place where she was held, it sounds like her story might be realer than any of us would like to believe.

Hopefully, we’ll all know more in the coming weeks.

Justin Bieber Breaks Silence, Makes Very Little Sense

Justin Bieber has canceled the remaining dates on his world tour.

This much we know for certain.

But one question continues to hang over the artist after he made this announcement late last month: WHY?!?!?!?!?

Are the rumors true? Has Bieber really undergone a spiritual awakening as a result of a close bond with some pastor named Carl Lentz?

Might he even give up music entirely in order to focus on religion?

The singer shared a lengthy Instagram message on Wednesday night that sought to clear up confusion around his recent decision and recent actions.

But did he really accomplish his goal? Or did he raise the eyebrows of followers around the globe with a bunch of rambling nonsense?

“I’m so grateful for this journey with all of you,” Bieber wrote to open his social media post, adding:

“I’m grateful for the tours but most of all I am grateful I get to go through this life WITH YOU! Learning and growing hasn’t always been easy but knowing I’m not alone has kept me going.”

Okay, sure. Whatever. Nice sentiment, Biebs.

“I have let my insecurities get the best of me at times,” he continued.

“I let my broken relationships dictate the way I acted towards people and the way I treated them! I let bitterness, jealousy and fear run my life!!!”

We aren’t sure what Justin is referring to here.

But it sounds profound.

The star then went on to seemingly address chatter concerning his relationship with Lentz’s and Lentz’s controversial church.

“I am extremely blessed to have people in the past few years help me build my character back up reminding me of who I am and who I want to be!!!

“My past decisions and past relationships won’t dictate my future decisions and my future relationships. I’m VERY aware I’m never gonna be perfect, and I’m gonna keep making mistakes.

“I wanna be a man that learns from them and grows from them!! I want you all to know this tour has been unbelievable and has taught me so much about myself.

“I am reminded of how blessed I am to have a voice in this world. I’ve learned the more you appreciate your calling the more you want to protect your calling.”

Is Bieber talking about his singing career? Is that his “calling?”

Or might he be talking about a far bigger purpose? This is the sort of language folks use when discussing a Higher Power.

Still, Justin makes a point of emphasizing that he isn’t through with music. He just has a lot to work on before hitting the road again… and/or before having any children.

“Me taking this time right now is me saying I want to be SUSTAINABLE.

“I want my career to be sustainable, but I also want my mind heart and soul to be sustainable so that I can be the man I want to be, the husband I eventually want to be and the father I want to be.”

The Instagram entry, which reads like a plea for understanding, concluded as follows:

This message is just an opportunity for you to know my heart, I’m not expecting anyone to understand, but I do want people to have an opportunity to know where I am coming from!.

THIS MESSAGE IS VERY GRAMMATICALLY INCORRECT BUT ITS FROM THE HEART.

BUT I THINK THERES SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT IMPERFECTIONS!

Jeremy Meeks: Wife of Hot Mugshot Guy Breaks Silence on Cheating Husband!

So, remember how Hot Mugshot Guy Jeremy Meeks got caught cheating on his wife while out on a boat? Well, the story immediately circulated that Melissa Meeks, who waited for him while he was in prison, was dumping him.

And really, who could blame her?

But she’s been surprisingly quiet on the issue — in public. Until now that, is. …

It was a viral mugshot photo of Jeremy Meeks that catapulted him to fame and his new career.

And it’s another photo that’s ending his marriage.

The photo that prompted cheating allegations was just a kiss.

For some people, that’s nothing, or at least not a big deal.

But for others, even just making out constitutes not just cheating but a total relationship deal-breaker. 

Apparently that’s the case for Melissa Meeks.

(Though sometimes there’s more pressure to divorce over cheating when the story is famous)

And even though it looks like Jeremy Meeks rushed to file separation papers with a date of separation that makes it look like he wasn’t necessarily cheating, most people’s opinions favor Melissa.

 But now she’s speaking out — even if she isn’t name-dropping her husband.

Her recent Instagram post seems like it could only be about Jeremy Meeks’ cheating.

There’s no “photo” so much as just a card with text on it, posted on Friday.

“Better to be slapped with the truth than kissed with a lie.”

The obvious meaning, referring to Jeremy Meeks being caught cheating on her, wasn’t lost on her followers, who showered her with support.

One comment seemed to capture the general mood of her fans:

“Mad Respect On How You are handling This Stay Strong Cause At The End Of The Day He’ll Come Back Crawling His 15min Are Coming And He’ll realized you were the one [through] thick and thin regardless of where he was …”

We don’t know why that first part was capitalized like a Jaden Smith tweet, but at this point we’ve stopped asking.

Point is, she’s getting a lot of sympathy and support.

She might be able to ride that wave all the way to divorce court, where the same facts that earn her sympathy from followers might work in her favor when it comes to assets and alimony.

Of course, she’ll still be no longer married to the notoriously hot felon-turned-model. There’s always a trade-off.

Anything that you might do or say could be used against you.

Vague tweets or ‘grams of whatever might be on your mind?

In this case, Melissa might also be referring to their upcoming divorce with another, more religious post from Sunday:

“Christ is the one who gives me the strength to do whatever I must do.”

This is hardly the first biblical quote on Melissa’s Instagram, but that one sounds borderline ominous, right?

Like … “I’m going to do whatever it takes” is what it’s saying, basically.

It sounds like she might be gearing up for a serious court battle.

We hope, of course, that these two can divorce amicably.

No matter how peeved she might be at his cheating, an amicable divorce will be better on them and on their kids.

It will also be less costly for them both, since lawyers are not free.

We understand that fame and hotness and money probably went to Jeremy’s head, but Melissa waited even after Jeremy Meeks was sentenced to two years in prison for him to get out.

With his prison record contrasted with Melissa Meeks having spent that time as a single mom to three children, Jeremy might want an amicable settlement instead of leaving decisions like alimony up to a judge.

No matter how shockingly handsome he might be.

Meadow Walker Breaks Social Media Silence with Beautiful New Selfie

Meadow Walker might sound like the name of some ethereal nature spirit, but she is, of course, the daughter of the late Paul Walker, who tragically died in 2013 when she was only 15.

In recent months, however — really, for the past year — she’s been publicly silent on social media. Until this week, that is, when she posted a brand new selfie. She’s grown into a truly beautiful young woman.

Fame can be challenging, but being famous because your famous father died when you were still a minor is on a whole other level.

Meadow has made appearances on her father’s behalf.

Paul Walker was known for his charitable work, and Meadow has continued that tradition.

She created the Paul Walker Foundation in his memory, and at the time, she explained that on Instagram.

“Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions.”

“His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people, and his passion for spontaneous good will”

“I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world.”

“I want to share that part of him with others. I am tremendously proud to be launching The Paul Walker Foundation on his birthday. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my father.”

That’s beautiful.

But her new photo doesn’t come with a charitable plug, or any caption whatsoever.

Honestly?

That doesn’t need a caption.

Meadow Walker is a beautiful 18-year-old girl, and it’s nice to see her posting photos to social media.

Not just because it’s good to see that she’s alright.

And also not just because she’s drop-dead gorgeous.

(Though also that — good for her!)

But it’s good to see her out of the context of charitable work.

And, as sweet as Meadow Walker’s 2015 Father’s Day tribute to her dad was, it’s nice to see her out of the context of mourning him, also.

Essentially, it’s great to see the non-business side of Meadow, where she’s just living her life.

She’s 18 and she has her whole life ahead of her, after all.

Her previous most recent post to Instagram was made last July — yes, in 2016 — along with a photo of herself and her father in the pool.

“Feeling so honored to combine two of my dad’s legacies into one incredible experience.”

That pretty much sums up a lot of her work.

“Today marks your LAST chance to support The Paul Walker Foundation for a chance to go to the set of #F8, hang out with the cast, AND check out some of the most incredible cars in the world.”

That film has, of course, already come out, which really makes it clear how long ago this last post was.

“Enter through the link in my bio or visit omaze.com/fast for your last chance to win! Don’t miss out, it’s going to be a great time.”

Now that’s pretty much an advertisement, though it’s for a good cause.

And it may have not been her post, but made by an assistant.

But it’s very likely that Meadow has a private Instagram account to use with friends, as most celebrities do.

She’s not a(n adorable) baby anymore.

Her father wouldn’t want her to spend all of her time in his shadow without being her own person, you know?

This wasn’t her first extended absence from Instagram — last time, Meadow Walker posted a bikini photo to announce her return.

It would be amazing if she’s back for good and will start updating regularly.

But she can take as many breaks from the public spotlight as she needs to.

Corinne Olympios Breaks Social Media Silence!

It was such a huge relief to hear Corinne Olympios put things to rest, because the Bachelor in Paradise pool sex scandal had taken so many upsetting turns.

There were people slut-shaming Corinne Olympios. There were insinuations that DeMario Jackson was some sort of predator. There were worries that 

But finally, after a month of the social media equivalent of “dead air,” Corinne has broken her social media silence.

That’s not a super big deal on its own — it’s just a photo.

But we think that it signals more than just the fact that Corinne was celebrating the Fourth of July with a star-spangled selfie.

To us, it represents Corinne getting ready for things to get back to normal.

Look, however you feel about Snapchat filters …

(Even if you feel that Snapchat itself drains what little lingers of your youth and callously mocks you whenever you use it)

… You have to admit that it’s good to “hear from” Corinne.

It’s been, what, a month? 

Since Bachelor in Paradise production was shut down in the first place, we mean.

That was the poolside sex romp that started it all.

(Honestly, there’s still so much that we don’t know and will never know)

DeMario Jackson wasn’t shy about speaking out, out of fear that people would see him as the aggressor in the situation.

(Even though no one, Corinne included, ever pointed the finger at him — but a bunch of fans wanted to blame him for some reason)

(Racism — the reason was racism)

And except for a few of Corinne Olympios’ public statements — super stilted language, likely worded by her legal team — Corinne herself has been 

We gotta be honest, like, Warner Bros determining that no assault took place during an internal investigation didn’t mean a lot on its own.

Like, that’s the sort of thing that could be completely legitimate.

But given the obvious interests involved, that’s also the sort of thing that could sound like a non-subtle cover-up.

Kind of like when Trump says that his team didn’t collude with Russia, you know?

We don’t mean to imply that Warner Bros is sinister or incompetent or orange by that comparison.

Just that, understandably, investigators would have had to have been conscious of the fact that determining that something terrible took place would reflect on everybody involved.

Tough to be impartial when your paychecks come from the corporate entity that might take a hit.

But if Corinne’s satisfied — remember, she didn’t remember what happened and had to put it all together after-the-fact — then we’re satisfied, you know?

Though we do hope that DeMario and Corinne get to talk.

For both of their sakes.

So, admittedly, Corinne’s Snapchat photo for the Fourth of July wasn’t the big social media comeback that people expected.

But not everybody has to pen a long-ass open letter that they post to Instagram for some reason after something major happens.

Corinne can just go back to sharing photos of herself and marketing her platinum vagine (shirts! shirts that say those words, we mean).

She doesn’t really owe the world an essay.

Ryan Edwards: MTV Breaks Silence on Shocking Drug-Related Clips

If you’re a Teen Mom fan … well, it’s been a bit of a week, hasn’t it?

We’ve finally got a premiere date and a trailer for the new season of Teen Mom 2, and on Monday night we got to see the season finale of Teen Mom OG.

And while we’re pretty pumped about Teen Mom 2, there’s simply no denying that in these circles, that finale is all anyone is talking about.

Specifically, the scenes involving Ryan Edwards.

Ryan’s behavior was shocking enough to attract more attention than Amber Portwood being held back from beating the hell out of Matt Baier, which is really saying something.

Like, Amber literally called Matt an “ugly-ass old motherf-cker little dick bitch,” and still, no one cares.

It just goes to show you how alarming Ryan’s behavior really was.

Of course, most of the attention is going to the scene in which he drives himself and Mackenzie to their impromptu wedding ceremony while visibly impaired.

And by “visibly impaired,” we mean “very, very high.”

He began nodding off while speeding along the highway, and when Mackenzie pointed it out, he said that the sun was in his eyes and it was hard for him to see.

He made a few statements that didn’t really make sense at all before he started nodding off completely.

At one point, Mackenzie had to grab the wheel to keep him from crashing.

She hit him several times to get him to pay attention — why she didn’t just get him to pull over is beyond us — and finally she turned the dash cameras off.

The microphones stayed on though, and that’s how we heard her ask him if he’d taken Xanax before driving.

He swore on Bentley’s life that he didn’t, but somehow it wasn’t very believable.

And they just continued along to their parking lot wedding.

The scene was so disturbing that MTV aired a warning before showing it, and afterwards they slipped in a little message about substance abuse.

But to many viewers, it simply wasn’t enough.

“Terrible choice not letting production break the barrier while they watched Ryan Edwards drive high on drugs and endanger every1,” one person wrote on Twitter.

Another said “When Ryan Edwards from teen Mom kills a family while MTV knowingly lets him drive intoxicated on drugs while they film it, they won’t care.”

It’s true that the Teen Mom crew wasn’t actively filming Ryan while he was driving — the scene was captured with cameras mounted to the dashboard.

Sometimes the crew reviews the footage later, but sometimes they follow along in another vehicle with a live feed of what’s going on in the cast members’ cars.

It’s unclear what was happening during this particular scene.

But in a statement MTV made to Us Weekly, they’re making it clear they had no idea that Ryan was impaired.

“MTV does not condone driving under the influence,” the statement read.

“Ryan’s erratic behavior was due to actions that he took without anyone’s prior knowledge.”

Which is definitely possible.

But the thing is that Ryan was acting strangely earlier that day as well.

When Mackenzie told him that the wedding was scheduled for that evening, he told her that he needed to go get a haircut — his voice sounded odd, and he didn’t seem too coordinated.

She tried to convince him to wait, but he said he needed to do it, and drove off with a backpack, which some people find suspicious.

He was gone for a while, so long that he made them late for the wedding. A popular theory is that in addition to getting a haircut, he also got high.

At any point that day, wouldn’t it have been smart to stop him? Wouldn’t he have dash cams going during that ride, too, or cameras following him getting ready for his big day?

How is it that, on such a special occasion, he was able to get high enough to nod off in the car without anyone noticing and intervening?

It’s a sad, scary situation, any way you look at it.
