Over the weekend, 90 Day Fiance star Larissa Dos Santos Lima was arrested for domestic battery against her husband, Colt.
After Larissa"s panicked messages to fans, sent while locked in her bathroom, many expected that it would be Colt who was arrested.
Now that we"ve heard both sides of the story, we understand a little more of how this arrest went down, and what led to it.
Also, this is not Larissa"s first arrest in the last five months.
It sounds pretty toxic, folks.

MTV has announced the full list of nominees for its annual Video Music Awards, which evidently is a ceremony that still airs each year.

Derick Dillard Leads Boycott of Target, Sparks Yet Another Controversy
Well, it looks like Derick Dillard has chosen a side in the long-standing Target vs. Wal-Mart debate.
Of course, his allegiance has nothing to do with the price of cargo shorts and everything to do with Derick’s new found desire to be the Duggar clan’s resident rabble-rouser.
If you follow Derick on social media, then you’re probably aware that Jill Duggar’s husband has developed a taste for expressing controversial views as of late.
It started with Derick’s attack on Jazz Jennings, a transgender teen and fellow TLC reality star, whom Dillard accused of espousing a “non-reality,” arguing that “gender is ordained by God.”
Dillard was widely criticized for his comments, but he also received a good deal of support from Twitter’s evangelical community.
Like all reality stars, Derick thrives on attention, be it good or bad, so it should come as no surprise that the controversy over his Jennigs remarks prompted the father of two to continue tweeting about incendiary political issues.
In recent weeks, Derick has claimed there’s no racism in America, revealed his support for President Trump, and taken publicly taken the far-right stance on a number of issues.
While his opinions may not come as much of a surprise, it’s somewhat surprising that he’s continued to express them publicly.
The Duggars’ are usually content to leave their social views an open secret, but Derick is a self-styled political figure–and, it should be noted, a former Wal-Mart employee–who has now set his sights on the nation’s second-largest retail chain.
Yes, Derick has entered the debate over transgender men and women using public restrooms, and not the utter shock of absolutely no one, he’s taking the ignorant view on the matter.
Earlier this week, Derick tweeted a link to an article urging consumers to boycott Target over the corporation’s policy on restrooms.
“Important article for Christians who are concerned for the future of America,” Derick wrote.
The article–entitled “Target: A web of deception for women and children?”–is an ugly transphobic screed that villainizes transgender women as rapists in disguise.
“Men don’t belong in women’s restrooms and changing areas,” the author argues at one point.
Not surprisingly, the reaction against Derick’s bigotry has been swift and harsh:
“Men also don’t belong in bed with their little sisters,” wrote one follower.
“Yet you support a ‘president’ who is a legit rapist. Seems he’s more of a threat in the bathroom than any true trans out there,” commented another.
Rather than engage with those who disagree with him, Derick responded the way he always does in the face of pushback–he quoted some Bible verses and basically told his critics that they’re headed straight to hell:
“There is one objective truth that no man can change, regardless of how one feels about it; one day everyone will have to come to terms w/ it,” Derick tweeted.
It’s long been rumored that Derick has aspirations to run for office and his trip to D.C. for the Value Voters Summit this week has been interpreted by many as Dillard’s way of confirming that he has sights set on Washington.
We hate to break it to the guy, but he may need to sharpen his debate skills.
Even in 2017, shouting Bible quotes at your opponents doesn’t count as a cogent argument.

Kate Middleton: Topless Photo Lawsuit Leads to BIG Payday!
Back in 2012, topless photos of Kate Middleton were published by a French tabloid, much to the shock and chagrin of the Royal family.
At the time, Middleton promised to sue the publishers of Closer magazine, and the protracted legal battle appears to have finally come to an end.
A French court decided today to impose the maximum fine on the magazine, as well as on its editor and owner.
Closer will be forced to shell out $ 119,000 to the Middletons.
Its owner and editor must fork over $ 53,000 each.
Obviously, it’s chump change for a family that lives in a freakin’ castle, but like the Taylor Swift sexual assault case that landed the singer one dollar in damages, the trial had more to do with principles than profits.
The photos of Kate were taken without her consent with a telephoto lens, while she and husband Prince William were vacationing in the French region of Provence.
Kate and William were not in court for today’s ruling.
News of the legal victory comes amidst a hectic week for the Royals.
On Monday, the world learned that Kate is pregnant with her third child.
Tuesday morning, Meghan Markle spoke publicly about dating Prince Harry for the first time in the couple’s year-long relationship.
And now, soon-to-be mother of three Kate has scored a legal victory with the potential for huge ramifications.
Like we said, the financial sum is a pittance to the Royals, who will likely donate the entire judgment to charity.
What’s far more important to them is the message sent by this verdict.
All members of the Royal family sign on for lives of frequent privacy invasions.
But that doesn’t mean every aspect of their life is subject to public scrutiny.
Now, as they prepare to welcome their third child, Will and Kate have drawn a line in the sand and reminded the world that those who dare to cross it will face dire consequences.
Sure, it’s a far cry from the days when folks who pissed off the Royals had their heads lopped off in the town square, but is should still be enough to send a message to over-zealous journos.
Kate may not be queen yet, but she’s already begun to slay.

The Big Bang Theory Leads Offer to Take Pay Cut: Find Out Why!
It’s hard to believe that the Big Bang Theory is still on the air after all these years.
Season 10 is keeping viewers laughing over on CBS, but the lead cast members are laughing all the way to the bank.
Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg are each raking an estimated $ 1 million per episode.
BAZINGA!
Yes, the show is expensive, but it’s disheartening to learn that Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch are earning a fraction of this figure.
The two actresses are earning $ 200,000 per episode right now, and they are seeking parity with their co-stars. Rightfully so!
If you watch The Big Bang Theory online, you will already know that both Bialik and Rauch bring the same level of funny to the show as the others, so the pay gap should not be this huge.
It’s worth noting that Bialik and Rauch joined the ratings juggernaut in Season 3, but it still does not explain an estimated $ 800k difference in salary.
Mayim stars as Amy Farrah Fowler, while Melissa stars as Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz on the hit CBS comedy series.
We’re hearing the lead cast members have offered to reduce their asking fee to $ 900k per episode if it means their co-stars are getting a bigger pay check.
With negotiations underway this week, the pay dispute is holding the show’s renewal up. The series is averaging 19.5 million viewers in Season 10 with all viewing metrics tallied up.
It’s the biggest show on broadcast TV, and it would be a huge blow to CBS if they lost it over a dispute about pay.
The future of the show has been up in the air for the past few months but look for the series to get a two-year renewal when the pay is settled for all of the stars.
It was kind that the key players offered to reduce their own salaries to allow the ladies to get a raise. It remains to be seen whether Bialik and Rauch will hold out for more substantial increases.
Will the show become a casualty of cast negotiations breaking down?
That’s not likely when you consider the fact that CBS is actively pursuing a spin-off focusing on Jim Parsons’ Sheldon Cooper.
In 2014, Helberg and Nayyar threatened to quit the show if they did not receive a pay rise to put them in line with Cuoco, Galecki and Parsons.
Could you imagine The Big Bang Theory without Howard and Rajesh?
That’s not something we’re willing to entertain the thought of.
As always, we’ll keep you updated on any changes, but a renewal should come soon after the dispute being resolved.
What do you think about all of this?
Sound off below!

Andrew Breitbart: Pundit"s Tweet Before Death Leads to Sex-Trafficking Conspiracy Theory
Back in March of 2012, arch-conservative media personality Andrew Breitbart passed away at the age of 43.
The unexpected nature of his death, coupled with his reputation for leveling wild accusations at high-ranking Democrats made for fertile ground for the sort of conspiracy theories that Breitbart so often espoused and propagated during his life.
The most common, of course, was that Breitbart was killed in an assassination ordered by a coterie of the politicians he’d spent his life antagonizing.
When an autopsy revealed Breitbart passed away as a result of heart failure and no evidence of foul play emerged, the theorists mostly quieted down.
However, Breitbart’s name is again in the news this week, as a result of Steve Bannon‘s appointment as President-elect Donald Trump’s chief strategist, so perhaps it was inevitable that allegations of a cover-up surrounding his death would once again begin to circulate on social media.
For several years, Bannon served as the executive chair for Breitbart’s eponymous far-right news website.
His controversial appointment by Trump (Bannon has ties to both the white nationalist and “alt-right” movements.) came on the heels of the Wikilieaks release of thousands of emails sent by Hillary Clinton top advisor John Podesta.
In the minds of conspiracy theorists, Breitbart and Podesta’s names are forever linked, and the fact that they’ve both been in the news in recent weeks has revived interest in a tweet that Breitbart posted shortly before his death:
“How prog-guru John Podesta isn’t household name as world class underage sex slave op cover-upperer defending unspeakable dregs escapes me,” Breitbart wrote in February of 2011.
Sunday night saw an increase in Google searches and social media mentions pertaining to Breitbart, particularly on the micro-blogging site Gab, which was recently described as “the alt-right’s own Twitter” by Wired magazine.
“One of America’s best an most respected independent journalists at the time; he is making a very bold claim about John Podesta — back then — based on his own research,” former Huffington Post contributor David Seaman wrote on Gab.
“This is years before WikiLeaks came out.”
Seaman and others allege that Podesta helped cover up a child sex ring organized by billionaire and convicted child molester Jeffrey Epstein, who also had close ties to Donald Trump.
There is no evidence of a link between Podesta and Epstein, but Trump has praised the admitted pedophile as a close friend, stating on at least one occasion that he and Epstein bonded over their shared love of “beautiful women.”
A child rape case against Trump was dropped for unknown reasons earlier this month.
Many Breitbart assassination theorists believe the journalist was close to exposing Epstein’s connections to several major political figures, a scandal that they’ve dubbed “Pizzagate,” in reference to Podesta’s alleged use of code words in leaked emails.
