Demi Lovato Hits Home Run with World Series National Anthem

Much to Paul Rudd"s delight, the Kansas City Royals just won the 2015 World Series.

They defeated the New York Mets in five hard-fought games, but Eric Hosmer and company were not the only winners to come out of the Fall Classic.

Demi Lovato sang the national anthem prior to Game 4 on Friday night… and she absolutely nailed every note of it.

Standing near home plate at Citi Field, the pop star belted out her impressive version of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” flexing her muscular vocals during the song’s higher register and prompting the crowd to cheer wildly in response

It may have been a coincidence, but this was the only game the Mets won in the entire World Series.

And many celebrities around Hollywood took to social media in order to praise the performance.

".@ddlovato did such a great job singing the #NationalAnthem today at the #WorldSeries! She crushed it outta the park!!," wrote Billy Ray Cyrus.

Added Josh Groban: "Wow….@ddlovato can SING. Great anthem. #WorldSeries."

Lovato recently celebrated the release of her fifth studio album, "Confident," which includes her smash lead single “Cool for the Summer.”

Demi will soon take the collection on the Future Now tour with her good friend Nick Jonas starting in June 2016.

She also appeared on Good Morning America last week and belted out a couple songs for viewers.

Watch her latest performance below and give Lovato all the props she deserves. Talk about a job well done!
