Blac Chyna may soon find herself in court once again.
No, the soon-to-be Mrs. Rob Kardashian wasn’t arrested for being drunk in public again (though she does still have to sort that matter out with the law).
In fact, this time she’s guilty of nothing more than lending her car to a friend.
Unfortunately, that friend acted in a majorly irresponsible fashion with the vehicle, and Ms. Chyna will likely be subpoenaed as a result.
According to Radar Online, Blac’s BFF – Boss Nails star Charmeika Fafay Addison – has been accused of crashing Blac’s car, injuring three people, and fleeing the scene.
The site has obtained a copy of the criminal complaint against Addison, and needless to say, her situation sounds grim:
“On or about November 8, 2015 in the county of Los Angeles, the crime of hit and run driving resulting in injury to another person.” the complaint states.
“A Felony, was committed by Charmeika Lafay Addison, who was driving a vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to another person and failed to immediately stop and give his or her name and give his or her current residence address.”
Addison has a previous arrest for driving while smoking weed on her record.
Authorities do not believe she was under the influence at the time of the November 8 accident.
