From the moment it was first announced that Miley Cyrus would be a judge on The Voice, many fans of the show began expressing their belief that the former Hannah Montana and would be a poor fit for the show and might be more at home judging the High Times Cannabis Cup.
Sources are now claiming some of Miley’s own co-stars share that opinion Cyrus has reportedly been feuding with Adam Levine since her first day on set.
The first reports of this epic clash of egos had Levine “nit-picking” Miley’s decisions and advice to the contestants.
Miley – never the type to shy away from conflict – has refused to back down from Adam, who reportedly has a long history of diva-like behavior on set, and is not happy about a newcomer threatening his position of power.
“Adam and Miley were non-stop bickering during their last taping together,” a source close to the show tells Radar Online.
“He nitpicks almost every single thing she says. Adam seems to find Miley to be extremely loud-mouthed and absolutely annoying!”
Apparently, Levine’s pride is such a precious, fragile thing that producers are beginning to regret bringing Miley on board.
“Executives are now second-guessing their decision to bring Miley Cyrus on full time because she cannot get along with Adam to save her life,” the source says.
Sigh. If only they’d listened to her lyrics before they hired her, they’d have known that Miley would come in like a wrecking ball.
