Britney Spears has had an eventful life.
It’s crazy to think there hasn’t already been a movie of her life, but it’s finally happening over on Lifetime.
Lifetime has a track record for terrible movies that really should never have seen the light of day, but might Britney’s movie change things a little?

There’s no denying that Britney has had a lot of ups and downs throughout her lengthy career.
She’s had a string of chart topping hits.
She may have lost some ground in the charts over the last few years, but her new material is still as infectious as ever.
The movie will feature the breakdown of her marriage to Kevin Federline, which resulted in her losing custody of her children.
We have ideas for who we’d like to play Britney, but it appears the role has already been filled.
Natasha Bassett will be portraying the singer and we’re actually pretty excited about this casting.
She definitely resembles Spears quite a bit, so there’s that. At least they haven’t went for someone who looks nothing like our favorite singer.
Bassett’s most recent movie was Hail, Caesar. It was a moderate success at the box office.
The movie will no doubt be stuffed with drama, but hopefully it doesn’t feel rushed.
We all want to see her with Justin Timberlake!
