Catelynn Lowell: Doing Well in Rehab with Support of Tyler Baltierra!

Catelynn Lowell has been through many, many things so far in her life.

Her father hasn"t been around all that much, her mother was emotionally abusive when she was younger, and it"s clear that she really struggled with her decision to place her daughter, Carly, for adoption.

In addition to all of that, or perhaps because of it, she"s had issues with depression and anxiety for much of her life.

Last year, things had gotten so bad with her postpartum depression that she went off to spend a few weeks in an inpatient facility to try to get a handle on things.

And a couple of weeks ago, she revealed that she"d once again be heading off to get treatment.

Is she doing any better now?

Read on to find out …

1. Catelynn’s Struggles

Catelynns struggles

In November, Catelynn shocked us all by tweeting “Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I’m going to treatment.” Teen Mom fans know she struggles with her mental health, but we had no idea things had gotten this bad again.

2. So Sad

She further shocked us in an official statement she released, one that read “I’m taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself… On November 17th I thought of every way possible to commit suicide… from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole… THANK GOD I have a support system and a HUSBAND and a DAUGHTER… thank god I am self aware… I’m seeking treatment and I WILL get better… anyone feeling alone you ARE NOT ALONE! This world needs all of us! We are all here for a reason… Thank you for your support during this tough time…. Much Love, Catelynn Baltierra.”

3. Off to Rehab

So Tyler escorted her to a treatment center in Arizona to get a handle on things … and speaking of Tyler, can we gush about him for a moment?

4. Oh, Tyler …

Cate lowell and tyler baltierra

He and Catelynn have been together since middle school, which is insane. Through the years, they’ve grown together and supported each other through so much, and it’s obvious that he’s being strong for her now.

5. Incredibly Proud

Incredibly proud

He tweeted that message after Catelynn revealed her plans to enter rehab … so sweet, right?

6. Love You More

Shortly after that, he shared this darling little snippet of some text messages between the two of them.

Tyler Baltierra Gets Emotional on Twitter About Catelynn Lowell: What Did He Say?!

Tyler Baltierra has had a rough week.

In the last few days alone, his wife, Catelynn Lowell returned to a treatment facility after revealing she has had suicidal thoughts. In the aftermath, he offended the whole internet with a racist slur.

So, it comes as no surprise that he’s feeling a little sentimental right about now. With the holidays in full swing, the Teen Mom star took to Twitter in response to a video showing Catelynn in happier times being shared by the official Teen Mom Twitter page.

The video found Lowell chatting with her co-stars about what she is thankful for this holiday, and it apparently hit Tyler right in the feels because he detailed his reaction to the video right after.

He commented: “My god! My wife looks absolutely beautiful in this #HappyThanksgiving @TeenMom clip! It’s going to be a rough holiday without being able to kiss her & tells her how thankful I am for her, but we have a strong resilience crafter by our past, we got this!”

Tyler Baltierra Tweet

We can’t begin to imagine how difficult it must be to be apart from your significant other during the holidays, and Tyler has a legion of fans who came out in their droves to support him during this difficult time.

“You are an amazing husband. I’m sure she’s missing you all terribly.” said one Teen Mom devotee.

“This year is extra special, even though you’re not together physically,” another wrote. “You should really be thankful she’s still here with you. Stay strong; we’re all rooting for you guys!”

It was previously reported that Catelynn would be making her way to rehab after having suicidal thoughts. The Teen Mom star confirmed the news herself in a courageous post on Twitter.

“Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I’m going to treatment #makeChesterProud @TalindaB #KeepTalkingMH #thiswontlast,” Catelynn tweeted last Friday.

Tyler drove his wife to admit her to the facility and took to Twitter at the time to share his thoughts on the matter, and it was clear he was deeply hurt by everything that was happening.

“We haven’t held each other & just cried like that for a long time,” Tyler wrote after leaving Catelynn’s rehab. “Even after 12 years, I continue to be AMAZED by her strength, vulnerability, & courage to get help.”

He even went as far as quoting his wedding vows. But then Tyler shocked the land of Teen Mom by using a racial slur on Snapchat after having a few drinks in a bar.

He did make a swift apology and confirmed that he was letting off some steam in the aftermath of what happened with Catelynn.

It’s understandable that someone would want to forget about everything after such an emotional experience, but it made him look like an idiot.

We wish Catelynn a speedy recovery and hope Tyler does not get too drunk at his Thanksgiving celebrations.

What do you think about all of this?

Sound off below!

Catelynn Lowell Enters Rehab with Support of Tyler Baltierra

In a surprising, heartbreaking turn of events, Catelynn Lowell announced to fans that she"d be seeking treatment after having some suicidal thoughts yesterday.

This isn"t the first time she"s experienced big issues with her mental health — far from it.

But the fact that we"ve seen her go through this before doesn"t make it any easier to see this time around.

See why Catelynn felt the need to get help again, and what led her to this place, below …

1. The Beginning

Tyler baltierra and catelynn lowell photo

Catelynn has dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as she’s been famous — which makes sense, given her childhood. Her mother, April, was an emotionally abusive addict, and when Catelynn made the difficult decision to place her baby for adoption, she received nothing but criticism and ridicule from nearly everyone in her life.

2. Moving Forward

Catelynn lowell and tyler baltierra picture

In the years after giving birth that first time around, Catelynn tried to improve herself, but again, her mother was just unbelievably horrible towards her. Like, remember when she went shopping for her prom dress and her mom told her she looked ugly and called her a bitch? Things like that leave scars, no joke.

3. A NEW Beginning

Catelynn lowell baby bump

After several years together, Catelynn and Tyler welcomed their daughter, adorable little Nova, in January of 2015. It was a beautiful time, since they’d obviously struggled so much with the decision to place Carly for adoption.

4. Postpartum Depression

Catelynn lowell and baby

Unfortunately, Catelynn developed a particularly devastating case of postpartum depression after having Nova — and as we saw on Teen Mom OG, it nearly destroyed her.

5. Hard Times

Catelynn lowell on teen mom

It took over a year for Catelynn to seek help with her depression. In that time, we saw her barely able to get out of bed or get off the couch, and it seemed like her relationship with Tyler suffered for it.

6. Rehab, Take One

In March of 2016, she checked into rehab to treat her depression. She spent nearly three weeks away at a treatment center, but of course it wasn’t an immediate fix.

Catelynn Lowell Reveals Suicidal Thoughts, Checks Into Rehab

Many fans of Teen Mom: OG may have been shocked by the tweet Catelynn Lowell posted moments ago.

But ultimately, they rallied around the beloved reality star, offering crucial support as she faces the struggle of a lifetime:

Last year, Catelynn checked into a rehab facility to be treated for depression and anxiety.

Today, she revealed that she’ll be seeking further treatment following a recurrence of symptoms:

“Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I’m going to treatment #makeChesterProud @TalindaB #KeepTalkingMH #thiswontlast,” Catelynn tweeted Friday afternoon.

Catelynn tagged the wife of late Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington in her tweet.

Bennington took his own life in July at the age of 41.

Catelynn did not reveal how long she’s been struggling this time around, but she seems hopeful about her future.

Catelynn Lowell Tweet

She posted the above photo of her daughter’s toy on Instagram, along with the following caption:

“Well Nova buddy is coming with me… and I’m gonna hold it close to my heart the whole time… #thiswontlast #thiswontstopme”

Again, fans responded with an outpouring of support.

“Oh Catelynn. You are a strong, amazing woman. I’m so glad you’re getting help with this. That makes you even stronger to admit that you need it. I know you will get through this. Sending so much love and support your way.” commented one fan.

“Just being open about it proves to me that you are incredibly strong! You can overcome this! I wish you all the best.”

Other stars of the Teen Mom franchise have publicly offered messages of love and encouragement to Lowell, as well:

“Thinking of her,” Javi Marroquin tweeted, linking to an article about Catelynn’s struggle.

“Incredibly proud of my wife…when she thought she had no choices left, she reached out & decided to LIVE today!” tweeted Catelynn’s husband, Tyler Baltierra.

“My life would be desolate without her in it. You are beautiful, strong, worthy, & loved,” he added.

We’d like to add our voice to the chorus of well-wishes for Catelynn.

By being open about her struggle, she’s turning a potentially deadly negative into a positive that may well prove life-saving.

Our thoughts go out to Catelynn and her loved ones during this difficult time.

Watch Teen Mom: OG online to relive the many struggles that have helped form Catelynn into the woman she is today.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra Reveal BIG Baby News!

If there’s one thing you can say about those Teen Mom ladies, it’s that they sure know how to get pregnant!

(Yes, that’s literally the entire reason why they’re famous, their ability to get pregnant, but bear with us here.)

Just this year alone, Chelsea Houska, Jenelle Evans, Briana DeJesus, and Kailyn Lowry have given birth to new precious little angels.

On top of that, we just learned that Amber Portwood is expecting her second child, too.

So that leaves Leah Messer, Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham, and Catelynn Lowell — those are the only moms who haven’t experienced pregnancy in 2017.

Leah is single and really focused on living her best life right now, so we don’t imagine she’ll get in on this Teen Mom baby boom.

Maci has her hands full with three kids, including two babies born back to back, so she’s probably out.

Farrah is … well, she’s pretty busy at the moment with what kind of looks like a mental breakdown.

So that leaves Catelynn!

Catelynn, as we know, is married to Tyler Baltierra, and although she suffered from severe postpartum depression after giving birth to her daughter Nova nearly three years ago, it seems like she’s doing much better now.

In recent appearances she looks happier and healthier than she has in a long time, and it’s just been a delight to see.

But does that mean she could be ready to have another child soon?

According to some tweets Tyler made, heck yes it does!

“When can we expect a pregnancy announcement out of you guys?” a fan asked on Twitter, adding the hashtag “ur next.”

We told you the Teen Mom baby boom is a thing.

But obviously fans of the show are going to expect babies left and right, that’s just the nature of it all.

What’s really interesting is Tyler’s response.

“Hopefully SOON,” he wrote, along with a smiley face emoji and that one of the person with his hands on his face with his mouth open.

Because yes, it is a shocking bit of news.

Not only did Tyler reveal that he and Catelynn are trying for another baby — that’s what we’re taking the tweet to mean, anyway — he also made it clear that this time around, he’s hoping for a boy.

Another fan told him that she’s praying they have a son next, and he replied with “ME TOO!”

Tyler has been open about wanting a baby boy for a while now, which is fair enough — they already have a daughter, Nova, and the baby they placed for adoption when they were 16 was also a girl.

We just hope that if Catelynn does get pregnant and they do end up having a boy, they’ve reconsidered their taste in baby names — if Nova had been a boy, Tyler once said they’d have picked the name Slade.

Slade Baltierra.

Honestly though, it sounds like they’re ready to welcome another child, and if that’s the case, then best wishes to them.

After all, there are definitely worse pregnancy announcements that could be made in the Teen Mom universe right now.

Catelynn Lowell & Tyler Baltierra: Caught Getting Drunk and Endangering Daughter?

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have long been regarded as the Teen Mom frianchise’s most stable couple.

Together since high school, the 25 year olds have faced a number of challenges together, including reluctantly putting their first child up for adoption.

Last week, Catelynn and Tyler met up with their first child, whom they hadn’t seen in over two years.

The couple was praised for their efforts to keep young Carly in their lives and working with her adoptive parents in order to make it possible.

This week, however, Catelynn and Tyler’s parenting is receiving a wealth of attention for a very different reason.

On the show that made them famous, the Baltierras have demonstarated a consistent dedication to providing the best possible life for 2-year-old Novalee.

However, the couple’s latest social media posts offered evidence of a major lapse in that dedication.

For reasons that are clear only to him, Tyler recently uploaded a number of Snapchat posts that show him and Catelynn funneling booze in front of Novalee.

To the chagrin of many fans, little Nova was playing in a pool in the distance while her parents sucked down large quantities of beer.

“Playing by a pool while her parents are beer bonging,” commented one irate follower.

“Great job. Let’s suck down alcohol while my daughter is watching,” wrote another.

Sadly, the bad decision making continued from there.

Catelynn and Tyler then took the party to a new location, piling into a car with a driver who, as many fans pointed out, appeared to be highly intoxicated.

There’s no indication of Nova’s whereabouts in these later videos, and thankfully, she doesn’t appear to be in the car.

The footage is especially troubling as Catelynn checked herself into rehab just last year, citing emotional difficulties and “psychological drud dependencies.”

Alcohol was reportedly not her drug of choice, but it’s probably still best that she refrain from heavy drinking for the time being.

Especially in the presence of her very young daughter.

Catelynn and Tyler have yet to respond to the uproar over their behavior, but fans have made it clear these two have some explaining to do.

Tyler Baltierra Shares Touching Message to Catelynn Lowell on Their Anniversary!

When you think about it, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra really are remarkable, right?

They’ve been through so much together — after all, they’ve been dating for 12 (!!!) years.

If you can even believe it, these two started dating when they were just 13 years old, and ever since then, their lives have been a roller coaster ride.

And not always a fun one.

They both grew up with extremely troubled home lives: Tyler’s father was in and out of jail with his drug addiction, and Catelynn’s mother was pretty darn emotionally abusive, from what we’ve seen in early seasons of Teen Mom.

We can’t imagine those issues got any better when their parents got married after they began dating, making them step-siblings.

Then, a few years later, Catelynn got pregnant, and after taking a good, hard look at their situation, she and Tyler made the very selfless, very mature decision to place their baby for adoption.

A decision that earned them an alarming amount of ridicule and shame from their parents.

It’s all just so very sad, isn’t it?

But through it all, they had each other.

And they still do!

Yesterday, they celebrated their second wedding anniversary, and to mark the special occasion, Tyler shared a special message to Catelynn on Instagram.

“HAPPY ANNIVERSARY babe,” he wrote. “We have been together for 12 years & now 2 of those years we have been married.”

“I am so lucky to have found you when I did. I love you SO much!”

Precious, right?

He also shared his wedding vows to her, which, you may remember, were pretty much the best wedding vows in the history of reality show weddings.

Maybe even weddings in general, it’s hard to say.

And hey, since it was just their anniversary, and since Tyler shared them again and everything, why don’t we revisit those vows?

First, grab some tissues, brace yourself, maybe grab a pet or a stuffed animal or something … and here we go.

“Catelynn,” his vows began, “from middle school sweethearts at the tender age of 13, to two teens in a crisis facing the odds together, to becoming parents and building a household together, to playfully goofing around together like children as if no one is watching …”

“All of these things and many more are the reason I want to make a promise to you, a promise that as long as I’m alive you will never be alone, you will never question if you are beautiful, you will never doubt that you are worthy, and you will never wonder if you are loved.”

“You are my angel, my soulmate, my best friend,” he wrote in that darling speech.

“I believe you were brought into this world and destined to be loved by me, cherished by me.”

He finished it all of with “I anxiously await to be able to love you forever as my wife.”

Those are the amazing vows he wrote for Catelynn, and, just in case you somehow forgot, he cried while reading them to her at the wedding.

Catelynn and Tyler have their problems for sure, but still, it’s obvious that they love each other.

Happy anniversary, guys, and here’s to many, many more!

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra Meet with Child They Placed for Adoption!

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra had quite the day yesterday!

For the first time in two years, they got to have a visit with Carly, the daughter they placed for adoption when they were just 16 years old.

And since things have been a little tense between Catelynn and Tyler and Carly’s parents, Brandon and Theresa, it must have been an emotional time.

The issues began a few years ago, when Tyler began breaking some rules Brandon and Theresa put in place for their open adoption.

After it became clear that Teen Mom was going to be a huge deal, they asked Cate and Tyler not to put any photos of Carly on social media.

They didn’t want the little girl to be on the show, and if she did appear on the show — like she did for the wedding, for instance — they requested that her face be blurred.

From their point of view, they want Carly to have as normal a childhood as possible, and appearing on a reality show doesn’t exactly fit the bill.

But from Cate and Tyler’s point of view — mostly Tyler’s, honestly — they brought Carly into this world, so if they want to post a photo of her on Instagram, they have that right.

For a long time now, Brandon and Theresa have straight up ignored any attempts Catelynn and Tyler made to contact them.

And instead of apologizing for their behavior and trying to make things right so they could maintain a relationship with their birth daughter, they kept on disobeying their wishes.

Just a couple of months ago, Catelynn shared a photo of Carly on Instagram for Father’s Day.

But something must have happened since then, because after two years, Catelynn and Tyler were finally reunited with Carly!

They documented a tiny bit of the visit on Twitter — no photos, thank goodness, but Tyler did make a lot of statements and answer a lot questions about Carly, and about adoption in general.

“On the plan to go see Carly for the first time in 2 years,” he tweeted on Friday. “Can’t wait to see her and Novalee together. Warms my heart just thinking about it.”

Someone pointed out that Brandon and Theresa had asked them repeatedly to leave their daughter off his social media accounts — a fair point.

But he corrected them with “I can talk about whatever I want. The rule is not to post PICTURES of her on social media. Not that you deserve that explanation.”

He got into a conversation about adoption language and whether or not he was technically Carly’s parent by stating “I’m NOT her parent. I’m just her birth father.”

“Creating a child does NOT make you a parent. Raising that child does.”

“She does have birth parents,” he continued, “but she doesn’t have ‘adoptive parents’ that’s technically a term for birth parents to use. B&T are her parents.”

It’s interesting that he tweeted all this, because a few hours later he tweeted and deleted a pretty controversial comment.

Someone tweeted to him that they hoped he respects Brandon and Theresa’s rules and that “you are over your ‘she’s my kid & I’ll do what the hell I like’ attitude.”

He responded with “Oh I respect that rule … but I’ll NEVER be over my attitude. Biologically ‘that kid’ IS mine & I’ll ALWAYS do what I like. I only got 1 life.”

Which is … alarming, to say the least.

He just seems so stubborn about the entire situation, and it’s sad because Carly isn’t his kid. He’s welcome to do what he likes, but it could be at the expense of his relationship with her.

But on a happier note, after their meeting Tyler tweeted “Seeing Carly & Nova playing together, Carly pushing Nova in the stroller & holding her, omg you guys!”

He also wrote that “Carly ran right to me with a huge smile on her face when I was holding Nova, it was pretty precious!”

Catelynn, as usual, was a little more low-key about things, but she did tweet “Today was awesome.. seeing my two Little’s play and have fun. All I know is she is beautiful, smart, sassy, and TALL!!”

It looks like things are really looking up for everyone in this situation, right?

And thank goodness for that!

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra Celebrate Their 12th Anniversary!!!

Want to know something crazy?

It’s been eight years to the day since Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s episode of 16 and Pregnant aired on MTV!

That means that, exactly eight years ago, we were first introduced to this couple — it’s been a wild ride, huh?

And, as it turns out, the Baltierras have another important anniversary this weekend …

Their 12th anniversary of dating, to be exact!

Yes, Catelynn and Tyler, Teen Mom’s middle school sweethearts, have been together for twelve whole years, and to celebrate the special occasion, Tyler wrote a painfully sweet post on Instagram.

“I can’t believe that today marks 12 years together with you,” he wrote, tagging Catelynn.

“Babe you literally are the greatest gift this life has given me! We were only kids when we fell in love, but we were kids who knew what we wanted out of life & who we wanted to get it with.”

“Not a lot of people get that opportunity or blessing at such a young age,” he added.

“Even though we were so young,” Tyler continued, “I wish I could go back as far as I could just to love you longer!”

“I am just so happy & honored to be your husband. I love you SO much!”

He added the hashtags “Happy Anniversary,” “12 Years Strong,” “Soul Mates,” and “Middle School Sweetheart.”

It’s so sweet you can hardly stand it, right?

But, as any Teen Mom fan would know, things haven’t always been that great for them.

On their 16 and Pregnant episode, we saw that they both had troubled home lives — or they shared one, really, since Catelynn’s mother, April, married Tyler’s father, Butch.

Butch and April both had big issues with addiction, and neither of them were there for their children like they needed to be.

They both criticized Cate and Tyler’s decision to place their daughter, Carly for adoption. Those poor kids were ridiculed to no end for making a mature, responsible decision.

After Catelynn gave birth and little Carly was placed with her adoptive parents, the two teenagers still struggled with their parents.

Things got so bad that Catelynn moved in with Tyler and his mother for a while to get away from April and Butch.

It wasn’t all bad times though. About a year after Carly was born, Tyler proposed to Catelynn!

They held off on a wedding for years though — long enough to work out their relationships with their parents, to mature a bit, and to have a darling little daughter, Nova.

In August of 2015, they finally tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony.

And while they still have some problems — who doesn’t? — it’s obvious that they’re still very much in love with each other.

Congrats, Catelynn and Tyler!

Teen Mom Reunion Recap: Catelynn Lowell Drops a Baier Bombshell!

On Teen Mom OG Season 4 Episode 14, or part two of this season’s reunion special, Farrah continued feuding with her mom Debra.

Meanwhile, and Catelynn and Tyler opened up about Butch’s relapse, and she also dropped a bombshell about another cast member.

The most interesting segment of Teen Mom OG Season 4 Episode 14, by far, was when Catelynn explained what happened with Xanaxgate.

With daughter Nova attending her first day of preschool, Catelynn was in New York City for press obligations for the MTV show.

Balancing work and life when you’re already prone to depression is difficult, and sure enough, this was a “trigger” for the proud mom.

“I’m having a panic attack. I don’t know what’s going on. It started in the car, then all of a sudden,” she said, Matt Baier gave her Xanax.

“Matt just is like, ‘We’ll just keep this between me and you’ and he just hands me this bar. I stuck it in my hoodie pocket … I didn’t take it.”

Why not? She thought better of it for this reason:

“Because I just turned around and looked at everybody in the room, like … I know about his past and Amber’s past and stuff.”

“I was like, ‘Why the [bleep] does he have this?"”

Soon afterward, Amber Portwood got a sense that Matt was acting differently and confronted her fiance, who said he was just tired.

Then Catelynn, who reiterates that she did not actually take the anti-anxiety medication Baier offered her, notes that it oddly disappeared:

“Well, the funny thing is it was in my hoodie pocket. When I went to go look for it to show Amber, Matt was walking down the hallway.”

“We realized he was in my hoodie,” she said.

“And I think he purposefully took my hoodie and put it on when he realized what was happening and took the evidence.”

Once you get past the humorous imagery of Matt walking around in Cate’s hoodie like it’s totally normal … what a shady dude.

Wow. Matt Baier failed a lie detector test regarding his sexual advances toward women already this year. Now this bombshell?

If you watch Teen Mom OG online, you know that he and Amber have been on thin ice for awhile. The ice just got a lot thinner.

Meanwhile, things were so tense between Farrah Abraham, her mother Debra and Deb’s fiance that Farrah can’t even say his name.

Seriously. Abraham simply refers to Dr. David Merz in terms such as a “sad case of events … The person she’s engaged with.”

#FarrahAbraham #WordSalad

Farrah added, “Sadly, I have a lot of f–ked-up people in my past … I don’t like to bring irrelevant people up in my conversations anymore.”

Speaking of irrelevant people, Dr. Drew mentioned Simon Saran and his alleged $ 250,000 demand to appear on the reunion special.

MTV, he said, “turned that down.”

Abraham recoiled, saying, “I don’t need to know that he was supposed to be here,” at which point Dr. Drew noted, “You seem offended.”

“You seem like you don’t want to talk about anything,” he said, at which point the star got up and stormed off the stage. Vintage Farrah.

Eventually, she returned to face the music – specifically, questions about whether she was abusive to her own mother on the series.

Farrah replied that she had been through so much abuse, and when Dr. Drew sat down with Deb and her fiance, he asked about that.

Debra rebutted her claims: “There was no abuse. None of that went on. Everyone in this audience has had something happen to them.”

Is Farrah lying about being raped and/or abused physically, then? Dr. Drew isn’t so sure, citing Debra’s 2010 assault arrest and saying:

“There’s been knives and police reports.”

Debra then clarified a specific incident:

“I sat there for an hour being mentally, emotionally and verbally abused and I asked her repeatedly to stop it and she would not … I went like this.”

Debra made a slapping gesture.

“I didn’t even hit her … I know I hit the seat,” she said, and again insisted that Farrah “got abusive” with her and not the reverse.

As for whether they got “child protective services involved,” as Dr. Drew asked, Deb said she’s not in a position to determine such things.

Whatever that means.

“I haven’t even gotten to see Farrah or Sofia, or talk to her, since April … I have no access to my granddaughter,” she said.

Drew then said what we were all thinking, when you consider her life: “I feel bad for Farrah … I see a lot of fear and pain.”

Catelynn Lowell: Matt Baier Was High on Teen Mom!

This current season of Teen Mom OG has been pretty heavy, huh?

From the reveal of Ryan Edwards" drug problem and the scary footage of him driving while high to Matt Baier"s entire existence … it sure hasn"t been pretty.

In one particularly disturbing episode, we saw the moms fly up to New York to do some press for the season — well, the moms plus Matt.

Poor Catelynn Lowell was on the verge of having a panic attack, so Matt handed her a Xanax, which was bad for a number of reasons.

It was illegal, and Matt shouldn"t have Xanax if he"s as sober as her claims to be, to name just a few of those reasons.

Catelynn told Amber about the pills, and Amber got upset, and understandably so.

And even though Matt asked her repeatedly "Do you forgive Daddy?", Amber didn"t forgive Daddy. She called off the wedding, and that was the beginning of the end for them.

After the episode aired, Catelynn clarified on Twitter that she never took the pill, and that she saved it to show Amber proof that Matt was being sketchy.

And now, in a sneak peek for tomorrow night"s Teen Mom reunion special, Catelynn is revealing more about the incident to Dr. Drew.

Spoiler: it"s shadier than we ever could have imagined.

Dr. Drew tells her that he was confused by the incident, and asks her if she was asking for medicine or if he just offered it.

"What happened was," she begins, "and I know of the trigger, it was Nova"s first day of preschool and I wasn"t there with her, Tyler was, so it was a trigger for me, not being there."

"So I was mentioning out loud, like "I"m having a panic attack, I don"t know what"s going on, it started in the car," and then all of a sudden Matt is just like "Well, let"s just keep this between me and you.""

And that"s when she says that "He just hands me this bar, and I stuck it in my hoodie pocket."

"I didn"t take it, I just turned around and looked at everybody, like … I know his past and Amber"s past and stuff, so I was just like "Why the f-ck does he have this?""

Then, and this is where it really starts to get interesting, Catelynn claims that she was going to bring up the issue, but Amber started asking questions first.

Questions like "Why do you look so high?" and "Why are you wobbling around?"

She was asking Matt, obviously, but she was asking him in front of other people, including Catelynn.

Tragically, she says that she then saw Matt start making Amber "second guess herself," which we"ve seen on the show for a while now.

He tried to tell her that he was "just tired," and that"s when Catelynn pulled her aside to tell her the truth.

And that"s why Amber didn"t forgive Daddy on that fateful day in New York.

It all sounds so sketchy, right? And if Amber hadn"t dumped Matt already, we"d be urging her to do it now harder than ever.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra: SLAMMED for Inappropriate Children"s Clothing Line!

Have you heard the good news?!

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have jobs now! Real ones where they do stuff and everything!

It’s pretty notable, because in the past few years, we’ve pretty much just seen Catelynn and Tyler sitting on couches and being sad or apathetic about pretty much everything.

Not to trivialize their mental health struggles — Catelynn has anxiety, and she also suffered from postpartum depression.

But after they placed their first daughter for adoption all those years ago, they had big dreams of going to college and getting good jobs.

Tyler wanted to be a therapist or a social worker at one point, and Catelynn wanted to do something to help other girls who found themselves 16 and pregnant like she was.

However, they’ve seemed pretty stagnant for a while now — until this current season of Teen Mom OG, actually.

This season, we’ve seen Tyler get pretty passionate about the idea of starting a children’s clothing line, and Catelynn’s been helping him.

Tyler designs the clothes himself, and a local seamstress has been building the pieces.

The line is called Tierra Reign — the last part of their last name along with their daughter Nova’s middle name.

And though the clothes aren’t officially for sale yet, they’ve been promoting them on social media for a good few weeks now.

That’s where the problems start.

Yesterday, this photo was shared to Tierra Reign’s official Instagram account:

It was not very well-received.

“Nooooo!” one person commented on the photo. “Don’t do that to little girls clothing. Soooo inappropriate guys!”

Another wrote “I don’t think this top is very age appropriate. The cut, the color, the choker … it’s not something that I would put on a young child.”

Tyler posted the same photo on his personal account, and the comments were much worse — he was accused of sexualizing children with clothing and advertising like this.

He’s deleted the photo from his account, but it remains on the Tierra Reign page.

And honestly, we sort of see what people are upset about. It is a weird picture.

The little girl looks too young to be rocking a choker, and usually in ads like these, the kids are smiling or, you know, acting like children instead of just staring ahead at the camera.

But don’t worry — Tyler has already addressed the issue.

He shared another photo, this one of his precious little daughter, Nova, wearing the same shirt as the one in the ad.

In the caption, he explained that he usually doesn’t respond to criticism on social media, which is fair, because if he did, how would he ever be able to do anything else?

But, he said, he felt the need to respond to the backlash.

“Emma (the cute little model I used) was actually almost 2 sizes too small for the tank!” he wrote.

“We realized the day of the photo shoot & the production of her size was not completed yet, so we didn’t have one to swap it out (or we would have).”

That’s the reason the top looks to be a bit lower cut on the model than it does on Nova — they likely had to clip the shirt in the back to make it look right, which pulled it down in the front.

As for the choker scandal, he said that “We bought a whole bunch of accessories for the shoot & let the kids decide on what they wanted to wear.”

Little Emma apparently picked the choker. After all, chokers are very popular right now.

He said that in this new photo, Nova is modeling the shirt as it’s made to fit, and honestly, it does look pretty cute here.

Tyler acknowledged that “not everyone will like our style,” and “that’s totally okay!”

“But I wanted you guys to know that I am paying attention & appreciate all the feedback … good or bad, it helps the business grow in the right direction.”

Proud of you, Baltierras!

Catelynn Lowell: I Never Took Any Drugs from Matt Baier!

Has there ever been a reality show personality as sketchy as Matt Baier?

Well, Josh Duggar exists, so yes, some reality stars are definitely worse than Matt, but still he’s pretty awful.

He’s a deadbeat dad to a still undetermined amount of kids, he’s been manipulative and mean to his meal ticket/fiancée, Amber Portwood.

He hasn’t had one single redeeming moment in all the time he’s been on Teen Mom OG — not one.

And, as we saw in this week’s episode of the show, he refers to himself as “Daddy.”

He’s a walking, talking nightmare, and we just can’t seem to wake up.

You may have blocked out most of that last episode of Teen Mom because of Matt’s “Do you forgive Daddy?” line, which is fair, but the reason he needed forgiving had to do with some drugs.

He had some Xanax handy for the Teen Mom press week, and he offered some to Catelynn Lowell when he saw she was starting to get anxious.

Catelynn took it, Amber found out about it, and she was livid.

“What happened was my buddy gave me Xanax in case Amber needed it on the plane,” Matt explained on the show. “That was it.”

“She thinks, ‘You’re back on drugs.’ I’m like, ‘I’m not, I swear to God."”

“I even said to Amber, ‘If I wanted it, why would it have been in my pocket? It would have been in my stomach,"” he said.

“Now there’s rumors, everybody’s talking about how Matt was f-cked up yesterday and that he’s back on drugs. She wakes me up this morning, ‘We’re not getting married. You’re a f-cking junkie."”

“I’m done with this,” Matt claimed.

So there’s obviously a lot to unpack here.

For one, it’s illegal to have a prescription medication that wasn’t prescribed to you, so Matt was breaking the law during that trip.

Two, Amber is an addict, and prescription pills were her substance of choice — so how dumb would it be to just give her a Xanax for some travel anxiety?

Three, Amber has revealed this season that she’s on a variety of meds for her bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. Mixing those meds with a random pill doesn’t seem like the best plan.

Four, Matt recently admitted to relapsing on prescription pills right around the same time this footage would have been filmed, so why wouldn’t Amber think he was back on drugs?

Five, why would Catelynn take a pill from Matt anyway?

As for that last point, don’t worry — Catelynn herself has explained exactly what happened there.

She tweeted “FYI I never took what Matt gave me like I know what it is?!? Hell no I saved that sh-t and told amber I wanted proof etc.”

But on the episode, she thanked Matt, and later told him that she didn’t mean to get him in trouble with Amber.

So what actually happened?

Did MTV use their famous Teen Mom editing magic to make it seem like Catelynn took the pill when she actually didn’t?

Or was Catelynn getting slammed for taking it and is now trying to defend herself?

Also, can Matt get arrested for this? Because how great would it be if Matt got arrested for this?

So many questions, and absolutely no answers. What a time to be alive.

Catelynn Lowell: Mocking Ryan Edwards" Drug Problem?!

Ryan Edwards just can’t catch a break, huh?

He’s got a drug problem, a shady new wife, and no one close to him will stop running their mouths about him while he’s off in rehab.

Sure, he’s made a ton of bad choices along the way, but still, talk about kicking a guy while he’s down.

It would be nice if he could have the support of his family and friends while he’s trying to get healthy, but unfortunately, that just doesn’t seem to be the case.

And now he may have Catelynn Lowell, of all people, making things even worse.

Earlier this week, Catelynn shared this meme on Instagram:

In her caption, she wrote “not meant for anyone particular just saying everyone,” but her followers weren’t buying it.

“This was to Ryan,” one person told her. “Just own it.”

Another wrote “You are wrong for putting this out here btw! Ryan needs prayers!”

A popular theory is that since Ryan was allegedly on serious painkillers back in 2012, he could have moved on to heroin in recent years.

It’s pure speculation, of course, but it’s not an uncommon move for addicts: painkillers are expensive, and heroin is similar, but much cheaper.

And since Maci Bookout confided in Catelynn about Ryan’s drug use and how serious it’s been getting, people are assuming that she knows more than the rest of us.

Specifically, that she knows what Ryan is using and that she’s giving a major hint with this post.

As one person wrote, “It’s bad timing with Ryan and such and it probably doesn’t feel good for Maci (who is your friend and who cried to you about his situation) to see this.”

“I’m sure if someone from TM had posted the same meme with ‘stop being depressed’ you’d get loud about it.”

“If it’s not about anyone in particular, you could have waited for another time to post it and not right when Ryan, his family and Maci are in headlines about his drug use and rehab.”

A solid point, for sure.

But even if Catelynn wasn’t trying to imply anything about Ryan, people still were not pleased.

“How about stop smoking weed,” someone suggested. “Be an example for Nova.”

One of her followers wrote “I find it ironic and sad that you put other people’s issues on blast when you seem to have a boatload of your own.”

“Between this and your fake pregnancy test post you are truly disgusting. Bye Felicia,” one particularly upset Instagrammer commented.

One of Catelynn’s (former?) fans got almost too real, saying “Coming from a person who left their daughter alone with an addict.”

“Posting stuff like an immature teenager you wonder why Theresa and Brandon don’t want anything to do with you.”

… Where’s the lie?

Look, if Catelynn is trying to imply something about Ryan, that’s awful, but even if she’s not, what a dumb post to make.

Just do better, Catelynn. It’s really not that hard.
