Kevin Sorbo Suggest Trump"s Mocking Ford Because Some Women are Hypocrites
Kevin Sorbo thinks the #MeToo movement is a double-edged sword — it’s helpful to women but unfair to the accused — and that’s why President Trump went after Dr. Christine Ford so hard during his rally. We got TV’s ‘Hercules’…

Rihanna Blasts Snapchat For Ad Mocking Chris Brown Assault
The powers that be at Snapchat learned two valuable lessons today:
1. Domestic violence is never even remotely funny, and
2. Don’t mess with Queen RiRi.
The folks in charge of marketing for the social media app made the bizarre decision to run the above ad today.
We likely don’t need to remind you that Rihanna was assaulted by Chris Brown in 2009, as who could forget such a revolting incident?
Of course, as freshly horrifying as the attack remains for her millions of fans, no one but Rihanna knows just how traumatic Brown’s attack truly was.
And so it’s not surprising that the outspoken music icon was quick to let Snapchat management know just what she thought of their latest ad campaign:
“SNAPCHAT I know you know you ain’t my fav app out there! But I’m just trying to figure out what the point was with this mess!” the singer wrote in a statement posted – where else? – on Snapchat.
“I’d love to call it ignorance but I know you ain’t that dumb. You spent money to animate something that would intentionally bring shame to DV victims and made a joke of it.”
Rihanna added:
“This isn’t about my personal feelings, cause I don’t have much of them…but all the women, children, and men that have been victims of DV in the past and especially the ones who haven’t made it out yet….you let us down!
“Shame on you. Throw the whole app-oligy away.”
Snapchat was quick to issue an apology that many users have since derided as insincere – and flat-out lame:
“The advert was reviewed and approved in error, as it violates our advertising guidelines,” the company’s statement reads.
“This advertisement is disgusting and never should have appeared on our service. We are so sorry we made the terrible mistake of allowing it through our review process.”
The statement concludes:
“We are investigating how that happened so that we can make sure it never happens again.”
“We are so sorry we made the terrible mistake of allowing it through our review process. We are investigating how that happened so that we can make sure it never happens again.”
Of course, it might be a matter of too little, too late for the controversial social media platform.
In response to Rihanna’s call for fans to delete the app, shares of Snapchat were down a whopping 4.7 percent at the close of trading today.
This comes on the heels of bad press (and a consequent market plunge) stemming from Kylie Jenner declaring Snapchat “dead” back in February.
So the bad news is, Snapchat officiallt sucks.
The good news is, we live in an age in which influential young women can make waves on Wall St. and leave billionaires quaking in their boots with a single social media post.

Logan Paul Apologizes After Mocking Suicide Victim, Posting Video With Dead Body
Logan Paul is the YouTube “celebrity” whom you recently became aware of when your most obnoxious nephew told you about him over the holidays.
He unequivocally sucks, but he has a massive following.
And he’s probably not going anywhere, despite having recently crossed the line between “terrible” and “ghoulish,” because 2018 is sure to be another diaper incinerator of a year.
Paul is a 22-year-old professional prankster who lives his life to amass views, but found himself smack-dab in the center of a particularly lazy episode of Black Mirror yesterday, when he became a top trending topic on Twitter … for all the wrong reasons!
For reasons that remain clear only in his brain–which has likely been severely damaged by years of violent “dabbing”–Paul and some of his friends traveled to Japan’s infamous “suicide forest” near the base of Mt. Fuji.
Here, they quite predictably encountered a dead body hanging from a tree.
Rather than respectfully mourning the loss of a human life and quietly alerting the authorities, Paul and company attempted to turn the whole thing into a comedy bit, with a video entitled–sigh–“We found a dead boy in the Japanese Suicide Forest…”
In the since-deleted clip, Paul and his friends laughed, spoke in “funny” voices, and repeatedly zoomed in on the corpse.
Needless to say, the reaction from Paul’s 3.9 million subscribers was one of near-universal disgust.
And the situation wasn’t helped much by the 22-year-old’s apology, which quickly deteriorated into a remarkably douchey humble-brag session.
“This is a first for me. I’ve never faced criticism like this before, because I’ve never made a mistake like this before. I’m surrounded by good people and believe I make good decisions, but I’m still a human being. I can be wrong,” Paul wrote on Twitter.
“I didn’t do it for views. I get views. I did it because I thought I could make a positive ripple on the Internet, not cause a monsoon of negativity. That’s never the intention.”
He concluded:
“I was misguided by shock and awe, as portrayed in the video. I still am.”
Yes, it was apparently shock and awe that led Paul to introduce his video by saying, “Buckle the f–k up, because you’re never gonna see a video like this again!”
Needless to say, Paul’s “apology” didn’t win him many converts … by which we mean he’s being savaely roasted by the entirety of the internet:
“How dare you! You disgust me,” tweeted Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul (no relation).
“I can’t believe that so many young people look up to you. So sad. Hopefully this latest video woke them up. You are pure trash. Plain and simple. Suicide is not a joke. Go rot in hell.”
“You’re an idiot. You’re not raising awareness. You’re mocking,” remarked Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner.
“I can’t believe how self-praising your ‘apology’ is. You don’t deserve the success (views) you have. I pray to God you never have to experience anything like that man did.”
“The amount of personal + social unawareness Logan Paul has displayed in THAT video is mind blowing to me. How could one w such power and influence have the audacity to put something so thoughtless online?” asked singer Rebecca Black.
“You have potentially intensified an entire family’s grief beyond measure.”
And as usual, Twitter person Pixelated Boat said what we were all thinking, tweeting:
“Logan Paul is clearly a psychopath, but so is everyone else who recreationally watches YouTube videos.”
Folks, let’s make 2018 the year we stop watching terrible people ruin lives for recreation.
We kid. It’s important to watch the evening news sometimes.

Stassi Schroeder Apologizes for Mocking Rape Survivors
While it’s no surprise to hear that a reality star said something stupid and out-of-touch, Stassi Schroeder mocking the #MeToo movement and seeming to defend the alleged rapists was beyond the pale.
Even for the already controversial Vanderpump Rules star.
Well, now Stassi has come out with an apology. And all that it took was universal condemnation and multiple companies severing all ties with her!
Ever since Harvey Weinstein was publicly accused of multiple rapes on top of even more accusations of sexual harassment, countless women and men have been bravely coming forward with their own horror stories of harassment and assault.
The #MeToo movement has included everyday folks tweeting their stories, but it’s also included a number of celebrities who have spoken out.
And, of course, a number of powerful men have been accused of sexual misconduct, and not all of the accusers have been celebrities themselves.
Some have been women and men who’ve lived for years or even decades with a secret experience that they were afraid to share until now.
Social pressure, society’s judgments, public opinion, non-disclosure agreements, career concerns, shame, and the threat of life-ruining lawsuits can do a lot to keep survivors quiet about the horrors that they’ve experienced.
For the most part, public figures have been pretty good about being supportive or at least silent when people are accused of being harassers or rapists.
(With notable exceptions like Kim Zolciak, who expressed sympathy for Ryan Seacrest after he was accused of sexual harassment. Sometimes people feel the need to stand up for their friends no matter what)
But Stassi Schroeder’s clueless and wildly offensive lines about rape and the #MeToo movement showed that she didn’t know anything about sexual assault … or about being a decent human being.
On her podcast episode, titled “Are we on a male witch hunt?” Stassi made some wildly inflammatory comments:
“I’m sorry,” she said. “No one could make me suck a dick.”
She could be referring to multiple stories of rape that we’ve heard, including about Brett Ratner. And, for the record, people who fear for their safety and lives will absolutely perform oral sex if they’re afraid of violence or worse if they refuse or continue to fight back.
When someone performs a sex act because they’re afraid of what the person will do, that’s rape.
Stassi kept digging that hole deeper and deeper.
“I’m sorry it sounds like he thought you liked it because you were making out with him.”
Anybody else ever made out with someone they wouldn’t have sex with?
Also, “I thought they liked it” is not an excuse for sexual assault. Both parties have to consent, folks.
Stassi continues, unfortunately:
“And now that it’s a trend and it’s #MeToo you’re going to come out and accuse him because you regret it.”
Yeah, people coming forward with horrifying stories that they’ve kept buried for too long isn’t a “trend.” Ugh.
As absolutely sickening as what she said was, this wasn’t the first time that Stassi had said something almost unimaginably stupid on this subject.
In a previous episode, Stassi had said:
“It might be too soon, but I’m more of the Harvey Weinstein in relationships.”
She’s the what now?
“I’m more of the aggressor.”
One, Harvey Weinstein has been accused of many things, but being the aggressor in relationships is not one of them.
“It’s not like I’m forcing anyone to do something they don’t want to do, but I initiate things because I just like it.”
Well, maybe don’t compare yourself to an alleged serial rapist.
She might as well have said “I’m the Jeffrey Dahmer in my relationships because I always choose what we eat on our dates!”
That is not the thing for which infamous serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer is famous and we’re concerned about anyone who doesn’t understand that.
Well, after losing some business ties — it’s not great for business if you’re getting endorsed by a rape-apologist — and seeing the overwhelming backlash, Stassi has issued an apology:
“My podcast is an outlet for me to share my unfiltered opinion with my listeners.”
And that would be fine if her unfiltered opinion weren’t so awful that it’s actively detrimental to society.
“But on my latest episode I crossed a line.”
Yep.
“It was irresponsible for me to make generalized statements about a very serious topic, such as sexual harassment, as it is not my place to speak about anyone else’s experiences.”
It really is.
Not everyone has been sexually assaulted. The key is for us to listen to those who have in order to understand what happened and to try to understand how to make the world a better place.
Not understanding how it works sometimes is naive but understandable. Saying that the survivors must be lying or following a “trend” is not.
“I apologize. I will continue to speak my mind on my podcast, but will put more thought behind my dialogue moving forward.”
That’s good.
Again, speaking your mind is fine unless your mind is terrible.
Stassi posted a follow-up in which she describes plans for her podcast to continue.
“These 24 hours have been sobering: I want to share your stories on my podcast: on either side, being accused of something you didn’t do or being victimized & left helpless.”
She adds “let’s discuss it all,” along with an email address.
It’s not clear if Stassi is really eager to understand these horror stories or if this is just a ploy to turn this into a story of her personal growth so that her podcast can continue.
We hope that it’s both. We’d love for her to become a better person after all of this.

Stassi Schroeder Dragged (HARD) for Mocking #MeToo Movement
Stassi Schroeder is persona non grata around the Internet right now.
And for a fairly understandable reason.
The 29-year old Vanderpump Rules star addressed the victims of Hollywood’s ongoing sexual misconduct scandal on her Straight Up with Stassi podcast this week…
… only she didn’t exactly take their side, for some strange and indefensible reason.
Instead, she actually titled the latest episode “Are we on a male witch hunt?” and made comments that implied men such as Kevin Spacey and Charlie Rose were the ones getting a raw deal these days.
In response to Schroeder’s stance, critics jumped on Twitter and jumped all over the reality star.
“so I’m never one to go here but I’m disgusted after listening to @stassi newest episode,” wrote one annoyed individual, adding:
“How dare you question these victims, mock #metoo , or even defend men who push boundaries with women.”
Added another:
“I’m only 15 minutes in and I’m already offended. I’ve never heard such ignorance or general disregard for women. She’s literally saying basically women only are lying for attention and we just are on a man with hunt.
And another:
“No one can MAKE me suck a dick’ And it’s official I’ve turned the podcast off.”
During her podcast, Schroeder took issue with the idea that women were forced to give oral sex in some of these alleged situations.
“I’m sorry, no one could make me suck a dick,” she said, adding:
“I’m sorry it sounds like he thought you liked it because you were making out with him. And now that it’s a trend and it’s #metoo you’re going to come out and accuse him because you regret it.”
Pretty easy to see why so many people are so upset with her, isn’t it?
Not just people, though,
Advertisers have also come out and distanced themselves from her podcast.
Rent the Runway, for example, Tweeted the following:
“We’re shocked by @stassi’s comments re the #metoo campaign. It goes against everything RTR stands for as a company and has publicly advocated.
“Our 1st ads were slated to run on Mon but effective immediately we’ve terminated our relationship with her podcast.”
Another advertiser, Framebridge, shared this sentiment:
“In no way do @stassi’s comments about the #metoo campaign reflect our beliefs. We are ending our relationship with the Straight Up with Stassi Podcast effective immediately.
“We will always stand by brave women sharing their stories.”
How has Stassi responded to this scandal?
By using it for PR purposes.
She Tweeted in reply to the advertiser boycott and the backlash from listeners:
“Just finished recording a follow up episode… stay tuned.”
Nope, sorry. But we definitely will NOT be doing that.

Facebook Sued for Age Discrimination, Accused of Mocking 50-Year-Old
Facebook created a workplace where employees openly mocked a guy for being as ancient as — wait for it — 50 years old … at least according to the ex-worker who’s suing. Gary Glouner says he worked under the Facebook umbrella for 2 years,…

Catelynn Lowell: Mocking Ryan Edwards" Drug Problem?!
Ryan Edwards just can’t catch a break, huh?
He’s got a drug problem, a shady new wife, and no one close to him will stop running their mouths about him while he’s off in rehab.
Sure, he’s made a ton of bad choices along the way, but still, talk about kicking a guy while he’s down.
It would be nice if he could have the support of his family and friends while he’s trying to get healthy, but unfortunately, that just doesn’t seem to be the case.
And now he may have Catelynn Lowell, of all people, making things even worse.
Earlier this week, Catelynn shared this meme on Instagram:
In her caption, she wrote “not meant for anyone particular just saying everyone,” but her followers weren’t buying it.
“This was to Ryan,” one person told her. “Just own it.”
Another wrote “You are wrong for putting this out here btw! Ryan needs prayers!”
A popular theory is that since Ryan was allegedly on serious painkillers back in 2012, he could have moved on to heroin in recent years.
It’s pure speculation, of course, but it’s not an uncommon move for addicts: painkillers are expensive, and heroin is similar, but much cheaper.
And since Maci Bookout confided in Catelynn about Ryan’s drug use and how serious it’s been getting, people are assuming that she knows more than the rest of us.
Specifically, that she knows what Ryan is using and that she’s giving a major hint with this post.
As one person wrote, “It’s bad timing with Ryan and such and it probably doesn’t feel good for Maci (who is your friend and who cried to you about his situation) to see this.”
“I’m sure if someone from TM had posted the same meme with ‘stop being depressed’ you’d get loud about it.”
“If it’s not about anyone in particular, you could have waited for another time to post it and not right when Ryan, his family and Maci are in headlines about his drug use and rehab.”
A solid point, for sure.
But even if Catelynn wasn’t trying to imply anything about Ryan, people still were not pleased.
“How about stop smoking weed,” someone suggested. “Be an example for Nova.”
One of her followers wrote “I find it ironic and sad that you put other people’s issues on blast when you seem to have a boatload of your own.”
“Between this and your fake pregnancy test post you are truly disgusting. Bye Felicia,” one particularly upset Instagrammer commented.
One of Catelynn’s (former?) fans got almost too real, saying “Coming from a person who left their daughter alone with an addict.”
“Posting stuff like an immature teenager you wonder why Theresa and Brandon don’t want anything to do with you.”
… Where’s the lie?
Look, if Catelynn is trying to imply something about Ryan, that’s awful, but even if she’s not, what a dumb post to make.
Just do better, Catelynn. It’s really not that hard.

Blac Chyna: Mocking Rob Kardashian"s Weight?!
It’s only been a month since Blac Chyna welcomed her first child into the world, but the soon-to-be-Kardashian wasted no time jumping right back into her rigorous fitness routine.
In fact, just a week after Dream Kardashian was born, Blac was showing off her post-baby body on social media.
Somewhat strangely, Rob Kardashian vowed to lose weight after Blac gave birth, but it seems he’s had some trouble following through on that promise.
Fortunately, he has a health and wellness-minded partner to help keep him motivated.
Unfortunately, Blac is reportedly using some downright cruel methods to inspire her baby daddy to shed the extra pounds.
“Blac Chyna has been making fun of Rob non-stop about being so fat, and it is really starting to get to him,” a source close to the couple tells Radar Online.
The insider adds:
“Instead of pushing him like she used to do, she is just straight-up making fun of him. She is not cooking for him every day like she used to.”
“Blac Chyna has just become lazy since she gave birth.”
Whoa, hold on there, source.
It’s not really Blac’s job to cook for an able-bodied grown-ass man, especially since, ya know – she has two actual children to take care of.
That said, if Blac is really making fun of Rob for his weight, then this relationship is even more unhealthy than we thought (and we already thought it was pretty damn unhealthy).
“Rob is having a really hard time right now and he is super stressed out about everything that is going on,” the source told Radar.
“Chyna is definitely not making it any easier on him.”
If you watch Rob and Chyna online, then you’re well aware that these two are not right for each other.
But there was a time when we figured they were two decent (albeit troubled) people who simply made the mistake of rushing into a relationship with the wrong partner.
However, the more we hear stories like this, the more we’re inclined to say Rob and Blac should both probably be single for a while and spend some time figuring themselves out.
We’d also say they shouldn’t have brought a kid into this situation, but it’s a little late to do anything about that.

Amber Rose: Mocking Kim Kardashian at Worst Time Possible?
Here"s even more "fingers in the booty-ass bitch" business for you.
Amber Rose reportedly mocked Kim Kardashian"s ugly situation, all while Kanye West is hospitalized, prompting everybody and their mothers to think that the feud between her and Kim is back on in full-force.
Amber shared the video below, announcing that she was taking off from social media for the remainder of the year, and would return after 2016 ended … not unlike Kim"s self-imposed hiatus.
Fans even pointed out that Amber went bare-faced like her nemesis did back when she was posting on social media.
Things that make you go "Hmm …"
Kim and Amber have a long track record of being crazy at one another, and it all started over — you guessed it! — Kanye West.
If you recall, Rose and West dated long before Kim Kardashian came into play, and after the two broke up, there was a lot of contention.
Amber and Kanye broke up in 2010, and Amber moved to jumpoff, Wiz Khalifa, while Kanye moved onto Kardashian.
Both couples had babies in 2013 — Kim and Kanye had North, and Amber and Wiz had Sebastian — and that"s when things started to get real ugly.
This was around the time that Tyga and Kylie started hooking up, and the bad blood between Kylie and Blac Chyna — who"s Amber"s BFF — began boiling.
After Amber called Tyga a cradle-robber, essentially, Khloe Kardashian slammed Amber and told her not to throw rocks, "cause glass houses and all that.
Amber then called Kim a whore (?) and the rest is history.
That being said, if Amber is dragging Kim … it"s petty beyond belief.
Especially since the two were said to have mended fences by sharing a photo taken together which Kim captioned, "Tea anyone?"
What tangled webs we they weave.
Check out the video — is Amber reigniting the feud at a real bad time?

Drake: SLAMMED For Mocking Kid Cudi"s Mental Illness on New Diss Track
For a Canadian fella, Drake can be ruder than a Tim Horton’s customer when they’re out of Timbits the morning after a Maple leafs loss, dontchaknow.
The emcee/human quivering lip has made an effort to shed his image as the baby panda of the rap world by going HAM on some of his rivals.
Now he’s known as the baby panda who needs a nap of rap.
It all started with Drake’s feud with Meek Mill.
The hip hop community seemed to universally agreed that Drake had murdered Mr. Minaj with a pair of blistering diss tracks, to which Meek never responded in any compelling way.
It was a clean, decisive victory, but it gave Drizzy a taste for blood.
Next thing we knew Aubrey was attacking everything that moved.
He’s in that part of the musician biopic where he alienates all his friends with his diva-like behavior.
His business partnership with his mentor appears to be over due to the revelation that Drake banged Lil Wayne’s girlfriend.
Rihanna dumped Drake because … actually, that probably had less to do with his new attitude and more to do with the fact that they had no business going out to begin with.
Anyway, the point is, Drake sees nothing but targets everywhere he goes these days.
And it seems that the latest shots he fired have seriously pissed off some of his biggest fans.
Rapper Kid Cudi checked into rehab to be treated for depression earlier this month.
Cudi revealed that he’d been experiencing suicidal thoughts and public figures from all walks of like praised the acclaimed artist for opening up about his condition.
Then Drake came along and undid all that progress with an ignorant-ass track in which he dismissed Cudi’s mental illness as a “phase”:
Drake also seems to imply that Cudi is addicted to prescription pills, rapping:
“You stay Xan and Perc’ed up so reality set in, you don’t gotta face it.”
Cudi hasn’t replied because, ya know, he’s in rehab.
Unfortunately, he may not get the chance to fire back.
Drake also disses Pusha T in this song, a rapper who’s done the sort of things that Aubrey’s only read about in the liner notes of a Biggie album.
For Drake’s sake we hope Push decides to settle this thing on wax.
Otherwise, Drizzy might wind up one sorry hoser.

Malia Obama: Mocking Pot Controversy in Latest Photos?!
Last month, photos and video surfaced online that appeared to show Malia Obama smoking pot at the Lollapalooza music festival.
For reasons that remain unclear, the idea of an 18-year-old recent high school grad getting stoned sparked (no pun intended) some intense debates on social media.
Some claimed Malia was smoking a cigarette, not a joint.
Others pointed out that as far as her health is concerned, the revelation that she’s hooked on Marbs like her father used to be would be far more troubling than the idea of her puffing the occasional doobie.
(We like to throw around slang sometimes to prove how “down” we are with the kids. Do kids still say “down”?)
Anyway, there are lots of people out there who are super pissed off about Malia enjoying her gap year between high school and Harvard, but they’re not exactly sure why they’re so outraged.
Some have even tried to turn this into “a thing” by throwing it back to the days when her father was a smoker, claiming that the Obamas are part of some “making smoking cool again” conspiracy.
Obviously, that’s idiotic, but new photos of Malia have some scratching their heads as to whether the 18-year-old is sending a sincere message, or taking a sarcastic jab at her haters.
The pics show Malia wearing what appears to be a homemade shirt that reads, “Smoking kills.”
It’s unclear if this was meant as a joke or an attempt to set a good example for her young admirers in the wake of her recent mini-scandal, but it’s certainly a head-scratching fashion statement.
As for those pics of President Obama gunnin’ cigs in his Chicago badass days, well, who cares, right?
Does the young future prez look cool. Kinda.
Does that mean smoking is cool? Hell no.
Look, we all know that just because something occasionally looks cool, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is.
Jumping over ten flaming school buses on a motorcycle looks cool, but it’s still something that you should never even contemplate doing in real life.
Politics aside, in terms of presidential coolness, Obama is up in the top five alongside Teddy Roosevelt (the guy had a pet bear), Franklin Pierce (underrated BAMF), and George W. Bush.
(We know. But the guy got a DUI in Texas in the ’70s. No easy feat.)
That said, we’re sure Obama has impressed upon his daughters that taking up smoking in 2016, with everything we now know about its many detrimental effects on one’s health is one of the least cool things one can do.
Also, in the interest of covering our asses legally, we should remind you that we say much of this in jest, and it is not actually cool to get a DUI in Texas in the ’70s.
So if you get your hands on a time traveling Delorean and a case of Billy Beer and things go awry, don’t go pointing the finger at us.

Jim Bob Duggar Accused of Publicly Mocking Teenage Son
If you watch Jill & Jessa: Counting On online, you know that little has changed with regard to the Duggar families’ strict rules regarding courtship.
Which may be why so many fans were surprised by Jim Bob’s comments in a video birthday message to his son Jason:
“I can’t believe you’re 16 and never been kissed,” Jim Bob remarks with a laugh in the clip above.
It’s a relatively harmless joke, but coming from Jim Bob, it’s downright confusing, a fact that many fans pointed out in the comments on YouTube.
The Duggars’ courtship rules are so severe that the family doesn’t even permit kissing until their kids are engaged, so Jim Bob riffing on his son for his lack of dating experience is baffling – and even a bit infuriating.
The Duggars have deleted all of the comments on Jason’s birthday video, but for some reason they didn’t disable comments on the clip.
So at this point, there’s only one post below the video, but it’s a doozy:
“Well, seeing how everybody got their comments deleted, I’d like to have mine deleted to,” viewer Morgan Connelly begins.
“Jim Bob — the only thing that flies out of your mouth first thing is ‘oh my goodness, my sweet son hasn’t been kissed yet when my courting rules are SO strict, and I constantly flaunt my sexuality around my kids by grinding on mini golf courts, and reminding my kids that they aren’t allowed to even hold hands until they’re engaged!
“‘But don’t worry — my sexuality isn’t to fear. That’s why Michelle wears condoms and my firstborn turned out to be a saint!"” Oh WAIT — he didn’t. “
Yes, Morgan even went there with the Josh Duggar sex scandals burn.
Pretty fair, considering the context.
We’re not saying that Josh’s horrendous misdeeds are the result of his parents’ mixed messages with regard to sex, but after everything that’s happened, one would expect the family to be a bit more progressive with the way they talk about sex with their kids.
It seems that in Duggar Land, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

The View Co-Hosts Apologize For Mocking Miss America Nurse Monologue — See The Backlash & Their Apology HERE!
Well that took no time at all!
It’s been just about a week since The View returned to TV with a mostly new panel of co-hosts including Michelle Collins, Joy Behar, Raven Symoné, Whoopi Goldberg, and Paula Faris.
In that week they’ve already managed to offend people with some of their commentary about one of the contestants in the Miss America pageant being a nurse — to which they’ve already apologized (below)!

During the talent the portion of the contest, Miss Colorado, Kelley Johnson, performed a monologue which talked quite a bit about her profession as a nurse.
Yesterday Collins apparently felt the need to express her opinion about the monologue as well as question why she was wearing a stethoscope during the segment. She shared:
“The talent, though, I have to say, the woman who won sang opera, and she was incredible. Really good. But then there was a girl who wrote her own monologue and I was like ‘Turn the volume up, this is going be amazing, let’s listen’. She came out in a nurse’s uniform and basically read her emails out loud and shockingly did not win.”
Behar chimed with disbelief as Collins replied:
“I swear to God it was hilarious.”
Behar then inquired as to why Johnson was even wearing a stethoscope as a nurse to which Collins said:
“She helps patients with Alzheimer’s, which I know is not funny, but I swear you had to see it.”
Quite a few people were offended by her comments and took to Twitter (below) to point out that stethoscopes aren’t just for doctors — nurses quite often have to use them too!
A lot of the backlash came from women who were nurses:
@TheView I use my stethoscope every day. I’m #notjustanurse – Im the nurse trying to save your life- YOUR nurse. #nursesunite #NursesMatter

I wonder how quick @TheView would be to mock nursing if their lives were in a nurse’s hands.

It’s very obvious the ladies on The View do NOT have the compassion, wisdom or respect for human dignity to be “just a nurse.” #nursesunite

@TheView Today Joy Behar & crew mocked Miss Colo Nurse Kelly Johnson. Your comments were totally unacceptable. You owe Nurses an apology.

To the ignorant hosts, I may be “just a nurse” to you, but I could be the one saving your life tomorrow. Educate yourselves. #TheView

Well today, the ladies took a moment out of their show to apologize for their previous statements and express how much they love nurses (below):
What do you think? Did the ladies on The View deserve the backlash — and do you accept their apology??
