Amber Portwood: Faking Matt Baier Drama on Teen Mom OG?!

If you watched the latest season of Teen Mom OG, or even if you just like to keep up with the moms on social media or through gossip sites, you know Amber Portwood hasn’t been having the greatest time.

And that’s largely because she decided, for some unfathomable reason, to invite the evil known as Matt Baier into her life.

It’s also because Amber has several severe mental health issues and a long, long history of bad things, but for now, let’s just focus on Matt.

Thanks to the magic of MTV and their ever-present cameras, we’ve seen several terrible things go down for the doomed couple.

In the last season, we saw Amber become increasingly wary of Matt’s motives, especially when he tried to pressure her into marrying him in Las Vegas.

They went along with some friends of theirs who were getting married, and while they were checking out chapels, Matt asked her if they could have their own wedding.

She was extremely hesitant, but he kept pushing, and eventually she told him that she needed to call her brother and talk it through with him.

When she did, her brother told her that she was an adult and could do as she pleased, but she ultimately decided not to go through with it.

She told him she wanted her family with her when they got married, especially her daughter, and he told her that he understood and that it was fine.

Then, when she wandered off, he told a producer that he would never marry her, and that she wanted to marry her brother, who he referred to as a “f-cking f—–.”

It wasn’t pretty, and things only got uglier from there.

After they returned home from Vegas, Amber began hearing rumors that Matt cheated on her, and she promptly freaked out.

Eventually she had him take a lie detector test, which showed that while he was telling the truth about not cheating on her, he did lie about some sexual advances he made to a certain woman.

She dumped him then, though she would eventually take him back for a little while — that was the season finale.

Oh, and in between those events, he also tried giving out random pills to her co-workers, which was also not cool.

The point is that there have been many, many issues between Amber and Matt this season.

And according to Simon Saran, at least one of those issues was completely fake.

Earlier this week when he went on a big Twitter rant about Farrah Abraham and their latest feud, he also did a quick little question and answer session about Teen Mom in general.

In those tweets, he claimed that one of the show’s executive producers repeatedly makes fun of Gary Shirley’s weight, and that each of the moms make $ 300,000 per season.

He also claimed that “The Amber and Matt wedding scene was fake. It’s been shot more than once.”

We’re assuming he’s talking about the Las Vegas debacle.

We’re also having a hard time believing him.

For one, how does he know what goes on with the other moms? If he made claims about something Farrah filmed, that would make sense, but he and Amber don’t even get along.

And for two, are Amber and Matt really so good at acting that they could fool all the people who watched that scene?

It’s something interesting to think about for sure, but unless more evidence comes up, we’ll just continue on thinking that Matt is the worst for the time being.

The Real Housewives of New York Season 9 Episode 16: Drama In Tequila

Ramona and Sonja are like two petulant children when they get together, and have a few drinks. 

On The Real Housewives of New York Season 9 Episode 16, the ladies made their way to Mexico, and things got off to a dramatic start.

“I was literally throwing up in a garbage can this morning,” Bethenny revealed to the ladies while making fun of Ramona for having a face like Frankenstein. 

Yes, her face was not as on point as usual, and part of that was down to the mass skin peel she had, but did it stop her from having fun?

This is Ramona we’re talking about. She’ll find a reason to have fun so long as a margarita is in her hand. That’s why I love her. She’s hilarious. 

When the ladies exited the plane, they got into their car and talk quickly turned to Tinsley’s big date.

“How was the date?” Luann questioned.

“It was good. It lasted for five days,” said Tinsley. She revealed that they went to Miami and had a lot of fun. Will they be marrying on the next date? I’m going to assume yes. 

This is Tinsley, and she’s proven anything during her stint on this Bravo smash, it’s that she’s full of emotions. 

As is always the case on trips with these ladies, Ramona and Sonja made it their mission to find the best room in the house so that they could be above everyone else. 

While Bethenny flipped the eff out at the very thought of the two women trying to steal rooms, Dorinda was not fazed by the room because she was on vacation. 

“I don’t care what room I get. I’ll sleep on the lawn,” she said. 

While the two women searched for the perfect room, the rest of them were introduced to the staff, and a chef shared the same name with Ramona, and I could not deal with it. 

“Ramona’s the cook?” Luann laughed. 

“Yes, Ramona,” replied the chef. 

Who needs Ramona Singer when we have Ramona, the cook? God, if Ramona Singer were in the kitchen, she’d lace every single dish with Pinot Grigio.  In fact, she’d probably serve Bethenny up a side dish of poison. 

Bethenny got wind of the drama with the room and immediately put her foot down. 

“We’re going to do it fair. We’re not fucking gavone animals,” said Bethenny. 

Bethenny told the women they were doing a lottery with the rooms because she wanted the whole trip to be fair. Ramona and Sonja were pissed because they picked the best room. 

Tinsley got to pick any room first, and immediately gave Bethenny the best room because she planned the trip.

As expected, Sonja called Tinsley out for apparently not being considerate. Pretty funny when you consider the fact that Sonja was being inconsiderate by taking a room before anyone. 

Ramona played along and tried to get in a room with Dorinda, but she was not ready to let Frankenstein bunk with her. 

“Stop being a spoilt brat. I will literally take your shit and throw it in the pool.” Dorinda yelled at her. 

“Two old bags left their bags, like two old bitches marking their territory. Not in this casa.” Bethenny said when she noticed Ramona and Sonja’s crap in her room. 

In the end, Ramona decided to make one of the maids a slave and started firing orders around. She wanted someone to empty her case and just do things that any normal human would do for themselves. 

Tensions flared up when Tinsley’s friend got an email about Page Six running a story about her. She confided in Carole and Bethenny, before sitting down at the dinner table. 

She wasted no time in calling out Ramona and Sonja because she thought they were to blame. Here’s the thing: the whole thing seemed like it was scripted. 

If we learned anything from it, it was that Tinsley was not a good actress and should probably find her own apartment, because it’s not surprising Sonja is getting tired of her. 

Finally, we got to see a heavily drunk Luann, and it was delightful. She was falling around the place and even found herself stuck in a rose bush. 

Drunk Luann is someone anyone would want at their party.

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin: New Divorce Drama on Teen Mom 2?!

Doesn"t it feel like we"ve been dealing with divorce drama from Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin for years now?

Maybe it"s because we"ve seen so much of it play out on Teen Mom 2, but whatever the reason, it"s been overwhelming for a while now.

We know that their issues began in late 2015, after Javi blamed Kailyn for a miscarriage.

After that, the timeline gets a little muddled: they"ve said that they legally separated that December, meaning that while Javi was deployed, they technically weren"t together.

But on the show, we saw them try to work out their relationship while he was overseas.

It seems like even though things were over between them for a long time, they were hesitant to end things officially.

After all, their divorce wasn"t finalized until this past winter.

When Javi came home last summer, we saw him desperate to try to make things work with Kailyn, and we saw him react poorly when she wasn"t receptive to his attempts.

It"s all very confusing, and very sad.

And with this new sneak peek from the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2, it"s clear that things haven"t gotten much better.

In the clip, Javi drops Lincoln off at Kailyn"s home after spending some time with him — by the way, Lincoln is still as adorable as ever.

Javi tells her that he has to go to his lawyer"s office to sign some papers, then the divorce would be official.

"No turning back now," he says. "This is it. We made it."

"Or we didn"t make it," Kailyn points out.

It"s clearly an awkward moment between the two of them, and Javi only makes it more awkward by going in for a kiss.

Yes, after informing his soon-to-be ex-wife that their marriage is almost over forever, he thinks it"s a good time for a kiss.

But hey, at least it seems like they don"t hate each other as much as they did last season!

Then again, she"s not visibly pregnant here, so who knows what these new episodes will bring.

Kris Jenner: Using Rob Kardashian"s Drama for the New Season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians?!

After you heard about Rob Kardashian’s big ol’ rant against Blac Chyna last week, the one where he shared nude photos of her and made all sorts of allegations, you probably thought you couldn’t get much more disgusted with the whole situation.

And boy, you were wrong, huh?

It seems like every single day since Rob’s original rant, something new and terrible has happened.

After he shared those photos, we began hearing that Chyna was considering taking legal action.

Then when she filed her papers for her temporary restraining order, we heard her claims that he physically abused her.

We heard rumors of Chyna selling a sex tape to get back at Rob, and we heard Rob’s troubling confession that, thanks to a bit of unsafe sex, he could have gotten her pregnant again.

Rob also claimed that, back in December, Chyna tried to choke him with a phone charging cord and also beat him with a metal rod.

It’s all just so sad and uncomfortable, isn’t it?

Like, it feels like we shouldn’t know any of this information. Sure, they’re reality stars, but they’re still people.

Nobody needs to hear this much dirty laundry about anybody — and the fact that Rob and Chyna share a precious little baby girl who will one day grow up and have access to all this?

Well, it only makes it about a billion times worse.

And speaking of making things worse, let’s hear what Kris Jenner is up to right about now!

According to a source who spoke with Radar Online, “Kris is going to use all of this for the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Of course she is.

“She is distraught about the drama,” the source explains, “but at the same time excited about this because she knows that this court drama will bring in lots of viewers!”

Yeah, she sounds super distraught.

But don’t worry — it’s not like Kris is only concerned about Keeping Up with the Kardashians ratings while her son’s life is falling apart.

She’s also concerned about Rob’s ridiculous sock line!

The source says that Kris is “trying to do damage control right now because she feels like this could really hurt Rob’s business.”

Are there really people out there right now with the thought process of “Well, I was going to buy some of Rob Kardashian’s dumb over-priced socks, but I do have morals”?

Because we’re pretty sure those people don’t exist.

But thankfully, the source adds that “As far as Blac Chyna is concerned, Kris will obviously pay her for using this situation on the next season.”

It’s a good thing, too — imagine being Blac Chyna, having your nudes shared to milions and millions of people, having your weird ex’s mom capitalize on the situation, and then not getting paid for it?

OK, no imagine being in a situation where any of that is even possible.

Kenya Moore Flaunts Her New Husband Despite Real Housewives Drama!

When we heard that Kenya Moore has to choose between her new husband and her job, we figured that it was a no-brainer. Being on The Real Housewives of Atlanta brings money and fame, while marrying brings statistically shorter life expectancies for women.

But Kenya is clearly experiencing that “love” emotion when it comes to Marc Daly. That’s been clear from the get-go.

In fact, Kenya’s clearly so enamored that she’s showing him off on Instagram.

Ever since Kenya Moore’s secret wedding, we’ve been itching to learn more about Marc Daly.

But, famously, he’s reluctant to appear on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

(And by “reluctant,” we mean adamant, because it doesn’t sound like he’s budging even though it could cost Kenya Moore her job)

Reportedly, Marc has an issue with the negative way that he says that black men are portrayed on the series.

He didn’t get specific, but we think that he joins others who have pointed out that RHOA portrays black men as lacking while showing white men as providers and desirable partners.

(There are a lot of thoughtful critiques of how reality television portrays black people, and the trends are not pretty)

We’d point out that, even as much control as producers and editors have, he might change that perceived portrayal by appearing on the show.

Also, from day one we were concerned that Kenya Moore could get kicked off of the show over having a secret wedding.

After all, it kind of spoils the image of “reality television” when something as big as a wedding happens off-screen.

But Marc seems unwilling to step in front of the Real Housewives of Atlanta cameras.

He’s clearly not universally camera-shy, though.

Because look what popped up on Kenya Moore’s Instagram page on Sunday:

Now, we might not know as much as we’d like about Marc Daly.

But that is a man who can really fill out a shirt.

And we totally get why Kenya is so besotted.

(Seriously, Kenya Moore praises Marc Daly a lot)

And we’re so happy for her that she’s found love.

Finally.

After 46 years.

But we do question if Marc, or love itself, could be worth sacrificing her reality TV career.

But maybe it’s unfair to put all of that pressure (or blame) on Marc.

After all, The Real Housewives of Atlanta hired Kenya.

If she’s too boring to put on television, that’s probably on her.

If the show’s producers and editors can’t find a way to include her on the series, that sounds like it’s their problem.

In neither case does Marc, who never signed up for the show to begin with, sound like the bad guy.

And while Kenya’s been slow to open up about him, it sounds like Marc is a real good guy.

The whole thing is almost enough to make you believe in romantic love, right?

Almost.

We really do hope that all of the parties involved can reach some sort of resolution soon.

Whatever that might mean.

(And there are some rumors floating around that she’s still negotiating, so maybe this story will have an all-around happy ending)

It looks like, if push comes to shove, Kenya will choose love, and that’s all well and good.

But we’d hate for her to go on this journey with Marc Daly and one day look back on this crossroads with regrets or second thoughts, you know?

Kardashians React to Rob Drama with Sexy Selfies, Ice Cream Promotion and a Makeup Tutorial

According to a recent report, the Kardashians are very angry at the moment.

The entire family is basically irate at Rob Kardashian for taking a private feud with Blac Chyna as public as humanly possible, calling out his baby mama for allegedly cheating on him and even for supposedly taking a lot of drugs.

Rob has taken his venting to such an inappropriate (and possibly illegal) extreme that he got kicked off Instagram.

So it makes sense that Kris Jenner and company would be upset at Rob for two reasons:

1. He’s hurting their brand.

2. He may be hurting his relationship with seven-month old Dream in terms of how frequently Chyna will allow him to spend time with her going forward.

But while the anger on the Kardashian-Jenner side may be legitimate and present, you’d never know it by taking a look at various family members’ social media feeds.

We’ll start with Kylie Jenner.

A mere couple days after Rob blasted Chyna in a way rarely seen before in Hollywood, the teenage reality star acted like everything was just dandy and normal.

Just like she does nearly ever hour, Kylie shared a few racy images and videos on her Snapchat and Instagram pages, the most notable of which included her wearing a tight shirt and eating a banana,

Because of course, right?

Elsewhere, Khloe Kardashian shared a Twitter picture of herself pushing an ice cream cart. For some reason.

“Ice Cream Please!!!” Khloe penned as a caption to this seemingly random image, not really explaining why she posted it online.

And very obviously not saying a word about her troubled brother while doing so.

What about Kim Kardashian, you may be wondering?

She has often clashed with Rob, even giving him the boot from her wedding weekend a couple years ago after he allegedly caused some sort of scene.

It was this incident that prompted Kardashian to really withdraw from his family back in the day, as he left social media for about a year and went completely radio silent.

Ironically, it was his relationship with Blac Chyna that helped Rob get back on his feet, lose a lot of weight, gain self-confidence again and reunite with his loved ones.

But anyway.

Kim spent yesterday giving her Snapchat followers a makeup tutorial and pushing her new line of beauty products:

Rob, meanwhile, has not posted on Twitter since Wednesday afternoon.

He isn’t permitted to post on Instagram at the moment.

It’s possible he’s spoken to a lawyer and is finally aware that his actions crossed a few significant lines and we may not hear from him again for a very long time.

His relatives will just keep going about their regular, everyday tasks until then we guess, praying that Kardashian doesn’t do anything stupid, such as relapse or even attempt suicide.

The guy is very easy to make fun of and he screwed up royally in this case.

But it’s also pretty clear he has a few mental problems. He likely needs help. Let’s hope he gets it.

Kendra on Top Season 6 Trailer: ALL the Mama Drama!

Back in May, we learned that the new season of Kendra on Top would focus on Kendra’s feud with her attention-starved mother.

The initial teaser for Season 6 of this WE TV reality series made it clear that Kendra"s sort of evil parent, Patti, was about to go public with a tell-all that would expose every detail of Kendra"s ongoing marital drama with Hank Baskett.

And we were right. 

We just didn"t know just how right.

The network has unveiled the first extended trailer for upcoming episodes… and sh-t is about to go down, people!

It"s about to hit the fan!

For real!

In the following preview, the drama escalates as Patti meets with a book publisher and then with some of her friends, talking about her plans to make lots of money off her daughter"s many issues.

The main topic at stake, once again, appears to be Hank Baskett"s alleged affair with a transgender model, the same topic this same show has managed to mine for multiple seasons now.

It"s really pretty impressive.

Will Patti, who recently appeared opposite her daughter on Marriage Boot Camp, really go there? Will she really write a book that brings up this taboo subject?

And that embarrasses both her child and her son-in-law?

All to make a little bit of cash?

This is the question the show wants us to ponder while we anticipate its return on Friday, June 23 at 10/9c.

After Kendra and Patti arrive home from Boot Camp, Patti gets serious about writing a tell-all book placing their tense relationship at risk.

Meanwhile, Kendra’s offered a racy starring role in Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man in Las Vegas, and when Hank’s not on board, she must decide whether to prioritize career or family.

Kendra on Top: New Season to Focus on Nasty Mama Drama!

Great news for people who love Kendra Wilkinson and/or people who love trashy reality shows full of shocking drama and scandal!

Kendra"s incredible reality show, Kendra on Top, is coming back for a brand new season next month!

And, much like the earlier seasons, this new one seems to have a specific theme: and that is the completely terrible relationship Kendra has with her mother, Patti.

We know, we know, Kendra is doing another show right now, Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars: Family edition, in which she"s working on things with Patti.

But there are clearly enough issues to go around.

In the first trailer for the new season, we learn that Patti, who is always so desperate for attention and so devoid of any maternal instincts, is trying to release a tell-all.

And since Patti"s own story isn"t one that many people would care to hear, she"d actually be telling all about Kendra.

We see someone, perhaps a publisher, ask Patti if she knows any stories that would "devastate" Kendra, and Patti gives a great big twisted smile in response.

We see that Patti plans on writing about the cheating scandal that rocked Kendra"s marriage to Hank Baskett — and we also see Hank take it pretty hard.

"You should have told me!" he yells at Kendra. "I had to find out from someone else!"

And finally, we see Patti having a drink with friends, saying "Do you know how much money I could make?" as they all laugh with glee.

It"s all pretty tough to see, and we can"t imagine the full season will be any easier.

Caitlyn Jenner: The Kardashians are All Drama, I Regret Nothing!

Caitlyn Jenner is still out there promoting her new book, The Secrets of My Life — she’s doing interviews, she’s making statements, she’s getting intimate.

And the Kardashians are still not cool with it.

But although Caitlyn’s former family has made it clear that they don’t approve of all of her stories, she’s not about to stop anytime soon.

In fact, she may have just given her shadiest interview yet!

She spoke with Australia’s Today show, and she seemed to respond to the statement Kim Kardashian made during her appearance on Ellen — the one where she said that she doesn’t respect Caitlyn right now.

“I love Kimberly,” Caitlyn began, “I think she’s a wonderful person. But, well, to be honest with you, I really haven’t talked to her in a long time.”

For what it’s worth, Kim said it had been a couple of weeks since she’d spoken to her, so either someone is fibbing or Caitlyn doesn’t have a strong grasp on the concept of time.

“I’ve kind of let everything calm down,” Caitlyn continued. “So I kind of stay, you know, I keep my distance.”

“I’m out there trying to make a difference in the world.”

Get it, because the Kardashians don’t make a difference? They just take selfies and manufacture drama and then take more selfies?

Yeah, you get it.

Caitlyn said that while “There’s a lot of drama in the Kardashian family,” and no kidding, “This is my book about my opinions on things that happened with me and my family.”

“Any time I express my opinion, you know, with my family, there’s always challenges in doing that.”

She definitely has a point — she’s allowed to tell her story, and it’s obviously very important to her that she does — but she could still manage to show a little more tact when it comes to her stepchildren.

She could perhaps even stand to be a little kinder to her wife of 23 years, Kris Jenner — but as we see in another interview Caitlyn did, this one with The Talk, she’s not interested in doing that, either.

When asked if she regretted anything she wrote about Kris in her book, she said “I regret nothing, OK? I have no regrets. I got over regrets a long time ago.

“I don’t want to hurt anybody, especially family members,” she went on, “but, um … if you saw the show over the last ten years, eleven years or whatever, my opinion was never really brought forward.”

“It was everybody else’s opinion, I was with a lot of very strong women, which is fine, I love them all, but this book is about my story.”

Caitlyn said that she was “so nice to Kris” in the book, but that obviously they have different interpretations of what happened in their marriage.

“We’re not talking as much as we used to, but I’m sure that’ll change when everything calms down,” she added, and she said the same thing for the Kardashians.

For everyone’s sake, we hope that’s the case.

Porsha Williams Breaks Silence on Real Housewives Drama, Phaedra Parks Betrayal

Porsha Williams has some things to say about Phaedra Parks.

Even if Porsha Williams hasn’t actually said very much to Phaedra Parks over the past several weeks.

On Sunday night, Bravo viewers were treated to an especially memorable reunion special, with The Real Housewives of Atlanta needing to air a fourth installment of this kind of episode.

Why the need for the quartet when most of these franchises only run three reunion specials each season?

Because there was just that much drama to work out between the main cast members.

Most of that drama centered around Parks having told Williams early in the season that Kandi Burruss and her husband had schemed to drug her and take advantage of her sexually.

Even for a Real Housewives storyline, this allegation was particularly shocking and disturbing.

Burruss has denied any such plans to rape Porsha, coming to verbal blows with Parks on part four over the charge, while Williams was left in tears of the situation.

She said on stage that she felt like a “pawn” in some crazy game Parks was playing.

Phaedra eventually admitted that she heard of this drugging/raping rumor from some third source; NOT from Burruss herself, as she had stated a few weeks ago.

She apologized for her key role in this ongoing scandal, but the damage had already been done.

Then, on Monday, Bravo fired Parks from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

On Tuesday, speaking to Dish Nation, Williams shared that she has not spoken to Parks since the reunion was filmed.

“You know, my uncle passed a couple of weeks ago and [Parks] did text me and offer her condolences,” Williams said. “Besides that, I haven’t talked to her.”

It hasn’t been easy for Porsha, either, considering how close she was to Parks for so many years.

“[Parks] was like my best friend,” Williams said, adding of her now-ex–co-star:

“[She was] someone I talked to on the phone every single day. And for me to feel like she had betrayed me like that, and the fact that I was sitting right there and watched her continue to lie on me about it, that’s the part I can’t get past and I don’t know if I ever will.

“Right now, I just can’t talk to her.”

Burruss has said she’s considering a lawsuit against Parks.

Williams, however, did not go there in this interview.

Trying to remain calm and mature, Porsha said that she’ll always have a “soft spot for Phaedra, [but] it’s where you don’t want to be manipulated anymore.

Prior to this blowout, Williams had been known as “Frick” to Parks’ “Frack.” The two were like peas in some kind of tight pod.

“I may get to the point where I’m strong enough to where I can talk to her and maybe we can work it out,” Williams concluded.

But right now?

“It’s still so new to me. I haven’t even talked to the other girls.”

Last October, before this mess was ever a thing, Parks spoke to Entertainment Tonight about Williams.

“I love Porsha,” she said many months ago, continuing as follows:

“Our relationship is such a fun relationship, because she’s happy in her own skin. She makes me feel so young and vibrant, and we just have a good time playing off each other.

“You know, she doesn’t take herself seriously. She lets me see the lighter side of myself. We have a good time together. I love that girl.”

Perhaps Phaedra should have remembered that before spreading her salacious story.

It’s always very difficult to remain friends with someone after you tell them another pal had been thinking of drugging and raping them, without any evidence to back up your claim.

What drama awaited Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell on the season premiere of Teen Mom OG?

On Teen Mom OG Season 4 Episode 1, Amber’s world was rocked by a new business venture, while Maci and Ryan tried to co-parent.

Yeah. You can imagine how that went, but is the OG bad boy turning over a new leaf at last … and who is Farrah warring with now?

If you watch Teen Mom OG online, you know that Farrah conflicts are part and parcel of the entire experience, and this was no exception.

With her frozen yogurt and furniture stores launched, Abraham is now opening a children’s clothing boutique, the Sophia Laurent store.

Obviously, Sophia is cute as the day as long and we can debate whether Farrah is exploiting her or raising her right for many days.

What’s less debatable is that Farrah is flat-out harsh when it comes to her mom, the oft-maligned and attention-seeking Debra Danielsen.

Having been in therapy for awhile, together, the two clearly have issues, but this time, Farrah got aggressive, blaming it all on Debbo.

Abraham’s mom countered that she didn’t even need therapy, and that the professionals agree with her, at which point Farrah cried.

All the tears. Then she did so a second time.

Recalling the story to Michael Abraham, Farrah’s pansy dad (her words), she got choked up talking about her bitch mom (again, her words).

This whole family has issues. Speaking of people opening boutiques, Amber Portwood is starting one to, for the most noble of reasons.

The OG Teen Mom wants to give start a college fund for her daughter Leah and open up rehab centers with the proceeds from her store.

In addition to providing for her child, Amber wants to instill in her that a woman can be “a boss,” and that men don’t have to be in charge.

Portwood is sticking to her sobriety, passing on painkillers even in the wake of plastic surgery and dental work because of her history.

Between that and the ever-present conflict with Gary Shirley, Leah’s dad, over custody of the child, Amber has a whole lot of her plate.

She’s doing the best she can, though, as are Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, whose dad Butch is back jail after a full year out of it.

Like Farrah (only less ridiculous), the two go to therapy, where Tyler revealed he has “no strength left” because of Catelynn. Oh. Ouch.

His ambivalence toward life, and lack of ability to feel joy or anger just left him feeling numb, like when he attempted suicide years ago.

He’s not at the point of suicidal thoughts again, but he did tell Cate he needed to start focusing on his own well-being as well as hers.

No doubt that’s for the best. Without self-care, how can you care for others? Here’s hoping these two find their way through this together.

Finally, on Halloween, Maci was not going to bring Bentley to see his dad, Ryan Edwards, since Ryan bailed for the last seven years.

Yes, he flaked on this for seven. Years.

Ry Guy told girlfriend MacKenzie Standifer that he was merely late last year, and in any case, he’s turning over a new leaf now dangit!

Naturally, he showed up late, but at least he showed up at all? Maci then delivered the best line: “You look like Ryan from Teen Mom!”

Very meta.

At the end of the day, Bentley, Maci, Ryan, her new husband Taylor McKinney, and their other two kids all had a great time together.

Small victories are key, even if it’s taken Edwards years to get to even that point and there’s plenty of conflict still to come.

The Voice Recap: Are The Knockouts Worth The Drama?

The knockout rounds of The Voice are nothing more than a cruel attempt by the producers to up the stakes for the competitors. 

Watching the tears of joy from the hopefuls as they make it through the battle rounds is awesome. Unfortunately, all of that just seems pointless if there is the potential they could be knocked out an episode later. 

Side note: Is it just us or does Adam Levine look bored as hell with the show? Maybe he should take a break from next season, or something. 

The latest one-hour episode had three knockout rounds, but who made it through to the live shows? Did any coaches do some stealing?

Anatalia Villaranda and Dawson Coyle

Anatalia went with Carrie Underwood’s “Two Black Cadillacs.” It was a solid performance that was full of heart and proved she was still very deserving of her place in the competition. 

Dawson went with “Demons” by Imagine Dragons, but it was one of the worst knockouts in the history of the series. His voice was all over the place. 

Anatalia had this one in the bag, and it seemed the coaches knew that when Dawson screwed up as soon as he opened his mouth. 

Winner: Anatalia Villaranda

Enid Oritz and TSoul

I think we can all collectively agree that singing Adele on singing competitions should be banned. Seriously, it’s so dull, and nobody can match up to Adele, so leave her songs to her. 

Enid went with “When We Were Young” by Adele. It was way too similar to her audition and made us question whether she would be able to sing a different type of song. 

TSoul went with “These Arms of Mine” by Otis Redding. It was a solid performance, but nothing spectacular. It was enough to advance to the live shows. 

Winner: TSoul

Aaliyah Rose and Brennley Brown

Brennley went with “Up to the Mountain” by Kelly Clarkson, and it was amazing. Everything about it was on point, and it proved she had what it took to make it far in the competition. 

The sad thing about this was that Aaliyah’s performance was full of energy. It was sad to have these two performing against one another. Another coach picked up on this and Aaliyah was part of a steal. 

Winner: Brennley Brown
