Britney Spears can do anything.

No, really — she puts on the greatest performances in the world, but that doesn"t stop her from also putting on a great musical performance.

As you"ll hear in the video below, when people suggest that all of her singing is prerecorded and that she"s just lipsyncing for her life, she gets mightily peeved. …

Over the years, Britney has given us some of the most iconic musical performances of all time.

That includes music videos, of course, with unforgettable scenes like "Baby One More Time" and often-joked about dated references in "Oops I Did It Again."

Even Britney"s raw vocals are truly extraordinary.

But in addition to Britney"s skills as a mother and as a singer who simply produces great music, she goes up on stage and puts on unparalleled performances.

The dancing, the costumes, the choreography, the effects — they all make an unforgettable, almost spiritually transformative experience for her fans.

That even goes for fellow celebrities — remember when Colton Haynes got to dance with Britney?

She loved his butt and he loved all of it.

Britney will tragically be too busy performing in Tel Aviv to accept Lindsay Lohan"s birthday invitation.

But that does mean that she"s given an interview in anticipation of her show, and she got asked about how much of her performance is live.

"I’m glad you’re addressing this question because it’s really funny — a lot of people think that I don’t sing live."

One day, we"re sure that there will be Britney performances that are just holographic projections of old performances, with old recordings of music.

But that day is far away.

"Because I’m dancing so much, I do have a little bit of playback, but there’s a mixture of my voice and the playback."

Honestly, dancing is super fun, but some people have trouble even just speaking afterwards.

Imagine having to sing.

Imagine having to sing well.

But Britney manages it because she"s unstoppable and transcendent. 

"It really pisses me off because I am busting my ass out there and singing at the same time and nobody ever really gives me credit for it."

Yeah, that sounds super irksome.

Those of us who"ve ever suggested otherwise clearly need to scourge ourselves a little extra today in penance.

Britney has famously parodied these rumors in the past.

When hosting Saturday Night Live very early into her fame, she parodied the lipsyncing rumors by silently mouthing words while her voice continued to play over the loudspeakers during her opening monologue.

(She also parodied boob job rumors by having her breasts move robotically under her shirt while she lamented people calling them fake)

When you"re a celebrity, having a good sense of humor about your critics can work wonders.

But even celebrities like Britney — flawless beyond comprehension — can have some rumors get under their skin.

You can really hear the frustration in her voice in the video below.

And you know what?

If we"d been dogged by the same rumors for two decades, we probably wouldn"t be handling them nearly as gracefully.

Also, it"s a rare few who can have careers last as long as Britney"s without aging, but Britney"s still as hot as ever.

Bethenny Frankel: FURIOUS Over NeNe Leakes" Fat Paycheck!

Most of the time, Real Housewives feuds are limited to their respective shows.

Teresa Giudice doesn’t flip tables on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Lisa Rinna doesn’t smash wine glasses on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

But even from New York, Bethenny Frankel is reportedly fuming at a certain Real Housewives of Atlanta star star … for a very big reason.

Remember how we already told you about NeNe Leakes’ big fat paycheck?

The reality personality confirmed her return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but apparently it came at a steep price for the network.

As in, 2 million dollars for one season.

She’s an original cast member of that show and she’s a big name, even outside of the Real Housewives fandom.

So, we get it.

Some actors are extremely well-paid for television.

And reality stars are definitely actors, too.

But at the same time, that’s a huge amount of money.

And apparently none of the other Real Housewives of Wherever are getting that much.

Reportedly, Bethenny Frankel is furious about this.

“Bethenny saw reports about what Nene is getting and is livid.”

Yeah, apparently Bethenny Frankel can’t stand that Nene Leakes is getting paid more, according to RadarOnline.

“She wants to be the best paid housewife!”

Don’t we all?

Well, give or take the housewife bit.

Now, the report doesn’t state that Bethenny is planning to take any particular action.

So we’re not expecting, like, a walkout or, worse, for her to speak about it publicly.

Sometimes all that you can do when you’re pissed is just seethe about it.

And maybe quietly start badgering the network for a bigger cut.

Honestly? We have our doubts.

Bethenny’s always seemed us to be a grounded person.

Relative to other Real Housewives, we mean.

Not so much in the real world.

Like, Eileen Davidson is nuts enough to be a Real Housewife, right?

But opposite someone like Kim Richards, Eileen has this glacial calm.

Bethenny falls into that category.

Her zingers can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s part of her job.

That means that she’s usually one of the people you want to root for.

But not necessarily one of the ones who hooks people’s attention in a must watch kind of way.

But even people who are otherwise pretty chill can totally change when we’re talking about money.

NeNe Leakes is expected to have a central storyline in the upcoming season of RHOA.

Stars who get more airtime generally get paid more.

And the “storyline” bit is a great reminder that every single reality show is a story sculpted by producers, carefully crafted in the editing room.

Not to mention the fact that everyone in front of the cameras is very conscious that they’re there.

So if Bethenny wants to push for more pay for herself, she might need to get herself a central, compelling story.

As we said, we don’t expect Bethenny to openly talk about this money situation.

Though it does occur to us that “Real Housewife jealous of another’s income” wouldn’t be the worst supervillain origin story we’ve ever heard.

She’d be called “Fake Housewife,” of course.

We’re just not sure that Bethenny Frankel has that kind of disposition.

Dancing With the Stars Results: 2 Fast 2 Furious (Eliminations)

After a stirring night of performances, Dancing With the Stars’ results sent TWO couples home last night on Hollywood Night on ABC. 

Coming off of last week’s Dancing With the Stars results, nothing could compare in terms of shock value … but did the right duos go?

Let’s break down the routines in ascending order:

Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess (Western/Paso Doble): The first routine of the night was not its best. In fact, it was its least great.

For a guy who turned a lot of heads early on (and not just for groping Sharna), he’s yet to recapture the magic of a bona fide contender.

Score: 29/40

David Ross and Lindsay Arnold (Sci-Fi/Salsa): The MLBer looked just a little out of step with his partner at times during their salsa.

Like Bonner, Ross shows flashes of brilliance, but probably not nearly enough to hoist up the Mirror Ball trophy in a few weeks’ time.

Score: 32/40

Nick Viall and Peta Murgatroyd (Action/Argentine Tango): Give Nick credit, because as shameless as he is, dude’s got some talent!

Week in and week out he legitimately tries to improve, and darn if he hasn’t turned in some of the better routines of the week lately.

Score: 34/40

Nancy Kerrigan and Artem Chigvintsev (Romantic Comedy/Tango): Not the most exciting routine, and performing early, that matters.

It’s easy to get lost among later performances with the “wow” factor, though Kerrigan’s grace, charisma and technical abilities reign.

Score: 36/40 

Simone Biles and Sasha Farber (Silent Film/Charleston): Sasha did a great job integrating gymnastics into this one, and she #NailedIt.

Score: 37/40 

Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater (Horror/Paso Doble): The NFL star not only got into character, but excelled technically too.

Score: 37/40

Normani Kordei and pro Val Chmerkovskiy (Foreign Films/Argentine Tango): After Heather Morris’ elimination, would she be next?!

After all, the Fifth Harmony singer is the best remaining in the eyes of many observers, so the way things are going, she’s in danger!

Fortunately, the highest score earned immunity this time – no doubt a response to last week’s debacle – and she got it with a perfect one.

Not that Heather is too happy about this rule change a week too late, but probably a keeper if we’re doing this one-night-a-week format.

Score: 40/40

The six couples without immunity then entered into a dance-off which, as we saw in the elimination of Heather, may not matter at all.

In any case, Simone topped Nancy, Rashad beat David, and Bonner ousted Nick as fans and the judges picked a winner in real time.

And now, the Dancing With the Stars results …

Normani Kordei, who was immune, Simone Biles, Rashad Jennings, Bonner Bolton and David Ross made it through to the next round.

That means Nancy Kerrigan and Nick Viall have danced for the last time on ABC. At least until Nick finds his way back onto next season.

Christina El Moussa: Blindsided by Tarek! Furious! Ready to Move On!

Christina El Moussa has had it.

She has simply had it.

Earlier this week, we reported that Christina and estranged husband Tarek both wanted to move on from their joint business and pursue some kind of solo project after the current season of Flip or Flip completes filming.

In his effort to take this step, Tarek recently went ahead and dropped Christina from his real estate business, rebranding the agency Tarek and Associates.

But that move was made without Christina’s knowledge.

And she wasn’t happy with the way Tarek handled it.

“Tarek and Christina are keeping it together by a string,” an insider tells Hollywood Life, adding:

“She was blindsided by his new business ad. Their lawyers have been working out splitting up their assets and their joint businesses so she knew it would happen eventually, but not like this.

“He didn’t give her a heads up, which makes her incredibly mad. She’s furious.”

Granted, Christina has reportedly been angling for a HGTV spinoff of her own for quite some time now.

So it’s not as though she wants to keep working with her ex. She just wants the two of them to remain on amicable, mature terms.

Tarek, however, is now circulating ads in Orange County with just his face and name on them, looking to attract new business. 

But what about the 2017 Investor Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada earlier this month? What about the smiles plastered across Tarek and Christina’s faces while they appeared together in public?

Didn’t this mean all was good between the former couple?

Not quite.

“Tarek and Christina were definitely putting on a show for the public,” a witness said of this event, which took place on Februaty 10.

“When the cameras weren’t pointed at them, the smiles dropped and there was definite tension between them. They did not look happy to be together, at all.

“It’s clear they’re just going through the motions in an attempt to save their show.”

Ah, yes, the show.

The El Moussas are under contract for this season of Flip or Flop.

After they confirmed their split in November, the network released a statement of support, saying it would be happy to keep working with Tarek and Christina for the foreseeable future.

But it seems very unlikely that the series will continue beyond this year, not with damning accusations against Tarek running rampant around the Internet.

“To say that Christina is sick to death of all the Tarek drama would be an understatement,” a second insider tells Hollywood Life, expounding as follows:

“The past year has been nothing but stress and heartbreak for Christina. She desperately wants the divorce finalized so she can finally move on with her life and start afresh.

“Living in this limbo is beyond painful for her and she’s totally done with playing nice for the cameras.”

We can only imagine.

Tarek filed for divorce in December, a couple months after he and Christina issued a joint statement that referenced a troubling incident from last May in which the stars fought… Tarek grabbed a gun… left the house… and was confronted by cops in the woods.

“Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage,” the pair late last year.

“We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.”

Parents to a young girl and even younger boy, they concluded:

“We are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be.”

Neither Christina or Tarek has said much in public since.

Both have updated their Instagram pages with sweet photos of themselves and their children.

However, the tension remains palpable.

“[Christina and Tarek’s] relationship is really bad and they are only pretending to be nice to one another,” adds another source.

“It’s all an act for the cameras, their fans and more than anyone, producers and network heads who could potentially give them their own solo shows.”

Dwayne Johnson: Fast & Furious Foe REVEALED!

We’ve thought long and hard about it, and we’ve come to the following conclusion:

There is no place on the planet we’d want to be less than on Dwayne Johnson’s bad side.

We don’t need to explain why, do we?

You have seen the following Dwayne Johnson picture, haven’t you?

The former wrestler and current action star could crush our skulls with, like, one quarter of his thigh muscle if he so desired.

And yet, despite the menacing presence of Johnson on set, there’s a member of the Fast & Furious franchise who has earned his wrath.

The typically jovial and controversy-free actor voiced his frustration with this nameless individual during a surprising Instagram rant this week.

Writing of his experience on Fast 8, which wraps up filming next week, Johnson said his “female co-stars are always amazing” and that he loves them.

But the men? Well…

“Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t,” he wrote.

“The ones that don’t are too chicken sh*t to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right.”

Along with this angry message, Johnson included footage of himself in a Fast & Furious movie, hurling some poor dude against the wall:

To whom is Johnson aiming his anger?

Vin Diesel, according to TMZ.

The site claims that Johnson often clashed with Diesel the production, partly because the latter is a producer and “made decisions that didn’t sit well with the former wrestling champ.”

The stars had a face-to-face on Tuesday in Atlanta because tensions were clearly running high, making it almost impossible to shoot scenes.

It’s unclear if anything truly got resolved, but most cast members are pretty peeved at Johnson for taking his issues public.

It’s very unlike him, that’s for sure.

Johnson is one of the most-liked people in Hollywood.

However, an insider tells E! News that shooting the latest installment of this beloved franchise “wasn’t easy for anyone,” but it was “especially” hard on Johnson.

According to this source, the set just “didn’t feel exactly the same” this time around.

And while Johnson “is the best guy on the planet to work with,” he’s “also a very emotional guy” and “likes things to go as he sees fit [while] also being fair.”

Yes, E! goes on to write, things became “heated” between Johnson and some colleagues at times, but “all is cool now.”

Overall, Johnson “is excited for this movie to come out,” concludes an insider, “but [he’s] also ready to take a break and have it be over.”

We get that.

He has to go be awesome someplace else.

M.I.A. Furious Over VMAs Snub, Accuses MTV Of "Racism sexism classism elitism"

What’s the point of taking part in social justice if the MTV Video Music Awards aren’t paying attention?

M.I.A. was pissed that her September 2015 music video for “Borders” (which she also directed) wasn’t nominated this year and she wants everyone to know it.

“MIA – BORDERS is not included in the VMAs #hahahahhaahahhaha!!,” she tweeted today.

“Racism sexism classism elitism #dontwantyourlane!”

The music video is impactful in that it highlights the European migrant crisis.  M.I.A. is featured in the video singing alongside refugees as they travel.

“Something about this video was right, and I was doing something for a good cause,” she told TIME Magazine last year.

“It didn’t really feel like I was doing it to promote my own pop stardom. ‘This week I’m going to be on refugees and next week I’m going to be on AIDS!’ It just felt like everything came together for a reason.”

If she’s not doing it to promote her own pop stardom, then why is she so fired up about not being nominated? 

M.I.A. – “Borders”Music Video

M.I.A tried to explain herself in subsequent tweets.

“not here 4 EGO or Accolades but know before you tell other 🌍 artists they have the same platform as major US artists coz they don’t #🌍,” she tweeted.

“BORDERS came representing people outside US showing 🌍. This is a perfect example of “allowed” voice vs excluded voices .Even if U direct it.”

Ok, I only took away “EGO” and “Accolades.”

Credit must be given to M.I.A. though for trying to bring attention to an international crisis.

“I’ve taken a lot of criticism and made a lot of sacrifices because I keep talking about this,” she told TIME back in September.

“I could never talk about this again and be more successful, more accessible and more famous and more rich. But I’ve never done that because that aspect is important for me.”

Kylie Jenner FURIOUS Over Rob & Chyna, Wants Her Own Show

Like the rest of us, Kylie Jenner had a feeling her older brother, Rob Kardashian and his betrothed, Blac Chyna would eventually get their own reality show.

It’s just that she’s a little surprised they landed one before she did.

And by a little surprised, we mean pissed.

Sources tell Radar Online that the littlest Jenner/Kardashian “beyond furious after she found out” that Rob and Blac landed a six-episode series about their relationship.

“She is really going through it right now over this whole situation.”

E! sent out a press release on June 1st confirming that Rob & Chyna, a reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off docu series had been greenlit by the network.

Cameras will capture “the whirlwind romance of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna as they prepare for the birth of their first child.”

Kris Jenner serves as the series’ Executive Producer, so Kylie is devastated that her mother would prioritize Blac’s career over hers.

“Kylie feels betrayed because Kris did the dirty deal behind her back,” the source pointed out.

Kris claimed that “she did not want to upset her [Kylie] anymore” than she already was, since the 18-year-old was still reeling from her break-up with Tyga.

“Kris knew that Kylie wanted her own show so badly,” the source continued, “and Kylie cannot believe she did this to her!”

Who here thinks that a reality showed based on Kylie Jenner’s life would be like watching paint dry?  

Whenever I’m binging on KUWTK (don’t judge me, you do it too), my eyes glaze as soon as she enters a scene.

I’m sure Kylie is lovely IRL, but there isn’t a lot to capture beyond the puffy lips and cheeks.

At least with Kourtney and Khloe you can expect some comic relief.  And watching Kim cry over diamonds lost in the ocean is always a treat.

Kylie Jenner: Furious Her Family Is Paying More Attention To Blac Chyna!

Everyone, make sure you’re extra sweet to Kylie Jenner, because she’s feeling like everyone cares more about her older brother and his baby news than her and her super-dramatic personal life.

JK.  Get over it, youth.

While the rest of the family is sucking it up and wishing Rob Kardashian’s fiance, Blac Chyna all the best, Kylie is “absolutely heartbroken” that all attention is being paid to her ex-boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend.

Sources recently told Radar Online that  “Kylie is totally trying to play the victim role right now and has been in isolation since she found out that Blac was pregnant.”

The thing is, no one in her family GAF that she’s pouting (we think.  Her facial expressions as of late have been tough to read.).  

They’ve all accepted the fact that Rob has found love and he’s building a family with Blac.

“She cannot believe that this has happened and is absolutely astounded at how fast it all went down!”

Apparently, Kylie was really jonesin’ for that happily ever after every teenage bride dreams of.  Unfortunately, reliable sources told TMZ that she and Tyga, 25, broke up a few days before the MET Gala.

Kris Jenner has really grown on me, ever since she mocked Kim Kardashian for her 72-day marriage.

Anyhoo, back to Bratty Jenner.

“Kylie just feels like no one is listening to her and that everyone is just kissing Rob’s a** because they want him to stay on the right path, which he has been.”

Kylie is 18.  She has absolutely no idea what she wants.  You’d think she would be used to being ignored, considering she has five older siblings (and that’s not counting her dad’s four other children).

Kylie Jenner FURIOUS With Tyga Over His Response to Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna"s Engagement??

After Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna announced their engagement to the world earlier this week, Tyga was one of the first to respond with well wishes to the couple.

“Everybody deserves 2 be happy,” he wrote on Twitter. “What some1 does for their happiness is not my concern, as long as it’s not interfering wit my happiness.”

“It makes me happy to see the mother of my son happy,” added Tyga, who shares a four-year-old son, King Cairo, with Blac.

This simple note of congratulations royally ticked off his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, who has disapproved of her brother’s relationship with her nemesis since it began in January.

Tyga and Kylie reportedly got into a huge blowout and broke up just before he left on his world tour Friday.

“All this drama really started when Tyga spoke out on social media about Blac and Rob’s engagement while she was away,” a source tells Radar Online. “Kylie had specifically told him to NOT say anything about it until she did.”

“Tyga talked so much sh*t about Blac being with Rob to Kylie behind Blac’s back and to everyone else and then he goes and sends them well-wishes. It just really p*ssed her off!” the source added.

However, while Kylie is busy fuming over Tyga’s tweet, the “Rack City” rapper may have had an ulterior motive behind sending the message.

Blac believes her baby daddy is simply pretending to be civil so as to gain the favor of the courts in their custody battle over King.

In reality, says Blac, Tyga treats her like crap and has called her a “drunk whore” and a “deadbeat mama.”

None of this matters to Kylie, however, who simply feels betrayed.

So far, Kylie has remained tight-lipped about her brother’s engagement.

Mayim Bialik: FURIOUS Over Kaley Cuoco"s High Salary??

Kaley Cuoco makes how much money for The Big Bang Theory?

It’s a boatload. The actress pulls in a cool $ 1 million per episode – the same amount as co-stars Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki.

The impressive salary is not unheard of for the stars of a number one rated sitcom – in fact, all the Friends main actors made as much, and that was in the 90s.

But evidently, Mayim Bialik thinks it’s excessive, particularly compared to her own salary, reports Radar Online.

The former Blossom star reportedly earns a paltry $ 100,000 per episode for playing Amy Fowler on the show and is envious of her co-star’s beefy paycheck.

“Kaley is furious at Mayim for trash-talking her earnings,” a source told the site. “She thinks it’s just a case of sour grapes and jealousy.”

Last month, Bialik told Daily News that she thinks all of the actors are overpaid, including herself.

“I don’t make as much money as people think I do,” she said.

“I don’t think about the money a lot. I am an employed actor and we are all overpaid. I am grateful to be employed,” she added.

We suspect the story may be overstating Bialik’s actual fury, but it is surprising to hear she earns so little compared to the others while she’s become an integral (and hilarious) part of the show.

Taylor Swift Lookalike Launching New Show? Real Taylor FURIOUS?!

Last year, a 19-year-old named Aussie Olivia Sturgiss gained instant fame when Instagram users flipped over her uncanny resemblance to Taylor Swift.

Even Taylor herself acknowledged that the girl was her veritable doppelganger. The singer met Olivia backstage at a concert in Melbourne, Australia and snapped a photo with her (above).

Now it seems Olivia may be trying to cash in on her lucky DNA by launching a show in which she impersonates her idol, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry.

Olivia recently appeared on Aussie television’s Channel Ten’s The Project and was told by host Tommy Little that should could easily get rich just by showing up in front of audiences looking like Taylor. 

Little brought the idea to publicist Max Markson, who agreed to produce the “Taylor Swift Show.”

Markson predicted that by doing a show four nights a week, Olivia could earn $ 5,000 a night or $ 1 million per year.

Little paraded Olivia around the Pitt Street Mall in Sydney, where she was reportedly stopped numerous times by fans thinking she was Taylor.

“Yesterday I counted about six times. It’s usually like ‘You look like that lass on the tell love,’” said Olivia. 

Well, all sounds hunky dory down under for Olivia and Co. now, doesn’t it?

But wait, there’s got to be a catch.

According to CDL, Taylor is a money-grubbing behemoth who won’t take kindly to some lassie trying to make a quick buck off of her hard work.

As proof, the site refers to Taylor’s battle with Apple Music, in which the singer threatened to withhold her “1989” album unless the streaming service agreed to pay the artists royalties.

However, there’s a tremendous difference between a music giant trying to cheat artists out of royalties and a young woman doing a simple impersonation.

Hell, there’s already a gazillion drag queens in blond wigs and sparkly gowns belting out off-key versions of “Bad Blood” around the globe, and I’m sure Taylor thinks it’s a hoot.

We’ve got a feeling Taylor will simply wish this girl well and go back to shredding hundred dollar bills to line her cat’s litter box.

Prince William Visits Ex-Girlfriend Jecca Craig In Africa! Kate Middleton "FURIOUS?"

Everybody CALM. DOWN.

The Duke of Cambridge is attending friend Jecca Craig’s wedding in Kenya, while the Duchess of Cambridge stays behind in England with their two children.  

This piece of news has the makings of tabloid fodder, since it’s speculated that William and Craig – whose father owns the wildlife conservancy, Lewa Downs – dated when they were teenagers and even staged a “pretend engagement” during William’s gap year in 2000.

William’s relationship with the Craigs is so good that  he even missed his cousin, Peter Phillips’ 2008 wedding to attend that of Craig’s older brother, Batian (Catherine represented him at the nuptials back in England).

Kensington Palace confirmed that the prince was making a private trip to Kenya, which also included a meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta to discuss “defence and security, and conservation.”  

Celebrity Dirty Laundry, of course, thinks William has fooled around with Craig a few times behind Catherine’s back, even going so far as to compare her to the Duchess of Cornwall when she and Prince Charles carried on an affair while he was married to the late Princess of Wales.

Craig and the Cambridges are part of a large circle of friends, and have been photographed at the same weddings (Craig is the brunette in the photo above; she and Holly Branson, another one of the Cambridge’s friends, attended the 2013 wedding of Lady Melissa Percy and Thomas van Straubenzee).

It’s believed William is due back in the UK on Easter Sunday, but CDL speculates that he “begged” the Queen for an excuse to go to Kenya to avoid spending the holiday with Carole Middleton.

It might seem odd that Catherine didn’t accompany William to the wedding, but it’s been reported that she’d like to spend as much time with Prince George and Princess Charlotte before her and William’s official trip to India and Bhutan in April.  

Her Royal Highness has also been known to miss friends’ weddings in order to be with her children, but let’s all just assume the worst and blame William “abandoning” his family for Craig.
