Cheryl Cole Has Something to Say About Her Split from Liam Payne (Attention, You Trolls!)
Yes, it’s sad but true:
As reported in detail on The Hollywood Gossip, Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne have broken up.
No one is quite certain just when the split was finalized, but chatter over a split had been running rampant online for multiple months now.
Payne turned these rumors into an unfortunate reality on Instagram Sunday night when he posted the following:
“Cheryl and I are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It’s been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family.”
He then referenced the couple’s son, who was born in March of 2017 and who has both an odd name and a very cute face:
“Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.”
No reason was given for the break-up.
So you know what this means, don’t you?
Yup: the Internet was free to print basically anything it wanted to about what transpired between the beautiful Brits.
For whatever reason, talk that Cole’s mother, Joan Callaghan, did not approve of Payne has become a hot topic among celebrity gossip followers.
There have been reports that she drove a wedge between the artist and encouraged them to go their separate ways.
Entering the spotlight in order to address these reports, Cole took the rare step this afternoon of speaking in public about her private life.
“I hate responding to stuff esp at such difficult times but I cannot sit here and listen to such nasty, false articles regarding my mam,” Tweeted Cole to her 6.4 million followers.
She then got to the point, in understandably irritated fashion:
“I don’t know why they involve her in stories about me.
“I can assure you she has absolutely nothing to do with any of it. I am a grown woman who is capable of dealing with my own life.
“She is a soft and kind woman who doesn’t deserve to be dragged into something that has nothing whatsoever to do with her.”
With that, Cheryl Cole dropped the mic.
Figuratively speaking, that is.
The Daily Mail was the main outlet who wrote this morning that Callaghan posed a “problem” in the relationship between her daughter and Liam, writing simply that she got “in the way.”
The attractive and talented singers started dating in 2015.
They rarely discussed their romance in magazines or on social media, but they had been the target of split rumors throughout their relationship, especially toward the end.
Consider what the 24-year old ex-One Direction member said to ES Magazine in March…
“You know, we have our struggles.
“Like, of course I’m not gonna sit here and say that everything’s absolutely fine and dandy, because of course you go through different things, and that’s what a relationship is.”
He elaborated:
“This part of our relationship was never not going to happen; there was always going to be a little bit of tenseness in the way we sort ourselves out. But tell me a relationship in the world that doesn’t go through a spot like that?
“It’s about whether you make it through or not, together, is the main point there, I guess.”
That’s a fair and realistic assessment of a relationship.
But it wasn’t a ringing endorsement for his future with Cole, either.
We somehow have a feeling neither will have trouble finding anyone new.

Billy Bob Thornton Reveals "Only Reason" He Split With Angelina Jolie
Long before Angelina Jolie divorced Brad Pitt, the actress was involved in a different high-profile breakup.
Yes, some of our younger readers may not even remember the days when Jolie was married to Billy Bob Thornton, but that relationship happened — and it was every bit as bonkers as it sounds.
When the 19-year age difference and the fact that one of you is named Billy Bob are not even the weirdest things about the relationship, you know you’ve got something special.
Thornton and Jolie met on the set of the 1999 film Pushing Tin, and they married the following year.
The marriage only lasted three years, but oh, the memorable moments they provided us with during that time.
Angie and Billy Bob wore vials of each other’s blood on necklaces.
They informed the whole world that they’d just had sex in the days before social media when we weren’t accustomed to knowing way too much about each other’s lives.
And of course, they got tattoos in one another’s honor, but we’re pretty sure Angie has commemorative ink for every human she’s ever crossed paths with, so that’s no biggie.
The point is, Billy Bob and Angie seemed to be head over heels for one another.
So where did it all go wrong?
Well, as you’re no doubt aware, Jolie is the jet-setting type — the kind of person who makes the entire party cringe when she describes herself as “a citizen of the world.”
Billy Bob, conversely, is more of a homebody, and in a recent podcast interview, he revealed that that’s ultimately what led to the end of his fifth marriage.
“Hers is a global lifestyle, and mine is an agoraphobic lifestyle, so that’s really — that’s the only reason we’re probably not still together maybe, because of a different path in life we wanted to take,” Thornton said Wednesday.
“We just had different lifestyles.”
Thornton stated that he has only fond memories of his time with Jolie, a comment that his current wife (lucky number six!) might have mixed feelings about:
“I remember our time together as really being great,” Thornton said.
As for some of the wild behavior that he and Angelina engaged in, Billy Bob says much of it was exaggerated by a media that was at that time obsessed with Jolie’s eccentric ways.
“We had so much fun. A lot of the things [people] said about us at the time were exaggerated,” he said.
“It wasn’t as crazy as people wrote about it. You know what I mean?”
Thornton claimed the infamous blood necklaces were a prime example of this phenomenon:
“The necklaces were a very simple thing,” he said.
“‘Hey, let’s poke our fingers with a pen and smear a little blood on there, and when we’re away from each other, we’ll wear the necklace.’ It was that easy,” Billy Bob explained.
“But by the time it came out in the press, it sounded like we were wearing a bucket of blood around our necks.”
Well, when A-listers shed blood for any reason, it’s generally gonna make the tabloids.
It’s not quite what they mean by the phrase “if it bleeds, it leads,” but pretty close.

Scott Disick: Will He Fall Off the Wagon Following Sofia Richie Split?
Over the weekend, the world learned the not-so-shocking news that Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have ended their relationship.
Nothing about the situation was surprising, including the fact that the breakup allegedly happened because Disick got caught cheating.
And now, if everything proceeds apace, and Scott continues being so predictable, the next step will have him embarking on a Nicolas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas-caliber bender.
And that’s not just us being cynical.
Before he met Sofia, Scott was drinking so much that friends were reportedly afraid for his life.
And if we’ve learned anything from watching Disick endlessly repeat his mistakes for the past decade it’s that the man is a creature of habit to the bitter end.
So it comes as no surprise that those who know him best are deeply worried about the possibility that the newly-adrift Scott will spiral out of control.
Also not surprising — the most concerned party is Kourtney Kardashian, a woman who would no doubt love to cut ties with Scott for good, but is forever tethered to him by the three children they have together.
“Her concern is that Scott will go back to partying every day and be MIA,” a source tells People magazine.
As you may recall, Scott’s last bender was prompted by his breakup with Kourtney.
While the rest of the world might have seen Disick’s relationship with Richie as the ill-advised fling that it was, Scott reportedly believed they were both in it for the long haul.
And now that they’ve called it quits, it’s widely expected that Scott will suffer another meltdown.
Though Kourtney always felt that Sofia, 19, was much too young for Scott, 35, she appreciated the stabilizing effect Richie seemed to have on Disick.
“Sofia was a good influence on Scott,” the source says.
“Since she has been around, he has been drinking less and acting more like an adult,” said a different insider when Scott and Sofa were still dating.
“The kids are all very happy that Scott is around and Kourtney would hate for that to change,” the source added.
Hopefully, Scott can keep his kids at the forefront of his mind in the weeks to come.
It’s probably tough to transition from dating children to raising them, but we have faith in the Lord.

Jacob Roloff Labels Reality TV "Ridiculous," Details Split from His Family
Note to Little People, Big World viewers:
If you’ve been holding your breath for the last few months, waiting for news that Jacob Roloff is set to return to his family’s reality show, then you may go ahead and exhale.
Because the news has been confirmed and Jacob is on his way back to this TLC series?
No.
Because he likely never will be and there’s no point in risking suffocation at this point.
We’re nearing the two-year anniversary of Roloff stunning fans by announcing his resignation from Little People, Big World.
He did so in July of 2016 by saying he was sick of “storylines [being] drawn up” about him and his relatives, hinting strongly that the program was scripted.
Jacob went on to cite “ridiculous talking points” that producers asked cast members to mention, while labeling his loved ones as “characters” in this misleading drama.
With these statements, Roloff left the world of reality television and has spent the past several months traveling around the Pacific Northwest with his fiancee and two dogs.
Over time, however, Jacob slowly made up with his family and has now opened up about his time in front of the camera.
This is what Jacob writes in his new book, “Out to See,” in regard why he left the show:
Among so many things, I simply did not want this ridiculous reality TV to use up so much of my time, lest it leave too deep an imprint on my ability to influence the world otherwise.
I did not want this imposition to become my identity, and so I rebelled in the manner that I did, and eventually exited the show.
Let no one ever accuse Jacob Roloff of not being a profound individual.
Jacob also touched on his series departure last May, while expounding last June about the ways he’s grown up since making this decision.
“I remember at that time, I was causing strife,” Roloff said last summer about the previous summer, adding:
“I said inflammatory things. Even as I said those things, I would admit that in about a year, I’d probably regret some of this.”
Jacob went on to admit that he “rebelled” as a teenager and “left the show and left the religion I was brought up with, and I left it in a pretty flamboyant way.”
But now?
Now he loves to spend time with his niece and nephew and parents and there are no hard feelings between any of them.
Still, we read excerpts from his memoir and can’t fathom he ever shows up on front of a camera again.
“The entire concept of reality TV is strange because, as a viewer, you are subscribing to a particular illusion – that you are witnessing and being let in on the secrets of the subjects’ lives,” he writes.
“In reality you are being shown a shallow character and only what someone else approves of, in relation to narrative and talking points.”
Wait… WHAT?!?
Jacob is saying that what we see on reality television is not exactly true reality? We’re stunned!
Concludes Jacob in this passage:
“This was my meaning in saying the ‘Roloff Characters’ in the past; not that the real people are characters or deliberately acting; but whichever Roloff you think you know is… sculpted specifically to entice and convince you to keep this channel on.”
Welp, now we’ve heard everything.
There’s no way this applies to Keeping Up with the Kardashians at least.
That show depicts each of those sisters precisely as they really are, with no editing and no scripts involved at all.

Kenya Moore Sparks Divorce Rumors, Then SLAMS Split Speculaton
Recently, speculation has been swirling that RHOA star Kenya Moore is faking her pregnancy and her marriage.
When Kenya posted and then deleted words that made fans wonder if she regretting her wedding, the rumors only magnified.
Kenya has seen the speculation — and she’s not mincing words with her clapback.
RadarOnline reports that Kenya Moore posted this ominous message to Instagram:
“Don’t love too soon. Don’t trust too fast.”
Coming only about a year after her secret wedding to Marc Daly, some wondered if she had regrets.
“Don’t judge too soon. Don’t quit too early.”
Others wondered if this was simply good advice.
“Don’t expect too high. Don’t talk too much.”
(I’ve never been good at following that last piece of advice)
The odd thing is that there is no sign of that post on Kenya’s Instagram right now.
She reportedly deleted it, replacing it with a photo in which her wedding band is clearly visible.
Some wondered if she and Marc had been fighting.
There have been absurd rumors that she is faking her pregnancy in order to stay relevant — rumors that we have already ridiculed for their absurdity.
(Can a pregnancy be faked? Sure! But it defies reason to believe that Kenya is doing that simply because she isn’t pushing her baby bump in everyone’s faces)
Did Kenya post that after an argument with Marc and then switch it out after they made nice?
Or is it more likely that she posted some sage advice and then deleted it when people started reading way, way too much into it?
Either way, Kenya is clearly pissed about the speculation and rumors about her marriage and pregnancy, because she posted this:
“#FAKENEWS”
Oh boy, remember when this term was only used to apply to deliberately manufactured “news” stories in the political arena? Genuine hoaxes like Pizzagate?
“@bet @celebrity_insider_org @theinquisitr shame on you for constantly regurgitating the slanderous fake news from #radaronline.”
Well, discussing an existing story isn’t shameful. You can’t debunk something without addressing it.
“Fake Husband, Fake Pregnancy, Fake Boyfriends, Fake Storyline, FIred, Fake Divorce.”
To be fair, there were genuinely plenty of people — us included — who were truly worried that Kenya would be fired from RHOA over her marriage.
Kenya apparently wishes that sites would totally fabricate things about her.
“At least be effing original with your hateful lies.”
This just in: Kenya Moore has to be careful to avoid mishaps, as the Illuminati cloning facility that she uses to stay young-looking has been destroyed in the Kilauea eruption.
Would that be a satisfactory fake story? (We kid, of course — everyone knows that the Illuminati Deep State Lizard people keeping their cloning facilities on the moon)

Some celebrities have topics that really get under their skin. This is clearly Kenya’s.

Obviously, fans want to know about Kenya’s love life. It’s only natural — you see her on television and social media.
But there are lines that we should probably avoid crossing.
We would never want to hurt anyone’s feelings, of course.
And ugly rumors can be extremely hurtful. Kenya must be feeling sensitive about this issue, and that is absolutely her right.

Kendra Wilkinson Goes Brunette After Split From Hank Baskett
Kendra Wilkinson is unrecognizable.
Now that Kendra is divorcing Hank Baskett after months of hints and build-up, she’s making other major changes in her life.
And she’s saying goodbye to her trademark blonde hair and going brunette.
Since parting ways with Hank after recent troubles in the couple’s marriage, Kendra has been hitting the slopes and spending quality time with her children.
But now she’s decided that it’s high time that she make a change in her life that she’s always wanted to try.
As she explains in the captions of her series of photos, Kendra is dipping her toes into the world of brown hair.
“Been wanting to experiment like this for a long time and here it is.”

Kendra looks great.
And you can practically feel her enthusiasm about this new ‘do emanating through the screen.

But she promises that she’s still the Kendra whom fans have come to know over the years.

Several people suggested that she dye her hair red. Let her live her life, folks.

Everyone’s a critic.
Each individual will have to decide for themselves if Kendra looks older or younger, since fans and followers have very different takeaways.
One might say that she looks the same age, but just with brown hair.
But her carefree attitude and the emotional relief that comes from putting an end to a troubled marriage could account for why some fans perceive her to look younger now.
In other words: it’s not the hair, it’s the Hank. Or Hanklessness.
Stress really can make a person seem more tired and therefore older, which could absolutely account for why fans see her looking so different here.
At the same time … she’s also posing in a youthful, carefree manner.
And one should always consider that perhaps a celebrity’s fans and followers are just, you know, being nice.
The critics who said that she looks older or less distinctive or whatever, conversely, may have simply being being unkind because saying rude things to beautiful celebrities on social media makes them feel better about themselves.
Also, beauty is subjective.

Kim Kardashian Jokes About Kanye West Split, Shows Actual Sense of Humor
Based on, like, every Kim Kardashian photo of all-time, we’re well aware that this reality star has cleavage.
Like, A LOT of cleavage.
But who would have guessed that Kim also has a sense of humor?!?
We’re not trying to be mean here, it’s just… when was the last time you heard Kim say anything funny or even especially original?
Perhaps aware of her reputation as wooden and boring, Kardashian jumped on Twitter this week and made an actual joke.
In response to Kanye West returning to Twitter and, among other ramblings, stating that he wants to “get rid of everything,” the rapper’s wife shot back:
Wait…EVERYTHING?!?!?!
She even included an emoji of a woman raising her hand afterward:
Good friend Chrissy Teign (who has never had a problem being funny) played along with Kim’s divorce quip, Tweeting in reply to the above message:
“I have an air mattress here and I have been itching to bust it out if you need.”
And this prompted Kardashian to continue with her joke, proving she’s capable of actually playing along:
Might need some more for the kids? Just not clear on what everything really means. I need clarity. Thanks for being such a good friend.
Maybe John can call and inquire? But maybe he means friends too? This is confusing.
Kardashian has been focusing a lot on her bikini body these days.
(She also Tweeted this yesterday: “Day 1 of my cleanse is done and I didn’t cheat. I was even surrounded my donuts. I’m really proud of myself.”)
As a result, is it possible she’s been ignoring Kanye’s needs?
Has her marriage suffered in the wake of her and West welcoming a third child a few months ago?
Has everything they’ve been through over the past couple years finally taken a fatal toll on the twosome’s marriage?
No, of course not.
We’re just being silly here, much as Kim was very obviously being in her series of Tweets.
Aware that many websites out there would run with this story as if there was actual trouble in Kimye paradise, the former sex tape star and producer made an attempt to stop this rumor before it got started.
She concluded her string of Kanye-related Tweets as follows:
“For anyone who has absolutely no humor in their soul please know my tweets are a joke and I will die laughing if I see blogs and media really think I am being serious.
“So don’t even try it.”
You probably won’t be shocked to learn that a handful of blogs out there did, indeed, try it.
But not The Hollywood Gossip!
We were never fooled and we are not desperate enough for clicks that we’ll run some misleading headline about Kim and Kanye.
Back in early 2017, there appeared to be a few legitimate rumors about a possible Kardashian and West break-up. So, yes, we published those a few times.
However, the stars seem stronger than ever now, having overcome Kim’s robbery in Paris and Kanye’s subsequent mental breakdown a couple years back.
They now have three kids at home and seem content to actually remain farther out of the spotlight than ever before.
Maybe Kanye will release a new album at some point?
Perhaps Kim will pose nude once again in Playboy?
Until then, however, the Internet is forced to conjure up stories about the relationship based on a few clearly sarcastic Tweets.
A whole lot has changed, hasn’t it?

Theresa Caputo and Larry Caputo: Long Island Medium Trailer Shows Their Split
In late 2017, Long Island Medium stars Theresa Caputo and Larry Caputo called it quits after 28 years of marriage.
It"s a huge change for the couple.
And, as you"ll see below in the trailer for the new season, it"s going to change things on the show. Will viewers like the new dynamic?
In the trailer for the new season, one particularly tense scene shows the relationship breakdown between Theresa and Larry.
Larry, speaking through tears, says:
"It"s not good for either one of us. We can"t go on like this."
Theresa then says:
"And I feel like I am at this breaking point."
Larry responds that it might not be a bad thing that she feels that way.
"Sometimes it has to get to that point"
Because it"s a trailer, it"s hard to say how many words were exchanged after that, but we see Theresa get up and walk off, looking upset.
That"s going to be a lot to take in.
In a less dire scene, Theresa explains to a friend exactly what things are like with her and Larry.
"Right now, we"re separated."
After 28 years.
And she explains where he has gone.
"He went to LA."
And she says that she knows that this whole situation — the conflict and the separation itself — isn"t just impacting her and Larry.
"Naturally, I speak with my children and I know this is hard for them."
But Theresa does get into how her separation from Larry gets to her.
It even impacts her as she films Long Island Medium.
"The hardest thing that I have to do is to move forward and do it without Larry."
That has to be so difficult.
"That"s my struggle."
There"s more to just mourning the loss of your relationship and the emotional pain from that.
Sometimes, it"s the little things. Habits that you were both in for nearly three decades. You"re not accustomed to doing certain things alone.
Last December, Larry Caputo broke his silence on the split.
He will also be featured this season, as you can clearly see in the trailer and as we"ve already mentioned.
So any viewers and fans who have concerns that people are only going to get Theresa"s "side" of the separation can lay those fears to rest.
That said, the show is called Long Island Medium, not Long Island Husband.
It is, first and foremost, about Theresa"s work as a medium.
The trailer does spend a lot of time focusing on Theresa"s work, whether she"s speaking to a crowd or doing a one-on-one session.
She even has a number of celebrity guests, including Tituss Burguss from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Robert Patrick, an actor who is perhaps best known for playing bad guys or unfriendly good guys on shows such as The X-Files and Stargate: Atlantis.
Patrick also portrayed the primary antagonist of Terminator 2.
There are a lot of tears and there"s a lot of powerful emotion and relief in this trailer.
For a number of reasons, it looks like this season of Long Island Medium is going to be intense. Take a look!
