Big Brother Recap: Did Swaggy C Survive Eviction Night?
Kaitlyn Herman decided to blow up her alliance in favor of making one of the biggest moves in Big Brother history, but did it all come together?
We picked up at the top of the hour with Swaggy blindsided to be put on the block by someone he thought was close to him in the game.
It turns out, every single comment you make in the game can be manipulated to benefit someone else, and that’s what happened here.
Swaggy has been open with some houseguests about his plans, and he did claim that Kaitlyn was the lowest person on the totem pole in the alliance.
It presented the perfect opportunity for Tyler to turn Kaitlyn against her allies, and it worked. Bayliegh went up to the HOH room to comfort a teary-eyed Kaitlyn.
Bayliegh admitted to the audience that she knew she would need to take a new approach to deal with the news about Swaggy.
She opened up to Kaitlyn and said that Swaggy was not immediately targeting her and that there were other targets who could be taken out instead.
Meanwhile, Swaggy, Rockstar, Faysal, and Scottie chatted in the Have Not room, and Swaggy was adamant there was still time to change the tide.
He said that the key to surviving the week would be to get through to both Tyler and Kaitlyn. Yes, Swaggy’s side of the house recognized that Tyler was the one in Kaitlyn’s ear.
Swaggy even had a chat with Sam and opened up about his troubled childhood and how he created the Swaggy persona. It was almost believable … until he hit up the Diary Room to say that he was acting.
Heck, it even made Sam question whether she should use her power on him. By the time the eviction rolled around, the house was well and truly divided.
- Bayleigh votes to evict: Winston
- Brett votes to evict: Swaggy
- Kaycee votes to evict: Swaggy
- Tyler votes to evict: Swaggy
- Angie votes to evict: Winston
- Haleigh votes to evict: Winston
- Faysal votes to evict: Winston
- Scottie votes to evict: Swaggy
- JC votes to evict: Swaggy
- Angela votes to evict: Swaggy
- Rachel votes to evict: Swaggy
- Sam votes to evict: Swaggy
Swaggy has been evicted!
Swaggy left the house but refused to hug Haleigh on the way out the door. He later found out that Haleigh was not the one to vote him out.
Awkward.
In any case, it was all down to the HOH competition to see who would have the power for another week.
It played out as follows:
- Round 1: Kaycee eliminated
- Round 2: Tyler, Angela, Bayleigh, Winston, JC, Brett, Haleigh eliminated
- Round 3: Sam eliminated Round 4: All safe.
- Round 5: Angie eliminated
- Round 6: Faysal eliminated
- Round 7: Both safe – Scottie & Rachel remain Tie-breaker: Scottie wins!
The final round was tense because Rachel kept getting a little too excited at the prospect of winning the competition. But when she turned her board around to Julie, it was muddled with different numbers.
With Scottie being loyal to Tyler for taking him off the block, it remains to be seen whether FOUTE will continue to lose ground.

Sister Wives Season 9 Episode 3 Recap: I Will Survive
Another episode of Sister Wives can only mean one thing: More drama for the Brown family.
When Sister Wives Season 9 Episode 3 got underway, Madison and Caleb had a shock announcement for their loved ones.
The duo was in town with the family under the impression that they were there to celebrate Madison turning twenty-one.
While they wanted the whole family there, Meri was still out of town trying to make her dream of having a bed and breakfast a reality.
Back to the exciting news. Madison confirmed she was expecting a child with Caleb, and everyone seemed happy!
Madison called Meri to let her know the news, and while she was glad, she was too busy to allow the information soak in.
She was crafting a life for herself outside of the family, but her loved ones remained skeptical about all of it. Meri has been through it all during her time on the series.
She deserves happiness, and it’s clear she is not getting what she needs by staying close to the family. She has aspirations and wants to make sure her life is fulfilled.
The reservations from her family are warranted, however. Utah was the state that ousted the family all those years ago. That’s likely why some of the family members feel less than welcome there.
As you will probably know if you watch Sister Wives online, the state went guns blazing for the family and even threatened to charge them for their polygamous lifestyle.
There were lengthy legal battles as the family vowed to clear its name. They did not want to be seen as criminals, and they felt the state was criminalizing them.
While the others were on the fence about the potential of moving back there, Christine was profoundly against it. But Christine was in a world of her own. She knew they were going back at one point, but felt like it was best to keep quiet about it.
She had moved on and was not interested in having her life scrutinized any longer. She had a point.
Elsewhere, Janelle was getting scared about the prospect of performing at Mykelti’s wedding shower. It was only a lip-sync, but it was still a difficult thing to do for someone who is nervous.
Janelle was worried that if she bailed, Mykelti would be mad because it would look like she did not approve of her getting married so young, and that was far from the case.
While Janelle was fretting, nobody seemed to question whether Meri would be able to participate. It’s not like she’s been hanging around of late. Meri countered that she wanted something that meant they would mirror one another.
Christine was against this because she wanted every wife to get their own unique take on things. Yeah, that’s not going to go well.
Aspyn stepped in as the event planner and wasted no time in getting stuff done swiftly. She ran a tight ship, and that could be the saving grace for this event.
Aspyn was not amused with Christine trying to change things up at the drop of a hat and reiterated that she was the one in control as the event planner.
The stars aligned and the bridal shower went off without a hitch. But there was trouble afoot: Toni’s entire family bought Mykelti lingerie and that shocked Christine to the core.
The wives were shocked, but they couldn’t say anything because Toni’s family had embraced their way of life, so it made sense for them to do the same.

Grey"s Anatomy Season 14 Episode 4 Recap: Did Amelia Survive?
Who is Amelia Shepherd?
That was the big question on Grey’s Anatomy Season 14 Episode 4 when the character underwent surgery to remove the tumor that has been taking up residence in her brain for the last few years.
If you watch Grey’s Anatomy online, you will already know that Amelia has been all over the place since she started appearing on the show.
Leaving her husband and job behind in Los Angeles, she appeared in Grey Sloan Memorial and immediately ruffled feathers. He mood was ever-changing, and people questioned whether she was crazy.
With her erratic behavior, you would think the brain tumor storyline had been on the cards since her entrance. She underwent the surgery to have the tumor removed.
The show did a great job to show off what was going on in Amelia’s mind as she struggled to communicate with her friends and family in the aftermath of the operation.
Eventually, she came around and was her same irrational self. She struggled to come to terms with losing the tumor and felt like something was missing from her head.
In the end, DeLuca said that it was because she grew up for so long with the tumor undetected, and she realized what was going on.
She told Owen she knew he was dumping her. For that reason, she would be moving back in with her sisters. Owen gave her the whole in sickness and health schtick, and she decided to give their relationship one last try.
Meanwhile, Nathan brought Megan’s son into the U.S., and it resulted in one of the most beautiful scenes of the entire series. It made sense because Megan was trying to flee the hospital at the top of the hour.
Meredith also reiterated to Megan that Nathan and she were not going to happen and that she should try and make a go of things with him because they could be a family.
On top of that, he went across the world to bring her sick son into the U.S. for her. If that’s not love, then I don’t know what is.
Then there were the new interns. All of them were wrecks, and they should not be working in the hospital, but Bailey and Webber had to pick some of them.
Will the hospital be able to remain a good one with the six new idiots in training? That will be an exciting watch.
Also, Jo found herself in a tricky situation when Meredith’s surgery was making it into the press and Jo had to say she did not want to be part of the article in case her psycho husband showed up to kill her.
That’s a wrap, you guys! What did you think of all the drama?

The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 15 Recap: Did Sasha Survive?
Did Sasha manage to take down Negan?
That was a key question on The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 15 when it became apparent the end was near for some of our favorite characters.
When the episode got underway, Sasha was being held captive by Negan. David appeared in the room and tried to rape her, so she head butted him. Negan appeared and was less than impressed with his actions, so he killed him.
Negan recognized Sasha from the day he killed Glenn and Abraham and questioned whether Rick and his group were in on her plan. Negan left Sasha and the corpse in the cell, but it was not long before Eugene appeared.
Sasha was dazed and confused as her former ally tried to explain why he was not joining in the fight against Negan. This shocked Sasha who thought about joining the Saviors. Later, she revealed that she was ready to die and wanted Eugene to give her a blade to do the job.
Her hopes of making a getaway were dashed when Eugene gave her the pill he made to kill Negan a few weeks back. Sasha fell to the floor as she realized Eugene was part of the issue by joining the Saviors.
Elsewhere, Tara and the Alexandrians made their way to Oceanside to steal their weapons. Tara managed to get into the compound undetected. She went straight for Tonya, but she did not agree to join them.
Sindy felt betrayed that Tara would show up like that after promising she would not say a word to anyone. Tara was quick to point out that the Saviors are taking all over the other groups out.
Bombs started going off outside the compound. It was all part of Tara’s plan to scare them into joining the battle against Negan. When walkers appeared, the two teams joined forces to take the walkers down.
Tonya disappeared to lay down, but Sindy said she wanted to join the fight and take the Saviors down once and for all. The Alexandrians took the guns and vowed to bring them back when the war was over.
Sindy thanked Tara for being so brave and going to war. Tara smiled as she left the compound with her people and saying she did not feel bad about the guns.
To be fair, she had a point. She and her people were going to make Atlanta safe once again from the villains.
At Hilltop, Gregory got ready to stick the knife in Maggie’s back when she was not looking, but he decided against it because he was scared.
When the walkers appeared, Maggie was the one who saved him. Gregory looked pathetic as other members of his group looked on in disgust at a pregnant woman saving his life.
Finally, the group returned to Alexandria to find Rosita with Dwight. Daryl tried to kill him, but he said he wanted to join them to get away from the Saviors.
Oh, the drama.
What did you think of all the drama?

Game of Thrones Recap: The Hound Returns, but will Arya Survive?!
Can we just go ahead and say that that no one is really dead on Game of Thrones? Don’t get me wrong, the show is great and all, but having everyone return to the land of the living can get old super quick.
The latest person to return from the dead is The Hound. As much as he is a fantastic character, it was perfectly clear that his new outlook on life (thanks to Ian McShane’s Ray) wasn’t going to last very long.
The Hound is at his best when he’s making snarky comments to people. Ray seemed like he was going to be in the show for quite some time, but after helping The Hound come to terms with his new lease on life, he and the rest of the people in his group were brutally murdered.
All of this happened while The Hound was off cutting some wood. Note to self: Never leave anyone behind to go cut some wood!
The episode was actually pretty fitting. It showed us his rise back into the person we loved, but then it showed us poor little Arya Stark getting stabbed several times and thrown in a canal. At that moment, it became clear that the chances of these two ever reuniting are pretty slim.
Arya was very stupid to just be looking out over that bridge and not looking around her. It was very obvious that the Waif was going to try and kill her. Arya secured her place on a boat, but right now it seems like she won’t be making it on to it.
Her storyline ended this week with her limping through the streets of Braavos with blood pouring out of her stomach. Sucks to be a Stark, right?!
Meanwhile, Jon, Sansa and Davos were doing the rounds to try and get a huge army to take on the Boltons, but they came across many hurdles. The little girl (Lyanna) who ruled Bear Island was freaking hilarious and it was pretty darn clear she could talk her way out of anything.
Both Jon and Sansa’s speeches floundered and made little sense, so good old Davos stepped up to the challenge and secured them sixty two soldiers.
They were totally wondering if it was worth their efforts, but when there’s a war looming, you need to take the hand you’ve been given.
Their next stop was House Glover and that’s where Sansa reminded Lord Glover about his house’s allegiance to the Starks, but it didn’t help much.
All of this resulted in Sansa writing a letter to someone as she grew more desperate to go after Ramsey for his crimes, but we don’t quite know who it was addressed to. My gut is telling me that it’s going to Little finger and he’ll probably help. Desperate times really do call for desperate measures in Westeros.
Over in King’s Landing, Olenna made her frustrations clear to Margaery and the Septum, but she got a glimmer of hope when Margaery planted a picture on her that proved she was playing the Sparrow. It was something we all knew, but is Tommen in on the long con, too?
Olenna departed King’s Landing, but she threw a few zingers at Cersei before she left. She made it clear to Cersei that everything is her fault and that she has lost the power forever. Cersei obviously didn’t take this too well, but something tells me she has a plan up her sleeve to get back on top.
There wasn’t a lot of Theon and Yara, but Yara’s one-liners were comedy gold. Yara was never a great character when she first appeared, but she’s been on fire this season and all of her scenes have been great. The two siblings agree to go after Daenerys and make a pact with her, but will they really be able to get the Queen on their side?
Will they even get near to her? The two of them should probably have a wash before they get there. You’d think with them always being near to water they’d actually use it.
The downfall of the Lannisters continued when Jaime made it to Riverrun and Brynden made it clear that he won’t be vacating the castle any time soon. It’s thrilling to see the Lannisters be totally ruined. Jaime was understandably pissed about the whole thing, but is he willing to wait the two years until Brynden and his team’s supplies run out?
Did anyone else want Jaime to slap the two Frey men silly? They’re responsible for the red wedding and seem to think that they are untouchable. No one is untouchable on this show. The two of them were freaking annoying and made me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon.
The episode did suffer from having too much going on. Would it hurt them to slow down a little? Arya literally had two minutes. That’s not enough for a character of that calibre.
They could have easily trimmed some of The Hound’s return and gave us some goodies from elsewhere. It would be nice to get a return visit to Dorne to see what’s happening with Ellaria. It seems like she’s poised to become one of those forgotten characters.

Kate Middleton Would Never Survive The Hunger Games
In the words of Kristen Taekman, at least she"s pretty.
JK, the Duchess of Cambridge seems to be wonderful at everything – tennis, skiing, yoga, dating princes, diplomatic relations, motherhood…the list goes on.
Her Royal Highness is not, it appears, wonderful at archery. Or darts, for that matter.
Catherine and Prince William landed in Bhutan today for a two-day visit, where they met their equally popular hosts, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and his wife, Queen Jetsun Pema. The royal couple, who have been dubbed "Bhutan"s Will and Kate," welcomed their first child, a boy in February.
The Duke and Duchess (in a Paul & Joe cape paired with a skirt made with Bhutanese fabric) took part in an archery demonstration, put on to highlight the country"s national sport (it"s like baseball, but a bit more dangerous).
Let"s see how Bill and Cath did below, shall we?

The Voice Recap: Nine Will Enter, Only Four Will Survive
After three consecutive weeks of The Voice results that saw this fall’s Top 12 whittled down to nine, things are about to get real on NBC.
Of the nine singers who gave it their all Monday night, only FOUR will move on Tuesday when the results are announced. High stakes.
Barrett Baber (Team Blake) sang “Ghost” by Ella Henderson, giving it a country-soul flavor and possibly punching his ticket to the next round.
Shelby Brown (Team Adam) sang “Even God Must Get the Blues” by Jo Dee Messina. She sounded awesome, but will it stand out with voters?
Jeffery Austin (Team Gwen) chose “Believe” by Cher. Talk about going for broke with one of more more iconic artists out there. Will it pay off?
Braiden Sunshine (Team Gwen) picked “Amazing Grace.” He was terrific, though it remains to be seen if this will help him leapfrog five others.
Zach Seabaugh (Team Blake) pulled out “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus, again bringing energy and stage presence along with surprising versatility.
Madi Davis (Team Pharrell) took on “Big Girls Don’t Cry” by The Four Seasons. An understated but strong performance, it should keep her in this thing.
Emily Ann Roberts (Team Blake) was next with “9 to 5” by Dolly Parton. She was out of her comfort zone but she had fun, and it was a good thing.
Amy Vachal (Team Adam) belted out “Make You Feel My Love” by Adele. And she made it her own, even in a similarly stripped-down arrangement.
Jordan Smith (Team Adam) went with “Somebody to Love” by Queen, and his big, bold effort combined with his range brought the house down.
What did you think of the semifinal round? Who is destined to make it to the final four, and which five singers will be out of here? Discuss.

The Voice Recap: Top 11 Perform, Who Will Survive?
Following the latest rule change and The Voice results show that saw only one singer cut last week, 11 remain to fight for the Season 9 title.
Only one artist will exit after Tuesday’s episode, bringing us down to 10, and then one more next Tuesday, paring the field down to 9 singers.
Then … FIVE will exit at once the following week, giving us our final four. So basically, all of these early weeks are auditions for that night.
Let’s see how the Top 11 did Monday night on that note …
Shelby Brown: “You and I” by Lady Gaga
Seeing Shelby sing something that wasn’t true country (though Gaga’s epic track has a tinge of it and more) was a highlight of the evening.
Evan McKeel: “Smile” by Nat King Cole
Known for his energetic performances, Evan dialed it back, seeking to connect the audience to a moving song with an infectious message.
Barrett Baber: “Delta Dawn” by Tanya Tucker
Basically doing his thing, Barrett’s gritty voice and presence were more than up to the task; Voice voters will decide whether to keep him.
Korin Bukowski: “Only Hope” by Mandy Moore
Looking to bounce back from being last week’s Instant Save, Korin delivered a tender performance and looked even more like Coach Gwen.
Amy Vachal: “Blank Space” by Taylor Swift
Great cover and arrangement by Coach Adam, as this Taylor Swift hit felt original, unique and special in its own right. Will it be enough?
Zach Seabaugh: “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not” by Thompson Square
It is what it is at this point for Zach. He needs the teenage girls to vote him on and he did little to disappoint them with his latest effort.
Madi Davis: “Love is Blindness” by U2
It was a U2 cover, but Madi channeled her inner Adele and … we don’t even know what. But it left her in tears, and Pharrell leaping from his seat.
Braiden Sunshine: “True” by Spandau Ballet
Coach Gwen said she is trying to avoid the stigma of being a 15-year-old, but was a song that preceded him by decades asking too much?
Jordan Smith: “Who You Are” by Jessie J
Like Madi, Jordan was in tears by the end of this, because it just “feels so good to say it, that it’s OK to be who you are.” He’s also a great singer.
Emily Ann Roberts: “Why Not Me” by The Judds
Coach Blake praised her for turning a Judds song into a bluegrass number, and while she may play to a niche audience, she does it with panache.
Jeffery Austin: “Dancing on My Own” by Robyn
Range. That’s what Jeff boasts more than anything else, and this was yet another prime case of why he’s here and may have staying power.
Who do you think will get the chop tonight? And who do you think has the horses to survive not only Tuesday, but until the final four?

Lamar Odom to Survive Overdose, But Months of Rehab (and Likely Some Permanent Damage) Ahead
It’s looking increasingly likely that Lamar Odom will survive his near death experience from last week, but it will be a long, uphill battle ahead.
Lamar’s friends and family are being told by doctors that the rehabilitation process he faces will take many months, with uncertain success.
Reports that Lamar Odom is awake and talking, when many felt he was a goner just days ago, were a surprising and welcome development.
He is not out of the woods yet, however. Far from it, it turns out.
According to medical insiders, he needs physical, speech, and other therapists working with him around the clock for the foreseeable future.
Odom was obviously not declared brain dead in the sense that he can never recover, but doctors say the extent of the damage is unclear.
Will he ever be back to full strength, physically and mentally?
The term “near death experience” is thrown around casually to the point where we’re numb to it, but here it was quite literally the case.
Lamar’s heart and brain were on the verge of shutting down when the 35-year-old fell unconscious at a Nevada brothel early last week.
A pair of prostitutes found Odom and called for help, and had they not done so right away, he might not even be with us at this juncture.
His estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, is by his bedside in Vegas and has vowed to stay with him through the entire ordeal, rehab and all.
She has kept a constant vigil by his side since Odom was found, despite the fact that they finalized their divorce documents this summer.
The divorce papers will not be signed by a judge for 2-4 months, however, due to a court backlog, meaning they remain legally married.
Call it semantics or not, Khloe has always said that if it were up to her, they would still be married and happily; Lamar is her true love.
Khloe has said nothing about her intentions with Lamar going forward, or how her this might impact things with boyfriend James Harden.
It’s clear that by sticking by him through this, and by dragging out their divorce for two years prior, what she wants most is to save him.
We wish both of them the best on the road ahead.
