Prince Harry & Meghan Markle: Engaged, Just Waiting to Make Announcement (Report)
Rumors about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle getting engaged have been circulating pretty much from the time the world learned they were dating.
As a result, we’re highly skeptical of any new reports that Harry has quietly put a ring on it, and the couple is just waiting for the right moment to share their big news with the public.
That said, in recent weeks, the photogenic couple has been more open about their relationship than ever before, leading even the most wary of skeptics to suspect that an engagement announcement is forthcoming.
Harry and Meghan traveled to Africa last month in order to celebrate her birthday, and many now believe that Harry surreptitiously popped the question during the trip.
Those who subscribe to the theory believe there are multiple reasons that Meghan has not been wearing her ring in public and that the engagement is being kept a secret kept by the Royals.
For starters, Meg and Harry understandably did not want to overshadow the twentieth anniversary of the death of Princess Diana.
On top of that, everything the Royals do is carefully coordinated, and it’s not like Harry and Meghan can just post a ring pic on Facebook and be done with it.
There are protocols to be followed, media demands to be met.
The whole affair of announcing the engagement publicly is reportedly so closely managed that within the walls of Buckingham Palace, it’s been given the code name of Operation Princess.
After much discussion, the Royal PR team has reportedly chosen a date and venue for Harry and Meghan to make their first appearance as an engaged couple.
The Invictus Games begin September 23, and since the event has always been important to Harry, and it will this year be held in Meghan’s adopted hometown of Toronto, it’s thought to be the perfect place to announce the engagement.
Sources say Harry’s decision to propose to Meghan initially received some push-back from family members who objected to the idea of an American actress being granted a royal title.
It seems Meghan has won over the stodgier Royals, however, and even her most ardent former critics have come to embrace the Suits star.
“Harry’s father is just keen for him to settle down and be happy,” an insider recently told The Daily Mail.
“Both Charles and Camilla are understood to have held back from expressing views, keen that Harry should have his own space to make his own decision.”
So be on the alert the week of September 23.
We get the feeling the Invictus Games are about to be overshadowed by some long-awaited news.

Kailyn Lowry: Throwing Shade at Javi Marroquin, Filming Teen Mom 2, Still Waiting For Baby
We’d say Kailyn Lowry has a lot on her plate these days, but that’s obvious.
As with every other star of MTV’s most popular franchise, drama is a constant in Kailyn’s life, but these days, Lowry is dealing with a lot, even by the standards of a Teen Mom.
And that’s saying something.
Any day now, Kailyn will welcome her third child.
On top of that, Lowry’s been throwing shade on Twitter, subtly expressing her disapproval of her Javi Marroquin’s new relationship.
In case you haven’t heard, Javi is dating Lauren Comeau, a South Carolina resident whom he was introduced to online by mutual friends.
Kailyn seems to think it’s more than tad ridiculous that Javi and Lauren are getting serious after just a couple weeks, despite living in separate states, and she made her feelings known in a tweet.
It was nothing too malicious.
She just pointed out to both parties that their date looked an awful lot like a date she and Javi went on early in their relationship.
Really, no way to interpret that as non-shady, but it looks like Kailyn is in no hurry to apologize.
“It’d be nice for me to take it easy on ya, but nah,” Kailyn tweeted today.
It’s a line from Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry” and unless Kail is engaged in some other beef we don’t know about, it seems like it’s squarely directed at Javi.
Meanwhile, Kail isn’t just resting up and waiting for her baby to arrive.
No, according to another tweet, she’s still very much on her MTV grind:
“I might wear makeup to film today. Imagine that,” she tweeted.
Yes, Kailyn is still filming, despite being nine months pregnant.
Now fans are wondering how long that might continue.
Will an MTV camera crew follow Kailyn into the delivery room?
It would certainly make for one of the show’s most memorable special episodes to date.

We get the feeling her storyline this season is about to be one of the show’s most drama-packed to date.

Prince Harry: Waiting on Queen"s Permission to Propose to Meghan Markle?
Pretty much from the time we learned that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are dating, rumors about the two of them getting hitched have been circulating on social media non-stop.
Obviously, the talk of Harry and Meghan getting engaged is a bit premature, but it’s not hard to see how fans of the couple might have gotten the idea that they’re moving at breakneck speed.
After all, Harry has never seemed this committed before.
In fact, there may be just one thing holding him back from popping the question – a law, and a beloved monarch.
Yes, according to People magazine, conditions first laid out in the Royal Marriages Act of 1772 require Harry and Meghan to seek Queen Elizabeth II’s permission before they can wed.
The restrictions have been eased considerably over the years, but as anyone who’s watched The Crown knows, the Queen pretty much has the final say on marriages involving members of her family.
It’s an old-school tradition, but the royals are an old school lot.
It’s unlikely that the Queen would veto the union, and if for some bizarre reason she did, Harry would probably just renounce his title and marry her anyway.
But as long as he’s prince, Harry is fifth in line to the thrown (behind Prince George and Princess Charlotte, which must sting a bit), which means he’s expected to ask for the Queen’s permission before he puts a ring on Meghan’s finger.
It’s more custom than requirement these days, but experts say it’s a tradition that Harry will almost certainly observe.
Interestingly, the magazine’s sources say that it looks as though Meghan has yet to meet the Queen, so we guess the engagement isn’t as much of a done deal as some folks seem to believe.
The situation begs the question – has she goggled Meghan?
Does the queen google?
Has she been asking Buckingham Palace staff about Suits only to find that it’s only watched by a total of 18 trailer park residents, all scattered throughout different flyover states?

Adrienne Bailon and Israel Houghton: We"re Waiting Until Marriage! To Bone!
Adrienne Bailon is getting set to exchange more than just vows with Israel Houghton.
She is also getting set to exchange bodily fluids for the first time.
For the first time with Houghton, that is.
The former singer and current talk show host was recently asked by People Magazine about a bridal shower thrown in her honor, with the publication inquiring:
Were any dirty games played at the event?
“I cannot even say what the games were! Just kidding,” Bailon responded, added by way of explanation:
“They were kind of risqué. We are saving ourselves for marriage so [Jeannie Mai] let the games be a little more risqué leading up to things.”
Wait, what?
We think the lede was buried on that one.
The party was hosted by West Hollywood eatery Fig & Olive and it feature a Paris theme. The City of Love, right? Makes perfect sense.
But, hold on. Back up, please!
Bailon is not having sex with her fiancee until they are Husband and Wife?!?
The ex-Cheetah Girl didn’t elaborate on the reason why, but we’ll go ahead and make one up ourselves.
Might she still be burned by her most famous relationship?
Remember, Bailon didn’t just date Rob Kardashian for a number of years. She claims she was also cheated on by Rob Kardashian.
She said back in September that Kardashian is a “great guy,” but…
“I will say this, I think anybody who’s been in a relationship where they were cheated on or hurt, it affects you… It affected me so much that I made it a conscious decision to not do that to the next person.”
She added:
“He was 21 years old at the time. We were super young… This is old news. With that being said, being cheated on will make you question yourself.”
So, who knows, right?
Maybe Bailon felt burned and maybe now she decided to go in the opposite direction.
Maybe now she decided to just take sex out of the equation, so that she and Houghton could focus on other things, unrelated to one another’s body.
Or maybe each has found God and/or religion.
It’s unclear.
But this isn’t the first time a celebrity has waited until marriage before getting it on with his or her significant other.

Jennifer Garner: STILL Waiting For Ben Affleck to File for Divorce!
It’s been six months since we first learned that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner had separated, and after all that time, the couple is still suffering through one of the most confusing relationship arrangements since Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s “conscious uncoupling.”
Sources recently told People magazine that Ben and Jen find living together to be “annoying,” but they’re continuing to cohabit for the sake of their kids.
Even more baffling is the fact that half a year after mutually deciding to call it quits, neither party has taken any steps to end their marriage.
“Jen feels that Ben gave up working on the marriage, so it’s up to him to file,” a source tells Us magazine.
The insider adds that Affleck has a “strategy as to when and where” he will take legal action, adding, “Ben will file for divorce when he is ready.”
The source adds that while Ben is still living on the sprawling property that he co-owns with Jen, the two of them have very little contact with one another:
“Ben and Jen are together only for the kids, not romantically,” says the insider. “They are almost never together alone without the kids. They don’t hang out. It’s a cordial relationship.”
Well, no wonder Ben hasn’t filed for divorce! Based on that description, it sounds like the typical Hollywood marriage!
