Chris Massey is in pretty serious trouble with the law.
The former Zoey 101 star and is accused of pushing his girlfriend, Cassalei Jackson, to the ground at the Marquee Club in the Cosmopolitan hotel.
Multiple outlets confirmed he was detained by security at the time and then booked for battery and misdemeanor domestic violence on Sunday after authorities arrived in Las Vegas a result of the alleged incident.
The actor was released on bail shortly later after being taken into custody.
Cassalei Jackson is the daughter of Shar Jackson, who is the mother of two kids with Kevin Federline.
She shared a photo of Massey’s arm around her on Instagram Monday morning; it was the same photo Chris had shared several days ago, though Jackson did NOT include the caption Chris wrote at that time.
It reads: “I love you. No matter what I always got your back.”
Back in 2014, Massey made headlines after rapper Lil Twist beat him with brass knuckles and took his pants off during an argument at a party.
The altercation occurred at the Los Angeles home of Massey’s brother Kyle, who’s also an actor and who appeared as a contestants on Dancing with the Stars.
Massey is yet to comment on the arrest. He is due back in court for a hearing on May 10.
