If you ever wonder what happened to Mo"Nique, she"s working her butt off. 

And her waist and her thighs and her arms.

 

The actress recently shared a swimsuit pic to Instagram, showcasing a staggering 100 pound weight loss – and she looks incredible.

She posted the pic above, posing with two friends in a black one-piece with a cinched waist.

"HEY SISTERS. THE 40 AND OLDER CLUB. AT YHE BEACH HAVING A BALL," she captioned the photo.

How"d she do it?

Duh, she"s a celebrity and has means and resources.

But her determination is something money can"t buy.

She"s been working out in high intensity dance routines with dance and fitness instructor Dwight Holt, and it actually looks pretty fun.

The Oscar-winning actress shared the video below of one of her workouts, along with an inspiring message:

"Hey my babies. To think that me and @the_takehomestylist wanted to not play today. We were complaining how hot it was and trying our best to be LAZY.

"Baby @dwightholtjr was not having it. PUSH YOURSELF TO A SURPRISE. WOW. I feel amazing that I didn"t quit today. WHATEVER YOU DO DON"T QUIT."

In 2013, Mo"Nique flaunted a weight loss milestone when she whittled her physique down from 300 to 218 pounds.

Kailyn Lowry Flaunts Dramatic Weight Loss

Kailyn Lowry is feeling pretty confident about her figure at the moment.

Just ask Kailyn Lowry herself.

The Teen Mom star has had a rough time in the aftermath of her split from Javi Marroquin and has now focused her efforts on making herself a revenge body that will no doubt have  Marroquin trying to get back in her good graces. 

He did kind of try to get forgiveness from her on this week’s special reunion show, as you can note below:

Alas, it was too little too late, as it seems that Kailyn has moved on with Becky Hayter and appears happy.

It probably didn’t help that Javi accused Kailyn of cheating in a recent episode of Teen Mom 2. It was unsettling to watch and it showed that this relationship was like fighting a losing battle. 

It’s one thing to have your partner deployed in an unknown location, but it’s another to then be accused of cheating while caring for the kids.

The end of their relationship was all but solidified when Lowry revealed that she and Marroquin had actually been apart since the end of 2015. 

This wasn’t all that shocking considering MTV wouldn’t have taken too kindly to having nearly a full season of Teen Mom 2 waiting in the wings with the two of them together. 

Producers were no doubt trying to keep the couple quiet about the end of their relationship in a bid to have it come as a shock to viewers of the show. 

There would be nothing more boring than witnessing the happy times of a couple, fully knowing that they’d be apart a few episodes later. 

That wouldn’t make for good television. It would probably have hurt the ratings for the show dramatically.

For now, it seems that even Javi has moved on, but does his new squeeze have a banging body to match Kailyn’s?

Either way, things are looking up for Kailyn, so there’s that.

You may have heard the news that Courtney Stodden is pregnant with her first child.

She captioned the pic with a message condemning the fat-shaming of pregnant women, which, sadly, is a thing. (See: Blac Chyna.)

“Stop fat shaming pregnant woman,” Courtney wrote. “Honestly. If our society thinks that it’s actually ok to say a pregnant woman is ‘fat’ there’s something seriously wrong with it.”

She included the hashtags #babyontheway and #picklecocktail, in case you’re wondering what she’s drinking.

The pregnancy news reportedly leaked last month after the child bride and husband Doug Hutchison sent a video to friends of Courtney getting the results of a home pregnancy test.

A few days later, Courtney confirmed the pregnancy, albeit reluctantly.

She said she hadn’t planned on making the announcement so soon, but went ahead after hearing about the leak.

“It’s a bittersweet time for me right now,” Stodden said. “I’m dealing with a lot of stress and emotions surrounding life and its ups and downs.” 

“Doug and I weren’t planning on going public with this so soon.” 

“I’m only four weeks along in my pregnancy. But some things are out of your control,” she added.

Shortly after breaking the news, Courtney revealed that she was suffering from depression.

We don’t know if it’s a longstanding problem, hormone-related or a condition stemming from the fact that she had her life taken away when she married a 50-year-old has-been actor when she was just 16.

Whatever the case, we do hope her spirits rise.

Ariel Winter Flaunts Giant Boobs, Tiny Waist on Instagram

As you probably already know, Ariel Winter has giant boobs.

Even if you’re not familiar with the actress from her work on Modern Family, there’s a good chance you’ve seen one of the many viral pics from her increasingly popular Instagram page.

As you can see, there are two good reasons why Ariel is so popular on social media.

We’re talking, of course, about her impeccably clean bathroom and her remarkable taste in hand towels.

But in all seriousness, we’ve seen Ariel’s breasts on a number of occasions, but somehow we’ve never noticed how tiny her waist is before.

What’s really remarkable (aside from the fact that the girl can stand up) is that this is what Ariel’s Barbie-doll like figure looks like after she underwent breast reduction surgery.

Obviously this isn’t quite as epic as when the many Ariel bikini photos that her most recent vacation yielded, but we’re pretty sure the girl could make a burlap sack with arm and head holes look sexy.

Unfortunately, there’s this odd thing that goes on in her IG comments where it appears that her followers are like 50% pervs (natch) and the other 50% are very vocal weirdos with some political agenda to push.

Oddly, there’s a lot of misogyny from a-holes who think Ariel needs to “cover herself up, gosh darn it!”

Never mind that they’re the ones scrolling through an 18-year-old woman’s Instagram page; the more important point here is that she is covered up!

In her most scantily-clad pics she’s wearing outfits that you could see on any beach in America on any of the day in the summer.

(Okay, maybe not in, like…Juneau or something.)

In fact, that’s the case on just about every page on Instagram!

The site has been known to delete breast feeding photos, so you can be pretty sure that hardcore porn isn’t getting through.

And don’t get us started on the ridiculousness of deleting breast feeding photos.

We don’t like to slip into full Andy Rooney/Dennis Miller rant mode right before naptime, and there are some kids on our lawn who need shooing.

NeNe Leakes Flaunts Massive Weight Loss in New Bikini Pic!

NeNe Leakes has always been known for her curves.

But the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is looking decidedly tinier this week on Instagram, where she shared a recent pic of herself in a string bikini.

Fans gushed over her apparent weight loss, extolling her new figure and wanting to know her secret.

And Leakes answered.

The reality star shared some of her slim down tips with E! News.

“My biggest problem has always been and will always be that I work all day and forget to eat and then I eat late at night with some cocktails,” she said.

“And I don’t eat breakfast! Lately, I’ve been trying to be good and eat something small for breakfast to kick start my metabolism and I’m eating smaller dinners earlier in the evening.”

She says it’s important to first identify your weaknesses and triggers before coming up with a plan of attack.

“We all know what our weaknesses are and what we overindulge in so it’s all about being mindful about what we eat and PORTION CONTROL,” she continued.

“That’s the key…because hunni, we like to eat!

“And having to deprive myself of anything is a no-no for a girl like me!

“Summer fun and sun is right around the corner so that’s a great motivator for me!”

NeNe has never been short on confidence.

Last year, she showed off her curves in a yellow two-piece, and included the hashtags #ageless and #shesgotit in the caption.

There’s still no word on whether her rumored reality show with Kim Zolciak is a go, but if it is, it’s sure to be one bodacious bikini bonanza.

Bella Thorne and the word “f–kboy” are two of the Internet’s favorite things at the moment, so it’s to finally have them together in one convenient selfie:

For once, Bella is not wearing a bikini, but as you can see, she’s hardly covered up.

Demonstrating a complete misunderstanding of how she managed to accrue 11 million followers, Bella chose to focus on her phone case and not her flawless body for this post:

Kylie Jenner Flaunts INSANE Abs in Latest Bikini Selfie

In case you somehow didn’t know, Kylie Jenner enjoys taking selfies.

A particular favorite of hers is the bikini selfie – truly one of the great art forms of the 21st century.

You would think that Kylie would be getting sick of posting pics like the one above considering they probably number in the thousands at this point, but it’s important to remember that she’s one of the medium’s most skilled practitioners.

Kylizzle is to the bikini selfie what Rembrandt was to painting, what Raphael was to sculpting, and what Amber Rose is to tweeting about putting fingers in Kanye West’s butt.

Did she invent the bikini selfie? No.

That honor probably goes to some silent movie star who flashed an ankle and lit a pile of gun powder next to a camera that weighed more than a dozen Kylies.

But like Shakespeare perfected what the Ancient Greeks started, Kylie has elevated the art of showing the world what you look like in swimwear to a new level.

For all the talk of Kylie’s boobs and butt over the past year, lately it’s her abs that have received the most attention, and it’s not hard to see why.

Kylie understands that true artists need to be able to reinvent themselves, or they risk becoming obsolete.

Sure, she could have spent the rest of her life posting pics of her cleavage and her gargantuan lips, but where’s the challenge in that.

Ariel Winter Flaunts HUGE Boobs at Coachella, Internet Rejoices

Ariel Winter is the Internet’s obsession of the moment, and we can think of at least two reasons why…

Yes, if you weren’t aware, Ms. Winter has huge boobs.

In fact, she recently underwent a breast reduction surgery, and they’re still really, really, really quite large.

Ariel attended Coachella over the weekend, and like the many other celebs who decamped to Indio, CA to shell out major bucks for VIP tickets so they could rock out to bands they’d never heard of, she rocked a flesh-baring rich hippie look.

At this point in her career, however, Ariel could stack a dozen flower crowns on top of a four-foot tall Native American headdress, and everyone’s eyes would still go right for the assets that have made her a living legend on Instagram.

Her followers’ somewhat troubling (The girl’s only 18.), but equally understandable obsession really kicked off when Ariel wore a low-cut dress on Easter Sunday and posted some revealing photos of it on social media.

Shortly thereafter, Ariel went on a spring break vacation in the Bahamas, and the resulting photos of her butt in a bikini were an instant hit because the Internet is basically a globally-connected creepy uncle.

Over the weekend, Ariel shared the pics from her Coachella experience, and by now, she certainly knows what kind of response she’ll get.

Maybe she enjoys the attention; maybe it weirds her out, but whatever the case, she shouldn’t have to refrain from posting whatever kind of pics she wants just because her followers have the mentality of a late-’80s Howard Stern.

We encourage Ariel to keep posting pics like this one for as long as she feels like it.

Not because of her Jessica Rabbit-like curves (although we’re certainly fans of those), but because it’s her right, and in today’s age of sex tapes and dick pics, this is downright tame by comparison.

Besides there are way worse things one can get into at Coachella.

We’ll start worrying when Ariel starts posting pics of her popping Molly with Lindsay Lohan.

Caitlyn Jenner Flaunts Cleavage, Promotes New Lipstick

Pssst! Caitlyn Jenner’s eyes are up here, people!

And so are her lips.

The transgender reality star has released the first promotional poster for her very own line up lipstick, although it would be understandable if some folks were more focused on Jenner’s chest than her mouth in the above image.

Because there’s some serious flaunting of some major cleavage going on!

Step-daughter Kim Kardashian must be very proud.

“Finally Free Lipstick is here!” Caitlyn wrote as a caption, mentioning the name of her collaboration with MAC Cosmetics and adding

It’s true… and it’s pretty awesome:

As we said: pretty awesome, right?

Britney’s been positively ab-happy on social media over the past few weeks, and I would be too if my midsection looked like that. It’s got the indentation lines and shadows in all the right places, all worthy of earning temporary praise from the internet.

Last month, critics just didn’t believe the pop princess when she shared a bikini photo showcasing a waistline and lower back curve we’ve thus far seen only on Barbie (vintage, unattainable-body-standards Barbie, not the new real people Barbies).

Critics were quick to cry, “Photoshop!” but the mom of two shut them down with another pic of her taut tummy.

It appeared to be her way of saying “Suck it, haters, my body is legit.”

Throughout her career, fans have kept close watch on the the singer’s weight, which has fluctuated over the years like that of pretty much all living beings.

Nevertheless, she’s continually charged with living up to the body she had when she sashayed around in a school girl’s outfit in her debut “Baby One More Time” video at age 16.

As far as we can tell, at the present time, she’s giving body shamers nothing to talk about.

Bar Refaeli: Pregnant Model Flaunts INSANELY Flat Stomach!

Bar Refaeli is five months pregnant, but if it weren’t for the hashtag on her latest Instagram photo, there’s no way you would ever know that:

The 30-year-old model and mom-to-be posted the above image with a caption reading, “My girl was craving some vitamin D #5months.”

Refaeli is used to getting a lot of attention for her selfies, but usually for the simple reasons that she’s a model with a couple million followers.

Now, she’s in a situation that brings to mind the predicament of fellow model Sarah Stage, whose taut baby bump photos earned her heaps of online criticism.

Eventually, Stage gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby boy, so maybe the Internet will just chill this time and not attack Bar for putting her babies health at risk like they did with Sarah.

Just kidding! It’s 2016; you really think people are gonna pass up the opportunity to get outraged?

Before you rush over to Bar’s IG page to start talking trash, however, please bear in mind that every pregnancy is deifferent.

Besides, it’s still relatively early in the game. She still has her third trimester to go, and we’re sure that eventually Bar will belly up.

Today, Ms. Spears fired back by proving that her hourglass physique isn’t the result of digital enhancement – it’s just Britney, b–ch:

Britney captioned the photo simply, “Good afternoon!” and while she didn’t make any reference to the weird dust-up over her previous pic, it seems that she’s clearly sending a message that she doesn’t need to be re-touched.

We’re not surprised that Brit’s body is legit. 

Her Vegas residency requires up to three shows a week, and as anyone who’s seen it knows, Spears is working up a sweat the entire time.

Between her grueling performance schedule and frequent rehearsals, it’s not surprising that Britney is in the best shape of her career.

It’s also not surprising that Brit is showing it off every chance she gets these days.

In addition to rocking skimpy outfits on stage on a regular basis, the girl’s been flaunting her stuff on Instagram on a regular basis.

Last week, she was dancing in her underwear, this week she’s showing off her flawless abs.

Maybe next week she’ll take a page from Kim Kardashian’s book and post a fully nude selfie. Dare to dream!

Kourtney Kardashian Flaunts INSANE Butt & Abs in Teeny Bikini!

Kourtney Kardashian has been working out like a mad woman, and it shows.

The most petite member of the Kardashian klan recently flaunted her extremely toned bum, svelte legs and flat abs while lounging in the sun wearing a pair of tiny black string bikini bottoms.

“Sunday funday!” she wrote in the caption.

Indeed.

Kourtney is relaxing after her rigorous morning workout, which she posted to Snapchat earlier today.

In the vids, she jumps rope as a warm up, then works her arms and core with handheld weights, a medicine ball and a barbell. Here’s a snippet of her exercise routine:

Obviously, Kourt’s hot body doesn’t come from sitting on the couch eating Cheetos. (Worst news ever.)

Kourtney has certainly had a busy weekend.

On Friday, she and ex Scott Disick enjoyed a day exploring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios with their kids Mason, 6, and Penelope, 3.

Then on Saturday, she and Disick were off to Nobu to celebrate her brother Rob Kardashian’s 29th birthday along with other members of her famous family.

Kourtney’s been spending an awful lot of time with her baby daddy of late, and fans are wondering if there’s any hope of a reconciliation.

However, the brunette was recently spotted on a date with Diddy’s son Quincy Brown, and Scott is rumored to be dating model Christine Burke.

Nevertheless, that didn’t stop Scott from ogling his ex’s recent nip slip on Instagram. But then again, who wouldn’t?

How will he react to this latest post? We can’t wait to see, because when it comes to Kourtney, it seems he just can’t hold back.
