Teen Mom 2 Recap: We Would Totally Swipe Right On ...
Jenelle and Barbara Evans’ feud continued to escalate on this week’s Teen Mom 2, while Luis delivered a shocker to a reeling Briana.
Elsewhere on Teen Mom 2 Season 9 Episode 10, Leah re-entered the dating world, but the experience was not without its drawbacks.
If you watch Teen Mom 2 online, you know Jenelle has been battling her mother Barbara for custody of her son Jace for a long time.
To the surprise of no one, she lost.
Barbara said it’s for the best for the boy, too, and the main reason for that is he’s “scared to death” of Jenelle’s fiance, David Eason.
(Also because Jenelle failed a drug test while pregnant, but that revelation hadn’t come to light at the time this episode was recorded.)
Eason didn’t take kindly to Barb’s actions, saying, “It takes one of the lowest, most selfish pieces of s–t in the world to do what she does.”
“I hate her so f–king much.”
At least for the time being, Jenelle tried to look on the bright side – as much as one can look at that with court-mandated visitation days.
She also promised that her mom would not be invited to her wedding, which would be planned on a weekend in which she has Jace.
So there?
“I don’t consider her as my mom anymore,” Jenelle said of the woman who has raised her son. “She’s completely ruined our relationship.”
Yikes. Speaking of tumultuous relationships, Luis Miguel dropped another bombshell on the expectant Briana DeJesus Monday night:
Luis was going to miss the birth of their child … in order to go to school to be a truck driver. She was stunned, but what can she say?
“How are you a man and you can’t provide for your kid … how can you live with yourself?” Briana said later, referring to her ex.
As Briana noted, he waited until the tail end of her pregnancy to get trained in truck driving, so even if he is doing it so he can provide?
Still pretty frustrating. #justsayin
In West Virginia, Leah Messer decided to go on Bumble, the dating app, to see who’s out there after her divorce from Jeremy Calvert.
Despite her rumored relationship with T.R. Dues, Messer says she hasn’t been on a date since her divorce, and she’s nervous about it!
Her kids were supportive though.
“Go and get a boyfriend,” Addie said, though her first date didn’t exactly live up to expectations. In reality, it was most painfully awkward.
“When you know, you know and that’s a no,” she said with a smile … sometimes all you can do is laugh it off and move on to the next.
Meanwhile, on Father’s Day, Chelsea Houska’s daughter Aubree had to go to her real dad’s house, and she wasn’t thrilled about this.
Why? ‘Cause it’s Adam Lind.
“If he’s just going to sleep and not do anything with you on Father’s Day then you should just come home,” Chelsea told her daughter.
“I know someone who’d love to something with you on Father’s Day,” she added, referring to husband Cole, for good reason.
Later, Aubs showed her mom an “All About My Dad” worksheet she recently filled out at church, and it was beyond touching.
Young Aubree had filled out the paper about Cole, not Adam, and knew all of his favorite things. Cole really is pretty great. 🙂
Last but not least, Kailyn Lowry’s ex Jo Rivera decided to serve her papers to try to obtain 50-50 custody of their son, Isaac, 7.
Kailyn was really upset.
Pondering Jo’s motivation, Kailyn felt he was likely doing it to prevent her from moving away from him, as she did once before.
(Rivera and his fiancee Vee Torres moved to Delaware to be closer to Kailyn, Isaac, and her then-husband Javi Marroquin.)
“Seeing Jo was stressful but now I have to focus on my graduation,” Kailyn said of her commencement from Delaware State.
To find a job in her field – not just being a professional celebrity – she may end up moving, hence Rivera’s custody concerns.

Jon Gosselin: I Will Fight For My Kids! I"m Doing What"s Right!
Embattled father of eight, former reality star and sometime DJ Jon Gosselin says he will do whatever it takes to protect his family.
Even if that means taking on his ex-wife Kate … for the eighth consecutive year. Seriously, these two have never stopped fighting.
Yesterday, in news that was simultaneously shocking and not at all shocking, the cops were called after Jon and Kate’s latest dispute.
Jon reportedly called authorities to ROG Orthodontics in Wyomissing, Penn. over a “verbal domestic dispute” with his former spouse.
Wyomissing Police said the warring parties could not agree as to which one of them their 13-year-old daughter would go home with.
Ultimately, no arrests were made after Jon and Kate’s fight at the orthodontist, but it even got physical, and their teenager paid a price.
Kate allegedly attempted to remove Hannah from Jon’s car by grabbing her arm, at which point he encouraged her to resist her mom.
Hannah ended up in the hospital after being transported via ambulance, according to reports from the disturbing scene. Totally insane.
Eventually, officers escorted Kate out of the building and the child left with Jon at her request, but it’s safe to say this dispute isn’t over.
This isn’t the first time in recent memory that Jon and Kate have clashed in ugly fashion over their sextuplets and twins’ custody situation.
His attorney, Kristen Doleva-Lecher, told E! News that a separate incident occurred between the ex-couple in a parking lot just last week.
As a result, Jon is making an effort to “do what is right,” his attorney says, lamenting that the two just can’t get along – but blaming Kate.
“The ability to co-parent is desirous in all custody matters, unfortunately in this case, [that] remains a theory, not a reality.”
“It should be known Jon has been aggressively and relentlessly fighting for his kids. Jon is frustrated by recent events,” she said.
That said, the 40-year-old is steadfast that he’s acting in his kids’ best interests and “will not be derailed in his efforts to do what is right.”
Jon and Kate, who starred on the TLC series Jon & Kate Plus 8 (now Kate Plus 8) before their 2009 split, share eight children together.
They have 16-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn and 13-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah.
Over the years, their inability to amicably co-parent has kept them in the news more than any reality TV stardom they enjoyed.
If anything, it’s gotten worse over time.
In 2015, Jon filed for full custody of Hannah, because as a source said, “she is unhappy and uncomfortable in the house with Kate Gosselin.”
In 2016, Jon said their custody deal allows him to see only four kids at once, during weekly dinners and overnights every other weekend.
A separate insider noted that “the custody situation has been changing over the past month and it’s been very hard on the kids.”
Asked about reports that she was investigated by Child Protective Services, last year, Kate she insisted there’s no truth to the rumors.
“I’m in the public eye. I have been investigated many times,” she said in an interview with Good Morning America.
“It’s always unfounded, obviously.”

You’ve shared such precious new photos of your three-month old son that you’ll never be able to top yourself and you might as well call it an Instagram career right here and now.
Let’s face it, we say this is the most endearing way possible, but: You’ve peaked.
On Monday, the beloved Little People, Big World star posted a couple new snapshots of herself, her baby Jackson and her husband, Zach Roloff.
They were snapped by a professional photographed named Dawn (@dawn_photo on Instagram) and Roloff made a point to acknowledge the artist while placing the pictures online for all to enjoy.
“Okay I officially bawled going through our photos that @dawn_photo took for our family!” wrote the mother of one as a caption to the image above, adding:
“Thank you so much girl for these BEAUTIFUL photos. How you got us all to look that good, on a 95° day with a baby who was completely over it, is beyond me!
“We will treasure these photos forever!”
Added Tori in regard to the still below:
“I can not wait to plaster these photos all over my house. I am literally dying over how perfect they are! @dawn_photo you are a miracle worker!
“Thank you so much again!”
The Roloffs, overall, have been fortunate enough to take part in multiple occasions of late that have called for the use of a professional photographer.
On August 5, for example, Molly Roloff married Joel Silivius at her family’s farm in Oregon.
Just two weeks prior to this big event, Audrey Roloff posed for a gorgeous maternity shoot.
Tori’s sister-in-law and brother Jeremy are expecting their first child any day now, with loved ones and long-time fans of the couple anxious to meet this little girl.
She’ll be cousins to little Jackson, whose cuteness has captured the attention of the Internet ever since he was born on May 12.
“Mood when your dad is gone for a week and doesn’t even come back with a soccer medal…” joked father Zach as a caption to the following photo of his child:
Late last week, meanwhile, it was confirmed that filming on a new season of Little People, Big World is underway.
We don’t know the premiere date on TLC, but matriarch Amy Roloff previously hinted that new episodes would start to air in September.
Expect to see plenty of Jackson on the upcoming season, along with insight into Audrey’s pregnancy journey.

Kris Jenner: Is She Right to Be Afraid of O.J. Simpson?
As you’ve likely heard by now, O.J. Simpson was granted parole last month after serving 9 years of a 33 year sentence for robbery charges.
The notorious former NFL star might be released from prison as early as October 1.
And there are many famous figures who would’ve preferred that Simpson remain behind bars.
Among them are members of the Kardashian family, who were so close to the events of Simpson’s famous murder trial that they were portrayed in the recent FX miniseries The People vs. O.J. Simpson.
The late Robert Kardashian Sr. was a close friend and trusted confidant of Simpson’s and he’s often credited with assembling the crack legal team that helped O.J. beat double murder charges that likely would have landed him behind bars for life.
Robert’s ex-wife, Kris Jenner, was friends with Nicole Brown Simpson, and she’s one of the millions who believes O.J. took Nicole’s life along with the life of her friend, Ron Goldman.
Now, there are rumors that Kris is frightened for her life and ramping up security in preparation for Simpson’s release.
Naturally, several tabloid media outlets have taken this rumor and run with it.
The National Enquirer in particular has been reveling in reports of Kris feeling threatened by Simpson.
“O.J.’s Chilling Threat As He’s Set Free… You’re Next Kris!” reads a salacious headline on the cover of the tabloid’s latest issue
“Bloodthirsty O.J. Vows To Cut Up Kris! Trash-Talking Ex-Mistress Next On Hit List,” screams a second banner, in case the first was too subtle for you.
“Kris and O.J. have moved in the same circles for a long time, and she’s heard through back channels he’s gunning for her… His rage has been simmering, and he’s ready to blow,” the outlet quotes a “source” as saying.
The outlet also reports that Simpson “blames [his] former flame Kris Kardashian for his fall from grace, and plans to make her pay.”
Yes, according to the Enquirer’s version of events that Kris and O.J. were lovers, and he feels she’s responsible for his imprisonment.
Also, they’ve apparently taken to calling Kris “Kris Kardashian.”
Not surprisingly, several websites have already debunked the claims made by the Enquirer, but it’s a reminder that the members Kard clan might want to brace themselves for a new kind of gossip.
The Kardashians have been famous for about a decade, and O.J. has been behind bars for the majority of that time.
While there have always been rumors regarding ther family’s relationship with the disgraced football star (Reports that O.J. is the father of Khloe Kardashian have proven to be a favorite online.) public interest was limited by Simpson’s lengthy imprisonment.
With the Juice on the loose, Kris and company will have to contend with a renewed fascination in their entanglement with one of the most notorious figures of our time.

When she checks her bank account these days, however, Kylie Jenner sees a whole lot of money.
Just how much money may cause your jaw to shatter based on the speed at which it will drop to the floor.
Featured on WWD.com, Kylie and mother Kris Jenner spoke to the website this week about the former’s beauty company, Kylie Cosmetics.
And while it may have received some very negative customer reviews over the years, that apparently has not stopped people from purchasing products sponsored by Kylie.
Not by a long shot.
Kylie Cosmetics reportedly made $ 420 million in sales over the past 18 months, according to paperwork filed by Kris Jenner and discussed in the WWD article.
The fashion trade goes on to write that the company is projected to see sales go up by 25 percent next year… and is on track to become a billion-dollar beauty brand by 2022.
Yes, a BILLION-DOLLAR beauty brand.
Take that, Kim Kardashian, huh?
For context of this accomplishment, WWD notes that Estee Laude reached revenues of $ 500 million after a decade.
And L’Oreal’s Lancome became a billon-dollar brand in 2015. After 80 years.
Kylie Cosmetics, meanwhile, wasn’t even created until 2015. This is all pretty nuts.
“In the beginning I didn’t really know what my vision was,” Kylie told WWD, explaining of her business endeavor:
“I didn’t know if I wanted to keep my whole line the same, consistent.
“And then I think I realized over time that I like to switch it up, so … that’s where I kind of started creating my collections and just changing all my vials pink if I wanted to and doing fun unit cartons and just really, just having fun with the line.”
The 20-year old mogul launched her now-famous lip kits in three shades in November of 2015.
“I refreshed the page about a minute after we launched and everything was sold out,” she said. “I thought there was a glitch at first.”
Since this time , Jenner has expanded her collection to include blushes, highlighters and eyeshadow palettes.
“I think people were surprised that the brand is so successful because it’s something that Kylie’s created but didn’t really expect the whole business to be the perfect storm,” says her mother, expounding as follows:
“One they tried it, saw it, wore it, were able to experiment with it, and it’s such a great product and it’s so well done, it just kind of exploded and I think that people were thinking, ‘Oh, OK, is she really a player in this business?’
“And I think she proved that she is.”
Concludes her famous, supportive parent:
“Kylie is hardworking, creative, focused and she has the most amazing work ethic of anybody I’d ever met in my life and she really considers this her true passion, an honor and a huge responsibility…
“She’s amazing."”
And just to think… if Kim had never been plowed by Ray J on camera, none of this would be possible.
