Exciting news!
Teen Mom 2‘s Chelsea Houska announced today via Instagram that she and fiance Cole DeBoer were expecting their first child together.
“And then there were four…” Houska captioned a photo of Aubree holding up a sonogram while she and DeBoer held hands in the background.
Couldn’t have asked for a better blessing!” DeBoer wrote on his Instagram, complete with the same image.
“We’re really excited and Aubree is pumped to be a big sister,” Houska told MTV News.
“I’m a proud dad of one already, so adding another to the family is just amazing,” DeBoer added.
The rest of this year heading into 2017 will prove to be an exciting one for the trio. Houska and DeBoer plan to wed in October, and Houska announced the launch of her website.
“Oh my gosh! I’m so excited to finally be launching my website, and I felt like the perfect first post … would be to announce to everyone that baby DeBoer is expected in February 2017!” she wrote.
“We are beyond excited for this journey and can’t wait to share it with you all!
“Big sister Aubree is also extremely excited and it’s no secret that she is hoping for a girl haha.”
Houska has said in the past that she and DeBoer were taking their time with baby-making, her dad, Randy did a solid job of pretending not to know a thing during a recent podcast appearance.
“Uh, not now,” he said when asked if Houska planned on having more kids, “but she will be getting married this Fall and I’m sure she’ll jump on that procedure pretty quick.”
After their engagement aired on Teen Mom 2, Houska said that she and DeBoer would hop on the baby train at some point in the near future.
“Well obviously we want to get married first, but baby fever is very real,” she explained to People Magazine back in March.
“We definitely want to have kids.”
No word yet on whether her ex, Adam Lind has sent congratulations or a fruit basket, at least.
