As you may or may not be aware, the world is effing bonkers these days.
That observation applies to just about every single thing that’s going on at the moment, but for the moment, we’ll focus on how seemingly random fashion in which people become famous on the Internet.
One day you’re sprinkling salt on a steak in an interesting way or being appointed to the National Security Council despite a total lack of qualifications, and the next day the Internet is meme-ing you within an inch of your life.
The latest beneficiary (or victim, depending on your viewpoint) of this strange phenomenon is Danielle Bregoli, better known as the Cash Me Ousside Girl:
In case you’re lucky enough to be unaware of this latest social media star, Danielle appeared on the Dr. Phil Show back in September.
For some reason, the Internet decided last month that her appearance was too gloriously bizarre to not become the stuff of meme legend.
In fairness, they were right about that.
The accent, the threat to fight the entire audience, referring to a bunch of middle-aged mom-types as hoes, and of course – the catchphrase.
In recent weeks, “cash me ousside” has been immortalized in countless memes, and Bregoli bragodoccio has been celebrated with the sort multi-layered irony that can only be found on social media.
Do people love Bregoli? Hate her? Does it matter?
Not in 2017!
Hell, Bregoli even received the rare honor of being memed IRL, as the kids say:

Now, Dr. Phil and his producers are sending some seriously mixed messages by rewarding Bregoli’s behavior with another interview!
Yes, the 13-year-old will make a triumphant return to the show that made her famous some time next week.
The Dr. Phil Show shared the news this on Thursday, but the air date for Bregoli and Phil’s second round has yet to be announed.
Will she offer up material for more classic memes?
Probably not, as the joke is roughly 4 billion years old in Internet years, and it seems unlikely that Danielle will show Harambe-like longevity.
But will she deliver through-the-roof ratings?
Also, probably not, because if Snakes On a Plane taught us anything, it’s that Internet lulz usually don’t translate to commercial success in other media.
But hey, at least Danielle will get to enjoy a rare 16th minute of fame.

Amber Heard: Stiffing Charities Out of Johnny Depp Divorce Settlement Cash?!
Shortly after Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp, it became clear that the situation would be much uglier than your typical celebrity split.
Depp was accused of domestic violence, and Heard’s camp painted a picture of the beloved actor as a drunken abusive monster.
As is often the case in high-profile celebrity breakups, Heard was accused of going after Depp’s bank account.
She responded to those accusations in deft fashion by promising to donate her divorce settlement to two charities: the ACLU and Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.
The move was interpreted by many as a middle finger to both Depp and his supporters, Heard’s way of deflecting criticism and sending a clear, unmistakable message that she wasn’t in this for the money.
There were even reports that Heard was broke and essentially homeless as a result of her pledge, but remained unwavering in her intentions.
Now, however, TMZ is reporting that more than three months after the divorce was settled, neither charity has received the $ 7 million that Heard was awarded.
The site claims that each organization did receive an initial installment of $ 200,000, but that money was apparently sent to them directly by Depp, not Heard.
After Heard declared her plan to donate her settlement, Depp’s lawyers stated that the actor would cut out the middle man by issuing checks directly to the Children’s Hospital and the ACLU.
Heard was reportedly furious, as she not only felt that the move was Depp’s way of making himself out to be the good guy, she also saw it as an effort to score a massive tax write off.
Her attorneys put the kibosh on Depp’s plan to donate the cash himself, and neither organization has seen a dime in the months since.
It remains unclear, however, if the money dried up because it’s in Amber’s possession, or because it’s tied up in the appeals process.
Heard’s lawyers claim the couple has not signed settlement deal, but that they’re expected to do so this week.
After months of PR nightmares, we’re sure they’ll be signing some iron-clad non-disclosure agreements, as well, so we may never find out exactly how this plays out.
But whatever the case, two worthy organizations are about to receive two very large checks.

Ohio Woman Arrested for Soliciting Sex in Exchange for Nachos, Cash
Nacho, nacho man?
More like; nacho, nacho… WHOA, woMAN!
According to official police reports, a Ohio resident named Crystal D. Hotlosz was arrested on Monday because she was hungry and broke and was caught soliciting sex.
In exchange for money.
And also nachos.
Officers are on record as saying they discovered Hotlosz, 36, on the website YoungstownBackpage.com, which she was using to bargain “$ 60 and nachos” to individuals seeking various kinds of sex acts.
Fox 8 Cleveland broke this bizarre piece of news, reporting that Hotlosz was caught by undercover cops in the parking lost of a parking lot of Los Gallos Mexican restaurant…
…. and proceeded to ask them if they wanted sexual favors in exchange for some delicious chips, preferably smothered in cheese and maybe chicken.
We don’t mean to make light of a serious situation, considering Hotlosz is probably in a very bad place in her life.
But the police emphasized in the official report that the alleged prostitute was “very adamant about getting the nachos,” going so far as to ask the arrested officer several times if he had any on hand.
She also inquired about money, just to be clear.
Hotlosz was then arrested and charged with solicitation, possession of criminal tools and promoting prostitution
We don’t know what bail will be set at and we don’t know if she’ll be released any time in the near future.
We assume so. The justice system hopefully has more important things to worry about than a poor woman who needs cash and snacks.
And when Hotlosz does eventually become a free woman once again, we know where she can look up a delicious nachos recipe.

Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna: Faking Their Relationship For Cash?!
When the world first learned that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are dating, the predictions went something like this:
Rob and Chyna will get engaged, get knocked up, get a reality show, and break up.
So if your football picks keep losing, and it rains every time you plan an outdoor activity, you can thank ChyRo for proving there are still some things in this world you can set your watch to.
In fairness, though Rob and Blac have broken up several times at this point, they’re technically together at the moment.
That is, they’re “together” enough that they can still tell family, friends – and yes, reality TV viewers – that they’re an item.
According to the latest issue of In Touch, Rob and Blac are living in separate homes and barely speaking, but if anyone asks, they’ll only admit that they’re going through a rough patch.
The reason for all the subterfuge and secrecy?
Well, sadly, it seems Rob is the latest member of his family to prove that money makes the Kard clan go ‘round.
“Rob had agreed to have a fake relationship with Chyna because his momager, Kris Jenner, got E! to pay him over $ 2 million to do a show,” says one insider.
Unfortunately for Kris, Rob has a tougher time putting up a front for the camera than his sisters do.
He reportedly wants out of his contract.
Sources say he wants Rob and Chyna to be a one-and-done series, he wants to focus on amicably co-parenting with Blac, and – gasp! – he wants to do it without the constant presence of a camera crew.
Not surprisingly, Kris Jenner is having none of this plan.
Interestingly, however, Kris’ primary reason for objecting has nothing to do with the cash involved:
“It would be too humiliating,” says the source.
“The lie has gotten so out of control, there’s no turning back.”
Yes, if there’s one thing a Kardashian hates more than being broke it’s being embarrassed.

Frances Bean Cobain: Ex-Husband Coming After Her Kurt Cash?!
Back in March, Frances Bean Coban got divorced from Isaiah Silva after just six months of marriage.
They issued the usual joint statement about how the split was mutual and amicable.
And to the surprise of absolutely no one, it turned out to be anything but.
In fact, the Cobain-Silva divorce got ugly fast, as Silva made a play for possession of Frances’ dad’s guitar.
Her dad, of course, being noted cardigan enthusiast and frequent Hot Topic t-shirt star Kurt Cobain.
FBC wasn’t having that for obvious reasons.
Silva was ordered to return the guitar, but it seems he’s not through trying to cash in on the fact that he was very briefly married to the daughter of a famous rock star.
TMZ is reporting today that Isaiah is taking the “go hard or go home” approach when it comes to requesting spousal support.
The site claims his lawyers have informed the judge that he’ll accept nothing less than $ 25,000/month.
It’s a lot of cash, but Silva says he can justify the figure.
Apparently, he left a steady job when he married Cobain, who promised to pay for all his expenses, including private school and housing bills for his kid from a previous relationship.
Unfortunately for Isaiah, there’s no prenup.
That could be a double-edged sword, however, as Isaiah says Frances has upwards of $ 100 million in her dad’s estate, and he also wants half of everything she made from business deals and investments during the two years they were together.
Jeez, if two people in their early twenties, one of whom is incredibly wealthy, can’t get divorced without it turning into a whole thing, what hope do the rest of us have?
Sigh. What a world.

Farrah Abraham Will Trade Sex For (Lots of) Cash
Farrah Abraham may accept your offer for one night in her back door, but it won"t come cheap.
The Teen Mom star went on Matt Weiss and Theo Von"s Allegedly podcast (airing this week), likely to promote the upcoming premiere of Teen Mom OG.
However, why talk about the show when there are more interesting topics to cover?
According to a clip on TMZ, Farrah told Matt and Theo that her tricks are for sale, but they don"t come cheap.
"What is the most money someone"s offered you for sex?" the hosts asked.
"Mmmh, should I honestly say that?" Farrah teased.
Matt and Theo knew they were getting somewhere, so they pressed on.
"We"ve had porn stars in that have talked about ten grand someone"s offered them for sex," they said, knowing full well that Farrah would take the bait.
And she did. Oh, she did.
"No, it"s not even like that pussy ass shit. It"s like twenty grand," Farrah bragged.

She"s a businesswoman, so she knows that these sorts of transactions don"t require much dialogue outside of backdoor references during sex.

"No, I"ve actually been so like they suck at life, they suck at everything," Farrah rambled. "I"d like a f***king hardcore business guy."

Farrah nodded.

Farrah has always made it a point to differentiate herself from traditional porn stars, and has claimed on several occasions that she is a celebrity who made a sex tape.

Lindsay Lohan Tried, Failed to Cash In On Her Birthday
Earlier this week, we told you about how Lindsay Lohan really wanted everyone to care that she turned 30.
Sadly, as with most things the actress has been involved with in the 12 years since Mean Girls, the world responded with an apathetic shrug.
For most people, that simply meant they didn’t click on any of Lindsay’s endless birthday selfies (including one in which she hilariously wrote a caption about how awesome she is from Jimmy Fallon’s perspective) or share her self-created #LiLoIs30 hashtag.
For certain corporations, however, it meant they got to enjoy the orgasmically satisfying experience of giving the middle finger to Lindsay’s PR minions.
You see, back in 2006, Life & Style paid $ 100,000 for the exclusive right to “sponsor” Lindsay’s 20th birthday party.
Basically LiLo got to pass out in a six-figure mountain of cocaine in exchange for having the celebs who attended her party pose for photos in front of a backdrop with a bunch of corporate logos.
It’s a pretty sweet deal, and it’s no wonder that Lindsay tried to do work out a similar arrangement for her 30th birthday.
Of course, this time no one wanted any part of the deal, because … well, remember that thing we said about Lindsay’s last big movie coming out 12 freakin’ years ago?
“[Lindsay’s team] put together a one-sheet [proposal] of sponsorship opportunities, but nobody bit,” an insider tells Page Six of Lindsay’s most recent b-day.
“She’s worked hard to reform her image, but nobody’s interested.”
Incidentally, Nobody’s Interested would make a hell of a title for Lindsay’s inevitable memoirs.
Fortunately, Lindsay is dating a rich Russian real estate agent these days, so she was able to party in Mykonos despite not having done much in the way of work for the past decade or so.
Yes, her career might be in the dumpster, but Lindsay will probably live high on the hog for the rest of her days because the world is unfair and life is a cruel joke.

Kardashian Family: Resorting to Desperate Cash Grab With Vegas Residency?!
The Kardashian family finances have long been a matter of public debate.
One would expect that the Kards are beyond loaded, and the number of eight-figure Calabasas mansions they own would seem to corroborate that fact.
However, there have been credible reports of the Kardashians struggling financially.
Insiders have claimed that a combination of declining reality show ratings, cash-strapped boyfriends and baby daddies, and never-ending lawsuits has the Kard clan teetering on the brink of financial ruin.
Hard to believe they could’ve squandered that much money, but we can’t imagine any other reason that the family would be considering offers to star in the lamest-sounding Vegas stage show of all time.
“It would be like a live version of their reality show but also a talk show with special musical guests,” a source close to the family tells In Touch.
“Kris thinks fans will gladly fork over $ 50 per ticket for a live experience with her famously dysfunctional family.”
Yes, get ready Vegas! The Kardashians Live is coming to bore you to tears!
Who wouldn’t want to shell out 50 bucks to sit through the same scripted BS you can get at home, for free roughly 47 times per week on the E! network?
If you answered “everyone,” congrats – you’re officially smarter than Kris Jenner.
No, no, we kid Kris, but in actual fact, the woman’s a marketing genius.
Which is why if there’s any truth to the rumor that she’s actually entertaining offers for this guaranteed bomb, the family must be more desperate for cash than anyone thought.
But clearly a Vegas residency isn’t the answer.

Kardashian Family: Broke & Desperate For Cash?!
It’s always astonishing when celebrities who earn millions a year somehow end up broke, but it’s not all that uncommon.
It’s especially shocking when stars who are as obsessed with finances and status as the Kardashians go broke, but one source claims the cash-strapped clan is teetering on the brink of financial ruin,
“The family needs a miracle to save them from hemorrhaging their dwindling cash,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online.
How is this possible for a family that never misses an opportunity to shill a new product or otherwise profit from their famous last name?
Well, the source says a number of factors have contributed to the Kard clans’ current woes, including declining Keeping Up With the Kardashians ratings, extravagant spending, lawsuits, and broke-ass boyfriends.
That last one may come as a surprise, as for the most part, the ladies gravitate toward men who are already successful, but with Kylie paying Tyga’s rent, Kourtney continuing to help Scott financially, and Kris Jenner reportedly keeping Corey Gamble around with an allowance, it seems the gals are learning the hard way that “successful” and “able to keep up with a Kardashian’s lifestyle” are two different things.
Add to that the fact that the family is on the hook for nearly $ 200 million in various pending lawsuits, and it’s not hard to see thwy they might be growing concerned.
The source says Kris and kompany thought Kanye was the solution to their money troubles, but West’s $ 53 milllion in debt have only made the situation worse.
“They all got pretty complacent about money when Kanye came on the scene, but turns out he’s worse with money than they are,” says the insider.
Unfortunately, it seems Kim has done little (read: nothing) to curb her outrageous spending.
“She “blows over $ 300k a month on shopping alone – and that’s just not sustainable,” says the source.
“Kris is tearing her hair out with worry — there’s way too much going out and not enough coming in,” the insider adds.
“This family is headed for real trouble if they don’t start turning things around fast.”
They really should start a Go Fund Me page.
We’re sure there’s lots of sympathy out there for a family of wildly privileged, self-described “socialites” who burned through their vast fortune with bad decisions.

Kris Jenner Begs Blac Chyna For Forgiveness, Attempts to Cash In on Engagement
If you’ve been anywhere near a wi-fi signal in the past 24 hours, you’ve no doubt heard that Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are engaged.
Blac confirmed the engagement yesterday afternoon, but even as it went from “rumor” to “real deal,” the ladies of the Kard clan remained radio silent on social media.
In fact, there are reports that Kris planned a “surprise” getaway so that the family wouldn’t be in LA when the news that Rob had put a ring on it went public.
Now, sources are saying Kris has weighed her options and decided that the best course of action is for her to try and get on Blac’s good side.
“Kris has done a total U-turn on this romance now that it’s a possibility she could profit from it,” says one insider.
“She called Blac up and gave her a groveling apology for resisting the relationship at first, but Kris buttered her up by telling her she now sees what a good influence she is on her son.”
In fairness to Blac, she really has been a good influence on Rob, who’s appeared much happier (and slimmer) in recent weeks.
Of course, this is Kris Jenner we’re talking about, so not surprisingly, the main reason she’s had a change of heart about Blac has to do with the bottom line.
“Kris sees these two as a major money-making asset for the family brand and she’s wheeling and dealing all kinds of projects for them, including their own six-part reality show and exclusives for a massive summer wedding,” the source tells Radar Online.
Another Kardashian televised wedding? What could go wrong?!
