Jinger Duggar: PROOF of Pregnancy Posted on Instagram?!

Jinger Duggar is trolling us, y’all.

She knows that fans of her famous family want nothing more than to hear a pregnancy announcement in time for the holidays, but like Kylie Jenner, Jinger is playing this one close to the vest.

And yes, that’s the one and only time you’ll see a comparison between Jinger Duggar and Kylie Jenner.

Rumors about Jinger being pregnant began circulating the same week she exchanged vows with husband Jeremy Vuolo.

Of course, pregnancy rumors always make the rounds immediately after any Duggar pregnancy.

And in the vast majority of cases, they turn out to be accurate.

But Jinger is a rebel, and her defiance of her parents’ belief system goes well beyond her decision to wear pants.

Jinger recently became the first Duggar woman of her generation to be married for an entire year without announcing pregnancy,

But it looks like fans might soon receive the news they’ve been clamoring for.

“Sugar and spice. Think about it,” Jeremy captioned the above photo.

Naturally, fans of the couple immediately seized the opportunity to jump to conclusions:

“Girls are made of sugar and spice. You’re having a baby girl,” wrote one eager follower.

“It’s a girl!” commented another, who really cut right to the chase.

Other fans were more skeptical, and they make some pretty good arguments to the effect that Jinger is not, in fact, expecting:

“If it was a little girl, she certainly doesn’t look big enough to know yet even though I hope so.”

“Sugar = lollipops, Spice = Jinger,” wrote another, who may have just blown this case wide open.

We’re beginning to think this “pregnancy” announcement was actually just an attempt at humor of Jeremy’s fault.

So we wouldn’t get your hopes up too high, Jinger boosters.

But it’s worth noting that Jeremy’s comment definitely qualifies as … a dad joke.

So make of that what you will.

We’ll certainly keep an eye on the situation for you, but for now, it looks like Jinger and Jeremy are content to remain a family of two.

Chenning Tatum & Jenna Dewan: Hinting at Split on Instagram?!

We might not be emotionally prepared for this.

Here we are, still reeling from news of Chris Pratt and Anna Faris’s divorce, and now it seems that we might have to brace ourselves for a sad announcement from another of Hollywood’s most beloved couples.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan got married back in 2009, which means that by Hollywood standards, they’ve been together for approximately four centuries.

Like Pratt and Faris, Tatum and Dewan seemed, until recently, to have beaten the odds and buit a stable, sturdy relationship in spite of the pressures of fame and the costant scrutiny of the public.

But now fans are convinced that yet another fairy tale, #CoupleGoals romance is coming to an end.

The rumors began to circulate following Jenna’s solo appearance at the 2017 AMAs.

Her husband has a lot on his plate career-wise these days, but for some reason, fans were unable to fathom any reason that Dewan might have attended alone, other than an impending divorce:

Jenna posted the above red carpet pic to her Instagram pic earlier this week, and for some reason, there were comments other then “more like Jenna Day-uuum!”

“Where is Channing?” asked one fan.

“You look amazing, but where is Channing?” echoed another.

A third follower cut right to the chase, writing:

“Where are posts of hubby? Are u 2 next on Hollywood divorce list?”

Fact: People who type they’re writing everything on a T9 flip phone keyboard will ask you an inappropriate question 100 persent of the time.

Look, in all likelihood, Channing and Jenna are doing just fine.

We can see how a solo awards show appearance might spark concern amongst fans, but Channing is in, like, every movie these days.

He’s a busy guy. 

The couple has yet to respond to this latest round of divorce rumors, but Channing addresses previous unsubstantiated reports in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter:

“It’s all bulls–t,” Tatum told the magazine.

“These people just [make it up]. Some of our family members don’t see [it’s not true], and they read a stupid thing and don’t understand it’s a tabloid.”

Will that prove sufficient to stop the rumors? Ha! You must be new here.

Christina Aguilera: Latest Instagram Pic Sparks Plastic Surgery Rumors

Christina Aguilera has sported many different looks over the years.

We’ve seen her Disney days, her regrettable “Xtina” phase, a few seasons of The Voice where she looked so bored we wondered how long she’d be able to continue sitting upright … the list goes on and on.

But it seems Christina still has some tricks up her sleeve, because these days, she’s showing fans a look they’ve definitely never seen before.

Aguilera posted the above pic to Instagram recently, and amidst the usual DM requests from Saudi princes was a slew of comments about the singer’s allegedly altered appearance.

In fact, Christina’s followers basically declared a one-sided roast battle and attempted to outdo one another with the most clever putdown:

“What the actual f–k did #ChristinaAguilera do to her face?!! She looks [like] a blow up doll of Lindsay Lohan!” reads one of the remarks collected by Life & Style.

“Here’s hoping Christina Aguilera’s new album is as big a creative departure as her new face is!” wrote another user.

With followers like these, who needs, um … whatever the opposite of a follower is!

Christina sang at the AMAs over the weekend, and yet again, her so-called fans were not particularly kind.

“OMG POOR XTINA! Girl what did you do to your face??” one fan commented on Twitter.

“Agh! Christina Aguilera’s lips at the #AMAs! She definitely didn’t need any of that.”

A third dropped this painfully back-handed compliment:

“Christina is the last person on the planet who needs plastic surgery. I wish she’d calm down with all the fillers and injections.”

Fortunately, Aguilera still has plenty of defenders in her corner:

“Christina does not deserve your rude comments!” wrote one Chris Crocker-like warrior.

“She is against bullying, This is wrong. You are wrong. It was so heartbreaking to see all the comments on Christina’s latest post.”

That’s an important point but even if, for some bizarre reason, Christina were pro-bullying, she still wouldn’t be a fan of negative comments directed at her.

We’re pretty sure no one enjoys logging into social media to find that a bunch of strangers have a problem with their appearance.

Sadly, it’s not an uncommon experience these days.

Kim Kardashian: Throwing Shade at Taylor Swift on Selena Gomez"s Instagram Page?!

When confronted with unnecessary drama, we often remark that the situation is “like something out of high school.”

The sad truth that we don’t want to admit to ourselves is that the adult world is frequently characterized by pettiness, backstabbing, grudges, and rumors, and high school is just our earliest exposure to it.

Take the the three-way shade-fest between Kim Kardashian Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, for example.

As you may recall, the Kim vs. Taylor feud began last year, when Swift got upset over some lyrics on Kanye West’s album, and Kim busted out the receipts proving that Taylor had (as Kanye claimed) given him permission to record the offending line.

It was a mess, and Swift came away from it looking shady AF, but until recently, it looked as though Kim and Taylor had put their beef behind them.

Considering they’re two of the world’s most influential women, they’re 36 and 27 years old, respectively, and one of them is soon to be a mother of three, letting bygones be bygones seemed like the most appropriate course of action.

That’s where Selena Gomez enters the equation.

Selena, as you may know, has a lot on her plate these days, what with being the recipient of a life-saving kidney transplant and rekindling her romance with arguably the world’s most famous recording artist.

So these days, Selena probably has very little time for Mean Girl drama, but the same can’t be said of Kim “Cool Mom” Kardashian.

According to Hollywood Life, Kim has been “liking” and “favoriting” Selena’s social media posts non-stop lately.

The site insists its Kim’s way of “taunting” Selena’s bestie, Taylor Swift.

That’s a bit of a stretch, but it’s a holiday week, and content that doesn’t include the word “grope” is hard to come by these days, so we’ll allow it.

Sure, it’s possible that Kim was liking Selena’s Instagram selfies simply because she liked the selfies, but where’s the fun in that?

Those party poopers over at Gossip Cop have taken things a step further, suggesting that all those “likes” might be Kim’s way of extending an olive branch to Taylor.

We literally can’t think of a more lame-ass, timid, roundabout way of getting back into someone’s good graces, and Kim doesn’t strike us as the shy type, so we’re gonna go ahead and toss that notion.

It’s one thing to meticulously dissect a situation in search of drama, but to squash it?

Didn’t these people to to high school?!

Audrey Roloff: Sorry, God, I"ll Instagram Less Often!

Audrey Roloff has an important and surprising announcement to make.

Actually, before she does so, Audrey Roloff has a precious and adorable photo to share:

Perfect, right?

How does the Little People, Big World star do anything that doesn’t involve cuddling her daughter, Ember Jean?!?

Sadly, however, fans of the reality star may not be seeing many more pictures such as this going forward.

Audrey announced as a caption to the cute snapshot that she may be posting less frequently on Instagram going forward.

And she share an interesting reason why.

“All cozied up with my sweet little Ember. She warms my heart, get it. Snuggling her is my favorite,” opened Roloff.

She then delved into more profound and religious detail:

“Ok so… I’ve been convicted on something lately… As much as l love sharing my life with y’all and what I’ve learned/am learning, l never want to be someone who spends more time sharing on social media than l do seeking the Lord and searching His truths.”

Audrey, of course, has always been very open about her faith.

“I know this might sound a little contradictory, cause here l am sharing this, but maybe some of you can relate?” she continued,adding:

“In a world that invites us to share share share, l want to seek seek seek. Instead of always reaching for my phone to document a moment or share on social media, l want to be more concerned with seeking God in those moments and listening for what He might have to share with me!

This is a common critique of social media, of course.

Not the connection to God necessarily, but the fact that some people spend more time documenting their lives than living their lives.

“Don’t get me wrong, l love sharing and engaging with you all in this space,” Audrey concluded.

“But it should always come second to time with my Creator and redeemer.

“I want to be someone who spends more time reading truth, engaging wisdom, and listing for His still small voice, than sharing my own incomplete oversimplified perspectives.”

Roloff has also faced a lot of unfair criticism as a result of her frequent Instagram posting.

She was somehow dragged online for this simple photo of her daughter, for example.

This may explain why Jeremy recently expressed support for his beloved soulmate.

“Im so proud of my wife. These last few weeks have been pretty tough on her,” Jeremy wrote yesterday.

“(If you watch our stories you know what I’m talking about) But she’s been a trooper and I’m thankful that I have her as a teammate.”

Hey, whatever makes you feel happy and content, Audrey.

We adore seeing these Ember Jean photos, but we support whatever decision you make in this regard.

Christina and Tarek El Moussa Mark Split-erversary with Moving Instagram Posts

Who says a couple can’t break up and still get along?

Even if that break up involves on person pulling out a gun and the other person later dating a mutual friend?

Approximately one year ago, Christina and Tarek El Moussa announced their split.

It was a surprising confirmation for HGTV viewers that had spent the past few years watching Christina and Tarek successful renovate homes on Flip or Flop.

The couple share two little kids and at least appeared to get along pretty well on screen.

But we learned shortly after their separation that all was not perfect.

In fact, Tarek actually stormed off into the woods with a gun in the spring of 2016 after he and his wife got into a serious argument.

Concerned for Tarek’s safety, Christina called the police.

All was eventually sorted out (Tarek said he wanted the gun to keep wild animals away); no charges were filed; but the marriage was basically over.

In their statement announcing as much, Christina and Tarek assured fans that they would remain friends and that raising their two young kids would be a priority.

It’s the same things all famous people say when they go their separate ways.

But the El Moussas actually meant it!

Neither side has bad-mouthed the other over the past several months, even after Christina dated family contractor Gary Anderson for a bit.

And they are co-parenting their son and daughter like champs.

To make the anniversary of their public split, both sides of this ex-couple wrote something important on Instagram.

“You do not get to choose the events that come your way nor the sorrows that interrupt your life,” reads an excerpt from the pastor David Crosby’s book Your Pain is Changing You, shared by Christina.

“They will likely be a surprise to you, catching you off guard and unprepared.

“You may hold your head in your hands and lament your weak condition and wonder what you ought to do.”

“Couldn’t agree more,” Christina wrote alongside the message above, which also includes the words:

To suffer, that is common to all. To suffer and still keep your composure, your faith, and your smile, that is remarkable.

She used the hashtag “#KeeptheFaith,” as well.

Tarek, meanwhile, posted a quote from Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling.

It reads:

“Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.”

This is a reference to how the beloved author was famously way down on her luck before selling her first Harry Potter book.

Tarek, for his part, has now overcome two different cancer diagnoses, as well as this divorce.

“This quote really stood out to me,” Tarek told his followers, adding:

“We’ve all faced obstacles and for many they were so horrific they hit the lowest point of their life with no future in sight….when you are at the bottom you feel nothing but pain, misery and despair.”

He concluded:

“Even though you can’t see the light at the bottom it still exists and as time goes on that light starts to shine.

“Once that light starts to shine take the opportunity to reevaluate who you are and what you want to be. Take it as an opportunity to bounce back and be stronger than ever.

“In my opinion, rock bottom is an opportunity to start over and do it right!”

We all could learn a lot from Tarek and Christina El Moussa, which is a sentiment we never imagined we’d express a year ago.

Stassi Schroeder Strips Down on Instagram, Reveals Breast Reduction Surgery Scars

A new season of Vanderpump Rules is almost upon us.

It’s been seven months since we last checked in with the men and women of SUR, and a whole lot has changed in their lives in the interim.

For one thing, it seems barely a week went by without a new breakup rumor wending its way around social media.

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright split shortly after their spinoff series, Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky, publicly exposed the many flaws in their relationship.

It’s been reported that Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney have called it quits after less than a year of marriage, but that news didn’t come as much of a shock.

Those two have been exposing their flaws from day one.

Even Scheana Marie and Robert Valletta have broken up, despite maintaining the outward appearance of happiness until the very end.

But for all the Vanderpump romances that have gone south in the past year, perhaps none comes as a greater surprise than the breakup between Stassi Schroeder and Patrick Meagher.

Sure, they’d broken up in the past, but Stassi and Patrick really seemed to be in it for the long haul.

In fact, after several years as the show’s resident mystery man, Meagher finally agreed to appear on camera for Vanderpump Season 6.

The move was taken by many as a sign of commitment, the long-running reality show equivalent of putting a ring on it.

Sadly, Stassi and Patrick’s relationship melted under the glare of the spotlight, and he broke up with her on what would have been their thrid anniversary.

But don’t cry for SUR’s answer to Regina George–Stassi survived with the breakup with both her sharp sense of humor and her bangin’ body intact:

“That Kardashian ass tho.”

Stassi’s not afraid of a little self-deprecation, not does she have any qualms about showing off the faint scars from her breast reduction surgery.

It’s that attitude that’s made her the standout figure on a show that’s loaded with big personalities.

And we’re sure Ms. Schroeder has a similarly seductive effect on her Tinder matches.

Joy-Anna Duggar: PROOF of Shotgun Wedding Posted on Instagram?!

By now, you’ve likely heard that Joy-Anna Duggar is pregnant with her first child.

You may have also heard about the contoroversy surrounding Joy’s conception date.

According to her family, Joy got pregnant during her honeymoon, just days after she married Austin Forsyth,

But fans of the Duggars have come up with a timeline of their own.

It’s widely believed that Joy-Anna’s was a shotgun wedding, and that she and Austin actually conceived long before they said “I do.”

Obviously, this would create problems for her family, as the Duggars are almost as famous for their belief in premarital abstinence as for their love of procreation.

So Joy is sticking to her official story:

She continued to claim that she got pregnant in late May or early June, shortly after tying the know.

And fans continue to insist that photos like the one above are evidence that Joy is lying.

Joy and Austin posted the image to honor America’s service members on Veteran’s Day.

“We are so thankful for the men and women who have served to defend our freedom! Grateful we got to spend the day with my grandfather who is a Army veteran,” they captioned the pic.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. (Psalm 33:12)”

Not surprisingly, however, their Instagram followers were less concerned with the vet in the photo than with Joy-Anna’s bump.

In the past, doctors (who have not personally treated the mom-to-be) have analyzed her photos and come to the conclusion that it looks as though Joy-Anna got pregnant before marriage.

The consensus amongst professionals seems to be that Joy is about a month further along than she claims.

Of course, fans have been offering their own not-so-professional opinion for months, and it seems there are very few who buy into Joy’s version of events.

Some Duggar obsessives, however, are quick to point out that every pregnancy is different, and it’s impossible to tell from a photo when exactly Joy conceived:

“I’m 17 weeks along and look like I’m about 6 months along. People need to shut their mouths and realize that every person’s body handles pregnancy differently,” wrote one fan on the pic above.

“People need to leave it alone. Love you Joy and Austin congratulations,” commented another.

These folks are not wrong in their argument that it’s silly to try and pinpoint an exact date of conception based on a photo.

Frankly, we would draw such conclusions based on a few pics.

It’s all the other evidence that Joy and Austin broke her family’s courtship rules that has us convinced.

Jinger Duggar & Jeremy Vuolo Celebrate First Wedding Anniversary on Instagram!

It seems like just yesterday that we watched them say “I do,” but believe it or not, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo have been married for one full year.

Sure, with a family the size of the Duggars, it sometimes feels that not a day goes by without a couple celebrating an anniversary, but Jinger and Jeremy are a special case. 

For one thing, they’re the first of Jinger’s generation to be married for an entire year without announcing a pregnancy.

And that’s not the only way in which Jinger and Jeremy have embraced their reputation as rebels.

Jeremy clashes with Jim Bob Duggar on a regular basis, and the two men have reportedly locked horns on issues as wide-ranging as religious doctrine and Jeremy’s decision to relocate to Laredo, Texas.

(Jinger is the first of her sisters to make a home for herself outside of her native Arkansas.)

For less conservative fans of the Duggar clan, Jinger and Jeremy represent a sliver of hope for a more moderate future.

Many who appreciate some of the Duggars’ values but struggle with the family’s more far-right views see Jinger and Jeremy as evidence that the Counting On clan might eventually be open to adopting an ideology that’s more in step with modern times.

 

It remains to be seen if that will happen, so for now, fans of the couple will just have to content themselves with the knowledge that the Vuolos are more in love today than on the morning they exchanged vows.

Jinger marked the occasion of their first anniversary by posting the above photo of herself with Jeremy.

“It’s been 1 year since the day we said “I do”…it’s been the best year of my life!” an ecstatic Jinger captioned the image.

“Jeremy, you have shown me such love that is too amazing for words. Whether we are talking, going on an adventure together, or simply doing everyday life together—I cherish every moment with you!

In true Duggar fashion, she concluded by praising Jeremy’s religious devotion:

“I love how you lead me in the Word and prayer. Your selflessness and sensitivity and care is remarkable. I love absolutely everything about you and couldn’t be more grateful to God for giving me the most incredible husband in the world! I love you, babe!”

Not to be outdone, Jeremy posted a loving tribute to Jinger on his Instagram page:

“To say she’s the woman of my dreams would not quite capture it seeing as, even in my dreams, I never could have imagined a woman so staggeringly beautiful, genuinely lovable, and sincerely Christlike as my dear Jinger,” Jeremy wrote.

“This year has been the best of my life. I love you, @jingervuolo, and always will.”

Needless to say, both parties brought their loving tribute A-game.

Guys, you may want to make sure your significant other doesn’t see these posts if you have an anniversary coming up.

Reality TV is a strange beast.

It turns regular folks into celebrities not because of their brains, abilities, or even their looks, but simply because of their willingness to allow viewers to access their private lives.

For some, that"s the primary appeal of the genre, while for others, it"s the chief drawback.

We think it"s safe to say Leah Messer"s ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, belongs squarely in the latter camp.

Farrah Abraham Topless Photo Commemorates Instagram Milestone, Cements Icon Status

Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham just reached a million followers on Instagram, and celebrated the only way she knows how:

By posing topless in bed with a “come hither” gaze.

On Sunday, October 22, the redhead took to Instagram to celebrate eclipsing the seven-figure mark on her Instagram fan total.

For some reason Farrah wants more plastic surgery; Abraham’s insane boobs and facial transformation are rather evident here.

She is wearing pasties – heart-shaped ones, totes adorbs – but very little else is left to the imagination in the hypnotic image.

About the only thing missing here is Abraham’s surgically enhanced butt, which remains covered up. Maybe for her next trick?

“1 million,” she captioned the stunning pic, and while she was still in the 999,000s at the time, Farrah since surpassed a mill.

This should help get her to two million real quick …

This post comes just days after a report surfaced that a second Farrah Abraham cam show will be coming your way just before Halloween.

The 26-year-old reality star’s inaugural live porn event with CamSoda was such a huge hit, she’s running it back and then some.

Farrah’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Simon Saran says she plans to “give 110%” for the show, as if she knows any other way.

Go hard or go home, as the old saying goes.

Asked why Farrah continues to do adult films despite the backlash from fellow MTV stars, Simon replied, “Because she likes it.”

“She does what she wants on her free time.”

Hard to argue with that, though her 1,000,000 fans sure have some strong opinions about what she does in her free and work time.

Wrote one disgusted fan on Insta: “Your daughter will be disgusted by you when she gets older and be embarrassed #shame.”

Wrote another: “Ur child is going to have so many issues with a mom like u. Putting this kind of image over the internet of ur self is horrible.”

“U need to teach her to respect herself and u. If I found stuff like this of my mother online. All respect for her is gone.”

Yet another added, “I agree that picture is disgusting, no mothers kids should see that. I personally wouldn’t want her to be the mother of my kids.”

Harsh.

Others came to her defense, at least in part, saying Farrah knows no other way: “DISGUSTING! she is the way she is BECAUSE of her parents!”

“They allowed her to tell them how everything would be instead of instilling in her that healthy fear that every child should have of their parents!”

Some Farrah followers defended her unabashedly: “Do what make u happy and dont regret thats all… if its real then i take u how u are….100%”

“And i always like how strong u are! dont give up!”

Another supporter of hers added, “I’m not understanding how her not wearing a top correlates with her being a bad mother.”

“You’re telling me as a mom none of you have been topless? women (moms especially) need to stop tearing others down.”

This school of thought was echoed by “Just because it’s not something you would do doesn’t mean she’s a bad parent.”

“I don’t think what she does is good [but] her daughter is well loved and taken care of. That’s what matters. Bye judgemental people.”

Said another Farrah defender, “So I don’t understand why people have to judge her life style and not other people who do this?” 

It’s an interesting point of debate, for sure. Finally, other admirers reacted to an entirely different aspect of the eye-popping pic.

Joy-Anna Duggar Shares Pregnancy Update, Anti-Abortion Views on Instagram

If you’re a fan of her family’s, then by now, you’ve likely heard the news that Joy-Anna Duggar is pregnant with her first child.

The news came as a shock to many, as Joy-Anna is just 19 years old, and it appears as though she may have gotten pregnant before her wedding to Austin Forsyth, despite her family’s strict ban on premarital sex.

But despite the controversy surrounding her pregnancy, Joy-Anna is clearly ecstatic, and she’s been sharing her joy with fans on social media:

Joy-Anna posted the above photo earlier today, along with the following caption:

“Can’t wait to meet our baby!! I got to feel it kick for the first time a few days ago!!! Soooooo amazing!!! It’s already about the size of a bell pepper and weighs around half a pound!!! #childrenareagiftfromGod #westandforlife”

Yes, as you might have guessed from those hashtags, Joy-Anna is about to get political on you.

Given that procreation and strict fundamentalist religious beliefs are the things they’re best known for, it should come as no surprise that the Duggars are staunchly anti-abortion.

In case her hashtags failed to make that clear, Joy-Anna also shared this photo of her husband holding a sign by the side of the road for some reason.

Following the Josh Duggar sex scandals, there was a brief period of time when the Duggars mostly steered clear of politics.

Perhaps it was the fear that their constant moralizing would make them seem hypocritical in the wake of the revelation that they’d knowingly harbored a sexual predator.

(And of course, they were right on that score.)

But now it looks as though the Duggars are laboring under the delusion that Josh’s crimes have faded from the public’s memory to the point that they can once again begin flaunting their supposed moral superiority.

Sources close to the family believe Joy-Anna is planning a career in politics, but she’s not the only one who’s speaking out on controversial political issues.

Just kast month, Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, attacked Jazz Jennings on Twitter, berating the transgender teen, who, like the Duggars, stars in a reality series on TLC.

Clearly, the family has been emboldened by the forgiveness of many of their more cultishly devoted fans, and it’s even been rumored that Josh Duggar will soon return to television, despite frequent promises to the contrary.

Whatever the case, it seems the Duggars are on the verge of reclaiming what they feel is lost territory. 

And it’ll be interesting to see if the public allows it.

Ariel Winter: Slut-Shamed by Estranged Mother for Instagram Photos!

Ariel Winter is one of the stars of Modern Family, but she"s also known for her provocative photos in bikinis and other outfits that showcase her curvy body to its full effect.

A lot of people who have no business trying to control her body try to shame her over that, but no one seems more opinionated or less justified in trying to talk about Ariel"s choices than her estranged and allegedly abusive mother, Crystal Workman.

Crystal Workman sat down for an interview where she spends as much time trying to shame her daughter from afar as she does trying to make people feel sorry for her.

Whether Ariel Winter is floating on a bikini as the world"s yummiest pizza topping or giving Levi Meaden a huge butt-shaped birthday cake, Ariel Winter is celebrating her body and making her own choices.

And she also takes the time to continue her one-woman crusade against body-shaming.

(She"s such a treasure, honestly)

Sure, some people give her a hard time for flaunting her curves.

But she"s an adult, at 19. She could post topless photos if she wanted (on Twitter, not on Instagram) and it would be fine and completely her choice.

As it is, the photos that she shares are sometimes salacious but never involve actual nudity.

And sometimes her "racy" pics are just her wearing normal clothes that become more revealing thanks to her body"s natural curves.

Regardless, this is what happens when a young woman who grew up having no choices is suddenly able to control her own image on her own terms.

A lot of the wank about "the selfie generation" and social media is just about women getting to tell their own stories, honestly.

Ariel"s story wasn"t always one of being a free adult who got to make her own choices.

Ariel was emancipated as a minor — an option that is sadly not available to everyone who grows up under those circumstances.

Ariel accuses her mother of physically abusing her, including slapping and pushing her, as well as of making a lot of cruel and controlling choices.

Recently, we"ve learned more details about Ariel Winter"s escape from her abusive childhood.

Crystal Workman thrust Ariel into the entertainment business when she was only four years old.

Ariel"s food was carefully restricted (to the point where Ariel had a tutor who would order extra food so that Ariel could sneak some).

Ariel has also described the way that her mother would have her dressed in almost absurdly skimpy outfits, even as a preteen, and attend late-night parties to mingle when she had early call times the next day.

Though Ariel is now taking classes at UCLA, her education was often neglected during her childhood, because she says that her mother put her career first.

It was, however, through one of her teachers that Ariel first reached out for help in escaping from her mother.

Ariel was successfully emancipated at 14, and her older sister was awarded custody.

Countless millions of abused children don"t have the resources or good fortune to escape.

All of this add up to why it is so absurd that Crystal Workman has the gall to try to shame Ariel over how she dresses now.

Firstly, because Crystal Workman is said to have dressed Ariel like this as a child — where now Ariel is an adult and it"s not inappropriate for her to wear short skirts or whatever else she likes.

Secondly, because Ariel accuses her mother of abuse, and abusers have no right to complain about anything.

But none of that gives Crystal Workman pause in going on Inside Edition and talking about how she hates the way that Ariel dresses, whether it"s on the red carpet or on Instagram.

"I just want to see her have respect for herself and have some class."

Self-respect doesn"t equal modesty. Modesty is a choice.

"I feel that Ariel is starving for attention. I feel this is a cry help from my child."

If Ariel Winter were "crying for help" (by having fun with her friends and taking photos), she still wouldn"t be seeking help from Crystal Workman.

"That one in particular where her leg is raised and she is holding a martini glass, all I could do was cry and feel sorry for her."

Crystal claims that she feels sorry for Ariel, but it seems clear that Crystal is trying to milk audiences for undeserved sympathy.

Inside Edition then gives you a peak at the storage unit where Crystal lived after selling her house.

"I lived in a storage space. There was no heat, no air for over a year-and-a-half."

That"s better than a prison cell, which is where a society that actually cares about child welfare would put abusers for the rest of their days.

She whines that Ariel and Ariel"s sister didn"t rush to her rescue.

"What was difficult was that my daughters knew I was living there."

There"s nothing like an awful person"s misery to put you in a good mood, you know?

But we wonder at Crystal Workman"s motives.

Clearly, this nonsense isn"t going to endear her to Ariel. Is she hoping that Ariel will get tired of getting badmouthed in the press and offer her mom some hush money?

Ariel Winter Goes OFF on Instagram: I Don"t Show My Ass on Purpose!

By now, you’re probably aware that Ariel Winter’s Instagram is more popular within the key demographic than her lumbering dinosaur of a sitcom.

The actress’ racy selfies have made her a favorite on social media and in the tabloids, but there are downsides to being popular in those crowds.

Ever post something, feel a little too exposed, and immediately regret it?

Imagine that times several million and you start to get an idea of Ariel’s plight.

While we’re sure she’d be the first to admit that she courts and enjoys the attention, Ariel understandably gets frustrated when the comments and media coverage go too far. 

And now, she’s clapping back with a lengthy rant against the press, the toxic environment on social media, and the perception that she’s using risque clothing to boost her career.

“Something I wish people would realize…I am not TRYING to be featured on Snapchat,” Winter’s rant begins.

“I am not trying to be pap’d everywhere I do, I am literally just LIVING and unfortunately, I can’t do that without paparazzi following me around everyday,” she adds.

“I’m not trying to show you my ass in shorts when I go to the grocery store. I’m trying to live my life. People wear shorts. People have wardrobe malfunctions. No one is perfect.”

Winter went on to address the criticism she’s faced for dressing “inappropriately” for certain events, such as when she attended the premiere of a children’s movie in a see-through dress.

“I’m not a stylist! I don’t know what to wear everyday so I look ‘appropriate’ or ‘fashionable.’ Also, screw having to always look appropriate or fashionable,” she wrote.

“For what? Society? Who gets to decide what is appropriate or fashionable???? I wear what I like and no one should fault me for that. I don’t want people to constantly see me in the news for going to dinner, or grocery shopping, or anything,” she continued.

“I want to be in the news when I ASK for it by going to a publicized event, or EVEN BETTER when I have work out/coming out! So trust me, I don’t want to see me in shorts putting water in my car every single d—n day as much as you don’t.”

The common rebuttal there will likely be that Ariel could easily afford a stylist, and if she’s so bothered by criticisms of her attire, it might be a worthwhile investment.

That said, we see her point, and she certainly shouldn’t feel obligated to hire a personal shopper.

From there, Ariel delves into an even more serious topic: her troubled childhood, and the ways in she feels she was sexualized as an adolescent.

“I’d also like to address the tweets I get saying ‘you accused your mother of sexualizing you yet you’re a whore.’ I was a CHILD being dressed like I was 24. I was 8-13 years old,” the actress writes.

“I wasn’t an ADULT as I am now. As you mature at 16, 17, 18 you further develop your own identity and can make decisions for yourself. As a child, you do as you’re told regardless of what is good for you.”

“I’m an ADULT now, who can make my own choices and have my own identity. And just because I DECIDE to show my body occasionally doesn’t mean I’m unintelligent or that I’m talentless or that I have no self respect,” she adds.

The entire piece is worth reading, and Ariel addresses a number of important topics.

It’s impossible to tell at this point where her career might be headed, but it’s good to know that Ariel is aware of the various pitfalls of fame, even if–like just about every other celebrity–she’s not entirely sure how to avoid them.

We feel confident that she’ll eventually find a way to navigate this tricky industry.

She seems well on her way.
