Heather Heyer"s Mother: I Will Never Speak to Donald Trump!
Susan Bro, the mother of the woman killed during last Saturday’s white supremacy rally in Charlottesville, says she has not spoken directly with President Donald Trump.
And she told Robin Roberts on Good Morning America today that she has no plans to ever do so.
Bro"s 32-year old child, Heather Heyer, was mowed down in the street six days ago by James Alex Fields, Jr., a neo-Nazi who allegedly drove his car into a contingent of protestors in Virginia.
At her daughter"s funeral on Wednesday, Bro spoke forcefully against the hate groups that tried to silence people such as Heather, earning national acclaim, respect and sympathy in the process.
“They tried to kill my child to shut her up, but guess what, you just magnified her,” Bro said in front of a packed theater in downtown Charlottesville in honor of her daughter.
Added the mourning mother at the time:
“I’d rather have my child, but by golly if I got to give her up, we’re going to make it count."
Bro talked tearfully about Heather just one day after President Trump refused to condemn White Supremacists or their ilk.
He said in a press conference that violence on "both sides" was to blame for the chaos in Charlottesville, seemingly making a moral equivalence between Nazis and those who gathered to protest Nazis.
In the following interview, Susan says the President first called during Heather"s funeral.
Various secretaries tried reaching out to her at other times, presumably to connect her to the Commander-in-Chief, but she has no interest in making this connection.
"I"m not talking to the President now, I"m sorry," Bro said, expounding:
"It"s not that I saw somebody else"s tweet about him, I saw an actual clip of him at a press conference equating the protesters, like Ms. Heyer, with the KKK and the white supremacists."
Neither Trump nor anyone in his administration has visited Charlottesville in the days following Heyer"s murder.
But even if he suddenly decided to do so?
"You can"t wash this one away by shaking my hand and saying I"m sorry," Susan said. "I"m not forgiving for that."

Simon Saran: Matt Baier DID Abuse Amber Portwood, and She Needs to Speak Up!
Is it just us, or does Amber Portwood seem intent on breaking our hearts these days?
She refuses to just leave Matt Baier alone — though she’s said they’ve broken up, they’re rumored to be going on Marriage Boot Camp together, so we’re not holding our breath on a permanent split.
Even after he was shown to have a pocket full of pills on TV, even after he embarrassed himself with the immortal words, “Do you forgive Daddy?”, she’s still involved with the creep.
It’s all very disappointing, but perhaps the most disappointing thing of all is that horrible Instagram Live rant Amber went on earlier this week.
In the video, she decided to open up about her history with abuse.
“I’ve been through domestic violence,” she said. “I was the one on the other f-cking end with the domestic violence — it went both ways.”
Meaning that in addition to being the one dishing out the physical violence, she was abused, too.
“However,” Amber went on, “I never opened my motherf-cking mouth about anybody ever f-cking hitting me! Anybody! Because that’s what a real f-cking woman does!”
“That’s what a real woman does. I can f-cking take that!”
Yes, that’s Amber explaining that a man she was in a relationship hit her, but she kept it to herself. Because apparently, that’s what a real woman does.
Except it’s not. At all. And that’s a really ignorant thing to say.
Amber’s on this thing right now where she feels the need to repeatedly remind everyone that she’s a “real woman,” whatever that means, so whatever she does is what a real woman does.
It’s been getting old for a while, but now it’s getting dangerous.
And Simon Saran, Farrah Abraham’s sometimes boyfriend and everybody’s favorite Teen Mom troll, isn’t standing for it.
He kicked off over on Twitter by claiming that yes, Matt was the one who abused Amber.
“Matt has punched her on several occasions,” he wrote. “Mtv does nothing. They are more worried about setting Farrah up on more fake dates.”
Simon also tweeted that “A real woman opens up about domestic violence. Don’t listen to that bimbo. You can save someone’s life later down the road.”
When one of his followers tried to defend Amber’s statement, saying that “it takes time to deal with domestic violence,” he still wasn’t having it.
“Time is against you in these situations,” he wrote. “It takes courage and fast action. Do not ever wait! One time is more than enough!”
“In the end, let’s not discourage her,” he added. “She needs help from you #TeenMomOG fans!”
Simon was so fired up, and rightfully so, that he carried his message on over on his Instagram page.
“I know a majority of my followers are from the show, but ladies and gents, don’t ever keep domestic violence on the hush,” he began.
“You can save someone’s life later down the road.”
Simon, ever our faithful Teen Mom guide, wrote that the “majority of these cast members are airheads,” but “clearly they have a huge following and fans will do whatever they say.”
“Be smart and think with your head!”
We never thought we’d say this, but thank goodness for Simon Saran.

Kim Kardashian: Kris Jenner Will Never Speak to Caitlyn Jenner Again!
Kim Kardashian has never been the secretive type, but she is selective about how and when she makes certain revelations about her private life.
Usually her preferred venue for tea spillage is Keeping Up With the Kardashians or some other Kard clan-branded outlet.
So it came as somewhat of a surprise when Kim opened up to Andy Cohen recently about everything from her real feelings toward Taylor Swift to the ongoing feud between Kris and Caitlyn Jenner.
As you probably know, the Jenners’ divorce was a messy one, and their relationship has only deteriorated in the years since.
The publication of Caitlyn’s memoir last month certainly didn’t help matters, as the book contained a number of startling accusations directed at Kris.
Caitlyn claimed that Kris forced her to remain in the closet for years despite her desire to come out as transgender.
She wrote that Kris knew about her desire to transition since the beginning of their relationship, but consistently lied in order to give the public a false impression of their time together.
While Kris and Caitlyn weren’t exactly besties before, insiders say Cait’s book was the nail in their relationship’s coffin.
Now, Kim is confirming that Kris and Caitlyn are no longer on speaking terms.
Asked by Cohen if there’s any chance that her Kris will ever speak to Caitlyn again, Kim responded bluntly, “Zero.”
She then adjusted her answer to reflect the slight possibility that the couple’s children might one day convince them to reconcile:
“No, one. No, I would say two percent,” she added.
“And those are [half-sisters] Kendall and Kylie. That’s their percentage. All fair, I think.”
So there’s a one or two percent chance that Caitlyn and Kris will ever speak again.
That’s better than skim milk odds, but still far from half-and-half.
Kim, of course, has made no secret of whom she’s siding with in all this:
“I feel like she’s been through so much and [Caitlyn] is promoting this book and she’s saying all these things,” she recently told Ellen DeGeneres.
“I don’t think it’s necessary and I just feel like it’s unfair, things aren’t truthful.”
Sounds to us like the time is right for a spinoff in which Kris and Caitlyn are forced to run a food truck together or something.

ESPYs: NBA Stars Speak on Racial Divide to Open Ceremony
The ESPY Awards is one of the more ridiculous, contrived awards ceremonies that exist in Hollywood.
But Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade and LeBron James took to the stage on Wednesday night and put a serious spin on the ceremony.
They opened the event by coming out in black suits and addressing the issues of racial tension that have been plaguing America for years now.
To many, these issues culminated in the last two weeks with the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile at the hands of police officers… followed by the killing of five cops in Dallas by a deranged sniper.
"The four of us we cannot ignore the realities of the current state of America," Anthony said as the first of his friends to speak.
"The events of the past week have put a spotlight on the injustice, distrust and anger that plague so many of us. The system is broken.
"But the problems are not new, the violence is not new and the racial divide definitely is not new. But the urgency for change is at an all time high."
Then it was time for Wade to chime in:
"Not seeing the value of black and brown bodies has to stop but also the retaliation has to stop. The needless gun violence in places like Chicago, Dallas, not to mention Orlando it has to stop, enough. Enough is enough.
Now as athletes it"s on us to challenge each other to do even more than we already do in our cow communities. The conversation cannot stop as our schedules get busy again. It wont always be convenient, it won"t.
"It won"t always be comfortable but it is necessary."
And then Paul:
"[My nephew] is one of the hundreds of thousands of great officers serving this country. But Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Laquan McDonald, Alton Sterling, Philando Castile.. this is also our reality.
"Generations ago, legends like Jesse Owens, Jackie Robinson, Muhammad Ali, John Carlos and Tommy smith. Abdul-Karim al-Jabbar, Jim Brown Billie Jean King, Arthur Ashe and countless others…
"They set a model for what athletes should stand for. So we choose to stand in their footsteps."
And, lastly, James:
"It"s time to look in the mirror and ask ourselves what are we doing to create change… I know tonight we are honoring Muhammad Al,i the "G.O.A.T." but to do his legacy any justice let"s use this moment as a call to action for all professional athlete to educate ourselves, explore these issues, speak up, use our influence and renounce all violence.
"And most importantly go back to our communities, invest our time, our resources, help rebuild them help strengthen them help change them.
"We all have to do better."

The Bachelorette Promo: JoJo Gets Back on the Unicorn (So to Speak)!
The Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher may have had her heart broken last season, but she"s now ready to get back on the dating horse.
Or unicorn, as it were. You knew it was coming!
While The Bachelorette spoilers are already hinting at who might emerge as a favorite this summer, we now have our first video teaser!
ABC has released the first official trailer for The Bachelorette Season 12 and it commences with the heartbreak of The Bachelor finale …
Oh yes. The Dallas beauty"s ill-fated romance with Ben Higgins, who told her he loved her only to shatter her dreams, must be relived.
Only as a context for what"s to come, however.
When one door closes, another opens (unless you"re Caila Quinn … sorry girl!) and Fletcher will be the one doling out roses this time.

Miranda Simms to Leah Messer: Do Not Speak to Corey Without ME THERE!
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is not allowed to speak to ex-husband Corey Simms without his current wife present – or so she claims.
Miranda Patterson Simms isn’t letting Leah anywhere near her man after Corey banged Leah in his truck (or at least hooked up with her).
The details are disputed, but there was an affair. In a reversal of how it usually goes, Corey cheated on his second wife with his first one.
“Corey and I did hook up two months after they got married,” Leah confessed to Us after being tag-teamed on the Teen Mom 2 reunion.
Far from pleased as you might expect, Miranda went further than throwing shade at Leah on MTV. She enforced a new set of rules.
“I’m not allowed to call Corey’s phone to communicate with the girls unless she’s somehow three-wayed in,” the mother of three explained.
“He has to be around her when he calls.”
Of course, not everyone calls these days … so when it comes to texting, Corey and Leah must also communicate via group MMS with Miranda.
According to Leah, the second Mrs. Simms is just jealous, insecure and bitter because of the former spouses’ past. In her own words:
“Miranda doesn’t want me in the picture. She wants to hurt me because she thinks that Corey and I still have something for each other.”
Not that Leah gives AF about it though.
“I couldn’t care less about their relationship,” she said. “I want them to be happy. But if [we] can’t get along, this is going to be a nonstop fight.”
Leah also says the former couple’s twins are “miserable” at their father’s house because they are “so close” to her. That may be a stretch.
Fortunately, time does heal all wounds.
Leah recently regained custody of the twins – 50/50 with Corey – after the couple came to an equitable agreement and buried the hatchet.
Apparently, Leah and Corey are on good terms these days, with Simms praising her, saying Messer is great when she’s not on drugs.
Small victories, people. Small victories.

Steven Avery"s Sons Speak Out For the First Time: WATCH!
At this point, it seems like just about everyone involved with the Steven Avery murder trial has had their say.
Even Avery himself issued a statement, despite bizarrely being barred from talking to the media by the Wisconsin Board of Prisons.
But as the public debate over the facts presented in Making a Murderer rages on, many seem to have forgotten that prior to his first imprisonment in 1985, Steven Avery got married and started a family – and his children remained silent on their father"s controversial conviction until today.
Sitting for an interview with the syndicated news magazine series Crime Watch Daily, Bill Avery and Steven Avery Jr., both in their 30s now, share their feelings on once again being thrust into the national spotlight, as well as their thoughts on the scandal-plagued trial that landed their father behind bars for life.
Asked point blank if they believe that Steven Avery is innocent, as the rest of their family seems to, the brothers confess that they"re as uncertain as many Making a Murderer viewers:
“Only one person can answer that, and that would be Teresa Halbach,” Steven Jr. says in the shocking new video. “But she can’t answer that no more.”
While the Averys refrain from speculating about their father"s guilt or innocence, they agree with his supporters on the question of whether Steven and his alleged accomplice Brendan Dassey deserve a second trial.
“The only thing I know was the entire case was very shady. It’s clear that there was corruption,” Steven Jr. says.
“Him and Brendan deserve a fair trial. That’s my take on it. If they’re guilty, let them sit. But if they’re free, get them out. It’s been ten years now. They’ve wasted going on 30 years of his life if he’s innocent.

14 Talk Show Hosts Who Should Never Speak Again
Some talk show hosts out there are funny (see Colbert, Stephen).
Other talk show hosts out there are viral sensations (see Kimmel, Jimmy).
And then some other talk show hosts out there are simply obnoxious and annoying and we wish they"d shut up already.
This is a rundown of those in the latter category…
1. Wendy Williams
The worst of the worst. She will say anything to make a headline, offering up baseless opinions and saying them in some sassy manner just to stir up controversy and make herself seem relevant. Wendy Williams is despicable.
2. Rosie O’Donnell
Is she back on The View yet? We can hardly even keep track, but we assume she’ll surface again on some talk show and we assume we’ll be setting our TV to “Mute” when she does because the formerly fun host has somehow been replaced by someone obnoxious and self-involved.
3. Nancy Grace
She has never met a tragic story that she did not exploit for ratings and attention.
4. Dr. Phil
Dr. Phil doesn’t care if your cheating husband left you for your best friend while you were dying of cancer. It’s ALL YOUR FAULT!
5. Glenn Beck
Do we really need to spell out the reasons why?
6. Matt Lauer
Have you read those reports about how all Today show staffers hate him? It just sounds like he’s really mean.

Kanye West to World: NO ONE SPEAK TO ME Until...
He hath spoken.
Kanye West has issued forth a declaration that no one is to ask him for anything until he’s done with his album and completed his upcoming collection (presumably for his Yeezy for Adidas line).
West took to Twitter yesterday with the command, a very straightforward statement that did not mince words.
“I’m finishing my album and my next collection…no offense to anyone…
“I’m asking everyone DON’T ASK ME FOR ANYTHING TILL AFTER I’M FINISHED WITH MY ALBUM.”
West announced earlier this year that the album’s title will be Swish, and described it as a “sonic painting.”
I don’t know what that means.
“I still just kept working and trying to find the language that I wanted to say on my album,” West told Big Boy from LA’s 92.3FM.
“Just going in the lab every night. It’s soundin’ good, like a sonic painting. And it gets better and better every week.”
All requests will be forwarded to North West, who will then type up an interpretation and send it to the interwebs via Twitter.
New dads everywhere are calling West’s announcement the smartest reason ever to get out of late-night feedings.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashiana and Saint West remain unamused.

Josh Duggar"s Younger Brothers Speak Out: We Don"t Want to Be Like Him!
With the premiere of Jill & Jessa: Counting On right around the corner, many have wondered if the embattled Duggar clan will address the scandals that got them removed from TV the first time around.
While some clips have shown Jill and Jessa discussing pregnancy and bonding in the sort of family-friendly scenes that viewers once expected from the Duggars, much of the show"s marketing material has revealed that the Josh Duggar"s 18 siblings will be opening up about his egregious misconduct.
Yesterday, Jill Duggar went off on Josh for hiding scandalous secrets that eventually tore his family apart.
The full trailer for Counting On released earlier today shows that several family members will offer their (mostly unfavorable) opinions on Josh and his misdeeds as the series progresses.
Now, a new preview clip posted by TLC moments ago gives us a glimpse of how Josh"s younger brothers feel about his downfall.
"I always wanted to be like him. But one of the toughest things I had to tell my older brother was, I don"t want to be like you anymore," 25-year-old John David reveals.
"I don"t think there"s any way any of us would have known that my brother was living such a secret life," says 20-year-old Joseph Duggar.
"It broke my heart. Whenever somebody you respect the most is willing to get up and proclaim what we believe as Christians, about being true to your wife, you"d never think that that"s the person who"s involved in it."

Val Kilmer Fitted With Tracheostomy Tube; Actor Reportedly Loses the Ability to Speak
Back in October, we reported that Val Kilmer had been hospitalized after undergoing an emergency procedure that may have saved his life.
Reps for Kilmer assured fans that there’s no cause for concern, but sources close to the acclaimed actor have maintained that his religious beliefs nearly cost him his life.
Several insiders claim Kilmer nearly died after refusing to seek treatment for a “grapefruit-sized” tumor in his throat.
As a practicing Christian Scientist, he reportedly believed that the ailment could be treated with prayer, meditation and positive thinking.
However, it seems that while the emergency surgery may have saved Kilmer’s life, it also left the actor unable to speak and permanently dependent upon a breathing apparatus.
According to Radar Online, Kilmer was spotted with a tracheostomy tube while shopping at Trader Joe’s in Los Angeles today.
The device is the result of a tracheotomy procedure, which usually leaves the patient unable to speak on his own.
Kilmer may be able to express himself verbally using an electronic speech-synthesis device.
Reps actor are still refusing to respond to questions about his health, but it now seems that their initial claims that his tumor was benign were inaccurate.
Kilmer himself has only addressed the issue once, writing on Facebook that the rumors that he is “unwell” are “totally untrue.”

Kardashians Speak on Lamar Odom, Temporarily Shut Down Websites
After individually sending their thoughts and prayers to Lamar Odom via social media this week, the young members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have released a joint statement.
With Odom allegedly brain dead and with hope tragically running low, the sisters gave fans a brief update on their personal status, while also touching on their latest business ventures.
Via a message posted on the new websites of Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, the siblings wrote:
“As a family, we’ve decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar. Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time.”
(Kourtney Kardashian does not have an app.)
Following a weekend of partying at a brothel in Nevada, Odom was found unconscious on Tuesday afternoon.
Tests have revealed both cocaine and a dangerous herbal supplement were in his system at the time of the incident, with Khloe, Kim and Kris Jenner flying to Lamar’s hospital bedside as soon as they learned the news.
Other family members later joined them, although everyone except Khloe has now headed back home to California.
Odom, however, remains in a coma. His prognosis has not improved and some outlets have reported that, even if Lamar survives, he will be brain dead.
The two-time NBA champion has battled substance abuse for many years.
He fell off the wagon after about four years of marriage to Khloe Kardashian, disappearing for a time and eventually admitting to infidelity during his drug binge.
Khloe as left with no choice but to divorce Lamar, although they are still legally married and she is therefore in charge of his medical decisions.
Since the couple’s split, she has also been very open about her strong feelings for her estranged husband.
According to a People Magazine insider, Odom is on his “last leg.” He’s hooked up to ventilator and the family is “preparing for the worst.”
Adds this source:
“Khloé has always loved him. And that has never changed and if he didn’t have issues, they would be together. She’s devastated.”
