Kristi Yamaguchi Tells Nancy Kerrigan to Break A Leg; Twitter LIVES
Once upon a time, many years ago, there was a very talented professional figure skater named Nancy Kerrigan.
Nancy did her best, she put a lot of work into skating, but in January of 1994, while Nancy was practicing for the U.S. Figure Skating Championship, she was attacked.
The husband of Tonya Harding, a fellow figure skater, hired someone to break Nancy"s leg so that she couldn"t compete.
Nancy"s leg wasn"t broken, but it was bruised enough to prevent her from competing.
And now, when you think of Nancy Kerrigan, the first thing you think of is that attack.
Which makes it so amazing and horrifying and hilarious that Kristi Yamaguchi, another figure skater, tweeted at Nancy to "break a leg" during her time as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars.
Yeah, she really did that.
And Twitter absolutely cannot handle it.

Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi: How Soon Until They Break Up?!
We wish Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi the best, but after seeing their palpable lack of chemistry after The Bachelor finale last night.
It’s no wonder that many members of Bachelor Nation were sticking a fork in the engaged couple’s relationship within about 45 minutes.
Just as The Bachelor spoilers told us would happen for months, Viall got down on one knee and proposed to Grimaldi, who said yes.
Viall said what fans were thinking the moment he locked eyes with the Canadian special ed teacher for the first time: “Wow. That’s a keeper.”
“I think most people who get engaged, there’s a lot of great, exciting anticipation and for me that was a very emotional roller coaster.”
“Once I saw Vanessa, I kind of calmed my nerves. It was that moment where I had clarity, … a feeling of knowing I made the right decision.”
“It was all worth it! All the tears and all the ups and downs, it kind of just felt like, finally I got to the place that I hoped to get to.”
“While I certainly had my fears, I still followed my heart and put myself at risk … I’m glad I did. This one right here, she made it easy.”
The easy part is over, though, and now comes the hard part – real life, as the couple is forced to exist in a world outside of The Bachelor.
Let’s just say their debut didn’t fill fans with confidence.
There was nothing easy about watching the engaged couple’s awkward interactions during The Bachelor: After the Final Rose special.
Many franchise alums and fans alike live-tweeted the show and several expressed skepticism when it came to the duo’s future together.
Former Bachelor Sean Lowe hilariously wrote, “What’s the winner going to do with her time this summer while Nick is filming BIP?”
Nick, of course, was on Bachelor in Paradise last year.
Sean’s wife Catherine Giudici said that “This is so real it’s kinda depressing,” while Bachelor alumna Jade Roper Tolbert added:
“The vibe of the whole room at After the Final Rose right now is so serious and strange feeling. No? #TheBachelorFinale”
J.P. Rosenbaum, who won Ashley Hebert’s season of The Bachelorette and later married her, tweeted, “Wtf is going on?”
“This is all making me very uncomfortable. #fakenews?”
Trista Sutter, the OG Bachelorette star, had this to say:
“I am always hopeful for happy endings, especially when it comes to my #bachelornation family, but @VanessaGrimaldi doesn’t seem happy?”
Viewers at home were equally weirded out by it all.
Nick and Vanessa’s palpable lack of chemistry made one fan write, “I can only hope that one day me and my fiancé look exactly like this.”
Another was in tears … LOLing: “I literally can’t stop laughing they hate each other so much #TheBachelorFinale #AfterTheFinalRose”
“Honestly watching Nick sitting next to Raven, the girl he publically dumped, was less awkward than him with Vanessa,” added another.
(Raven Gates is headed to Paradise, incidentally.)
One viewer remarked that Nick and Vanessa’s interview “reminds me of when Katniss and Peeta had to pretend they were in love on TV.”
“If you look up miserable in the dictionary I’m pretty sure this would be the picture,” added another, with this hilarious side-by-side pic:
Plenty of fans were on Team Raven Gates, Nick’s runner-up who conducted herself with such class … and maybe have dodged a bullet.
One wrote, in reference to her final quote: “Nick: ‘I’m gonna miss you.’ Raven: ‘I know.’ He looks devastated, and she is glowing. Atta girl #teamraven”
Raven, another Twitter user weighed in, “is happier being dumped than Vanessa is engaged #TheBachelor #TheBachelorFinale”
Maybe we’re reading too much into this, though.
It was, after all, one sit-down, in an unusual (and live) situation. But you have to admit, the vibe in that room was far from upbeat last night.
When they discussed the possibility of marriage, calling them “cautiously optimistic” would be the best possible spin you could put on it.
Next up for the obviously over-the-moon couple?
Viall is set to appear on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars with Peta Murgatroyd, while Vanessa moves to L.A. which she doesn’t want to do.

Mandi Venturino: Did Teen Mom 2 Producer Break Up Jeremy Calvert and Brooke Wehr?!
Mandi Venturino is a producer on MTV’s Teen Mom 2, but she’s making news for a different reason – her alleged involvement with a cast member.
A male cast member. Off-screen … with major consequences.
Reports surfaced earlier this month about Jeremy Calvert cheating on Brooke Wehr with Venturino, resulting in the end of their engagement.
Did it actually happen, though? How did that rumor start?
As you may know if you watch Teen Mom and watch Teen Mom 2 online, these are different from other reality series in terms of production.
The producers and crew members not only influence what we see, but often appear on camera and interact with the cast on the show.
As such, not only do hard core fans know who they are, it’s not uncommon for them to become wrapped up in the drama they’re documenting.
This brings us to one of the crazier rumors we’ve heard in awhile, one that surfaced after Jeremy Calvert threatened to quit Teen Mom 2.
We know. That’s not new. But the catalyst was this time.
Jeremy, who had been engaged to Brooke Wehr, polled Twitter fans as to whether or not he should quit the show, which he was pissed at.
Why? As we know, he often takes issue with show’s editing, and coupled with recent drama in his personal life, he may have hit a wall.
Interestingly, however, those two issues may be scandalously interconnected, as Wehr has since accused Jeremy of cheating on her.
She did so via a series of memes, in typical passive-aggressive fashion … and with accusations that were not passive, just plain aggressive.
“Yes my love, I love you. I swear I won’t cheat on you tonight,” read one meme of a cheater, which she captioned, “Sounds about right.”
Then Brooke named his alleged mistress directly:
“Too bad he f–ked the producer @mandi06.”
And Wehr didn’t stop there, sharing an imagine of Dos Equis’ Most Interesting Man in the World lamenting her relationship fate/
“I don’t always fall in love,” the caption read.
“But when I do … it’s with a cheating sociopath that sucks up my life and wastes my time because I’m obviously retarded.”
Again, she then segued to a direct takedown:
“You just talk to b-tches for hours on end everyday until 2am. Haha I don’t know who the hell you think you’re fooling, but you’re a terrible liar.”
Not a lot left to imagination there.
It’s not clear how Mandi, who works with Chelsea Houska on the MTV reality series, was linked to Calvert, let alone whether they hooked up.
Venturino used to work with Leah Messer before moving over to Houska, which would likely explain how she knows Jeremy at least.
Brooke made reference to Leah in another caption:
“Guess Leah was right. I should have listened.”
Yes, Wehr hit him with the “your ex was right about you” dig, leaving Venturino to actually respond with a vague but still pointed denial.
“#Alternativefacts #fakenews,” she wrote.
“Have a lovely day everyone.”
According to her Facebook page, Mandi – whose Instagram has been switched to private – has her own boyfriend named Tyler Keshel.
Between that and her Kellyanne Conway homage of a denial, and the sheer impracticality of it, we’re going to assume this affair isn’t real.
Still, Venturino’s link to Calvert remains a mystery.
Starting in 2015, she worked as a segment producer for both Chelsea and Leah, before moving over to becoming Houska’s field producer.
She was notably present for Houska’s baby shower, and clearly is well connected to the entire cast and crew of the hit MTV franchise.
We just have no idea how Brooke made the leap from that fact to Jeremy being involved with her, as it’s a striking allegation to make.

Khloe Kardashian: Did She Just Break Up with Tristan Thompson?!
Hey, did you want to hear another piece of sad news today?
Sure, this one doesn’t affect nearly as many people as that other thing that happened today, but still, a tragedy is a tragedy.
You know how Khloe Kardashian has gotten pretty serious with Tristan Thompson lately?
There have been rumors that she’s pregnant with his child, and that they’re planning a very special reality show wedding.
And if the rumors aren’t enough to convince you, then Khloe’s actually said that she and Tristan tell each other they love each other.
So things actually are serious between them — or at least, they were.
See, Khloe made a little post on her website all about her own personal rules when it comes to dating.
“I’m old-fashioned in a lot of ways!” she revealed. “I don’t thing there’s necessarily a right or wrong way when it comes to dating but I definitely have certain preferences.”
She also added that she’s “Definitely into dinner the first time I hang out with a guy!” because “coffee is too casual.”
Khloe is “big on setting the tone with relationships.” For instance, “Sometimes, when I’m first talking to a guy, we both get shy, which makes it easier to text.”
“I like to show people how to treat me, so after we get the ball rolling, I’ll start calling more to make it known that’s what I want.”
“I think you have to teach people how to treat you at first,” she went on, “by doing and saying the things you want them to do and say in return.”
“You can’t just expect someone to know what the f-ck to do — no one’s a mind reader!”
This is apparently a dealbreaker for Khloe, who goes on to say that “I don’t want anyone to make me guess, either.”
“If you like apple pie and I keep making you carrot cake, tell me you like f-cking apple pie!”
All that being said, Khloe is “OK with being asked out over text message.”
But while Khloe has mixed feelings about texts vs. phone calls, she’s not as forgiving when it comes to the issue of who foots the bill for the first date.
“Guy pays!” she insisted. “You do you, honey, but I personally think the guy should pay on a first date.”
She believes that “Later on, it’s OK for the girl to offer but I’m not setting that precedent for the rest of the relationship.”
And all of Khloe’s thoughts make sense, and they’re totally fair, except for one thing.
Why is she thinking so hard about dating if she’s in such a serious relationship with Tristan?!
Maybe she’d written this up months ago, or maybe she’s just trying to provide general information for her followers.
But still … it’s all a little suspicious.

Kendall Jenner Returns To Instagram, Social Media Break Is OVER!
Could you imagine a world without Kendall Jenner updating you on what she gets up to?
Kendall Jenner couldn’t imagine one.
The 21-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has returned to social media just seven days after taking a break from it.
Yes, it’s hard to imagine any Kardashian family member ditching social media for good. Part of why they are everywhere is due to them keeping their fans updated with what’s going on in their lives.
There are a lot of fans of the family. This evidenced by just how many followers they have on their social media accounts.
Kendall returning to the place where she can share selfies with her fans and just generally show how much better her life was comes as no shock.
Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres earlier this week, Jenner revealed the reason why she was taking a break.
“I just wanted to detox,” Jenner told DeGeneres. “I just wanted a little bit of a break. I would wake up in the morning and look at it first thing, I would go to bed and it would be the last thing I looked at. I felt a little too dependent on it so I wanted to take a minute.”
It’s understandable that being on social media can become cumbersome for some, but we can only imagine the amount of notifications Jenner was getting.
Her return to Instagram, however, didn’t mean she was sharing some pictures of herself.
Instead she opted to share some pictures of some of her friends.

Kendall Jenner on Quitting Instagram: I Needed a BREAK!
If you use social media at all, you"ve probably been felt at one time or another like you"re overdoing it.
Fortunately, you"re probably in a position where you can take the app off your phone or even just delete your account entirely, and it won"t really be that big of a deal Kendall Jenner doesn"t have that option.
When Kendall deleted her Instagram account over the weekend, however, it literally made freakin" CNN less than a week after the most bonkers presidential election in US history.
Today Kendall sat down with Ellen Degeneres to explain why she made the most controversial decision since the country decided to give the nuke codes to Irradiated Richie Rich.
"I honestly didn"t think anyone would care," Kendall said, sounding less than entirely convinced by her own argument.
"I don"t know. I just wanted to detox. I just wanted a break."
Kendall adds that she felt her love for the "Gram was beginning to border on addiction:
"I would wake up in the morning and I would look at it first thing. I would go to bed and it was the last thing that I would look at," she said.
"I felt a little too dependent on it, so I kinda wanted to take a minute. It"s a detox. I"ll be back."
Given that she"s from a family in which "Instagram obsession" is the norm, it was a bold move on Kendall"s part.
But we don"t want to praise her too much, she"ll probably be back on by this afternoon.

Kroy Biermann Gets Cut, Kim Zolciak Gets a Break
We have good news and bad news for Kim Zolciak.
First, the good: You don’t need to step foot in Buffalo ever again!
Now, the bad: you are officially your family’s only bread winner.
About two weeks after Kim’s husband, Kroy Biermann, signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League, sources have confirmed that Biermann has been cut.
He fell just short of making the perennial losing team’s 53-man roster for its first week matchup against the Ravens.
Biermann had hoped to jump start his career with Buffalo, following seven seasons as a lineman for the Atlanta Falcons.
And Zolciak seemed very excited about the career change at first.
“Damnnnnn @kroybiermann Is killing me in his @buffalobills uniform!” she wrote on Instagram last month.
“He is so overwhelmed with all of your support! Thank you I’m truly grateful for all of you! Comforting me lol and welcoming him!”
Despite four consecutive Super Bowl losses in the 1990s and a past decade of very bad football teams, Buffalo has one of the most loyal fan bases in all of sports.
And now Zolciak may have a problem on her hands:
Biermann is 30 years old. That’s ancient in the NFL universe.
He may very well be out of work, meaning Zolciak has to up her waist training and sponsored Instagram post game.
She’s responsible for the family’s income now… and they have six kids!
According to TMZ, Biermann just dropped $ 100,000 on a gigantic diamond ring for the couple’s five-year wedding anniversary.
It was a thoughtful gesture, but we’re guessing he may have downsized a bit if he had seen this cut coming.
If this really is it for Kroy Biermann, he ends his career with 216 total solo tackles and 23.5 total sacks.
Word has it that he may get into MMA next, though Zolciak can’t be happy about the possibility of her man’s face getting all messed up.
We’ll try to keep readers updated on the life, times and career of Biermann, along with the record of the Bills throughout the season.
Just kidding.
