As we reported yesterday, Danica Dillon is suing Josh Duggar for assault, claiming that she suffered physical and emotional injuries during her two sexual encounters with the disgraced reality star.
Now, new details about the case are emerging, and it sounds as though her interactions with Josh consisted of far more than the “rough sex” Danica initially described.
In court papers obtained by Radar Online, Dillon’s lawyers describe a harrowing scene in which the former adult film star and exotic dancer actually feared for her life.
“Plaintiff felt as if she were being raped by the Defendant,” the documents read. “Plaintiff is currently being treated for severe anxiety similar to PTSD by a psychiatrist due to Defendant’s violent and outrageous conduct.
“Further, Plaintiff has been unable to work in her chosen field as a direct consequence of Defendant’s actions.”
Dillon – a married mother of two – is seeking damages “in excess of $ 500,000.”
Though she waited more than a year to file her suit, Dillon will likely get exactly what she wants.
In a statement issued yesterday, Dillon’s lawyer stated, “The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at trial.”
It was a clear message to the Duggar family that if the case winds up in court, Josh will be forced to answer questions about his past sexual indiscretions, such as molesting five young girls when he was still in his teens.
The Duggars have yet to speak out on the suit filed against Josh.
Currently, Josh is in rehab being treated for addictions to sex and pornography.
