Rain Brown Thanks Fans for Support, Grows Emotional Over Mother

Rain Brown refers to her social media followers as “Rainbows.”

And she’s forever grateful that these Rainbows have been coming out in full, supportive, beautiful force over the past several weeks.

As we’ve sadly been documenting, Rain and all Alaskan Bush People cast members have been living a nightmare for nearly all of 2017:

Matriarch Ami Brown has been diagnosed with lung cancer and the latest update on her condition is a tragic and frightening one:

According to a Facebook page dedicated to the Brown family, Ami’s cancer has reached Stage 4, the most grave of all the stages.

Her tumor is not operable and we can’t say for certain how much time she has left. But it may not be very much.

In order to get Ami the best treatment possible, the family took the significant step of leaving its enclave in Alaska many months ago, flying down to California to admit Brown to a hospital.

We hope and pray she is comfortable and feeling the best she can be under these circumstances.

For understandable reasons, Rain is hesitant to get into much detail regarding her mother.

But the 15-year old did share a video on Instagram that touched on the situation and that also offered a message of gratitude to her loyal followers and fans.

“All of your support and love is amazing and it’s great to know there are so many Rainbows out there,” said the teenage reality star, fighting back tears.

Aware that viewers are concerned and curious about Ami, Rain did bring up her sick parent. She did acknowledge the very unfortunate circumstance.

And she did say she’ll provide a health update “when I can,” but that was the extent of it for now.

As a caption to another snapshot, Rain wrote the following, seemingly in regard to her family’s strife these days:

I still struggle some days and today was one of those days, but once I took a step back and realized it’s just another beautiful piece of life, just maybe one I don’t like…

If you are struggling with something that seems impossible, just know you can make it out of this and find your true self no matter how hard it seems…

And you do have people that love and care for you and if you don’t, you’ll always have me.

We send our prayers to Rain and her loved ones.

We can only imagine what they are going through right now.

Usher Lawsuit Details Alleged Gay Sex, Emotional Distress

New details have emerged in regard to the latest lawsuit filed against Usher.

And they don’t paint a very positive picture of the singer, whose reputation has taken a major hit over the past week or so.

That’s what happens when the Internet learns you settled a lawsuit back in 2012 with a woman who claims you gave her Herpes.

As previously detailed, Usher reportedly gave a former sexual partner $ 1.1 million to settle her legal case against him about five years ago, after this woman sued the singer for not disclosing his STD diagnosis to her prior to their naked relations.

She contracted Herpes as a result of nailing the artist, according to documents that went viral late last month.

Ever since this bombshell story was made public, a handful of women who have slept with Usher over the past few years have come forward and basically asked the same question:

WTH, dude?!?

Along with one man (yes, one man), these alleged victims feel duped by Usher.

Even if they didn’t contract Herpes as a result of their sexual contact with the star, they believe he was legally obligated to share his diagnosis with them prior to any bedroom shenanigans.

On Monday afternoon, a woman named Quantasia Sharpton held a press conference in which she outlined how Usher picked her out of a concert crowd two years ago and eventually took her to Pound Town.

She does not have Herpes.

But her lawyer thinks she may have a legal argument to make against Usher for his lack of STD-related honesty and the dangerous situation he knowingly placed Sharpton in.

TMZ has since obtained the documents from a new lawsuit against Usher, one filed by three plaintiffs, all of whom say they had sex with Usher “because [he] was a revered celebrity in their eyes who they believed could be loved and trusted.”

(They probably found him very handsome, too.)

The lawsuit is based on the aforementioned report that Usher is carrying Herpes and all three victims say they were NOT informed of this fact prior to agreeing to sexual activity with the superstar.

Two of the plaintiffs are women. They claim they engaged in vaginal sex with Usher.

One of the plaintiffs is a man. He claims to have engaged in oral sex with Usher.

The lawsuit alleges the two women and the man have each suffered significant emotional distress, depression and anxiety.

It also says they have experienced embarrassment, shame, anxiety and revulsion.

It’s unclear just when these people had sex with Usher. We also don’t know the amount of damages they are seeking.

Attorney Lisa Bloom is representing all three individuals and says one of them does, indeed, have Herpes.

The documents ask a judge to order Usher to dislocate whether or not he has this sexually transmitted disease.

Neither the artist nor anyone in his camp has responded to any of these allegations or accusations, but we’ll let you know when they do.

Kailyn Lowry Endures "Emotional Weekend" Ahead of Giving Birth

Any day now, Kailyn Lowry will welcome her third child.

It’s an exciting, but no doubt somewhat tense time for the 25-year-old, who will soon be a single mother of three.

Lowry opened up about the mixed emotions she’s experiencing in a candid tweet posted on Sunday:

“This weekend was the most emotional weekend I think I’ve experienced in a long time,” Lowry wrote.

“The boys went to their dads & im just thinking what if this was the last week/weekend as a family of 3?!? So bittersweet!”

Kailyn’s conflicted feelings came out in some other, less wholesome tweets, as well.

It seems that Kailyn’s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, spent the weekend jet skiing with his new girlfriend, Lauren Comeau.

Kailyn was less than thrilled and she made her feelings known on social media.

In fact, Lowry threw some shade at Comeau on Twitter by reminding her that hitting the water is a go-to early-relationship dating activity for Javi, as Kailyn knows firsthand.

It was a petty move, but we think Kail can be forgiven.

Like we said, she’s got a lot on her plate these days.

Not only is her family of three soon to become a family of four, she’ll be welcoming the extra mouth to feed with no additional help.

Kailyn got pregnant by Chris Lopez, a fellow Delaware State University student.

Unfortunately, what she thought was a burgeoning relationship turned out to be nothing more than a fling, and it seems Lopez has no interest in becoming a father.

Sources say Lopez has agreed to help out financially, but has no intention of being a father figure in the life of Kailyn’s son or daughter.

It’s the latest in a long line of difficulties for the beleaguered reality star.

Insiders say Kailyn is persevering, and her friend Becky Hayter will be with her in the delivery room.

Still, we can certainly see why this past weekend was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for Kail.

Watch Teen Mom 2 online to relive the bumpy road that brought Ms. Lowry to where she is today.

Kenya Moore Pens Emotional Tribute to Late Grandmother

Kenya Moore doesn’t have time to be feuding with Kim Zolciak or her daughter right now.

Or, to be more specific, Kenya Moore simply doesn’t care about Kim Zolciak or her daughter right about now.

A day after Brielle Biermann slammed Moore as an “ugly evil bitch,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member is dealing with something far more traumatic:

The death of a loved one.

Late Monday night, Moore shared the sad news that her grandmother has passed away, explaining on Instagram that she was especially close to this relative.

“Today I lost the only woman in the world who has ever loved me unconditionally,” Moore wrote. “My grandmother who raised me from 3 days old passed away.”

The 46-year-old went on to praise her grandma, expressing sadness, gratitude and appreciation all at once:

“Thank you Jehovah for sending me your Angel who taught me everything I know about love, compassion, strength, kindness, selflessness, forgiveness, family, education, brains over beauty, inner beauty, strength, respect for your elders, being true to myself….

“She has helped mold me into the woman I am.”

Moore’s grandmother had been suffering from Alzheimer’s disease when she passed.

Thankfully, Kenya was able to pay her a visit last month, even getting a chance to introduce her to new husband Marc Daly at the time.

Continued Moore in her moving message:

“She truly was my best friend. She finally lost her battle with Alzheimer’s disease but her heart and spirit never failed her. Thank you Jehovah for allowing my last moment with her last month to be the last and for her to have met my loving husband.

“I truly believe she waited until she knew that I finally found someone to love and cherish me the way she did.

“She could not rest until she knew I would be taken care of by someone who deserved me.”

And this is how the Bravo star concluded her tribute:

She didn’t recognize me at first but when I introduced them but she lit up with so much joy that my heart became overwhelmed. She approved and it was the happiest day of my life.

Thank you momma for being the best woman I have ever met in my life. Thank you for approving of me and thank you for letting the world know how proud you are of me.

I thank you for my life. I owe the world to you. I know you will never leave my side in life or after. I am eternally grateful to you.

Thank you for loving me.

Perfectly said all around.

We send our condolences to Kenya Moore and her family during this difficult time.

May her beloved grandmother rest in peace.

OutDaughtered Season 3: First, Emotional Look!

We are the Busbys. Bring it on.

So states Danielle Busby in the following trailer for OutDaughtered Season 3, which premieres on Tuesday, July 11 on TLC and which will feature all five of the Busby kids turning two years old.

(No, really: for those unfamiliar with this series, it chronicles the lives of Danielle and Adam, a Texas couple who became parents to the first-ever all-female quintuplets born in the U.S. in 2015.

The quints are named Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley and Parker… and they even have an older sister named Blayke!)

Last season, the couple spent a majority of its time talking about another source of income, considering the bills a family can easily ring up when it includes six little children.

Looking ahead, fans can expect discussion of the Busby indoor cycling business to ratchet up.

But while their professional ambitions will remain an important storyline on Season 3, Danielle and Adam will also have a few personal obstacles to overcome.

For starters, as you"ll see below, the quints are being potty-trained, which can be quite a stressful endeavor for parents with just one young child.

Can you imagine trying to get this task done with five?!?!?

We also get a sneak peek below at Adam visiting a therapist and trying to work out some of his own issues, while Hazel continues to battle problems with her eyesight.

Might surgery be required for this infant?

That"s an understandably scary proposition for Danielle and Adam, as it could be for the mother and father of any two-year old.

Click PLAY on the following video and get your first look at what"s on tap for OutDaughtered Season 3 on TLC:

Madison Beer: Here"s Why I Stayed with Jack Gilinsky After Emotional Abuse!

So, YouTuber Madison Beer was “discovered” by Justin Bieber a few years back, and she recently made headlines when audio leaked of her then-boyfriend, fellow YouTuber Jack Gilinsky, berating her with a series of vile insults that everyone was quick to point out constituted emotional abuse.

In a now-deleted post to her fans and followers, Madison Beer spoke out and explained why she stayed with Jack — and issued a warning to her young followers about repeating her mistakes.

When the initial audio recording broke, fans were outraged — and others were worried.

Twitter even through one of its famous over-parties (as in, Jack Gilinsky Is Over).

Jack has since posted a huge apology, because that’s what happens when people find out what sort of person you are.

A lot of people couldn’t understand why Madison stayed with Jack so long.

It’s easy to look at something like that and not understand how it went on.

But only people who’ve been in abusive relationships seem to truly understand.

Madison Beer, however, posted something that should hopefully help others to wrap their heads around why she stayed with Jack.

And no, it wasn’t “because he’s hot.”

There’s no amount of hotness that makes abuse of any kind okay.

Madison is only 18, but her now-deleted words show that she’s grown into a level of wisdom that’s beyond her years:

“This message is for my fans, friends, and people who have sent me so much love and support over these past few days. You guys being here for me has brightened my world more than you can ever know.”

That’s a good, tasteful start.

It’s very likely that not all of Madison’s friends and family had any idea of what was going on.

“Jack and I having to face this yet again has been so hard.”

You might think that Jack would be the only one suffering now that this has come out, but many people who’ve been targets for abuse feel a serious sense of shame.

“Many of you [have been] asking me ‘why would you stay with him if it happened last year?"”

That’s always the question, but Madison does a fairly good job of explaining it.

“My theory was, and as horrible as this is, is that if I left him, he’d do it to the next girl. I tried to fix him.”

That’s how it happens. Love, a desire to fix them, a desire to protect others. It doesn’t work out so well.

“We have both grown and changed so much at this point and it has been an extremely difficult to relive/even go through what you have all heard in the first place and I hope ALL my fans learn from my foolishness.”

We don’t think that it was foolish — just naive.

She doesn’t need to be blaming herself, basically.

“If someone is mistreating you in ANY way please speak up.”

That is such a good message.

Notice how she keeps it vague and isn’t just talking about verbal abuse. We’ll get to that.

“It is NEVER okay and I was blinded by love and much too afraid to come out and say anything in fear I would be broken up with/not taken seriously by someone I told.”

That’s the fear that holds everyone down.

Unfortunately, as we all know from the world’s reaction to Amber Heard, people fearing that they won’t be believed is far too often justified.

People are still defending Johnny Depp after those Amber Heard text messages came out, so yeah.

“SPEAK UP. Don’t make the same mistakes I did, your safety is never worth it. No matter what, nobody deserves to be treated that way. You deserve the world and respect from EVERYONE and ANYONE. Be strong and thank you again.”

The fact that she kept her wording so vague about the nature of her mistreatment, and her use of the word “safety,” could have two meanings.

One could be that she’s just speaking to fans and knows that people go through all kinds of abuse. A lot of her fans are young enough to be abused by parents or teachers.

Some also wonder if she might have been referring to the situation with Jack Gilinsky escalating beyond verbal abuse.

That’s sort of a reach, but the fact that Madison deleted the post only adds fuel to that speculation.

We’re glad that she’s in a better place now.

We’re even gladder that she’s using her horrible experiences to educate her fans.

Buddy Valastro Shares Emotional Farewell to Late Mother

Buddy Valastro has shared some very sad news with his fans.

Following a lengthy battle with ALC, the Cake Boss host’s mother, Mary, has passed away at the age of 69.

In an exclusive statement to People Magazine, a representative for Valastro said the following in response to the unfortunate development:

“Mary took a turn yesterday, and Buddy rushed back to New Jersey last night to be by her side.

“She passed early this morning, June 22nd, surrounded by all of her children. Mary’s condition had been steadily worsening these past months, so it was not sudden but still extremely heartbreaking for the family.

“After eight years of fighting her battle with ALS, the family is relieved she is no longer suffering.

“Buddy and his sisters are absolutely crushed right now.”

Our heart goes out to them.

Following this statement by his associated, the 40-year old TLC star posted his own sad thoughts on Instagram.

As a caption to the photo of him with his mother (above), Valastro wrote the following:

It’s with an extremely heavy heart that I must share the news of my mother’s passing. She left for heaven this morning, surrounded by the family.

This is a difficult time for all of us and I do ask for your patience and respect while we let this sink in.

Her battle with ALS has ended, she is no longer suffering and I hope she’s dancing to “I Will Survive” with my dad right now.

ALS stands for “Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.” It is commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease because it ended the life of the former New York Yankees first baseman at a very young age.

A neurological disorder, ALS affects the nerves controlling voluntary muscle movement.

It worsens over time, until the point where the person afflicted has almost no control over his or her body or mind.

It’s an awful disease.

After Mary was diagnosed with the illness, Valastro launched the Mama Mary Foundation to raise money and awareness for those affected by ALS.

In 1994, Buddy took over the bakery his parents launched upon immigrating from Italy many decades ago.

And, at the height of the Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014, he opened up to People about his mother’s diagnosis.

“The worst part about ALS is that one day you’re able to brush your teeth, then you’ll never be able to brush your teeth again,” he said at the time, adding:

“One day you’re able to walk – you’re never going to walk again.

“I’ve seen the most independent, lively person that I’ve ever met in my life – I mean, she was just like a ball of energy – reduced to not being able to do anything for herself.

“And I think that’s the part that kills her the most because she was the matriarch. She did so many things for everyone.”

Our condolences go out to Valastro and his loved ones.

May Mary rest in peace.

The Voice Results: A Most Emotional Elimination Night

The Voice eliminated its first contestant of the final 12 last night, in an emotional episode for entirely different and much bigger reasons.

Tuesday began with a tribute to Team Adam finalist Christina Grimmie from Season 6, who was tragically shot and killed last summer.

Grimmie’s murder at the hands of a deranged “fan” at a concert shook fans to the core nationwide, but none more so than at The Voice.

“As you know, family is very, very important to us here at The Voice,” said host Carson Daly. “And last year we tragically lost one of our own.”

“The incredibly talented and beautiful Christina Grimmie.”

“Tonight, in memory of our good friend and along with Christina’s family, we’re honored to help announce the Christina Grimmie Foundation.”

The foundation, Carson explained, will benefit “those impacted by gun violence, and families just like her own affected by breast cancer.”

The Grimmie family was on hand and clearly moved, even more so when former coach Adam Levine went on to address them directly.

“God, I loved her so much,” Adam told her family.

“I miss her. It is unfair she is not here. We are going to sing a little song. I am going to be singing every word to her in her honor.

“Thank you for being here. Christina, we love you.”

Adam and his remaining Season 12 contestants Mark Isaiah, Lilli Passero, and Jesse Larson then sang “Hey Jude” in Christina’s memory.

After that, The Voice results didn’t feel all that important at all, but following The Voice Top 12 performances Monday, it had to be done.

In a bit of a surprise, Lilli survived, while another Team Adam singer, Mark Isaiah, landed in the bottom two with Team Gwen’s Troy Ramey.

It call came down to the Instant Save …

Troy, who may have come in with a slight edge, did not take advantage of it by electing to perform the Dobie Gray classic, “Drift Away.”

He did a nice job with it, but that’s the type of mellow song you play in the car that makes you smile and, well, drift away in your mind.

A.K.A. not tweet the s–t out of it.

Mark took that opportunity that this left open for him with a rendition of Bruno Mars’ “When I Was Your Man” that showed some gusto.

Don’t be fooled, he’s no Bruno (no one is, but this wasn’t close), yet the effort, and pure heartfelt nature of the performance was clear.

Adam then made a plea for his fans to bring his singer – his family member – through to next week, and they obliged. Mark was saved.

Jimmy Kimmel Pays Emotional Tribute to Don Rickles

Jimmy Kimmel could not contain his emotions on Thursday night.

Taking to his talk show stage just hours after Don Rickles died at the age of 90, the host warned viewers right away that tears would most likely be shed during his monologue.

"This is not going to be our usual show tonight – and I"ll tell you right up front that I"m going to cry, probably a lot, which is embarrassing," Kimmel said as he struggled to maintain his composure at the outset of the show.

He continued:

"I"m not good with this sort of thing, and I"m sorry, especially to those of you who came here to see the show in person, because that"s probably not what you came for… but we lost someone that we and I love very much today."

Kimmel, who worked closely with Rickles not long before the latter died, again apologized to viewers and added:

"Don Rickles passed away this morning. He was 90 years old. I know it sounds crazy to say he was too young, but he was, because he was youthful and so funny and sharp and generous."

The star explained how he grew up in Las Vegas and followed Rickles from an early age.

Upon detailing how Rickles first appeared on his talk show in 2006, Kimmel once again broke down.

"We"d been trying to book him since the beginning. We asked him to do the show over and over again. He didn"t know what this was. He knew The Tonight Show and Letterman and that"s it.

"But finally, after we bothered him like 20 times, he gave up and he did the show for my birthday in 2006."

Added Kimmel:

"It was exciting, like I was in some kind of talk show host fantasy camp, sitting behind a desk while Don Rickles made fun of me. It was like being a real talk show host for a minute.

"Don came to visit 17 more times after that. Whenever he was on, we would go out to dinner."

Prior to sharing a video tribute to Rickles, Kimmel concluded:

"He was a funny guy; I know that"s not a news flash. I was lucky to know him. My love and condolences to Don"s wife, Barbara; his daughter; Mindy, his stepdaughters; Bob and John; his main man, Tony O; Paul Shefrin.

"There will never be another Don Rickles."

Al Roker Bids Emotional Farewell to Tamron Hall

Well, that escalated quickly.

And, based on what we"ve been hearing via the rumor mill, it also escalated in rather bitter fashion.

Just a few weeks ago, Megyn Kelly left Fox News and joined NBC.

Both the journalist and network executives then confirmed that Kelly would be hosting some kind of five-days-a-week series for her new home… and that it would air each morning, disrupting the four-hour block of Today Show programming that has been in place for yeas.

Whether Kelly"s show airs at 9am or 10am, it became public knowledge that Tamron Hall and Al Roker would no longer anchor their very own hour.

Therefore, in response, Hall chose not to sign a new contract with NBC.

"The last 10 years have been beyond anything I could have imagined, and I"m grateful. I"m also very excited about the next chapter," Hall said via statement, adding:

"To all my great colleagues, I will miss you and I will be rooting for you."

With Hall already gone from Today, Roker took a few moments this morning to address the awkward and unfortunate turn of events.

"As some of you may have heard by now, our good friend Tamron Hall has decided to leave NBC News," said the veteran weatherman.

"Personally, Tamron has been not just a cohost on Today for the past three years, but a good friend – and to not just me, but to all of us here.

"We want to wish her nothing but the best, much continued success, and we cannot wait to see what her next chapter is."
