Javi Marroquin Nude Photo Scandal: Does Racy Pic Prove He Cheated on Kailyn Lowry?!
Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin is caught up in nude photo scandal after an image that appears to be Kailyn Lowry‘s husband went viral.
In the naked photo, a man is spotted on a bed with his penis and legs showing, and The Dirty (who broke the story) claims it’s Javi.
The “evidence” they cite to prove it’s him is … interesting.
The gossip site says it’s Javi Marroquin based on the following:
– The shirt hanging in the room (which is seen in this photo, and which he is seen wearing in other pictures over the years).
– The ankle socks he’s seen wearing (in this pic and in others).
– The shape of his legs (seriously, see the explanation of that).
– Two images from the source reportedly behind the photos, proving that they knew Javi, who was deployed with the Air Force at the time.
The latter is perhaps the most compelling, as it shows the location he was based out of, at a time when he was still married to Kailyn.
Could Lowry’s fears of his cheating be confirmed?
“There are more women and more photos than just this one and they may be released at some point,” says the source quoted by the site.
Marroquin begs to differ with all of this, however.
Taking Snapchat to defend himself against the allegations – which he claims Lowry texted him asking about – he says it’s not him at all.
“This guy is white,” Marroquin said, pointedly.
“He’s wearing ankle socks, when have you ever seen me wearing ankle socks… yes, I wore ankle socks when I thought they were in.”
“Now you catch me in black Nike socks. That’s all you catch me in. So that sums it up. It’s not me. I would never do something like that.”
Does “ankle socks aren’t in” work as a defense?
In a separate denial, he told Radar, “No it’s not me.”
“Someone reserved image searched it and it’s not me,” he says, saying that the sock pic is two years old, and “It’s not me so I’m not worried.”
Lowry, for her part, has yet to comment on this.
A source close to the mother of two, however, claims she “doesn’t care” if it is Marroquin, from whom she has since filed for divorce.
We all know she really does care, and a lot.
Still, the friend insists it’s not a big deal, as “she saw it in passing when someone sent it to her and she didn’t examine it to find out.”
“She just doesn’t care enough if it is or isn’t him.”
Marroquin then took his denials to social media.
“I’m gonna set something straight for you weirdos who think the picture is me,” he tweeted, reiterating “1. That guy in the pic is white.”
Javi adds: “2. I never wear ankle socks.”
He’s really adamant about the socks.
Marroquin then took a shot at his former wife by saying she’s partially responsible for all of this, since … her friends are talking about it.
“I’m mad Kail just sent me a screenshot of her friends starting s–t of me wearing ankle socks like two years ago. Stop,” Javi tweeted.

Britney Spears Bikini Photos Prove the Summer of Brit is Upon Us
It’s officially summer, which means as you while away the hours in your cubicle, open floor plan office or mobile meth lab (we’re not here to judge), your thoughts may start drifting toward sand, surf and swimwear.
For celebrities like Britney Spears, however, summer never really starts or ends, because they can jet off a tropical climate anytime they feel like it, and despite constant claims to the contrary, they rarely do any real work.
(Side note: Always of be wary of people who are constantly telling you how hard they work.)
Britney Spears bikini season started in March this year, when the singer flaunted her perfectly toned abs in a barely-there two-piece.
The background in some of the pics made us think of the pool in that hillbilly trailer court where Rosamund Pike hides out in Gone Girl, but that’s a different story.
Brit herself looked fantastic, and in order to prove those shots were no fluke, she’s back at it again with the bikini selfies. Daaaaaamn, Britney!
You might be saying to yourself, “Hey, doesn’t Britney live in Vegas, where they’ve stopped issuing weather alerts because all of the meteorologists have melted like Nazis in an Indiana Jones movie?”
The answer is yes – but that’s not about to stop Brit from taking full advantage of peak bikini season.
“My head is melting it’s so hot in Vegas!!” she captioned the photo on the left.
As you can see at the top of this article, Brit has no qualms about modeling swimsuits inside, but we guess sometimes she just needs that authentic backdrop.
Anyway, she needs to stay her ass in the pool or get under that waterfall ASAP.

Michael Jackson: Shocking New Reports May Prove King Of Pop A Pedophile
Even after his death, Michael Jackson can’t escape his demons.
Inside the singer’s Neverland Ranch in Los Olivos, CA, authorities (who carried search warrants) uncovered “filthy photos and videos of men, women, boys and girls in perverted positions, drugs to treat sex addiction, with multiple prescriptions written by a variety of physicians for people close to the star,” according to Radar Online.
The raid took place in November 2003, nearly six years before his fatal overdose.
“The detectives’ report cites Michael even used sexy photos of his own nephews, who were in the band 3T, in their underwear to excite young boys,” one private investigator revealed.
A witness tipped off the cops to a storage unit, where even more “materials” were moved once the investigation launched.
Inside the unit, the report reads were “notes, diaries, documents, photographs, audiotapes and videotapes.
“The documents collected by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department paint a dark and frightening picture of Jackson,” another investigator told the site.
“The documents exposed Jackson as a manipulative, drug-and-sex-crazed predator who used blood, gore, sexually explicit images of animal sacrifice and perverse adult sex acts to bend children to his will.
“He also had disgusting and downright shocking images of child torture, adult and child nudity, female bondage and sadomasochism.”
The reports are prettying harrowing; authorities had to record the types of photos they came across, which reportedly included images of children “bleeding, in pain and tormented.”
Jackson also had a book titled Room To Play, which contained a “deeply disturbing photo of a “JonBenet Ramsey look-alike with a noose around her neck,” the source said.
“There were also photos and videos featuring sadomasochistic sex, bondage, transsexuals — ‘chicks with d–ks,"” the source added.
“Michael Jackson had truly perverse sexual appetites, and the twisted photos tell a sadistic side of him that nobody really knew.”
After Gavin Arvizo came forward to accuse the pop star, Jackson was charged with 7 counts of child molestation and two counts of providing “an intoxicant to a minor under the age of 14 in order to seduce him,” all felonies.
When the charges were brought against Jackson, District Attorney Tom Sneddon noted that “The materials described … are relevant to the issues of the defendant’s intent and his method of ‘grooming’ young boys to satisfy his lewd desires.”
Ron Zonen, former Santa Barbara Senior Assistant District Attorney was involved in the case and told Radar, “A lot of this stuff was used to desensitize the children, and Michael admitted taking one child after another into bed with him for long periods of time.
“We identified five different boys, who all made allegations of sexual abuse. There’s not much question in my mind that Michael was guilty of child molestation.”
Jackson was acquitted of all charges in June 2005, and allegedly paid out around $ 200 million worth of “hush money” to his victims.

Farrah Abraham on Uber Attack: I Have VIDEO to Prove My Story!!
Yesterday, we reported that Farrah Abraham had accused an Uber driver of trying to rape her in January 2015, an announcement she made during her podcast this week.
However, her allegations were questioned when Uber representatives said Farrah had not reported the attack, and that they had banned the Teen Mom OG star after the driver reported that her friend spilled an alcoholic beverage in the car.
The local police department had no record of a report, although Farrah said the cops had come to the scene.
But now, Farrah claims to have photos and video of the incident, according to Radar Online.
“I had my security & [boyfriend] Simon to witness the odd criminal behavior, as well [as the guy] was threatening to sue me for not giving him money for a ride I never took,” she told the site.
“I have a video and pictures,” she continued. “The video shows cops took care of him as he chased me in front of cops.”
Farrah also blames Uber for the attack and believes the company is just as accountable as the driver.
“As far as I was concerned, Uber is just as much a part of this criminal and his actions as this driver was and I was not open to talking to Uber,” she insisted. “I no longer take rides from Uber.”
Farrah did not say whether she would be releasing the photos or video to the public or how she plans to proceed.
However, she has been retweeting numerous articles covering her allegations, so it appears as though she plans to address it somehow.
Last week, Farrah broke down on camera while talking to Dr. Drew about how her parents abused her as a child.

Josh Duggar to Danica Dillon: You Can"t PROVE I Assaulted You!
As his court battle with Danica Dillon draws closer, Josh Duggar’s lawyers are doing everything in their power to try and discredit the former adult film star.
Dillon claims Duggar paid her for sex, then manhandled and verbally abused in her such a way that she suffered physical injuries and permanent emotional trauma.
Duggar now claims he’s never even met Dillon, and his attorneys reportedly plan to argue that she’s extorting their client in hopes that he’ll pay her off in order to avoid further negative publicity.
Josh claims he has photographic proof that he was not with Dillon on the day in question, but clearly his lawyers aren’t taking any chances, as they’ve asked the judge to make Dillon furnish evidence that she was abused before the trial proceeds.
On Friday, Duggar’s lawyers filed papers with the following request:
“Presumably, if this matter is of such importance to her that she would file a public complaint, make accusations about Defendant on national television and demand more than half a million dollars, producing some documentation of her losses and injuries and the names of people who have knowledge about her allegations within the time set by this Court and required by its rules should be feasible.”
Legal experts say Josh’s lawyers were hoping to stop the proceedings before they even reach the pre-trial conference stage, but it seems the judge wasn’t having it.
The motion was rejected, and both parties are still scheduled to come face-to-face for a conference that’s scheduled for January 21.
You can expect Josh’s lawyers to continue pulling out all the stops between now and then.

Josh Duggar: I Have Photos to Prove I Didn’t Abuse Danica Dillon!
Whoa. This Josh Duggar porn star scandal has more twists and turns than a cornfield maze.
Yesterday we learned that Duggar claimed he never met, much less paid for sex with and abused Danica Dillon – and now Radar Online reports that he has photographic evidence that proves he wasn’t even in Pennsylvania when the alleged incident took place.
Duggar has been accused of assault and is being sued by Dillon, an exotic dancer and adult film actress who claims the former reality TV star paid her for sex and inflicted physical and verbal abuse on her during their encounter.
New U.S. District court documents submitted by his attorneys state that Duggar “and his counsel have already provided more than one hundred pages of alibi documents to Plaintiff’s counsel, as well as video footage and photographs. Defendant also supplied the contact information of many eyewitnesses to ensure that substantive initial disclosures were produced.”
Duggar’s defense team also asked the court to demand that Dillon supply proof of the $ 500,000 in damages she incurred due to the alleged abuse, including wage information and medical costs.
But here’s the part that leaves us scratching our heads.
In a final blow, Duggar argues that Dillon’s assault and battery claims should be dismissed “because Plaintiff was engaged in illegal activities at the time she sustained the injuries alleged.”
Soooo, first he insists that the incident never happened, then he says that the thing that definitely didn’t happen was illegal, so her accusations shouldn’t count.
WHAT?
Did it happen or not, Josh? If it didn’t happen, it seems that last part should be totally irrelevant, right?
And by the by, if that thing that didn’t happen DID happen, A) you were also engaged in said “illegal activity,” and B) if a second, and incidentally more severe, illegal act (i.e., physical abuse) occurs simultaneously with the first offense, you don’t get off scot-free.
A pretrial conference is scheduled for January 21. But we have a feeling more will surface between now and then.

Jared Leto: I Don"t Hate Taylor Swift & I"ll SUE to Prove It!
Earlier this week, we showed you video of Jared Leto bashing Taylor Swift while listening to her music with his bandmates from 30 Seconds to Mars.
In fairness, Leto’s derogatory comments seem to be directed at Taylor’s songs, and not at Taylor herself.
Even so, he was subjected to the wrath of millions of angry Taylor fans on social media, and now Leto has filed a lawsuit the parties responsible for the video going public.
Sources say Leto is suing both the videographer who shot the footage and TMZ for posting it online.
The court documents contain a strongly-worded statement from Leto, in which the Oscar-winner makes a passionate plea for privacy:
“Last Sunday, I was alerted that TMZ had acquired personal and private video footage of me in my home and that they were planning to leak it on their site. My team notified TMZ immediately that I fully owned the footage and that their source had absolutely no rights to sell it.
“They chose to post it anyway. Let’s be clear. This was stolen footage. This was an invasion of privacy. And it was both legally and morally wrong.
Regardless of who we are, we should all be able to talk freely in the privacy of our own homes without the fear that our unfiltered thoughts or actions will get broadcast to the world.”
Leto has already apologized to Taylor, and while she hasn’t publicly absolved him, we’re sure she understands the embarrassment of having a private moment go viral.
Of course, if there’s any truth to the rumors about Jared dating Miley Cyrus, he might have to get used to the media being all up in his business.

Yolanda Foster: I Will PROVE I Have Lyme Disease!
The sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres tonight on Bravo, and you can safely assume that once again, the ladies’ “friendships” and wine glass throwing abilities will both be put to the test.
Things may be a bit different this time, however, as in addition to the usual addiction and infidelity-fueled drama there’s a bizarre amount of controversy surrounding Yolanda Foster’s struggle with Lyme disease.
Foster was diagnosed with the illness in 2012, and her condition has steadily worsened in the years since.
Fans who have watched Yolanda’s health deteriorate were shocked when returning Housewife Taylor Armstrong mocked Foster and suggested that she was exaggerating her symptoms.
Astonishingly, Kyle Richards recently doubled-down on that claim and suggested in an interview that she believes Foster is faking it.
Yolanda has remained relatively quiet on the issue, but insiders say she’s plotting her revenge on Armstrong and Richards, and she hopes to make this season hell for those who betrayed her.
Production sources tell Radar Online that Foster will prove she has Lyme disease by sharing her medical records with those who doubt her.
And of course, she won’t stop with just proving her fake friends wrong:
“She seems to be the center of all of the drama,” an insider tells the website. “The ladies have continued to question her Lyme disease diagnosis, all behind her back.
“Knowing the cattiness of the ladies, Yolanda isn’t surprised about the whispers, but just wishes it would have been expressed to her directly.”
“Yolanda watched how Bravo handled Brooks’ cancer scandal. She won’t tolerate this playing out as gossip fodder or allow the show to minimize the seriousness of what she has been through.”
The source adds that Yolanda discussed her intentions with producers but Taylor and Kyle were not warned in advance that they would be confronted.

Jessa Duggar Attempts to Prove Anna & Josh Duggar Are Still Together on Instagram
Earlier today, we reported that Anna Duggar has sold her home in Arkansas, a move that’s being taken by many as an indication that she’s finally decided to leave Josh Duggar.
It would be devastating news for a family as committed to the “integrity of marriage” (read: their own reputation as patriarchal Bible-thumpers) as the Duggars, so it should come as no surprise that they’re already denying the rumor without addressing it directly.
Those are photos that Jessa Duggar posted to her Instagram page today, and while they may seem to be nothing more than innocent photos of her husband and nephews, she may have had an ulterior motive in posting the pics.
The photo on the left shows Jessa’s husband, Ben Seewald, holding Anna’s daughter Meredith. The photo on the right shows Anna’s son Michael holding Jill Duggar’s son, Israel.
According to the latest rumors about Anna and Josh, Anna sold the couple’s Arkansas home with the intention of permanently relocating to Florida.
So it’s interesting that Jessa chose today to post a photo of Anna’s son hanging out with Israel, and a second image that shows Ben holding Meredith in what appears to be Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s living room.
The message to Duggar fans seems clear: Anna and her kids are still in Arkansas; don’t believe everything that you read.
Of course, the possibility remains that Anna is just visiting her in-laws and has no intention of remaining in the Tontitown area.
Several sources have confirmed that Josh and Anna’s home was put on the market within days of the revelation that Josh used an Ashley Madison account to search for cheating partners.
It’s also been verified that Anna is living with her parents in Florida, though several sources claim they have encouraged her not to leave Josh.

Shannon Beador to Brooks Ayers: I Can PROVE You Don"t Have Cancer!
Shannon Beador stood by Vicki Gunvalson’s side all season, but now it looks like she’s switching allegiances in the Brooks Ayers cancer saga.
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 was marred by allegations that Vicki Gunvalson’s boyfriend Brooks has been faking cancer.
Why would he do that? It’s unclear, but to worm his way back into Vicki’s good graces – and home – feels like a theory that makes some sense.
In the wake of the Sesaon 10 finale, we know Tamra Barney doesn’t believe Brooks. Now Beador may be ready to jump ship from Vicki, too.
According to reports, she came to the reunion taping armed with a document she says proves Brooks Ayers is faking his cancer diagnosis!
So what does Shannon Beador have on him? Get a load of this:
Radar claims she went to the clinic in Newport Beach, Calif., where Ayers claimed he had undergone a PET scan, and she got a scan herself.
“Shannon brought her report from the clinic to the [reunion] and pointed out differences from what Brooks had given to Tamra on camera,” the source said.
“The letterhead was completely different, along with the spacing.”
“Shannon also pointed out that she specifically asked if her report reflected a universal format used by the clinic for all patients, and she was told it did.”
“In her mind, this was the [proof] to prove Brooks was lying.”
How did Vicki handle this? You can probably answer that.
When Beador walked in and unleashed her claims at The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion, “Vicki was stunned!” the source said.
“She really had nothing to say about the differences.”
Those who watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online know that Gunvalson and Ayers had asked Judge to review a medical report.
However, the plan backfired after it raised more questions – like why they would show only Tamra and not the rest of the skeptical cast members.
Tamra herself spoke out on this, believing she was being used as a pawn because they knew she would not know what she was reading.
As such, she would blindly believe Vicki and Brooks.
In any case, the other ladies “pounced on Shannon’s claims,” the source said. “Tamra felt betrayed by Vicki, and was setting her up to lie for her.”
“Heather Dubrow was especially disgusted,” furthermore, “accusing Vicki of looking the other way while Brooks lied about the cancer diagnosis.”

Now that the relationship between Kylie Jenner and Tyga is official, friends and family members who had previously kept quiet are speaking out on the cradle-robbing romance.
The once-secret affair is now so out in the open that sources say Kylie brags about her “off the charts” sex life to anyone who will listen.
Unfortunately, those who have less-than favorable opinions about T-Raww are also speaking their minds these days, and the rapper may soon wish he and Kylie had kept things under wraps.
Over the course of the relationship, many have expressed their belief that Tyga is using Kylie for her fame and money, and insiders say Kris Jenner initially thought such accusations were unfounded.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that Kris finally sees Tyga for the opportunistic sleazebag that he is, and she’s planning to call him out on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
“Kris doesn’t trust him,” says one insider. “Everyone says they’re worried that Tyga’s using Kylie for her money.”
Though the family certainly has no shortage of drama these days, Kris is reportedly planning to make Tyga’s alleged exploitation of Kylie a major storyline on the new season of KUWTK.
Sources say the momager’s turning point moment came when the family learned that not only had Tyga leased the Ferrari that he gave to Kylie for her birthday, but he did so in her name, and she may have even helped him with down payment.
The lesson here is – Kris Jenner will allow her daughters to date all manner of douche bags, but they better be rich douche bags!
