The Bachelorette Recap: Who Made JoJo Fletcher"s Final Four?

The Bachelorette returned after a one-week hiatus and promptly picked up where we left off in JoJo’s Fletcher’s epic journey for love.

Who would survive? Were The Bachelorette spoilers right on the money as always, and what details did we learn that were left out?

This week, there were four dates: three one-on-ones (sans roses up for grabs) and a group date as six men vied for the final four spots.

Alex, finally, having made it to final six out of 25 guys, finally earned a one-on-one with JoJo. Now was his time to shine at last! Or not.

JoJo said early on that she was “really comfortable” hanging around Alex, yet was having a difficult time connecting with him romantically.

Maybe it was the gaucho outfit, but when Alex told JoJo that he was falling in love with her, she … said she didn’t know what to think.

“I wanted to be able to say so badly that I was falling in love with you too, and I just couldn’t say that,” she said, and sent him packing.

Yes, he managed to get sent straight home from a one-on-one date in which there was not even a rose up for grabs. Impressive work.

As for Jordan Rodgers, he and JoJo went to vineyard, made and drank wine, and talked about the fact that Aaron Rodgers hates him.

Well, not in as many words, but it was pretty implicit…

Jordan told JoJo that should there be a hometown date, she would meet his older brother, Luke, but not the famous Green Bay Packers star.

They “don’t really have that much of a relationship,” he said, shifting the blame to Aaron and not his own actions with Brittany Farrar.

“It’s just kind of the way he’s chosen to do life,” Jordan said. “And, I chose to stay close to my family, and my parents, and my brother.”

“It’s not ideal, and I love him,” he added, cryptically.

“I don’t have hard feelings against him.”

Clearly, Jordan Rodgers’ complicated relationship with Aaron, Aaron’s girlfriend Olivia Munn, and Munn’s BFF Brittany is not the best.

What more will come out as the show progresses, and in its wake? We honestly can’t wait to find out, because he’s still the frontrunner.

Jordan told JoJo he was “so in love” with her.

She swooned. And cannot stop smiling.

“I can’t wait for you to fall in love with her as well,"” Jordan told the cameras of what he planned to tell his family (sans Aaron) about her.

“I’m gonna have the biggest smile on my face when I can bring JoJo to meet my parents, my brother and be like, ‘I am in love with this woman.”

For their group date, the rain put the kibosh on fun outdoor activities, so JoJo hosted Chase, Robby, and James T. in her hotel suite.

For charades and truth or dare. Seriously.

After Robby Hayes was dared to run through the hotel hallway in his boxers (he did so), James Taylor felt it was time to make a move.

A bold ass move to “turn this (date) into what I need it to be. I know that Robby thinks that he’s got this, but I just need to shake this up.”

That move, unfortunately, backfired. He told JoJo that Robby was checking out other girls … but Robby ended up with the group rose.

James, meanwhile, was sent home.

Next week, JoJo will travel to the hometowns of Robby Hayes, Luke Pell, Jordan Rodgers and Chase McNary to meet their families.

No word yet if Chad Johnson and/or Hope Higgenbotham will make an surprise appearance on Robby’s date with fair Joelle.

You know. For trolling purposes.
