Kourtney Kardashian is keeping it right and tight, and to prove that she shared a photo of herself floating on a swan in her pool.
“When you can’t find me,” Kardashian captioned the photo.
After three kids, Kardashian has still got it, and she’s proud to show off her discipline when it comes to eating right and exercising.
The oldest Kardashian recently shared her get-slim secrets on her app with fans.
I need a little snack at night, so I will grab exactly what I want to eat instead of the entire box or bag,” she wrote
“Like, I will take out two cookies. If I bring the box upstairs, I will eat the whole box.”
Kardashian, who recently posed for YOU Magazine in the same body-hugging Barbara Casasola dress as Kate Middleton, talked about the stigma of body-shaming, whether you’re skinny or fat.
“Just being comfortable in your skin is a blessing,” she explained.
“I feel that people think it’s OK to skinny-shame, but it’s just as bad as calling people fat.”
While many of us dread a daily workout, Kardashian relishes a good sweat session.
“I love going to the gym because it makes me feel great. I work out a lot with Khloé just running or hiking,” she said.
“Eating well is part of the same lifestyle, but now and then I like to live a bit dangerously. I had a Krispy Kreme doughnut last night and it was delicious.”
Kardashian also revealed how she relaxes after a day of shooting Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
“For me, the moment I relax is when I take off my make-up,” she said.
“That means I’m back in my mum role. We eat together – I don’t cook very often, we have someone who prepares our food – then it’s bath time and stories. We all snuggle together; first we read the baby books and then we move on to the other books.
“It’s so wonderful and peaceful.”
