Jill Duggar Sticks It to Jim Bob, Wears Pants on Facebook
Jill Duggar is many things – a daughter, a wife, a mother, a reality star, but until recently, no one would’ve described her as a rebel.
That all changed when the world laid eyes on Jill wearing pants.
Yes, like Jinger before her, Jill has taken to flouting her family’s strict dress code by eschewing floor-length skirts in favor of the devil’s denim.
And in some ways, she’s being even bolder in her defiance than her trailblazing sister ever was.
First, fans were stunned to see Jill wearing pants while addressing a group of female students.
Now, she’s sporting Levi’s in an environment that might be even more conservative than a Christian middle school.
We’re talking, of course, about Facebook:
Yes, in a new video posted by Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard, the mother of two can be seen playing with her kids while sporting a pair of jeans.
Obviously, that’s the attire that makes the most sense for sitting on the floor, but since when do the Duggars worry about logic?
Based on the comments, fans seemed surprised but were mostly supportive of Jill’s attire.
“I get so happy every time I see one of these girls wear pants. Modesty can still be represented in something other than a skirt,” wrote fan, adding:
“I know I shouldn’t focus on that particular aspect of their attire, but…Yay for ya’ll!”
“I am glad they can wear and truly do as they please. It shows JimBob is not the control freak haters want to insist he is,” another commenter remarked.
In a way, it proves the opposite of that, since none of the women began wearing pants until they were out from under Jim Bob’s authority – but we digress.
So will the Duggar sisters be engaging in any additional acts of sartorial insurrection?
We wouldn’t count on it.
Skirts are apparently the most flexible aspect of the Duggar dress code, which was outlined by the girls in themselves in their 2014 memoir Growing Up Duggar.
“We avoid low-cut, cleavage-showing, gaping, or bare-shouldered tops; and when needed, we were an undershirt. We try to make it a habit to always cover the top of our shirt with our hand when we bend over,” the sisters wrote.
“We don’t want to play the peek-a-boo game with our neckline.”
In other words – jeans are probably about as rebellious as the Duggar sisters will be getting … for now, at least.

Jill Duggar Stuns Fans, Wears PANTS to Speak at School!
Back in July of 2017, Jinger Duggar stunned fans of her family by wearing pants in an Instagram photo.
Up to that point, Duggar women of Jinger’s generation had exclusively worn long skirts, and the pants pic was widely viewed as an act of defiance.
To the chagrin of Jim Bob and the utter joy of many Duggar fans, Jinger sparked a rebellion–and started a trend.
Not long after her sister posted the photo, Jill Duggar began wearing pants, and once again, fans rejoiced.
Jill was the first of her sisters to marry and have kids of her own.
She’s often regarded as the spitting image of her mother, a doting wife and dedicated stay-at-home mom who lives to cater to her family’s needs and obey her husband.
So when Jill tossed the family dress code in the trash, it served as an indication that the new rules are here to stay.
And a new photo of the 26-year-old that appeared on her husband’s Instagram page this week might send the strongest message yet:
Derick Dillard posted the above photo, along with a caption reading:
“My beautiful wife speaking to a group of young ladies at a school today about God-centered relationships!”
Jill has been wearing pants in public for several months, but the fact that she neglected her family’s well-known dress code in an environment such as a school speaking engagement is being viewed by many as a bold rejection of her strict upbringing.
As In Touch Weekly points out, the response from fans has been ecstatically supportive.
“Yesss with the pants free the legs ladies!” commented one fan.
“Omgggggggg I am deceased. It’s not even a super long shirt!!!” wrote another.
“They have finally realized they can have their own freedoms. You can be modest and still wear pants. Clearly shown,” said a third Instagram follower.
Jill and her sisters are still stuck in a bygone era in the sense that they strictly adhere to rules set by their husbands, but fortunately, the new men in their lives are far more lenient than their father.
Derick might not be as progressive as Jinger’s husband, Jeremy Vuolo, but it seems he’s come around to the idea that there’s nothing blasphemous about a pair of pants.
It’s a minor step forward, but it represents a whole new world of freedom for the Duggar women.

Stassi Schroeder Wears "Nazi Chic" Ensemble, Receives ALL the Hate
There are certain words in the English language that should never go together:
Donald Trump and genius. Justin Bieber and humble. Ryan Gosling and ugly.
Stassi Schroeder has managed to come up with a pair that we never would have thought of, let alone used as a description on social media to describe an outfit we were wearing…
… Nazi chic.
The Vanderpump Rules star stepped into some scalding hot water on Saturday when she shared a photo on Snapchat of herself and friends Rachel O’Brien and Kristen Doute, presumably prior to hitting the town.
Describing the ensemble O’Brien is wearing, Schroeder wrote that it was “criminal chic.”
Sort of an odd phrasing, but broad and vague enough to not be offensive.
Doute, Schroeder added, was going with a “Tupac chic” look.
This was likely a reference to the bandana atop her head and it was only mildly offensive because Tupac was murdered, yes, but there nothing really insulting about what Stassi wrote.
As for herself?
As you can see below, Schroeder joked that her fashion choice was “Nazi chic.”
For starters, we have no idea what this even means.
Is the Bravo personality quipping that Hitler and his underlings rocked similar style hats back in the 1930s and 1940s when they were working to wipe out Jewish people from the planet?
Is this a reference to the initials “SS” on her purse, which stand for her name – but which were also the shorthand for “Schutzstaffel,” the foremost agency of security, surveillance and terror within Germany and German-occupied Europe?
It’s not entirely clear.
But was is clear, based on the negative reaction Schroeder has received online, is that perhaps one should not joke about Nazis, especially not in relation to them being “chic.”
Wrote one disgusted Internet user, addressing Bravo executive Andy Cohen:
“@Andy nothing but class from Stassi. I hope someone at your network is smart enough to fire her before you lose viewers.”
Added another critic of the description:
“@LisaVanderpump you may want to rethink employment opportunities for Stassi. Guess joking ab[o]ut the SS is hilarious in LA?”
Clearly aware of the backlash, Schroeder eventually deleted the picture and reposted it with a new caption that detailed her as “#Elsa-Indiana Jones Chic,” referring to the Austrian archaeologist portrayed by Alison Doody in 1989’s Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
She called the new caption an “appropriate redo.”
But was she really sorry?
Does she really understand why so many people were offended by the initial photo?
It doesn’t appear that way, based on the following meme that she shared last night on Twitter:
Schroeder is basically saying here that people are way too sensitive these days.
Late last year, meanwhile, she also came under fire for making fun of the #MeToo movement.
In response to Matt Lauer, Kevin Spacey and MANY others being called out for their heinous actions, the Vanderpump Rules cast member wondered if there was a “witch hunt” against men going on in Hollywood.
On her podcast, she said no one could “make me suck a dick,” implying the victims in these cases were weak and not really victims, prior to walking back her stance as best she could.
“My podcast is an outlet for me to share my unfiltered opinion with my listeners,” she Tweeted in the wake of this scandal, adding at the time:
“But on my latest episode I crossed a line. It was irresponsible for me to make generalized statements about a very serious topic, such as sexual harassment, as it is not my place to speak about anyone else’s experiences.
“I apologize. I will continue to speak my mind on my podcast, but will put more thought behind my dialogue moving forward.”

Kim Kardashian Wears Only a Thong, Talks About "Grinding"
2018 is here and about a third of the country risks freezing to death if they go out to check the mail, but there’s a light on the horizon.
No, sorry, that’s a camera flash in Kim Kardashian’s bedroom.
Kim’s topless. In bed. Wearing nothing but a white thong. And … what’s this about grinding?
This steamy new photo, which you can see below, comes right on the back of Kim Kardashian facing off against mom-shamers.
Kim’s son, Saint, had to be hospitalized with pneumonia.
That’s scary at any time, but especially for someone as young as Saint. Two-year-olds don’t tend to have the most robust immune systems, folks.
Kim and Kanye stayed by his side through that scary event.
But that didn’t stop haters from trying to come for her.
Mom-shamers tried (and failed spectacularly) to take Kim to task.
See, some people tried to believe that Kim was just out partying and neglecting her young child — like pre-murder Casey Anthony — while Saint was sick.
Kim heard about the rumor and shut it down, sharing that she remained by Saint’s side nonstop during his health crisis.
Because of course she did. She can be vicious and petty while feuding with Taylor Swift, but Kim Kardashian is a great mom.
Also, New Year’s Eve was on Sunday, folks. Don’t mix up your timelines.
Anyway, Kim posted this gorgeous photo, early Friday morning:
She looks absolutely gorgeous.
She’s covering up her nipples with her hands — though that only covers part of her breasts, so she’s flaunting plenty of underboob.
Wearing he white thong and posed the way that she is, she almost looks like she’s not wearing underwear until you glimpse the white of the thong above her waist.
Her famous Kardashian butt stands out and proud, capturing the viewer’s attention.
And her caption for the photo was … curious.
Kim Kardashian tweeted out the image (presumably taken by Kanye), writing:
“Rise & Grind.”
While that sounds like the self-explanatory title of a porn video …
(In case we need to spell it out, a lot of couples who wake up in bed together grind against each other; it’s basically sexy instinct at work. Also “rise” … you guys know how penises work, right? If not, you don’t need to be looking at photos of Kim basically naked)
… We think that it’s Kim’s version of a wake-up photo.
Rather than “grind” in the sexy sense, she’s combining “rise and shine” with “back to the grind.”
Still, it’s an undeniably sexy look — whether Kim’s your type or not, you can still admire living art — and a welcome end to the first week of 2018.
Of course, the mommy-shamers tried to go after her again, with inane comments like:
“What if North sees this?”
One, North West turns 5 this year. You’re not supposed to be on Twitter until you’re 13. Twitter might be fine with Nazis having their run of the platform, but they draw the line at little kids.
Two, hopefully Kim and Kanye are raising North to be someone who isn’t scandalized by photographs of … gasp! … a human woman.
Finally … if North’s going to be scandalized by images of Kim, it’s probably going to be from Kim’s sex tape. Not of a photo that Kanye took of Kim one morning.

Jill Duggar Wears Pants In Public For First Time EVER!
The Duggar family has faced down just about every kind of scandal imaginable over the past few years, but we don’t think anyone could’ve predicted their latest controversy.
It all started back in March, when Jinger Duggar wore pants in a photo posted on her Instagram page.
If you’re only passingly familiar with Jinger’s family, you might be wondering what the big deal is.
The Duggars have strict rules about … well, about everything, really, but they’re particularly uncompromising when it comes to their dress code.
According to rules devised by parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, women are to wear long skirts or dresses at all times, even when playing in sports or engaging in other physical activities.
So Jinger wearing shorts, pants, and above-the-knee skirts is more than just a fashion statement–it’s an act of rebellion.
Jim Bob and Michelle had no choice but to accept her decision, as once Duggar women are married off, it’s their husbands, not their parents who decide what they’re allowed to wear.
For months, it looked like Jinger would be alone in freeing her legs from their floor-length denim shackles, but now, Jim Bob and Michelle’s worst fears seem to be coming true:
Yes, Jinger’s older sister Jill Duggar is wearing pants, too.
Again, the decision to wear pants might not seem like an earth-shattering act of defiance.
In fact, putting on pants one leg at a time is such a commonplace activity that it’s become an idiomatic expression used to convey normalcy.
But imagine engaging in that activity for the first time as a 26-year-old mother of two.
As The Ashley’s Reality Roundup points out, no one in the Duggar clan has been more devoted to the family’s code of conduct than Jill.
As the first of her sisters to marry and start a family, Jill seemed to believe it was her responsibility to set an example by carrying on her parents’ ideals.
She’s spoken proudly of her family’s belief in “modest dress” and has gone to great pains to adhere to Jim Bob and Michelle’s guidelines.
When Jill worked as a volunteer firefighter, she even went so far as to modify her uniform, altering the pants into a sort of flame-retardant skirt.
Technically, the Duggar women are within the parameters of the family dress code if they keep the area from their neck to their knees covered, so as not to inspire any impure thoughts in the men in their lives.
But the floor-length skirt has long served as a symbol of female subservience and commitment to traditional gender roles for Jill and her sisters.
So opting for a pair of Levi’s is a simple act that sends an unmistakable message.
Sources close to the family say Jim Bob has been butting heads with his sons-in-law over their more progressive views, and he’s likely to take Jill’s decision to wear pants as another sign that he’s fighting a losing battle.
Jill was no doubt aware of how her latest pic would be interpreted before she posted it, which is why Jim Bob’s many detractors are singing her praises today.
Like taking a knee before a football game, sometimes a move as seemingly simple as wearing a pair of pants can serve as a powerful act of protest.

Jinger Duggar Wears Ripped Jeans, Fans Go Ballistic
From James Dean to Bob Dylan, America’s iconic cultural rebels have long made a point of sporting jeans in their most famous photos.
But there’s an upper-echelon of non-conformist for whom the mere donning of denim apparel does not constitute a sufficiently defiant middle finger to the khaki-clad establishment.
For these fashion freedom fighters, the stakes must be raised, the flesh must be bared–and the jeans must be ripped.
Move over, Sid Vicious, and take a seat, Springsteen.
There’s a new maverick in town, and she goes by the name of Jinger Duggar.
As you can see (if you look very closely), Jinger is wearing ripped jeans these days, and it’s a very big deal.
In fact, given the rapid progression of her rejection of her parets’s staunchly conservative views we assume she’s just days away from smahing guitars, making crude gestures with bottles of Jack Daniel’s, and telling frightened neighbors to “slag off.”
Okay, we’re obviously joking, but believe it or not, some fans are really freaking out over Jinger’s latest fashion statement.
We suppose it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, given the fact that Duggar obsessives lost it when Jinger started wearing pants last winter.
But from the reaction to her latest act of sartorial defiance, you’d think the 23-year-old was sporting a non-Duggar approved swimsuit.
(Which would be any swimwear that doesn’t look like something a mustachioed gent from the 1920s would wear in a steam room.)
The risqué photo was snapped by Jeremy Vuolo, who captioned his work:
“Trying my eye behind the lens (it helps having a beautiful subject).”
Despite the fact that we’ve already seen Jinger wear shorts, jeans, and above-the-knee skirts–all in defiance of her family’s dress code–this latest style statement is being treated like Jinger’s Sgt. Pepper’s.
“So happy for her to decide on her own,” wrote one commenter.
“Love the outfit! jeans suit you,” remarked another.
A third Instagram follower turned a teary eye to the future and dreamed of a day when Jinger would be permitted to put her Levi-clad extremities on display for a TV audience.
“I love her in jeans! Can’t wait to see her Jean outfits on the show hopefully,” the capitalization-happy dreamer commented on the photo.
It’s a nice thought, but we wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for that day.
Jinger’s decision to wear pants is still regarded by her parents as an act of open rebellion.
So as long as Jim Bob continues to call the shots at TLC, we’re guessing his family’s reality show will remain a skirts-only zone.
But that’s okay.
Fans of Jinger’s style will still have her social media pages, and it looks like she’s planning to continue making bold (by Duggar standards) choices for their enjoyment.

Kylie Jenner Wears a Barely-There White Robe ... Or Dress ... Or Something
Kylie Jenner isn’t really known for her subtlety, so it’s good to be reminded that she knows more way to be seductive than posing in a fishnet bra.
Even when she’s just advertising things on Instagram, it’s great to see her wearing a dress!
Well … sort of. You’ll see.
Kylie Jenner posed in these two photos below.
She’s wearing what first looks like a very short bathrobe.
Now, Kylie is a SoCal girl through and through, meaning that she finds 60 degrees Fahrenheit to be “bitter cold.”
So as much as this girl likes to take off her clothes for the camera, we imagine that whatever bathrobe she wears off camera is probably one of those super thick ones so that she stays warm.
Don’t get us wrong, Kylie looks phenomenal in both photos, but it didn’t look like something that she’d choose to wear in her everyday life.
Well, we naturally looked at the captions.
We weren’t surprised to find that it was an ad.
We were surprised to learn something else, though.
Like we said, she looks great.
But this isn’t a robe at all, allegedly.
According to the company that sells these (and Kylie is definitely modeling in this as an ad, even tagging it as ad, which is great since other stars are getting in trouble with the FTC for posting Instagram ads without the tag), this is a dress.
Yes, really.
(We’re not defending that Fashion Nova choose to call this a dress, mind you, just … assuring you that this is the label that they have chosen)
Specifically? This is called the “Sugar Free Dress.”
But whatever they choose to call it, we wouldn’t recommend wearing this to a job interview or trying to wear it to prom.
Kylie looks great in it, but it really does look like it’s just one slight slip away from baring … something.
But hey, there are some parties where an adult would look great in this.
Kylie’s been doing a lot over the past couple of years to shed her imagine of being a kid.
She’s been very successful, despite being the youngest member of a celebrity family and despite growing up in front of the eyes fo millions of viewers.
(Also, she’s just been very successful, period — she’s a makeup mogul whose business could be worth a billion dollars in just a few years)
Life of Kylie didn’t get the best ratings.
There are no guarantees that it will be renewed for another season, no matter how inexpensive reality shows are to film.
Part of that is because the popularity of specific types of reality shows waxes and wanes.
Part of that is because nobody wants to sit around and listen to Kylie whine about being famous for a half hour.
But these pics are as good of a reminder as any that Kylie can still share bits of her life and monetize it through social media.
So even if her show never again sees the light of day, Kylie’s clearly not going anywhere.

Brian Austin Green: Who Cares If My Son Wears a Dress?!
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green sure do make some adorable babies, huh?
We know that because so far they"ve created three beautiful boys: four-year-old Noah, three-year-old Bodhi, and one-year-old Journey.
Megan and Brian haven"t shared too many photos of their children over the years, but thanks to paparazzi photos and a handful of social media posts, we"ve had a few good glimpses of these kids.
And, just over a month ago, one of those rare glimpses brought on a whole, whole lot of hate.
See, Megan shared a few photos of her sons, and in one of them, darling little Noah was wearing a dress.
A Frozen dress, to be specific — an adorable Elsa costume.
It was a pretty cute picture, but judging by some of the comments people left, letting a four-year-old wear a dress is basically child abuse.
Some people told her that it was "so sad" that she"s "confusing" Noah like this, while others said it was "disgusting" to let him wear a dress.
One particularly unhinged person even wrote "Putting your son in a dress conforming to the gay trans illuminati agenda. Burn in hell witch! You"re sickening!"
Seems like too many feelings about something that is just not a big deal, right?
And in a new interview, Brian is telling it exactly how it is.
"So yeah," he begins, "my son, you know, he"s four, and I"ve heard from some people that they don"t agree with him wearing dresses."
"To them, I say "I don"t care.""
"He"s four, he continues, "and if he wants to wear it, then he wears it. And it"s dresses, or goggles, or slippers, whatever."
"It"s his life, they"re not my clothes."
Solid points — but he"s not done yet.
"I feel like at four or five," he says (Noah turns five later this month!), "that"s a time when you should be having fun."
"He"s not harming anyone wearing a dress, so if he wants to wear a dress, awesome. Good on him."
Did anyone else just develop a whole, whole lot of appreciation for Brian Austin Green all of a sudden?

Melania Trump Wears Stilettos for Hurricane Trip, Outrage Ensues
To some critics, Donald Trump’s visit to Texas on Tuesday was appalling due to the President’s self-serving statements and behavior there.
He didn’t utter a word of empathy or even refers to the victims of Hurricane Harvey at any point, instead using the brief visit as a photo and PR op, bragging about the size of the crowd on the street and the response of authorities to the natural disaster.
If it wasn’t so disturbing and depressing, it would have been hilarious.
To others, however, the real sin of the President’s trip had nothing to do with the nonsense that spewed from his mouth.
And everything to do with what his wife wore on her feet.
Yesterday morning, Melania Trump was photographed departing the White House in weather-appropriate attire that included a bomber jacket, tailored black pants and a black top, which she paired with a functional pair of aviators.
Fair and practical enough, right? Even if the couple didn’t encounter a single rain drop during its visit.
But Mrs. Trump also rocked sky-high snakeskin stiletto pumps.
And it was on these shoes that the Internet focused its outrage.
In Melania’s defense, she sounded far more sympathetic to the plight of those affected by Harvey than her husband, who sounded as if only he was affected by the storm…
… and in a positive fashion, no less.
“The effects of Hurricane Harvey will be felt in Texas, Louisiana, and other parts of the country for many months and years to come,” she said in a statement, adding:
“So far, 1.7 million people are under orders to evacuate their homes, and, as the floodwater in Houston rises, sadly, so will the number of evacuees.
“I want to be able to offer my help and support in the most productive way possible, not through just words, but also action.
“What I found to be the most profound during the visit was not only the strength and resilience of the people of Texas, but the compassion and sense of community that has taken over the State.
“My thoughts and prayers continue to be with the people of Texas and Louisiana.”
Still, Twitter could not stop talking about those stilettos:
Upon arrival in Texas, however, the First Lady changed her clothing, slipping into a pair of sneakers.
She joined her husband in Corpus Christi while donning black skinny jeans, a white button down, Adidas shoes, aviators and a FLOTUS baseball cap.
Said her spokesperson to CNN shortly afterward:
“It’s sad that we have an active and ongoing natural disaster in Texas, and people are worried about her shoes.”
That’s a fair point.
However, that’s sort of how social media rolls.
And it’s hard not to focus on fashion when the President is wearing a baseball cap that is for sale on his website.
Do the proceeds go to disaster relief in the wake of Hurricane Harvey? HA! Of course not.
They go to his reelection campaign fund.
