According to the latest People Magazine feature story, Khloe Kardashian is NOT back together with Lamar Odom.
But might Lamar Odom soon be getting back together with Khloe’s family? On television?
Having survived (hopefully for good) a frightening health scare this month, Odom reportedly wants to serve as a role model to others in his situation.
He wans to be an example of what not to do, according to Hollywood Life.
“Slowly but surely, Lamar’s coming to terms with his reality and wrapping his head around the totality of his near death experience,” a source says, explaining that he wants to use Keeping Up with the Kardashians as a platform.
Millions of people tune in to that show every week for some reason.
Most of them are young. Many of them are impressionable.
Why not appear as a cautionary tale against what can help to those who let their personal demons bubble to the surface?
“He knows he escaped death,” the site adds.
“He doesn’t want this to happen to himself again or to anyone else for that matter – which is why he’s on board with his entire situation being filmed and recorded for [Keeping Up with the Kardashians].
Odom, of course, overdosed on cocaine and possibly other substances two weeks ago in Nevada.
He was in a coma for many dies, Khloe Kardashian by his side, until regaining consciousness and being transferred to Los Angeles.
Odom may need a kidney transplant and his motor skills may forever be affected by his actions. But he is expected to live.
“He wants to help educate people and show them the mistakes and horrible choices he’s made so that people learn from him,” Hollywood Life concludes.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11 kicks off on Sunday, November 15.
