Kailyn Lowry & Chelsea Houska SLAM Teen Mom 2 Producers: You Were Supposed to Protect Us!
If you watched last night’s Teen Mom 2 reunion special — which was rather lamely subtitled Behind the Screams — then you know there was no shortage of raised voices.
But as is so often the case with heavily-edited reality TV, we needed a bit of post-show insight from the stars themselves in order to clarify exactly what was behind those screams.
Obviously, Briana DeJesus and Kailyn Lowry nearly came to blows on two separate occasions but were held back by security both times.
Everyone on hand was appalled for the obvious reasons, but there was also a secondary cause for the confusion and anger that seemed to ripple through the room.
It seems Kailyn Lowry was outraged that the show’s producers put her in harm’s way.
And she wasn’t alone.
Chelsea Houska is currently pregnant with her second child, and she was reportedly so appalled by the unsafe conditions on set that she considered quitting the show.
The castmates both made their frustrations clear when in tweets that were posted immediately after the show aired Monday night:
“The producers encouraged me to text briana to meet up prior to that scene with Chelsea,” Lowry wrote.
“Came outta left field with the higher ups are asking if you would be willing to talk to her + added their own suggestions.”
She added:
“They really make it look like it was my idea to ask her to talk.
“I also texted 3 producers on set and said don’t put them behind me on the couch.”
Of course, Briana was seated near her on the stage, and that’s when the second round of violence broke out.
Chelsea echoed Briana’s sentiments, revealing that she was so disgusted with what took place that day that she didn’t even watch the reunion:
“I already watched tonight’s episode earlier and it made me feel so sick to my stomach that I was even around any type of physical altercation while pregnant,” Houska tweeted.
“Unfortunately, I put too much trust into people that I thought were looking out for my best interest and safety,” she added.
“Looking back…I wish I would’ve listened to my gut feeling and not have gone to filming that day at all.”
Chelsea’s father, Randy Houska, was even harsher in his assessment of the day’s events.
“The fact that @mtv higher ups said they would not let happen exactly what did happen … was ridiculous,” he wrote.
“I firmly believe it was all set up with Brianna ahead of time to flip out like that.”
Randy went on to say that the network should’ve taken disciplinary action against Briana and her sister, Brittany:
“Exactly what @ChelseaHouska predicted would happen and @mtv promised would not happened. There should have been severe consequences,” he tweeted.
But it seems Briana doesn’t entirely share her castmates’ views on who’s to blame for last night’s debacle:
“This whole situation would of never happened if ppl minded their business on who I was f—king. Also I wasn’t scared, I popped off in front of cameras cause I was tired of things being done secretly and ppl playing the victim,” she wrote in a series of deleted tweets.
“I saw plenty of msgs in Javi’s phone of a certain someone talking about me and my family. U can’t point fingers if ur hands are just as dirty.
Ironically, these days, it’s Briana who’s doing the finger-pointing by implying that Kailyn is entirely to blame for the melee, and she and MTV are not at fault.

Duggar Fans Slam Joy-Anna: You"re Too Young to Be a Mom!
Earlier this week, Joy-Anna Duggar welcomed her first child.
As is always the case with this sort of thing, millions of loyal Duggar fans responded to the news with such giddy glee that one might have thought it was their family that had recently expanded.
But in several important ways the public reaction to Joy’s birth announcement was different from what we saw when her older sisters became moms.
For starters, Joy’s pregnancy was controversial from the start, due to rumors that she got pregnant before her wedding to Austin Forsyth.
The Duggars are staunchly opposed to premarital sex, and the revelation that Joy got pregnant out of wedlock would be disastrous to the wholesome public image they’ve worked so hard to cultivate.
Many suspected that Joy was misleading the public, and they expected to give birth well ahead of schedule.
When she delivered little Gideon Martyn Forsyth approximately 39 weeks after getting married, however, those theories were swiftly torpedoed.
But that doesn’t mean the haters were willing to admit defeat and offer reluctant congratulations to Joy and Austin.
Instead, they switched gears to a different line of criticism.
These days, the Duggar-obsessed corners of social are filled with laments for Joy’s lost youth.
Yes, some feel that at 20 years of age, Joy is far too young to be a mother.
Others find it ludicrous that Joy and Austin were never permitted to spend time alone together until their honeymoon.
Do they have a point? Of course!
The latter argument is particularly valid, and the Duggars’ approach to courtship often sounds like something out of dark dystopian fiction.
But what’s done is done, and maybe these days, Joy-Anna needs support more than anything else.
“Too bad y’all couldn’t have gotten to really know each other before you brought a baby into the world. You said yourself you were never alone until your wedding night,” wrote one fan on the Forsyths’ shared Instagram page.
“That’s just not a good thing. Marriage and parenting is hard work but your marriages is so important. I think it’s just irresponsible of you.”
Poor joy. Hasn’t even lived her life yet,” another commenter remarked.
“God love her, she looks so so young and absolutely exhausted,” wrote a third follower.
It’s certainly true that Joy looks exhausted these days, but it’s important to add – she also looks quite happy.

Josh Duggar: Fans Slam "Pedophile" Reality Star on Facebook!
Last week, we reported on the news that Josh and Anna Duggar have welcomed their fifth child, a boy named Mason.
The news that a healthy baby has entered the world is typically met with universal congratulatory sentiments, and certainly no one wishes any harm upon the mother or child.
But feelings toward the father are a bit more complex …
As you’re probably aware, Josh molested five young women, four of whom were his sisters, while he was still in his teens.
His family has built a wildly lucrative media empire by projecting an image of wholesomeness and unflappable piety, so naturally, the Duggars have done everything in their power to put Josh’s sex scandal behind them.
Incredibly, following the cancelation of their reality show, 19 Kids and Counting, the Duggars were given a second shot television at stardom on the same network.
But while the narrative pitched by the Duggars and TLC is one of redemption, many former fans have not been so quick to forgive Josh’s horrendous transgressions.
Part of the problem, of course, is that Josh was never punished for his crimes, as his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, helped him to avoid prosecution.
That means there’s been no real effort toward rehabilitation.
And that in turn means that the possibility of Josh repeating his past behaviors remains disturbingly high.
As a result of this troubling scenario, fans have flooded the Duggars’ official Facebook page with comments condemning Josh and urging his family to vigilantly protect the children who are under his care:
“I pray that God blesses everyone but it should be illegal for an admitted child molester to procreate and create children,” wrote one follower.
“Josh admitted to molesting 4 different sisters so it did not happen just once; it happened multiple times. Any woman that would have children with an admitted child molester and pedophile I would have to recommend an intensive psychological examination.”
Another detractor addresses the fact that Josh went to rehab for sex addiction after it was revealed that he used an Ashley Madison account to try and cheat on Anna.
A mother of four, the commenter points out that a few months in an un-accredited, faith-based rehabilitation facility of his own choosing is hardly a guarantee that Josh won’t subject his children to the same abuse suffered by his sisters.
“People say Josh went to rehab and I will be honest here,” the follower wrote. “I have 4 children. If my son molested his siblings I don’t care what therapy he received I would never trust him again.”
She added:
“My kids mental and physical well-being comes first. Once you decide to be a child molester and pedophile I never want to see you again. I was molested as a child so I know the severe damage it does.”
Since Josh was never charged with a crime, there’s no action that concerned parties can take from a legal perspective.
The best any of us can do is hope that Josh’s family will heed the call to keep a close watch on Josh’s wife and children and report anything even remotely suspicious to the proper authorities.
Perhaps there’s some comfort to be taken in the fact that the Duggars live their lives under a constant microscope, and the world knows to be on the lookout when it comes to Josh.

Patton Oswalt and Meredith Salenger Slam "Bitter Grub Worms," Gush Over Engagement
Patton Oswalt and Meredith Salenger aren’t about the let the stupid, insensitive, ignorant, angry and mean trolls on the Internet ruin their engagement.
Or, to use the comedian’s language, they aren’t about to let a bunch of “bitter grub words” affect their happiness these days.
Last week, Oswalt announced that he and Salenger were engaged, following a few months of dating.
The news came as a surprise to many, considering the stars had only just revealed their romance to the public by walking the red carpet of the Baby Driver premiere in Los Angeles.
It also came as a surprise because Oswalt tragically lost his wife, Michelle McNamara, last April.
At the age of 46, she died of an accidental prescription drug overdose, leaving Oswalt alone to raise their eight-year old daughter.
On many occasions since, Oswalt wrote gut-wrenching posts about his grief and pain and overall mental state; these posts were as raw and candid as it can get.
But Oswalt has managed to expand his heart and is willing to love once again, a development that is great for the mental health of the star and for the long-term well-being of his child.
However, it’s apparently unacceptable to idiots on the Internet who have managed to take Oswalt to task for daring to get engaged so soon after the death of his wife.
In a subsequent Facebook post, Oswalt doesn’t bother to engage these trolls on their immature level.
But it does acknowledge their criticism, while linking to a recent article by a widower who Oswalt says sums up his situation in perfect, heartwarming, emotional fashion.
“This is so amazing. And SO well-written,” Oswalt wrote of a post by a blogger named Erica Roman, adding:
“I expected some bitter grub worms to weigh in (anonymously, always always always) with their much-needed opinions when I announced my engagement last week.
“And I decided to ignore them.”
Concluded Oswalt, along with a link to the article in question:
But yeah, I felt this rage. And Erica articulated it better than I could have ever hoped. So there you go. Thank you, Erica.
Roman, who became a widow at the age of 27, blasted Oswalt’s critics in her viral post.
“You aren’t entitled to an opinion,” she says, explaining:
“You don’t get to comment on the choices of a widower while you sit happily next to your own living spouse. You didn’t have to stand and watch your mundane morning turn into your absolute worst nightmare.
“Go back to scrolling Facebook and keep your ignorance to yourself.”
As Oswalt notes: perfect.
Salenger, meanwhile, acknowledged that most people have been “lovely” to her and her famous fiance, but also linked to Roman’s article and wrote the following:
“I am grateful to be the one who helps him climb out of the depths of grief and find some joy again. And most of all… Alice is happy and feels loved,” wrote the actress, concluding:
“I have waited 47 years to find true love. Creating our family unit while honoring the brilliant gift Michelle has given me will be my life’s goal and happiness.
“I am deeply in love with both Patton and Alice and very much looking forward to a beautiful happy life having adventures together.”
Salenger is a Harvard-educated actress who starred in Disney’s The Journey of Natty Gan at the age of 15.
She has an array of television and movies credits on her resume, including Hollywood Heights, Lake Placid; and she has done voiceover work for cartoons such as Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Jenelle Evans Continues to Slam David Eason"s Sister on Facebook!
Last week, we reported on the bizarre and very public feud between Jenelle Evans and the sister of David Eason.
David, of course, is Jenelle’s fiance and the father of her third child.
One would think that Jenelle would do her damnedest to stay on his family’s good side – at least until the wedding – but Jenlle’s never been one to avoid setting fire to her own life.
So in a situation where sane, rational adults who are currently in the process of trying to win back custody of their eldest son might have eased up on the hate (or at least kept it off social media) Jenelle doubled down.
The folks over at Starcasm have been watching the situation closely, and it seems that things died down for a while – until, of course, Jenelle decided to fire a shot out of nowhere.
Over the weekend, David’s other sister, April, wrote a lengthy Facebook post about the importance of family.
Jenelle being Jenelle, she took the opportunity to trash-talk her rival, Jessica:
“Think about your actions wisely before losing your entire family,” Jenelle wrote on Facebook.
“#FamilyFirst not #FamilySecond … there’s a huge difference.”
As much as people usually love being threatened with the loss of their entire family, Jenelle’s comment didn’t go over well:
“Does this makes sense to anyone?” Jessica shot back.
“We have our family. April David Amber and Jamie are our family. And Ensley is my niece. Youre the one losing Jen!”
After being egged on by some commenters, Jessica went on:
“Girl I could say some stuff but ima back off the Lil ho for now.. But if I see another negative word out that things mouth or finger tips.. It will be #onlikedonkeykong”
She added:
“Did she think MY sister April Marie was gonna say something nice to her? Hahahaha”
Believe it or not, Jessica didn’t stop there, and she’s on the verge of doing the impossible: making Jenelle look like the sane one in a conflict.
Jessica posted the above status, presumably just in case anyone still wasn’t clear about her feelings toward Jenelle.
Urban Dictionary provides this helpful definition of “mud duck”:
“An atrocious-looking female. This girl has to be so horrible that she doesn’t even qualify as a duck.”
Jessica went on to remind us of what really started all of this – her continued friendship with David’s first baby mama, Olivia:
“Olivia and Kaden (my nephew and his mom) came to visit and Jenelle got so jealous she’s on oxygen but seriously. Then in retaliation she begins posting a bunch of weird sh*t!”
Amazingly, all of this time, Jenelle was playing it relatively cool, clapping back passive-aggressively by posting an unflattering article about Jessica with a caption reading, “I’m done.”
But, of course, she wasn’t done:
“She’s always wanted to be “on tv”. Maybe that’s why she’s mad,” Jenelle wrote.
“Davids brother and her have been asking david when they can film and they should have their own show. Her saying this doesn’t even surprise me.”
She added:
“She must be on xanax being as angry as she was in my voicemail lmfao.”
Yes, Jenelle has decided to take this thing into “she’s on drugs” territory.
She went on to accuse Jessica of repeatedly calling and threatening her, writing:
“I have kids and she has 5 kids like damn just stop already. She fist fought a kid while 7 months pregnant and now her son has cerebral palsy. She needs to stop being such an angry person and stay sober. Drugs make everyone so angry it’s crazy.”
She added that unless she publicly apologizes, Jessica won’t be invited to her and David’s wedding.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like that apology is forthcoming:
“All she has to do is bow down and call me the queen and I might forgive her. Maybee,” Jessica wrote.
Stock up on popcorn, folks.

Javi Marroquin, Chris Lopez SLAM Kailyn Lowry For Shacking Up with New Dude While Pregnant!
Kailyn Lowry and her ex-husband Javi Marroquin may be on better terms lately, but like everything with them, this is subject to change.
Whenever cooler heads prevail and the drama wanes, an unforeseen event exerts pressure on the ex-couple’s non-aggression pact.
Like the rest of us, the Teen Mom 2 dad had plenty of thoughts when that photo of Kailyn in bed with another man hit Snapchat Sunday.
Mistakenly, many believed the guy – whose face was obscured in some of the images – was none other than baby daddy-to-be Chris Lopez.
Not the case. While Lowry is pregnant with Lopez’s child, he was not the man in this picture; Kailyn’s friend DJ was the shirtless culprit.
The mother of Isaac, 7, and Lincoln, 3, received backlash for the pic, and it’s easy to see why; Javi wasn’t a fan, that’s for damn sure.
Marroquin, who is the father of Lincoln and was married to Kailyn for three years, tweeted as soon as the photo surfaced, “I’m disgusted.”
“It’s just sad. It makes me sad for the boys.”
Not wanting to further fan the flames of this feud waiting to happen, Javi decided to leave well enough alone at that point, telling Radar:
“I have nothing else to say about her.”
Lowry’s baby daddy Lopez, meanwhile, took to Twitter to make sure fans know he’s not the man in the photo … and take a shot at Kail.
Yes, the man who apparently wants nothing to do with his own baby (if you believe Kailyn’s sad and angry tweets about Chris) is fuming too.
“I wanna vent but I know it ain’t safe,” he said.
“It’s always some s–t when I get on here.”
“I knew I matured when I realized every situation doesn’t need a reaction. Sometimes you just gotta leave people to do the lame s–t they do.”
Meanwhile, Lowry’s camp insists she’s just friends with DJ, and that “they were just hanging out … in bed because her feet were so swollen.”
That’s a new one. Give them credit at least.
“DJ was in LA for something else and hung out with her, Amber [Portwood] and Matt [Baier] when he was done,” says a Lowry insider.
Kailyn was in town for the MTV Movie & TV Awards Sunday, which she attended with ALL the MTV stars and a few other D-list celebs.
Both she and DJ were aware of the s–tstorm online that their pic caused, and both took to Twitter to tell give the critics their two cents.
“Get that hate out of your blood folks,” she said, while DJ added, “Get that hate out ya heart, that ain’t how God made ya. Don’t judge me.”
Too late for that, by about six or seven years.
People watch Teen Mom 2 online and therefore know just about all there is to know about Kailyn’s life, a choice she has been complicit in.
Yes, she’s entitled to privacy, as we all are, but Lowry shills, promotes, pitches and hustles her a– off to make a living off of her fame.
More power to her, but craving attention one minute and then feigning indignation the next when people criticize you stretches credibility.
As for Lopez (above), he remains an enigma.
Most dudes who have been in a Teen Mom cast member are also interested in fame. Not Chris, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
But if he wants nothing to do with Kailyn, or his child, yet feels compelled to criticize her life choices? That’s nothing to be proud of, bruh.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello Defend Marriage, SLAM Haters on Instagram
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello would like to make something very clear:
Not only do they comprise a great looking couple, but they are doing just great as a couple as well.

The latest issue of Star Magazine alleges that the Modern Family star was “caught cheating in Rome” and has been spotted on numerous occasions without her wedding ring on.
The cover also screams, in all capital letters, that the marriage between Vergera and Manganiello is “OVER!”
Is it really, though?
In an angry Instagram post, Vergara blasted these infidelity claims, stating that the tabloid Photoshopped the image in which it detailed how her finger was lacking a ring.
“The editor of this magazine is an idiot,” the actress wrote simply, going on and on as follows:
“If he is going to have my ring removed to create fake ‘news,’ he should have made sure that he removed from social media all the other pictures of that award night in Rome where I’m wearing it.
“By the way, that’s my friend, the producer of the movie Bent, that I was shooting in Rome and who came to spend Easter at my home the week later.
“#Starmagazinebullies #goinventsh*itaboutyourmother.”
Wait… a supermarket tabloid twisted a harmless photograph to make it appear scandalous?
It used Photoshop? It flat-out lied?
Wow. Tell us more.
And that’s exactly what Manganiello himself has done.
The former True Blood star has issued his own spirited post on Instagram, slamming this same cover story and expressing love for his wife.
“Big surprise everyone but Star created a fake story and then photo shopped my wife’s engagement ring off of her finger in order to sell magazines,” he wrote.
“They are run by malicious trash. Do the world a favor and don’t buy their garbage.”
