Meghan Markle! Kate Middleton! Prince William! Prince Harry! All on Stage... Together!

A royally awesome and historic event took place in Great Britain on Wednesday morning.

As documented below, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ALL took the stage as a foursome for the first time at the inaugural Royal Foundation Forum.

The charity organization was initially set up by the two princes and Middleton, but after Markle officially joins the family on her wedding day, she will be a patron as well.

The only other time we’ve seen all four of these very famous people in the same place together was when they made their way to church on Christmas day.

The royals (and the one gorgeous royal-to-be) used this event to lay out various hopes and plans for their current and future work under the charitable umbrella of the Royal Foundation.

Audience members on hand got to hear them talk about why the foundation was set up, the projects they are working on right now and other ones in the pipeline.

“Ten years ago Harry and I were still serving full-time in the military, but we were starting to look to the next stages of our lives,” William explained in stage, elaborating as follows:

“As we discussed together the best way to set out on our official work, we looked to the values our family had instilled in us.”

He said he was “particularly happy” that Markle had joined the efforts and added:

“Both our parents had provided for us an example of diligence, compassion and duty in all they did.

“Our grandparents, The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh, had made support for charity central to their decades of service to the nation and the Commonwealth.”

After her husband said he wanted to “celebrate this spirit of togetherness” with others around the world, Middleton took the stage to talk about Heads Together.

This is a campaign meant to break the stigma around mental health and promote conversation around the issue, something Middleton has admirably been on the forefront of for years.

“The campaign set out to change the national conversation on mental health,” she said.

“We are all so proud of the work we did with our partners; to challenge the stigma which has prevented so many people from speaking openly about their mental wellbeing…

“I am sure you will agree that the mental health of children and adults is one area where a longterm view will make a huge difference to generations in the future.”

Finally, Markle addressed her old profession (entertainment) and the ongoing #MeToo movement and #TimesUp movement that are at least empowering women to speak out.

She wanted to make one point very clear as it pertained to this topic.

“I hear a lot of people speaking about girls’ empowerment and women’s’ empowerment you will hear people saying they are helping women find their voices,” she said.

“I fundamentally disagree with that because women don’t need to find their voices, they need to be empowered to use it and people need to be urged to listen.”

This said, the future Mrs. Prince Harry is thrilled that things are finally changing in Hollywood, and in other work places as well, she hopes.

“I think right now in the climate we’re seeing with so many campaigns, with #MeToo and Time’s Up, there’s no better time than to really continue to shine a light on women feeling empowered and people really helping to support them – men included in that.”

Speaking of men also playing a role in this battle, she said simply:

“It makes such a tremendous difference.”

It really does.

Markle will exchange vows with Harry on May 19 in London.

She is clearly very comfortable already on the world stage, likely helped over the years by the promotional tours she embarked on for the USA Network hit drama Suits.

We cannot wait for her wedding day.

The Voice Results: Which Four Exited Stage Left?!

The Voice is well-known for bloodbath elimination episodes, and Tuesday night’s big sing-off found four acts going home.

When the crazy episode got underway, Jennifer Hudson took to the stage to perform “Burden Down.” It was a ballad only worthy of her tremendous voice, and it’s clearly going to be a hit.

Machine Gun Kelly, X Ambassadors and Bebe Rexha performed “Home” right after and proved that you can mess with different sounds to try and create a hit.

When it came to the results…

Safe

Chloe Kohanski (Team Blake)

Addison Agen (Team Adam)

Brooke Simpson (Team Miley)

Instant Elimination

Davon Fleming (Team Jennifer)

Keisha Renee (Team Blake)

Those results meant that Red Marlowe, Adam Cunningham and Noah Mac had to duke it out for survival with one final performance each.

Red Marlow (Team Blake) – “Dixieland Delight”

Red has proven on multiple occasions that he has the voice that should be in the finale of the season. While his on-the-spot performance was not all that, it was still an okay performance that showed off his beautiful country voice.

Adam Cunningham (Team Adam), “Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares)”

Adam has been circling the drain for weeks now, and after a sudden resurgence last week, his performance to save himself was somewhat lacklustre.

It was filled with issues, and that was likely down to Adam knowing he was very likely about to be clipped from the competition.

Noah Mac (Team Jennifer) – “Sign of the Times”

Noah could not have picked a worse song to save himself. It was all over the place and seemed like he was trying way too hard to win. The notes were flat, and the overall performance seemed like a misstep for him.

The final results were not shocking. Noah Mac and Adam Cunningham were sent packing, and Red Marlowe got to advance to the final stage of the competition.

What did you think of the eliminations?

Sound off below!

Kesha: Bares Her Glittery Butt on Stage!

Kesha has been going through a huge legal battle, but that pales beside the tremendous emotional toll that she’s experienced after years of alleged abuse and reliving the trauma by coming forward. That can change you.

But though Kesha’s musical style has changed since her “Tik Tok” days, she’s still fun, spontaneous, and an absolute gift to her fans.

And she’s baring her butt to prove it.

Back in, like, 2008, Kesha surged to popularity with Animal.

For the next few years, “Tik Tok” was basically required listening at most parties, and Kesha music has been a party staple ever since.

Basically, if you’ve been to a party that didn’t play Kesha’s music, we hope that you brought the birthday boy a nice present — they’ll only turn 7 once.

Back in February of 2016, however, Kesha gained attention for something very different when a judge’s ruling prompted her to sob openly in court.

Though Kesha’s alleged sex abuse at the hands of Dr. Luke had been revealed years ago, most of the world had been unaware of her legal struggle to separate herself from the infamous music producer.

Celebrities tweeted their support — Taylor Swift sent a check, actually.

Singers like Adele used their platforms to voice their support for Kesha and for her bid for independence from the man whom she accuses of having abused her for a decade.

In addition to those voicing support for Kesha, other singers who have worked with Dr. Luke have spoken out to condemn him, based purely upon their own experiences.

Pink condemned Dr. Luke, saying that though she can’t speak to the veracity of Kesha’s accusations, Dr. Luke deserves what he’s getting because he’s a scumbag.

Kelly Clarkson slammed Dr. Luke, saying that he’s not a good person. When Kelly Clarkson, who doesn’t like to bash people, is talking about you like this, something is up.

Contract law isn’t built on justice, however.

Even though this entire situation has been a PR nightmare for Sony, it’s appeared that their hands are tied.

And Kesha’s fight has remained uphill.

In fact, Kesha had to withdraw her lawsuit in California. In New York, however, the battle rages on.

Kesha, however, is finally getting to tour again — and when Kesha tours, there’s more to the performance than just her beautiful music.

Just look at this photo that Kesha shared on Friday.

She captioned the image as “GlitterButt!!!” when she tweeted it out.

That is just so cute.

After everything that Kesha’s been through, it’s so heartwarming to see her feeling comfortable with her body and her fans — to see her both experiencing and spreading joy.

Kesha has been personally throwing glitter on her audience, which is a blessing.

A blessing that doesn’t fade. Two friends of mine saw Kesha when she came to town, and both were talking the next day about glitter following them to work despite their best efforts (and showers).

One, who works at a doggie daycare, ended up inadvertently spreading glitter to the dogs. Harmlessly, of course.

The other, an accountant, accidentally bedazzled her office chair.

But that goes with the territory. Nobody’s going to actually complain about having glitter thrown on them by Kesha herself.

And we’re guessing that fans aren’t going to complain about getting mooned by Kesha, either.

We haven’t felt this encouraged about Kesha since she released “Praying” as a single.

That song was a not-so-subtle reference to her horrible experiences at the hands of Dr. Luke, but it’s a powerful anthem.

And her whole album is out, of course.

Kesha is, as always, a gift.

Sarah Stage Welcomes Baby #2! (Is It a Boy or Girl?!?)

Six-Pack Mom is now a two-time mom.

The California native and Instagram model, who has received backlash during both her pregnancies for sharing photos of her tiny baby bump and well-sculpted body, welcomed another child into the world this week,

Along with husband Kris Jason, Stage is now the parent to a boy named Logan Alexander.

Hooray!

The 33-year-old gave birth on Monday via C-section, E! News has confirmed.

The precious bundle of joy weighed seven pounds two ounces at birth and measured 19 inches in length.

“We are so overjoyed and happy to welcome baby Logan into our family,” Stage and Jason told E! in a statement.

The couple is also parents to a two-and-a-half-year old named James.

Added a rep in a separate statement:

“Sarah, husband Kris and baby Logan are resting. Sarah delivered Logan this afternoon and is resting with new baby per the Doctors orders.

“Her toddler James is with family, has met his baby brother and the family is very excited.

“Sarah and family thanks everyone for their overwhelming amount of support, and promises everyone will get to see baby Logan soon.”

Stage has over 2.3 million followers on Instagram.

She has become a viral sensation and also a source of viral confusion and anger due to the photos she so frequently shares online.

Take the picture at the outset of this article, for example.

Would you believe Stage posed for it a mere FOUR days before becoming a mother?!?

In August, when she was seven months along with her second child, Stage said that she has gained 18 pounds during her pregnancy thus far, weighing 137 pounds.

She even told followers that she “craved In-N-Out” while expecting, yet her fitness routine and/or impressive metabolism enabled Stage to look like this even with many burgers and one baby in her belly:

“As long as the baby is healthy, I don’t think anything else matters…That should be the most important thing,” she told Good Morning America during her first pregnancy, amidst criticism over her svelte body.

Stage has also clapped back against accusations of Photoshop over the years.

“She shares her images with her audience to embrace all different body types and her pregnancy,” a rep told People Magazine this summer, adding:

“She’s been shamed through both pregnancies. She’s trying to put her journey out there to encourage others.”

We’re not about to judge her, that’s for sure.

We’re just going to send her our hearty congratulations on the baby boy. We can’t wait to see a photo!

In the meantime, take a look below at the many other celebrities who became fathers and mothers in 2017. It’s quite the list…

Sterling K. Brown Played Off Stage at Emmys, Finishes Acceptance Speech in Press Room

This Is Us star Sterling K. Brown was named Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series at the 2017 Emmys on Sunday night, a great honor.

The actor – who won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie in 2016 for The People vs. O.J. Simpson – had a lot to say.

Too much to say, if you ask producers …

Brown, upon receiving the award, paid tribute to his fellow nominees during his acceptance speech, saying he was a fan of all of them:

“Before anything like this happened for your boy, I was a fan first, last and always a fan. So to my fellow nominees, I’m a fan. I love y’all.”

The 41-year-old was humbled by the list of people who won this same honor – some of the most iconic actors and TV characters ever.

“This joint right here, like Walter White held this joint here. Dick Whitman held this joint. I may have lost some of y’all but you know, Google it.”

“And 19 years ago Detective Frank Pembleton held this joint, as impeccably played by Andre Braugher,” he said of the Homicide star.

“I want to thank my cast,” he went on, pivoting back to the present, “Milo [Ventimiglia], Mandy [Moore], Justin [Hartley], Chrissy [Metz].”

“You are the best white TV family that a brother has ever had. Better than Mr. Drummond, better than the white folks that raised Webster.”

Unfortunately he wasn’t finished by the time the music came on and his microphone was eventually turned down. Double ouch.

This was met with boos by the audience, and justifiably so, but afterwards, in the press room, Brown got to finish his speech.

The first question he received there was from a reporter who asked if he wanted to, and Brown thankfully obliged (see above):

“I wanted to thank our writers. A show doesn’t get seven acting nominations without some impeccable, beautiful, thoughtful writing.”

“You guys are our life’s blood, so I want to thank you so much. To our producers and directors, in particular, John Requa, Glenn Ficarra.”

“And the crazy cool Ken Olin. I thank you for your guidance and friendship. And I wanted to thank Dan Fogelman.”

“He is the Hebrew hammer with which our house was built. He makes me laugh and cry in equal parts and keeps me coming back for more.”

“And in his own little small special way. He’s not trying to make America great again, he’s trying to make it the best that it’s ever been.”

“I love him for taking me on this journey. And to my wife, I can’t believe they cut me off before I got to thank my wife, Ryan Michelle Bathe.”

“You’re everything. You make my life worth living. You gave me two of the most beautiful things that God has ever put on this planet.”

“My sons Andrew Jason Sterling Brown and Amaré Michael Ryan Christian Brown. Your daddy loves you with the strength of a thousand suns.”

“I’ll see you Monday after work.”

The actor faced stiff competition in the category as he was up against both fan favorites and screen legends, which wasn’t lost on him.

Brown’s costar Milo Ventimiglia also earned a nod, while Kevin Spacey (House of Cards) and Anthony Hopkins (Westworld) were nominated.

The Americans’ Matthew Rhys, Better Call Saul‘s Bob Odenkirk and Ray Donovan‘s Liev Schreiber rounded out the impressive category.

Quite a win!

Sarah Stage: Still Think I Photoshop? Watch Me Work Out!

Fitness mom Sarah Stage still has a six pack at 8 months pregnant. In fact, every day she gets closer to the 9 month mark.

Though we"re sure that this, too, will bring in more criticism and controversy from mommy-shamers and body-shamers alike, Sarah Stage has posted a couple more updates.

And one of them is an exercise video showing exactly how she keeps those rock-hard abs. And yes, you can watch that video below.

Sarah stage bathing suit photo

Sarah Stage is such an inspiration.

Different pregnancies impact bodies differently.

(Actually, different bodies are designed to carry weight differently whether they"re pregnant or not — one gene turning on or off can make a world of difference between two people with similar diets and similar exercise habits)

It"s not that many people are likely to follow in her lead and try to keep a six pack throughout their entire pregnancy.

But … for many people who might struggle with their weight or with exercise or who tell themselves that getting a six pack of rock hard abs is just impossible, Sarah Stage represents hope.

After all, if she can do the "impossible," then someone who doesn"t have a fetus releasing hormones into their bodies and exhausting them for months on end might have a chance.

Sarah stage almost 9 months

Sarah Stage shared this mirror selfie last week.

She"s still, technically, 8 months along.

At present, she"s well into her third trimester. That 9 month milestone will be here before we know it.

She still looks absolutely incredible.

We used to marvel at "basketball pregnancies" — you know, those pregnancies where, like, a mom in the neighborhood doesn"t even look pregnant from behind, and when she turns around, she just looks like she"s stuffed a basketball up under her shirt.

Later, those can look less like basketballs and more like watermelons, but in general, these women"s figures hardly change.

Recently, Sarah Stage defended herself against accusations of photoshoping her abs.

We think that it"s safe to say that she chooses flattering angles and probably sucks in and tightens her abs before she snaps these photos.

We"d dare you to find anyone who doesn"t, unless they"re deliberately trying to take a "before" pic.

The video that we have for you below should wash away all doubt.

Sarah stage pic

In the video below, Sarah Stage can be seen exercising with her son.

She is expecting a second boy, and has expressed excitement about having two sons.

Sarah Stage first reached viral fame with that first pregnancy, whens he also had rock-hard abs and displayed them throughout.

At the time, she didn"t get to exercise with her adorable little son.

She"s clarified that she doesn"t work out like this just to maintain her appearance, but for health reasons.

But … let"s be honest. Nobody"s checking her Instagram with disbelief over her good health.

Sarah stage eight months pregnant

Anyway, we wish Sarah Stage all of the luck in the world.

She should be meeting her new baby within the next several weeks, we would imagine.

We hope that she has an easy time giving birth — her health is great, obviously, and this isn"t her first baby, so it shouldn"t be a problem.

More than anything, we hope that she doesn"t have to have a C-section.

With her abs, through which they"d have to cut … that life-saving operation sounds like a nightmare.

Fifth Harmony Hurls "Camila Cabello" Off Stage at VMAs

Heading into the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, many fans were wondering whether Taylor Swift would show up and bury the hatchet with host Katy Perry.

The answer in the end was no, she did not.

But it was actually a different rivalry that captured the attention of viewers of this event on Sunday night, as Fifth Harmony took to the stage at one point and most definitely did NOT bury the hatchet with Camila Cabello, either.

The singer announced her decision to leave Fifth Harmony back in December.

She claimed at the time that she had given her colleagues the proper heads-up regarding this choice, but remaining members Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui and Normani Hamilton have said otherwise.

They alleged Cabello just up and walked away with basically no warning… and that she did so via a note from her representative.

And it"s clear they remain angry over this move.

At the very beginning of the quartet"s performance of “Down” yesterday, the artists appeared with five members – before one appeared to be thrown off the stage.

The gasp-inducing shocker was considered by many to the highlight of the broadcast.

It certainly has left the Internet abuzz.

These reactions basically sum up Twitter"s feelings on what went down:

“We’re extremely excited,” Jauregui said prior to the show, adding:

"This is definitely one of the biggest moments of our careers – something we’ve worked so hard for to get to a place where people would want us on the stage, so we’re excited as heck for it… there are so many surprises.”

Check out the performance (and don"t blink through the beginning) below!

Sarah Stage: I Don"t Photoshop These Abs!

People love to body-shame Sarah Stage, who doesn’t let pregnancy come between her and her six-pack of rock-hard abs.

Even when Sarah Stage reveals her pregnancy weight, people want to jump on her case and say that she can’t possibly be healthy.

But now people are attacking her from a different angle — claiming that the fit mom just edits her photos to look that way!

Sarah Stage made headlines in 2015 for her minor baby bump and clearly defined six-pack abs.

She delivered a healthy baby boy.

This year, she’s been making headlines again for, yet again, flaunting her killer abs throughout her pregnancy.

She’s due in October, which is getting closer and closer.

(We’re almost in September, you guys)

As you can see, she looks amazing for a woman 31 weeks into her pregnancy.

She.

Looks.

Incredible.

She’s only gained 18 pounds from her pregnancy, but we don’t have any reason to believe that this is an unhealthy weight.

Some people balloon up during pregnancy, and others just look like they’re smuggling a balloon under their shirts.

It mostly has to do with genetic predispositions, of the mother but also of the baby daddy (a lot of pregnancy’s less pleasant experiences are the result of the fetus hijacking the body)

Though, in Sarah Stage’s case, her insane workouts (even while pregnant) are obviously a major factor.

Recently, some fans spotted Sarah Stage out and about, wearing a pair of mom jeans and a billowy, comfy shirt with what looked like a more “normal” baby bump.

Not the sort of baby bump that you’d expect to see at 31 weeks, but more than you see in the white bikini photo that we showed you above, which was shared the same day that Sarah was spotted.

People started to whisper that maybe she uses photo editing software, because a lot of people are shockingly unable to grasp that makeup and posing have a massive impact on how somebody looks.

Sarah’s representative responded to the accusations by shutting them down:

“Sarah would never Photoshop any photo.”

Some fitness models might resort to photoshop, but that could ruin their reputation — so why risk it?

“She shares her images with her audience to embrace all different body types and her pregnancy. She’s been shamed through both pregnancies. She’s trying to put her journey out there to encourage others.”

She’s working to reduce body-shaming. We shouldn’t shame women for being large or small, when pregnant or not pregnant.

Specifically, on Sarah being spotted wearing normal clothes, like a human, her rep dismissed it pretty handily:

“This goes to show that Sarah is just a regular mom, on the go, wearing comfy clothing as she runs errands.”

Consider this: who out there has ever taken a bikini photo without sucking in their gut, or angling to look the best that they could?

Some people, probably.

But not, as a rule, fitness models.

Their abs are their moneymakers.

We have a feeling that Sarah Stage doesn’t do her bonkers workouts just to fake it for the camera.
